I had purchased a "Sydney Wooden Sofa 3+1+1" on 15/11/2014 from your Indira Nagar Store, CMH Road, Bangalore.

Last week the middle part of the "3 seater" cracked, due to which the wooden plank fell off and the cushion does not stay.

I have attached pics of the Sofa and the purchase bill.
Please let me know by when this can be repaired and what would be the approximate cost for fixing it.

    Hi, i got a barcelona king size bed from royal oak but this was installed wrongly. I mean, on the front side - there is a royal oak logo on the frame. That logo is up side down. We noticed that after the installation guys left. We have been calling them. But they are not responding. Even i tried to call the customer care number. No luck there as well.

      Firstly, we ordered a dining table with full payment of 32000 on 1st of april 2017 as it was said that the dining table will be delivered within 15 days. But after two months of waiting period, there was no update from them and the dining table was not received. After continuous follow up and chat with the customer representatives, as there was a delay and we were moving out of india for vacation and nobody can receive the product, we said to cancel the product on end of may. After continuous follow ups again and multiple reminders, lastly on 8th june 2017, i got a mail and it was mentioned that the request for cancellation was received against order number [protected] and the cancellation request number was mentioned as [protected]. It was also mentioned that the refund amount of 32000 shall reflect in account by end of 3rd week of june due to bulk clearance and it had been prioritized. It was also clearly mentioned that necessary updates will be sent at regular intervals but i am yet to receive the refund amount neither any update from the concerned team. None of the contact numbers as mentioned in the mail i. E[protected] /[protected] are working. I have sent a follow up mail but no reply to that either till date.

      My order no.ROY0021364 has not been delivered even after 2 months and customer complaints is not functioning at [protected] and the manager no for Mr Peter is always switched off. What kind of pathetic service is this.

        Hi.

        We bought iris dining table 6 seater from royal oak marathahalli on 25/06/2017 and was installed on 14th july 2017 though delivered we requested installation only after we move to our new house. The dining table was installed on 14th july 2017 and now one of the chair broke on 30jul2017 at the seating point when a 85 kg person sat on it. I wonder what is the quality of this dining table. If this is the condition of the pretty new dining table what will be the condition of this after few years?

          I purchased a dining from royal oak marathali bangalore branch. When the installation person came and opened the product, the piece was damaged. The installation person himself admitted that the piece is damaged. He took the photographs and sent it to the manager and said they will get back. More than 2 weeks now, nobody is getting back. I have been calling day in and dat out to the customer care but no solution so far. Such pathetic services. Sheer waste of money and time. Get the issue fixed asap

          sorry typo error . it didnt get delivered.
          I had ordered a product Office table on 22/5/2017 and i have not received it yet. They have cheated me and its been 2 months now. Please help me. They are not responding to my mail's. I want my refund back.
          If i call them on the helpline number, they are saying product has appeared damage. We will send a new product. They are telling a lie

            I made an online purchase of office table and chair (Model name – royaloak vegas office chair with black & grey upholstery and royaloak bell office table with honey brown finish) on 19th june 2017, from the website of royal oak furniture (www.royaloakindia.com). full payment of rs.10, 980/- was paid by credit card at the time of booking and the receipt/confirmation of my order was received by return mail from the company having order ref no. [protected], with estimated date of delivery 2 weeks from the booking date. For more than 30 days now, they are asking for more time for delivery and not responding to my emails properly.
            They say they cannot refund the money. They don't give the owner's number.
            This is highly embarrassing incident!!!

              Hi team,
              I had purchased the 1 hydraulic bed from royaloak on june 26 2017. Its installation was done incorrectly. The piece of furniture is fixed wrongly and the fix is loose as well. All they had to do was send the same person and get it corrected. But they are denying to accept and even register the complaint. I have been trying to get it done from 2 weeks. But they dont respond. I want someone from the royaloak furniture to get that piece of furniture fitted properly.

                I had ordered coffee table through royal oak website on 22 march 2017. After so many follow ups via calls i received on 20th may (Nearly two month), when i open tat parcel, glass was totally broken into so many pieces. Later i called to customer care and sent the mail with the attachment of that pics, now the customer care numbers are changed and i sent so many mails but no response yet now.

                Was ordering a dinning table from the online store .First thing was asked to fill the pincode.After filling it I proceeded to the last step where I was asked to upload 4 I'd proofs .After I uploaded all I got the message that product cannot be delivered on the given pincode.Then why was I made to upload all my IDs .
                I have bought a Table from Royal Oak and it has got multiple big cracks. As it was taken just 2 months before am looking for replacement. As per Royal Oak they will fix it using m-seal.

                  With reference to the last mail for the cancellation request [protected], it was previously mentioned that it will take 5 to 11 working days which had already passed and after continuous follow up it was again mentioned that the refund will be reflected by end of 3rd week of june but till now it had not been reflected in my account. Please provide me a reference of the refund being initiated so that i can get a confirmation of the above and let me know the current status. Please look into the above matter on a high priority and consider this as a final reminder for providing the updates with a particular eta for the refund reflection in my account within this month. Otherwise, i will be forced to take the necessary legal action.

For more than 50 days they kept on requesting for more time for delivery and till date no refund but got excuse to send the your online payment transaction screen shot paid via bank, now can any one please guide me how to take screen shot after 3 months of paying online that too with credit card??
                    They are not even sharing any snr. Person contact number and not even replying mails properly.

                    This is real harassment... And i am thinking to go to police station to lodge a complaint.

                      I have booked a royal oak geneva entertainment unit with dark finish on 24 april 2017. Suppose to delivery with in 10 to 12 days. But the product was delivered on june last week. But till now not installed. When enquired i have been advised to arrange local carpenter and they will reimburse rs.400.00. The local carpenters are charging rs.2000 to rs 3500.00 to install the product. I did not get any reply for the same. I request you to take back the product and refund the amount but no reply till date. No one is piking up the phone in customer care.

                        I made an online purchase of tv stand (Model name – royal oak moscow tv stand with honey brown finish) on 31st march 2017, from the website of royal oak furniture (www.royaloakindia.com). full payment of rs.6500/- was paid by credit card at the time of booking and the receipt/confirmation of my order was received by return mail from the company having order ref no. [protected] dated 31.03.2017, with estimated date of delivery 2-3 weeks from the booking date. For more than 50 days (Till 3rd week of may) they kept on requesting for more time for delivery and finally on 24th may they sent a mail confirming their inability to supply the order and assured refund with in 9-14 working days i. E. By 1st week of june i should have recd the refund. Sorry to inform you that till date i did not receive any refund but got excuse mail from the customer care of gateway problem/over load problem etc.

                          I bought a dining table from Royal oak in the month of May 17. It is a dining table with a bench. The product turned out to be so weak that it developed cracks within a month. I lodged a complaint with the customer care. After 5 days a technician came to repair the product. However the replaced product had a very low quality and had a complete local finish. The color did not match the color of the original product.

                          I raised this issue with the technician and he tried to convince me that the product provided is a better product. When I did not agree he guided me to a customer care executive (Babu) who tried to convince me the same. They were trying to shove there solution down my throat. When I asked for an escalation point for Royal Oak India they became jittery and disconnected my call.

                          When I called again they were very arrogant and told complaint to whomever possible. No one can do anything to us.

                          If this is how Royal Oak India works, I will neither buy any product from them nor would recommend anyone to buy (if you do not wish to wash your hard earned money down the drain).

                          An intelligent person is one who learns from his mistake. I have learnt my lesson and will never repeat it.

                          Best if luck to others who plan to deal with Royal oak India in future.

                            I am swapan kr goswami. 30 jun 2017 i bought one royal bed from royal oak shop marathalli. 2nd july the bed was delivered to our house. Today is 8th july 2017 but still no technicians came to install it. Everyday customer care told that today technician will come but everyday they have been fooling me and told lie.                                 I had purchased a Milan TV stand from the showroom located on Bannerghatta Main Road on 30th June, 2017. The product box was delivered on 2nd July. Since then I've been waiting for installation of the same. Everyday morning I've been speaking to customer care and they're promising to send the person but till date no one has come. Since yesterday they have started to hang up my phone as soon as they find out that it's me who is calling.

                                I see that there are 100s of such incidents reported over here. I think it's time when we all should unite and teach them a lession. I'm reachable at [protected]. We have to do something about this.

                                  I ordered two tables on April 10th. Order Number is [protected]. They kept me on waiting for months as its coming, and ultimately couldn't deliver sue to shipping damage or something. They offered something else which I dint need; ultimately wrote me email for refund by 27th June. Still waiting, no refund. Now they are neither responding by email nor picking up phone. Need help.

                                    We purchased a Dining table (Seshan wood) which was damaged and sent a service engineer and repaired it. I am not sure how can they send a product without verifying the quality and condition. We paid a lot of money and get annoyed by seeing the damaged piece.The same damage was there in the display piece also which was available in the showroom and they assured that the issue will not be there for the new piece which will be delivered but the issue was still there.

                                    And the table doesn't look like a new piece but the piece available in the showroom was looking much better. We are totally disappointed in purchasing this item from Royal Oak and we will never suggest or buy anything from this brand.

                                      I have order the sofa from this store after 3 months they don''t delivered it, they don't pick up their phone and they refuse to refund the money!                                         Purchased one coffee table on 18th April worth 4990/-. After 1 month, they have sent a mail to cancel the order and told they will refund my money within 7-11 days as they were unable to deliver the product. I cancelled the order on 23rd May. But after several emails and calls, they are not refunding my money till date. Also they are disconnecting my call repetitively now after getting the details from me. Also giving fake customer care numbers to avoid my call.Need help in this regard.I have attached the order detail and the communication mail also.
