Its my mistake that i went by the brnad name. I purchased a 4 seater dining table from royal oak banaswadi showroom. My product got delivered on 4th oct. Royal oak sales person told me that installation will happen after the day of delivery. Its been 3 days still i. Waiting for them to comeand insatll. No response from customar care. Some senseless people handle their customer care and they laugh at thsir own customer. This is the way royal oak treat their customer and handle their brand name. I have no clue whether someone will ever come to install. This is my last purchase. Thank you for the harrashment.

    Hi all
    I have bought magna 3 seater and 2 seater a month before. I was very excited and chose magna.. They delivered on time and installation people also came.. After installation we came to know damages were there in the both sofas.. Immediately i called customer care they said will get replacement fully. So i was waited.. It took almost 15 days to get the replacement.. Finally the sofa came.. After they delivered i was shocked.. The sofa color is different and the size too. Again immediately i called customer care they said will get the replacement.. I was waiting whole week.. About a week later they said this is new consignment so slightly difference will be there.. But i was not satisfied.. I felt that previous sofa itself good than new consignment sofa... Ispent so much money but really unsatisfied.. I didn't get the same product which i saw in the display really i wasted my hubby's hard earned money simply for brand..
    So please don't see the brand..
    Normal shops will do better than these brands

    4 days back i booked a product so now i want to cancel the product from past 2 days i trying to call customer care but no one is receiving the call. order no. ROY001006, reg no.[protected]. i booked it online.

    Hello Vishnu, u will not receive ur refund i can bet u dat, no one will pick up ur calls and even if they pick up they will tell u that the online team will get back to u but no one will get back to u ever, go for a consumer forum court and start the legal process, the same dey did to me they havent refunded me my money for past 65 days

      Order a wardrobe and dressing unit on july 22. The product was expected to be delivered in july end. Had to call up multiple times and it was rescheduled to august 16. Again after n number of calls and delays, they said the product has to come from malaysia and the date was moved to sept 22. Its been a week after their promise. No information. They don't attend phone calls or haven;'t called up regarding the delivery

        Royal oak failed to deliver the item in time and it has violated their own terms and conditions and frustrating the customer. I have given multiple call backs to royal oak customer care but still they didn't deliver the item.

        I have spoke to thier customer support more than 10 times and also written to them via email but i didn't even get the response from them at all. I have attached the mail copy in the snapshots.

          Hello

          I had purchased this single bed on 2nd september and it was assembled on 4th september in my house.

          Unfortunately due to low-quality material/faulty installation sleeping panel has been broken on 24th september i. E. Just in 20 days. Matter of fact i was out of station for 10 days so bed was used only for 10 days before it broke.

          I contacted royal oak customer care multiple times today and now i am being told i have to buy a new sleeping panel as it will be a paid service. (Just in 20 days of buying and 10 days o[censored]se). I was told that i will be contacted by paid service manager but i am still awaiting his call.

          I feel like i am being taken for a ride by bad service as i have to pay for a new sleeping panel in just 10 days o[censored]se. I had chosen royal oak thinking as a good brand and expected product with high life expectancy but the result is exact opposite.

          As a resolution please fix my bed free of charge as cause lies with subpar-material / faulty installation. Please do it asap since i am having issue sleeping.

              We purchased the new sofa on 14.08.2017 at Royal Oak showroom at bannerghatta road, Bangalore.
              It is torn at joints between cushion as shown in the photo & the foot resting on oneside is cross .i.e., not straight. Please arrange to get it repaired soon. We are not happy with the response of the customer care person. Kindly arrange to send Your person to get it repaired soon

                The bed is of very poor quality and strength. Just in a week time bed beds, deflected. I called their customer care but service is very poor. They are asking me to purchase a spring coil bed to solve this issue. This is not acceptable.
                When they say single bed, it should do its basic function. You can not sell products without quality and reliability. They promised me that service person will visit in a time of 3 days. But til date no one came from royal oak after 15 days of time. Strategy they develop is sell in low cost and get money after sales and service. Very poor service from royal oak.

                Royal Oak called on Sep 15th and assured that they will replace the damaged product. It has been 20 days now and no one came to replace the product. Overall one month over after initial complaint has been raised.
                Is the complaint resolved now? I was planning to buy the same bed on their website.

                  I had purchased a jasmine recliner 1 seater which costs rs. 21500 and paid an excess amount of rs. 50, 000 with an interest of buying a sofa next week from the royal oak koramangala store. Due to medical conditions, we could not purchase that particular sofa and i could not find a suitable alternate one. I had been following up for the refund of amount rs. 28, 500 and i do not see any progress yet. I am quite disappointed with your service due to the lack seriousness of customer satisfaction and value for money. I have been following up for the last 4 days and i do not see a single response from their end. I was asked to send an email and i did that. They were supposed to respond with the status. I called them 5-6 times and they continue to promise. Now they are giving me a different story that they have to submit my request on saturday when all managers meet and only then can they initiate the refund.

                    I had purchased royal oak double bed on jan 7th 2017.
                    I used the bed storage first time but found that the hydraulic was not working after it fell on the hand soon after it was open while keeping things in the storage.
                    The problem was attended by the service persons. It was told we need to replace the hydraulic & it is chargeable.
                    I don't understand at that the hydraulic which was provided at the time of installation was a defect piece, why are they asking us to pay for it.

                      Team, 3 weeks back we bought a iris king size bed from your bannerghatta road bangalore. Installation done within a week. Now in lessthan a month after installation we have found few cracks near legs of the bed. Pls find attached pics for your info.

                      It is really disapponting to see those cracks that too witin a month. This is not what you guys have told us about your products.

                        I bought this table on feb 2017 and the leg broken on may 2017.

                        Model: royal oak coco dining table set with 4 chairs

                        I have called many times to cumstomer care regarding the 4 seater dining table.

                        One leg is broken form last 3 months and need to repair it. I have called multiple time even went to store bu no response.

                          I purchased a 6 seater dining table "accent dining 6s" from royaloak furniture outer ring road, bangalore on 18 june 2017. It got assembled in a weeks time.
                          I discovered that one bush from one of the chair is missing. This dining table is having leather seats. I also found that the leather from the corners of the chairs is also coming off. I decided to complain to the customer care of royaloak. I explained both the situations but the customer care at that time only registered the missing bush in the complaint. The complaint number was 1723. I don't remember the exact date of raising it but it has been with in 10 days of purchase.
                          I called several times to royaloak customer care and they always told me that the technical team will contact. But nothing happened. Also, i realized that they only mentioned missing bush in the complaint, so i decided to raise the complaint for the leather back of seats separately. I registered a complaint on 29 july 2017 for the same online by submitting pictures. The complaint number was 2741. Till date nothing has been done on the two complaints. I contacted to their customer care lead as well after 1 week of my second complaint, but the same answer.
                          Afterwards, they stopped picking my phone as well. I decided to visit their store on august 16 to get a redressal. While getting down at the kadubeesanhalli stop while coming from ecospace, i lost my phone. I didn't visit the store in the aftermath of phone loss.
                          Now, in the hope that the issue should be resolved and i be compensated for the phone loss as well, i am raising my voice over here.

                          Who says the issue has been resolved. Pathetic response from RoyalOak. Even without resolving they are posting the issue as resolved. The only change is that, they called one time as soon as this complaint was opened on consumer complaints. Otherwise, they were even not calling. Following is the account of discussion I had with RoyalOak guys who were on a conference call to me:
                          RoyalOak guys called me the same day (26th August) as I opened this complaint. Let me give some background about the purchases with RoyalOak. I purchased several items from them including sofa, center table, study table etc. apart from this dining table. Whenever I finalize something to buy, I always ask them if they have a fresh piece or not. Let me give you 2 occasions which will clearly confirm that I was not accepting the display piece at all.
                          1. We were looking for a 3+2+1 sofa. Me and my wife finalized one and asked them if they have a fresh piece or not? The person over there checked and told us that the 3 and 2 seater are fresh pieces but the 1 seater is a display piece. Without a hitch, we decided to take 3+2 and leave the 1 seater for later. RoyalOak can confirm this purchase in there records and verify my claim with their stock status.
                          2. We liked the center table which was placed along with this sofa itself. They gentleman checked and told us that there is no fresh piece for this center table and so only display piece can be given. Without a hitch, me and my wife looked for other center tables and decided one which has been available as a fresh piece.

                          The RoyalOak guys, who called me on that day, were just trying to tell me that a display piece for the dining table was the one delivered to you and so, is not covered under any warranty. I have following questions for which neither the guy was having a reply on that day, nor they tried to answer later or on this portal:
                          1. Hey RoyalOak, please tell me when I am not buying a display piece for any of the furniture, how can I accept this one as a display piece?
                          2. In order to deliver a display piece, you need to take consent of the buyer. Show me the consent. I never signed any such consent as I was buying only the fresh pieces.
                          3. You delivered a display piece to me without my knowledge. This is a clear case of cheating. I am suspicious about other furniture as well.

                          The gentleman on the phone said that the store manager will call me later since I was driving at that time. But, this call never came to me. RoyalOak is waiting for this complaint to die out its natural death with negligence. So, they quietly updated the complaint as resolved and did not try to give any explanation over here as requested by me. But, I will not let this case die and am determined to drive this complaint to a conclusive end. Please show some courage to reply this ticket with true facts and not with what you did.
                          Table top is damaged.

                            This is the worst experience i had. I was told installation of my new cot and coffee table would be done today but from morning i kept calling they said all false like they would come in this time that time... I waited whole day no one responded and i went to marthahalli shop also they also said some of would come in sometime no one came... I will not recommend this shop to anyone and regret for buying here.. Product ready delayed by 2 days now again this so.. Worst...

                              I ordered a book-shelf on 8-jun-2017 online with an order number [protected]. After posting a complaint in this website, their customer care executive called me on july 11th and said it will be delivered in 2 weeks. Till now, it is not delivered. Whenever i call them, i have been told that it will be delivered tomorrow. If they cannot deliver the book shelf within one week from now, i want my money to be refunded immediately.

                                I have received bunker bed and the quality of product is not good and not similar as i saw in shop.
                                The whole purpose of buying a product from shop is to get the product which has been displayed and not getting whatever is coming by luck as in online shopping.
                                My experience with royal oak is not good.

                                I have purchased six item all of them classified as Sheesham wood, After two weeks it got damaged, coating of thin laminate looks like sheesham. But it is made of very worst quality wood.

                                They are real cheaters. Don't but anything from them.

                                  Hi, i have purchased the white designed coffee table with glass top in the month of april 2017. It got broke down and the table is down with two piece with the screw not able to bear the weight of the glass, thats what i could see as the reason for the coffee table to go down. The glass and the outer part is good, but the bottom got removed from the screw. Need to fix this immediately. I have great hopes in your service, do not disappoint us.

                                    I had purchased a "Sydney Wooden Sofa 3+1+1" on 15/11/2014 from your Indira Nagar Store, CMH Road, Bangalore.

                                    Last week the middle part of the "3 seater" cracked, due to which the wooden plank fell off and the cushion does not stay.

                                    I have attached pics of the Sofa and the purchase bill.
                                    Please let me know by when this can be repaired and what would be the approximate cost for fixing it.

                                      Hi, i got a barcelona king size bed from royal oak but this was installed wrongly. I mean, on the front side - there is a royal oak logo on the frame. That logo is up side down. We noticed that after the installation guys left. We have been calling them. But they are not responding. Even i tried to call the customer care number. No luck there as well.
