Hi,
I have ordered tv unit(order no:[protected]) on 9th may 2017 from royaloakindia.com and was expected to deliver on 26th may 2017 but haven't delivered yet. I did multiple follow-ups to royal oak over email and phone, Most of time they didn't responded and sometime responded saying "we are working on it and will send you the status soon" but haven't responded further. Also when asked to refund the amount they are saying it's not in our policy.
Its almost 2 months now, so Please help me to get the product or money back asap.

    I had gone to the royal oak marathalli branch on 19th june 2017 and purchased a tv stand and did the full payment.
    It was told to me that i will receive the product by 20th june and installation by 21st june,
    But to my bad, the delivery happened on 22nd june and from that day everyday im chasing for the installation.
    Everyday day i'm going to the royaloak marathalli, and asking for the installation, the executives with very rude behavior tell that next day it will be done.
    Now today is 27th june and still im chasing, they even promised if the installation is not done today then they will refund my money but now they are not ready for the refund.

    I'm very much frustrated with the rude behavior and false commitments.

    Please guide me how to get rid of this thing.

      In continuation to my complaint related to 3+1+1 sofa, in another issue after so much of request technician came to install the coffee table, but sad they have not installed it properly because they came with incorrect hardwares (Longer length bolt visible outside) and somehow fitted. Also bottom wooden platform edge is in damaged condition. I request you to please forward this complaint to royal oak furniture with expectation of resolving this matter.
      Overall not a satisfactory experience. Let's see how they improve their reputation by fixing problem related to coffee table.

        I have booked VITA Sofa 3+1+1 on 19th June. Payed full amount on same day with assurance that the product will be completely delivered within 3 days. Third day the boxes with unassembled product is dumped in my house, but since then till today no one bothered to come for assemble it nor Royal oak bothered to ask whether the order is done completely. It's really pathetic to see such irresponsible approach from Royal oak. I have big hesitation to recommend others to go to Royal oak furniture.

          I had placed an order for 2 queen size beds on 2nd june and i havent heard anything from the royaloak team. I have paid the money online in full.

          I tried calling the customer care but they offered me call back twice but with no response later. Can i know whats happening with my order. If your unable to fulfill my online order request, please refund the money back so that i can look out for different option. Its been 3 weeks now and have no information at all from your team.

          I am sick and tired of calling your customer care but with vain. This is the worst service i have ever had with royaloak. Either deliver my order or refund my money back.

            I had bought a Dining Table, Stool and a cot from Royal Oak costing about 80000. within a week i noticed a crack in one of the legs in the Dining Table which alone costed me close to 40000. I raised a complaint and they came and covered it with m seal some kind of paste. After that last week I noticed a another big crack on the same leg. When put a paper I was able to put it from the other end. Raised a complaint with the customer service complaint number 26803. Till date have not got any response. Once they came with the same leg but i asked for a replacement. Now they are telling me that replacement cannot be done.

            I have been sold a defective product. and not have to live with it all my life. Hard earned money I invested to give my children's some kind of status in life but big magnets like Royal oak keep cheating customers like this. I have not that capable to go to consumer court also.

            The first week itself I had problem with the Table, stool and cot.

              I received the product on time but installation of product is a big hassle. I called customer care multiple times and then someone came for the installation. There was hardware missing from the box so couldn't fix the chair. I called them multiple times but customer care never gave me any complaint number. I went to the store twice but they are not willing to help. They are saying call customer care they will help, when i call them they says someone will come and call you but nobody call me. After delivery service of royaloak is worst and there customer care is pathetic. I have never seen such waste customer service.

                The service is pathetic. Delivery was delayed for a week. Once i got my shipment delivered installation again delayed for couple of days. Atllast i get my product n see the edges of the bed where hydraulic storage are eroded. Looked like used bed.
                I bought my product at royal oak furniture shop., bannerghatta road, bengaluru.

                  Hi,
                  I had bought a Daisy 3-seater sofa from Kadubeesanahalli store and the sofa was damaged when delivered, the back rest plank was broken. I had raised a complaint with customer service (Complaint# 483) and they had sent a technician/inspection who have confirmed the damage.
                  The sofa is very bad quality made mostly of ply wood.
                  The technical manager (Fayaz) called me and told he would repair the part, but I refused it to be repaired and wanted a new piece to be sent for which he is not agreeing and was also very arrogant. It has been more than 15 days and still the issue is not resolved.

                  Kindly assist in resolving my issue.

                    I had given advance to RoyalOak Furniture Marathalli on 21st March for a Barcelona Dining 6S and paid advance of Rs.2000. At the time, they had promised me that they will deliver the table on April 1st. They did not deliver it even after one month and I called them multiple times. The Sales Person (Karthi - [protected]) kept on telling me it will be deilvered next day, next week etc.

                    Finally I went there and spoke to their manager and he confirmed that it will take another 45 days. So I asked him to cancel my order and return the 2000 he had taken as advance. So he told since it has already been billed, the account section needs to return the advance. So I gave them my account details. Then again, they did not do anything for more than one month.

                    When I called the person last week, he said the account department has lost the account details and asked me to send it again. I again sent it and he said they will credit the money within two days. It is one week now and even now they have not credited the amount.

                    I need my advance money of 2000/- plus the interest amount and the expenses I incurred by travelling to their place multiple times.

                    Kindly do the needful.

                      I purchased a dining table along with multiple items on 9th May. The items got delivered except dining table. Initially they told the dining table is in stock but later I identified it was a false promise. I checked to them again and this time they are telling it is out of stock now and will be back within 1 month.

                      Now, after and whenever we are inquiring, they are telling to wait for another month. It's close to 2 months now and we still didn't get our product.

                      Kindly help on this.

                        I have ordered the Executive Chair in Royal OAK at Kadubeesanahalli near JPMC office. Initially they delivered the chair after number of calls to customer care. Even after getting the box i found that there is crack on the handle. I have raised the complaint same day of the delivery saying that the chair is defective.
                        They promised the service, their technicians came afer 5 days and said that cant rectified and said to paint it to not appear. I did not accept that because there is no meaning in painting if their is a crack.

                        Then the technicians infront of me called their manager and finalized to get the handle which is new. They again came on same day with handle of a display piece from their Show Room and tried to replace without even telling me. When I verified i could see lot of scraches and told them that i dont need display piece handle. Asked them to replace my chair as i never used.

                        Then everyone(Manager from shop and Manager from Customer Care) from the company managed me and promised that we will give new piece this time. I accepted even though i have doubt on them.

                        Second time they came after 10 days and again bought the same handle by painting. This time i could see that leather painting is gone. I again rejected.

                        Now again they started a new story that this time we will 100% give new handle. I cant believe them as they tried to cheat me.

                        After all the worst part is shop manager was showing his attitude saying how can we give new chair.

                        NO RESPECT TO CUSTOMER
                        THEY DISCONNECT THE CALLS WITHOUT EVEN SAYING THET WE WILL GET BACK TO U.
                        THEY WERE NOT AT ALL PUNCTUAL ABOUT THE TIMINGS.

                            Hi everyone,

                            I have ordered for for tv unit on april 9 2017. It has been more than one month and the status of my order is still in process. How ever their irresponsible customer care, people claiming that the product is damaged in the transit. And now they are claiming the company stopped claiming they have stopped manufacture of the current product and suggesting new ones. Those products does not fit my requirements.

                              My complete is about regarding sofa set (3+2).... Bill no.. (055). I have purchased new sofa set on 29/4/17 (.. Slv_ furniture & interiors), siddegowda complex#240/3, 3rd cross, water tank main road, near surya bakery, mysore_16_free deliver have been given on the same day night around 10.30pm... But v noticed the damage on the next day morning, immediately v notice &inform about this to the shop person... We have taken a snap of damage part & send word through "whatapp.". Ph. No... ([protected]) shop keeper number.,,,. Till know we have not got any information from the furniture shop,... Nor visited to the home... So please take an action toward this requition... I hope this issue will slove as possible as soon...

                                I purchased 3+1+1 sofa set from royal oak bangalore, bannerghatta road
                                Branch on 14th of april, 2017.
                                After purchase, concerned person/manager promised me that they will deliver the sofa set within 3 or maximum 4 working days.
                                Today is 29th and they are saying, product is out of stock.
                                During payment, they collected entire 78k from me and they are not okay to do any kind of partial payment in advance and remaining amount at the time of delivery.
                                I also purchased tv stand of 40k from damro, jp. Nagar 5th phase, bangalore and they are on-time. I should have never considered going to royal oak.
                                I personally feel royal oak bannerghatta branch team are cheaters.
                                They want to do as much sales as possible without even looking at the stock availability and gives false delivery date promise and we (Customer's) need to follow up after paying hefty money.
                                When i call respective branch, i need to explain the issue multiple times to each and every individual whomsoever picks the call with no promised call back done not even once.
                                Pathetic service and i never ever recommend anybody purchasing any kind of furniture from royal oak, bannerghatta branch, bangalore.

                                Correction: The entire organization of royal oak is comprised of incompetent individuals and unfaithful people. hence, in all their branches you would surely find 'cheaters'. 100% guaranteed.

                                  I have ordered a product on 13 March 2017 through online and it was promised to deliver it by 14-21 days. Been months, and it is 29 April 2017, there was no intimation about the status of the product. No response from the online customer care number mentioned in the website.

                                  Finally managed to talk to a representative and was informed that the product has not passed the quality checks. Royal Oak were silent without dropping an email/ SMS/call.

                                    I had booked a seasham bed worth 50 k and a veta sofa set work 37 k at royal oakes, bannerghatta road, bangalore on the 15th of this month under the annual discount sale. The whole deal was so convincing that i thought by 30th april '17 my house will be fully decorated with the new furniture. Now when i keep calling them for the product, the landline number was picked up by someone. They promised to call me back after 5 mts to update the status but the call never came. Then i called up the customer care, who after keeping me hold for long time informed me that the products are not in stock and can be delivered by 1st week of may'17. I had a function at home where lots of guests will be coming to see a bare house. Best part is there is no return call from any one and every time i call up the landline, some one either disconnects it or doesnot answer the calls. I am more irritated with the way we are being treated. More than the delay it is their dishonest approach to the problem that is worrying me. I had lots of negative feedback about royal oakes on the net. But still decided to go ahead with the purchase assuming that most of them may not be correct. But it happened to me also and i fell into the trap.

                                    Now i really donot know what is happening to my products. No one to update.. To respond.. I could have purchased elsewhere...

                                    Very poor customer care... Customer service.. Hope the quality of products will be good to satisfy the money we have paid..

                                      My order number is [protected] i ordered royal oak dinning table set on 31st march 2017 and the delivery date was 21st april 2017 which is not delivered till now they say that product is out of stock and gave me the option of other product with the higher price when i refused to take that product and refund my money no one in the team attain the calls and mail.

                                        We purchased a divine sofa set from royal oak, ejipura road, bangalore assisted by mr.Khan 2 months back .The sofa is defective and has marks all over . False promises and hopes given to us. After sales services is pathetic and the quality of sofa is not delivered that was shown to us. Need a replacement or my money back.Would never make a mistake or even refer anyone royal oak henceforth.
