I have made online purchase of a TV unit after checking the availability of delivery in their website which showed that the delivery is possible. The order number is [protected] and purchase was made on 28/02/2017 with online payment option (I used credit card). A week later when I talk to their customer care, they mentioned deliver was not possible to the mentioned location and refund would be made to the account in 7-10 days. I went back to them after 26/03/2017 as I haven't received my refund, they mentioned that there was an issue with payment gateway and they asked me to share my bank account details which I shared on the same day. But I have not received my refund till date. Now they don't respond to emails.

    Royal OAK promise after pathetic Service

    We are sorry to say that your order no 16171196 which supposed to delivered on 28th march 2017 is not going to deliver due to unavailability of the product .

    Now we are processing the refund and repay your amount Rs- xxxx within 7 working days .

    Now its almost Two Weeks i am still waiting for my refund.

    The Worst service i have seen in my life.

      They said, the product was damaged in transit, and they had cancelled the order, and initiated refund.

        The company and all its branches have the worst delivery and service providers.
        I have ordered one Coffee Table on 26th March 2017 and paid upfront the entire amount with a commitment from the sales executive that the product will be delivered on 29th March 2017.
        Today is 10th April 2017 and nothing has been delivered other than false promises.
        No REFUND No Apologizes

          I Ordered a Sofa on 2nd of April Which was supposed to be delivered on 08th April, However when I visited the store to inquire about the product, They were not even aware about the product delivery. There was a manager named Gerard who was rude and informed that this can't be delivered today or tomorrow. I asked him to cancel the order and refund the amount, He informed me that refund will take 15 days time and denied service.

          I want the amount Paid 700 to be refunded and a compensation of 50000 for the inconvenience caused due to inefficiency of the store staff plus the incompetency of the manager and his rudeness.

          Also The bill provided was having incorrect name, When asked to be rectified the Manager (Gerard) Denied.

I had called the cx support 3 times and was also given a tech phone # (Ramana).Called the tech and he informed that he is at work and can come only tmrw. we are working and cannot afford to take leave again.

            I have purchased dining table from Bangalore Marathalli store, company promises 72-hrs delivery but delivered a week after. Installation 2-days after delivery but already 1-week completed, still not installed.

            Tried to store manager & customer care for last 2-days, but non pics the call. Felt not to go again to this store again or even recommend to my friends too.

                I had purchased Recliner Sofa set and a Dresser. Sofa got delivered and installed with no issues. However, the dresser has not yet, waiting for delivery since close to 2 months now.

                Issues reported by Company are;
                1. Incorrect billing of wrong dresser
                2. Correct dresser is out of stock
                3. Requested for display piece with discounted price.
                4. Company agreed but then informed that the dresser had a incorrect pricing tag and is priced more than paid so no discount can be given.
                5. I was ok and just wanted the dresser delivered but still has not due to paper work since a week of all these agreements made.

                Multiple followups made, requests or literally did begging to deliver or refund the amount but nothing has worked. Going thru 2 months of intolerable stress and harassment by this company and its staff who are totally unprofessional and not taking this matter seriously at all.

                Thereby submitting a complaint against the company and the staff to please take some severe and immediate action to help me overcome this stress and consumer harassment.

                  I bought my bed from them and they delivered cracked and defected item.

                  After that starts the pathetic process
                  they have policy of no refund
                  they have policy of no exchange, , they say if its minor defect they will not replace the item
                  and they will decide if it is minor defect or not.
                  all defects will be minor defect according to them

                  now u keep sending emails and calling them nothing will happen.
                  My amount went to gutter to these cheaters and frauds.

                  Dont trust these people
                  Big time cheaters
                  You will end up in frustration.

                    We purchased a MILAN shoe rack from Hosur Rd, Roopena Agrahara, Bommanahalli, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560068 on 4th march, 2017.The installation guy opened the box before installing it and he found that the piece is damaged, full of scratches and looks old.we asked him to stop the installation and replace the product.He said manager will call about it.we did not receive any call from any manager of royaloak, instead we have been chasing them since then but no action has been taken till date.everytime we call customer care they avoid and promise call backs which they never do.then we tried calling the shop people from where we purchased the product but everytime they say manager will handle this, manager is in meeting.once we spoke to manager as well, he promised a call back but he did not.they are asking us to get the product painted by their technician so that it will look new.my question is we bought a new product and paid for new one, why will they paint and make the product look new.we are asking for product replacement but no one is listening to us at all.at the time of purchase the store keeper said everthing will be taken care by them, but now no one is turning up.pathetic service.we want some strict action should be taken on royal oak shop(address mentioned above) and customer care and we want our money back.

                    I purchased a royal oak book shelf 4 weeks ago. Even after paying full amount of money they did not deliver the product on time. After calling several times they delivered the product. Installation guy did not fix the back panel of the book shelf properly and he left it open from back. The moment they left our premise, we called him but he did not come back to fix it and said he will send some other guy the very next day. Its been almost 2 weeks and no one from royal oak has turned up to fix the back panel. We tried reaching customer care several times but no one answers the call.

                    Installation guy who was supposed to come for installation is disconnecting our call.yesterday he informed that he will come between 11 am and 1 pm, we are waiting for him, cancelled our weekend plan for this petty thing and now he is not even answering our call.The installation guy number is [protected]

                      This is with respect to the installation of the furniture purchased from Royal Oak, Banaswadi, Bangalore.

                      SO No.[protected], the date of purchase 06/03/2017.

                      The furniture was delivered on the 9th of March, 2017, however the installation which was promised on the 11th of March 2017 (confirmed by the Royal Oak call centre by Ms. Malashree and Mr. Saravanan R). However even after repeated follow ups and request for an installation from our end due to an immediate requirement, the installation has not been done as promised.

                      This is very disappointing and unprofessional from Royal Oak where a false promise was made without any basis to follow through and make it true.

                      We have been Royal Oak customers for the last 8 years and this has been one of our worst experiences. I guess with time service standards and customer service has deteriorated drastically.

                      I don't think I will recommend Royal Oak to anyone else especially cause of this nasty experience of lies and falsehood.

                        I had purchased 3+2+1 grand recliners from Royal oak on 18th Jan 2017.
                        I was told furnitures will be delivered within 3 days and it will take another 3 days for installation.

                        Royal Oak could NOT maintain their timelines. I was told the furnitures were damaged during transport and they will send new. However same damaged furnitures were sent 2 days later. The leather was torn and had alignment problems.
                        On raising the complaint for the same, Arun from customer care tried to bribe me with 10k discount if i keep the damaged furniture.

                        The furnitures that were sent the second time also had several manufacturing defects. This time Arun said these are just installation problems and will be rectified. Arun also promised to do a full refund if these are not manufacturing defects. I allowed repairs 4 times and they were still NOT able to fix it.

                        It has been more than a month and it has been a total harassment from Royal Oak on refunding the money . The customer care is talking as if there there is absolutely no problems with the furnitures that are sent.

                        Royal Oak has extremely incompetent customer care and management.
                        One of the technicians who came for repair was recording the conversations
                        without my consent. When asked about the same, he said they need the recordings for their meetings. Things couldn't get creepier than this.

                        Save your time and money.
                        Never ever buy anything from Royal Oak.

                        This might appear to be high end furniture retail store. Do NOT make the mistake of falling for it. People are extremely incompetent here. Customer care is easily one of the worst .

                        They do NOT even understand the concept of customer care. Royal oak exists just to rob customer money.
                        Nobody gives once you pay them the money. You will be harassed to death.

                        Once you buy anything from Royal Oak, It will be endless number of trips to the store to get your things done.
                        These are most dishonest people i have ever come across . Every time you will receive an excuse saying "We will discuss this on Monday meeting", "Management has said this/that **" .

                        Arun from Customer care who promised to refund the money if there are any manufacturing defects has started talking as if he never said something like this. Despite repeatedly sending several pics over mail/whats app nobody response.

                        I will not be surprised if these people go out of business within next 1 or 2 years

                          I ordered a Barbie desk/chair more than one month ago, but till date it was not delivered.

                          last week I asked for refund, they told they have initiated the same.Till date no news of the refund.
                          Seems they are fake and just fooling poeple.

                          I am planning to lodge an FIR against them.

                            I had ordered online from https://www.royaloakindia.com a " RoyalOak Victor Dining Set with Four Chairs" by making full payment of invoice amount of Rs.14, 900/- on 22 Jan 17. The scheduled delivery date was 03 Feb 17 and assembly of product by 06 Feb 17. How ever till date (13 Feb 17) the product is not delivered. They don't answer calls too. Such unprofessional deviations from scheduled delivery dates puts the customers in panic as online orders are placed considering the availability of customer to receive the delivery at the address on the dates mentioned. Its definitely not the customers' responsibility to track the order or product and run behind the company to get it delivered.

                            I would like to know why a fake delivery date at the zip code location provided gets displayed on the website if the company cannot meet it. I wouldn't have placed the order if the actual delivery dates are going to be so delayed. Also, I would like to get my order ([protected]) delivered to me without further delay as I'm traveling out in 2 weeks.

                              We had ordered a dining table on 27th Dec 2016, on regular follow up they keep changing the delivery date saying some quality reasons. Now they don't answer our calls too and the emails sent by them have been requested everytime. We have paid the entire invoice amount in advance. I have lost hope of delivery, hence seek for reversal of the amount paid. We look forward for intervention and block their licence for selling any products. Customers please place orders with caution.

                              Team, it's been more than a week, I'm struggling to get the right contact to have my product installed. Everytime I was asked to dial a new number or given an incorrect contact number to close the call. Please have someone look into this right away, my patience is wearing really thin.
                              Dear Team,

                              Please take this complaint on most important, Your branch ROYALOAK in Silk board. The Manager of in this branch Mr ABDUL Misbehave with that branch lady co-worker, so we heartly disturbed and physically.
                              So take the seviour action on that manager immediately.

                                Bought 3+2 recliners in oct 2015. Within 2 years, leatherette started peeling off. Poor quality material. Went to bannerghatta road to complain. They are not at all interested to listen & directed me to royal oak customer care. Instead of resolving issue, customer care suggesting to get paid service. Dealers fooling customers in the name festival discounts.

                                  I have placed an order on 24th Dec, 2016 on the Royal oak online site, which while placing the order shows the estimated time of delivery as 8th Jan, 2017. The order is still not delivered and when i contact customer care they dont have the exact date on when will it be delivered. Even after repeated call to customer care there is no concrete answer from them. I want to know the exact date on delivery and why there is a delay.

                                      I had ordered an Iris Queen bed on 25th December, 2016 from the RoyalOak showroom (World Furniture) in Kadubeesanahalli, Bangalore and received it on 27th December, 2016. When the bed was assembled, I pointed out to the technician that the hydraulic top is not closing completely to which he replied saying that it should fix itself within the next 3 -4 days. I waited for more than a week and since the above issue was still persisting, I raised a complaint (No: 4343) to get this issue rectified.

                                      The technicians visited on 7th January, 2017 and they drilled two holes to realign hydraulic system. However this did not fix the issue but worsened it and the hydraulic top is not closing at all now without keeping a mattress on top. This is potentially dangerous since I have a small kid at home who might get hurt due to this.

                                      The technicians also admitted that they were not aware of the correct resolution but hoped that this might fix the problem. I fail to understand why they even visited my place if they didn't know the correct resolution. They later said that a different technician will visit to resolve it fully (potentially drilling more holes)

                                      The technicians visited again on 8th January and mentioned that the same issue is present in all the IRIS beds. Why are such defective products being sold in the first place? Shouldn't they have been removed from the showrooms as soon as the defect was noticed?

                                      This being my first purchase from RoyalOak, I am very disappointed with the after sales support. I am beginning to feel that I made a wrong decision to buy from RoyalOak. I will not suggest anyone from my friends/family to buy from RoyalOak again.

                                        Dear sir/madam,

                                        I am sorry to inform that two furnitures (1 tea table & 1 dining table) which i purchased on 7th and 9th feb 2016 from royal oak - hosur rd, roopena agrahara, bommanahalli, bengaluru, karnataka 560068. They got damaged as the wood in their legs got cracked after they were soaked in water for half an hour due to water clogging at my home.
                                        I had high regards for royal oak furniture and did not expect it to get damaged in just half an hour of soaking and am highly disappointed. I need it to be replaced within this week as i am leaving this weekend (14th jan).

                                        Please let me know the way forward asap.
