[Resolved]  RT45M — Not cooling

I am customer of all Samsung product my refrigerator not cooling and I reported the same at Tirumala Music centre complaint and one mechanic came in the month of 20 March 2012 and changed some part through your local SS ENTERPRISES NALGONDA and charged for Rs.4750/- his name is Prakash cell no.[protected] and the problem not solved since then repeated times called said Prakash and exactly two months fifteen days back the system shifted to our local agent by Name Janardhan his cell no.[protected] and [protected]. Almost ever two days calling Prakash and Janardhan but till problem not solved and without refrigerator we completed two months fifteen days you one better than me the situation. Still I could not understand the company like Samsung not taking care of customers and the local agents putting troubles the company won't solve the problems. The model no.RT 45. Customer name
