I had purchesed 5 air condition units for my nursing home in august 2009. One ac giving problem. same ac not working since may 2010. I had made a complaint to voltas. technician had come and took the circuit and remote on 17 510. my complaint no is 1800667, with sai siddhi. since so many days there is no communication from local service franchisee. I had made several phone calls to call centre and e-mailed to voltsac web site contact us. no one is doing anything my ac unit is within warrenty period. since nursing home deals with patient care I want some answer. Whether company is going to extend the warrenty period ? or should consider consumer option. please some one suggest Was this information helpful? |
