I bought a Samsung SGH-F270 mobile from Sangeetha Mobile showroom, CMH Road, Indira Nagar and one month later I was not able to receive any incoming calls on my mobile. Then I went and gave the mobile for repair at Cell Solutions, Domlur, one of Samsung's Authorized service providers. The mobile was with them for 10 days. Even after repeated phone calls from me the status was that the phone was not epaired since the sppeaker spare part was not available. Then I got a call from them saying that the phone has been repaired and I can collect it. But when I went there I found to my disappointment that the speaker of the phone was still not repaired. I took the mobile back from them and went back to Sangeetha mobiles and now they told me to go and give it at BTM layout repair centre which is supposed to be the main service centre in Bangalore. When I called up the mobile number of the person to be reached at BTM Layout it turned out to be a wrong number. The service centre numbers were not given to me. When I eventually found out the numbers from the Samsung customer service, nobody is picking up the phone. Is this the quality of service Samsung ad it's dealers provide in India. This calls for stringent action against Samsung India and Sangeetha mobiles.

I have bought a Samsung flat TV on 20/11/2008 from Vasanth & Co TNagar, Chennai, India . It is not working, I have called up the Samsung Customer Care for service so far .It's almost more than two week.
Iam really Frustrated with the Customer Care.

Their service infrastructure is extremely inadequate and service staff extremely rude. I wanted my phone repaired and walked into their service center at Louden Street, Kolkata. After waiting for over an hour I was still unattended. The funny thing was that there were hardly 5-6 people waiting before me in the service center and till the moment I left (after one hour of waiting) there were still 3 people yet to be attended to. On enquiring regarding the delay I was sternly told to wait for my turn or leave, that these things take time as there was limited staff and that it was the normal practice. This I feel is not the fault of the service staff in that office but a major failure on the part of Samsung as they are unable to ensure delivery of quick and efficient after sales service. Of course I chose to leave immediately and vowed never to buy a Samsung product again.
my new lcd is not working from last 6 months in warranty no one is taking any interest please help
Very recently i purchased new ac of samsung with two star grading. But right from the first day i am fed up wid the customer service of the company. No body from company turned up for demonstration of the product which is mandatory to be given to the customer. It is really disgusting on part of the company like samsung india ltd they have very poor customer care centres. The problem wid these customers care centres is that they dont even bother to pick up the phone. In light of these facts samsung company is requested to improve there service or wind up if they are not able to provide better services to the customers.
VERY 2 POOR SERVICES
My case happened in Bhubaneswar, Orissa and Name of the Authorised service centre is Smart Services
Bapuji nagar, Bhubaneswar.I have submitted my CDMA phone for Repair and after 15 days I got a call from the service centre.They said mobile can not be repaired, the mother board needs to be changed which costs 75% of the phone and given me the estimation.The interesting thing is that when I submitted the phone there was network problem but when they returned it to me it did not ring at all.When I asked
about it they told me that phone has been tampered and I was shocked when is was opened infront of me.The speaker of the phone was missing.It is stolen from my mobile and nobody is bothered to solve the problem.

That is how Samsung service center is. They never pickup any phone because they are fed up of answering customer complaints in thousands. I'am also a victim of choosing to buy a Samsung phone for the first time;switching from Nokia & Sony ericsson. I can give you nos of the floor Manager and the Area Manager. Mr Vinay is personally good, he tries to help but he is also helpless at some stage.

I bought a F270 in January 2009 and I have done not less that ten rounds to teh service center ans even now its lying with them since last two months.

The last time I visited them I saw another customer with brand new f270 which had a problme similar to mine.

Mic in the handsfree does not work. The whole batch of f270s are faulty, which Samsung is nto ready to accept.

Can anyone of you provide me the mail address of big shots of samsung.Me too is frustrated of their services. I wanna piss them off this time.
I am also victim of Samsung product. I brought a mobile hand set one and half years ago. I am facing the prblem of poor networking and disconnection of phone while talking. I lodged three complaints in this regard to my service provider Tata Indicom, they told me that they do not have any network problem in kolkata and advised me to go to authorised service centre of Samsung. Accordingly I went to Samsung authorised service centre Capital Enterprise, Esplanade Metro Station on 29.05.2009. After checking the set they asked me to leave the set with them for servicing. I left the set with them and go back to work. I have been asked to collect the set on the same day evening from them. I went to them, they returned the set to me after paying service charge of Rs.250/-. They told me, the set has no problem right now. After two days, I faced same problems which I faced earlier, poor network in phone or low nwtwork within kolkata, disconnection during conversationand . Meanwhile I lodged complaint to Tata Indicom but they said again that they do not have any network problem within kolkata. I went to authorised sevice centre Capital Enterprise, Esplanade, Kolkata with the set they just denied the fact which I was facing and they were not even ready to hear the the problem. Probably the name of the person was Sajal. After repeted request and an offficial conversation with Tata Indicom staff they have taken the set from me and asked me to wait. More than 1 and half hours I asked them the status of the phone they just told me rudely to take the seat. I again went to them they just returned the set and told me that they can not find any problem. They also retuned me Rs.250/- which they have taken from me as service charge on 29.05.2009.

After that I am just using as tenis ball form Tata Indicom to authorised service centre of Shamsung India Ltd.

I do not know what to do right now ? I am hering lot of abuses from the contact persons for low networking, disconnection during conversation and irregular voice service. And also those who are calling are not getting connections.

I have bought a Samsung Refrigerator on 21/06/2009 from Kalinga Sales, Sahid Nagar, Bhubaneswar, Orissa, India .I have called up the Samsung Customer Care for Exchange the Front Door of my Refrigerator and nobody has turned up so far .It's amost more than a week.
Iam really Frustrated with the Customer Care. If I have to wait for 10 days for a new installation Iam really afraid how many days I have wait for a Service Call !!!.

Samsung - Windows AC — Incompetent customer service

Hi,

I just want to bring to everyone's notice that Samsung customer service has become useless and atrocious. I own a Windows AC of Samsung, and I have not had the privelege to use it whole of this summer and entire summer I was left grasping for breath with so much heat and sweat!! Thanks to the poor show led by samsung customer service.

I had filed a complaint in the month of April that their is no cooling in our AC. After around 10-15 repeated reminders (total 10 days), a person came for a visit to check AC. He then said that there is a leakage in gas, and AC will be picked up by factory people for repair. It took them another 3-4 days to pick AC and then another 2 weeks to give it back, that too, after we kept giving reminders everyday to new customer care executives. The complete tale telling in each call was like an agony. I should have recorded my whole story so that I did not have to repeat it again and again.

Well, things didn't end here. We hardly used it for a day that the AC gave up again...another set of reminders started...another 2 weeks lost...again GAS leakage...wonder what they fixed the first time...it seems now that wiring was leaking...whole of May is over...making my temper all the more hot. After this repair, I thought, I can leisurely spend my summer...But...again...their is a short circuit the very next day...again set of customer complaints to the call center...1 week is lost...luckily this time they didn't have to take it...they replaced the capacitor and it strated working!!! Now when I thought that nothing can go wrong, the very next day, their is NO COOLING...another week of complaint starts...a person comes to visit...and says there is 0% COOLING, the GAS has LEAKED...I keep staring at him asking the kind of service that is being done...he said he will personally pass this complaint, as this is a serious concern...Well!!! till now...the AC has not been picked...and it is almost end of JULY...My whole of summer is gone...I have no idea whether it will work this summer, which has already reached monsoon.

I feel like banging the doors of people, who are so inhumane to other people's requests. I would surely want a compensation for so much harrassment that I am going through, day in and day out. I am left with no other option, but will to take Samsung management to Consumer Court. They have tested enough of my patience. They do not deserve to be a well reputed company, if their customer service is so poor and shoddy!!!

I request everyone that they should not buy SAMSUNG products. Say NO to SAMSUNG!!!

i have complaint about my Microwave on 14.07.09 at [protected] with BP No.[protected].and i was told service engr. will come on 23.07.09.today it is telling he will come on 26.07.09 because i live 35 km.away from service centre and it takes 12 day's time to reach there? what a rubbish company and customer care representatives are there, and even i can't email to samsung customer care b'caz thre is no mail.id of this foolish company.you must have product id, unique no.etc.etc. It is not possible to carry all the papers all the time.I just want to talk to their superiors, but no way...I have so many products of this dirty company.and can't talk to anybody ? I live in Sambalpur (Orissa).and the service centre is in sambalpur which is 35 Km.away from here.
i had a monitor which was bought on nov 2005
i had a display problem and sent to the service center and they repaired after 5 days and they told that it was a minute problem in switch and i paid 330rs
after two days o[censored]se that same complaint occured and i again i sent the monitor to that sevice center.
now its14th day.they didnt make any response.

Dear All,

I have read all the Complaint from other person and i am fully agree with everybody, the Samsung Authorised Dealer is not listening anything after the Goods sold out . We have bought LCD Tv 2 month back and they said they will Provide me the Airtel Cable system but till today we have talked abt 50 time but no sound from their side only give us asurance we will do it by day or two . This is not the matter of few hundred or thousand Ruppes but at the time of buying the Product they would not have assure us that they will provide u after the Purchase and now we have already given all the Payment to them and now no reply instead of 2moro or dayafter 2moro assurance . I personally feel that the person who is having the Problem with Samsung they would have to compaint to their Korea Office and i hope they will really help us for this Matter . As i am in China and i will not leave them just simply and will try our level best to complaint in their Head office and other cooperate Offices .

Or we can simply avoid buying the Samsung Products in near future so that their sales will be go down and then their head Bosses will be Wake up then they will realise the result for not listening the compaint of Consumer .

Samsung India. — Poor Service Infrastructure

Samsung which is a well established brand in Consumer Electronics seems to have a very poor service infrastructure in Bangalore. The Call Center is handled by well mannered professionals however the Service Engineers never keep to their commitments or time. I have wasted three working days now waiting on them and they have been now been consistent in letting me down. It's a pity - they do have good products but I'd rather buy my stuff from others who could probably provide better service.

I PURCHASED OMNIA I900 FROM MUSTAFA CENTER, SINGAPORE.
I GOT PROBLEM IN MY MOBILE RELATING TO LOUDSPEAKER AND EARPIECE. IN BRIEF I COULDN’T HEAR OTHER PERSON DURING CALL BUT OTHER CAN HEAR ME.
OTHER THAN THIS I COULD EVEN NOT HEAR ANY SONG PLAYED, RING TONE, WARNING TONES, ETC.

I TOOK MY PHONE TO LUDHIANA MOBILE SERVICE CENTER (MOBILE CLINIC, NEAR SINGAR CINEMA)ON 6TH OF OCTOBER, 2009 BUT I WAS TOLD THAT IT’S LOUDSPEAKER IS DAMAGED AND LOUDSPEAKER MADE IN INDIA IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH SINGAPORE MANUFACTURED MOBILE.

WHEN I TALKED TO CUSTOMER CARE I WAS GIVEN REFERENCE NO.-[protected], BUT NO SOLUTION. I WAS TOLD THAT CONCERNED PERSON WILL CALL YOU BUT AFTER LONG WAIT I MYSELF CALLED 30308282. SO I WAS GIVEN MOBILE NUMBER OF HEAD OF PUNJAB SERVICE CENTERS, BUT NO SOLUTION.
WHEN I CALLED HIM FOR SOLUTION HE TOLD HE WILL HELP, I ALSO CALLED MANAGER OF MOBILE CLINIC, LUDHIANA, SHE SAID SHE WILL TALK TO SENIOR.WANT TO KNOW ONE THING CAN’T A REPUTED INTERNATIONAL BRAND "SAMSUNG" HELP HIS CUSTOMER TO REPAIR MOBILE. I UNDERSTAND THAT DIFFERENT HAVE DIFFERENT CODING BUT CAN’T "SAMSUNG" ARRANGE A SMALL PART FOR HIS CUSTOMER.
I SPENT 1039 SINGAPORE DOLLOR (APPROX 34000 RUPPEE) FOR A MOBILE TO SUFFER INCONVENIENCE.

normally for water servicing of my a/c i preferred samsung . so i called 22-8-09 to clean up my a/c. cuatomer care ref.no.[protected]. two people come from samsung clean the a/c and take the money. 2-10-09 i found cooling not take place in my a/c. so i called cuatomer care on 7-10-09 file a complain no[protected]. some people come from samsung check the a/c and telling gas leak . this happen due to mishandiling of earlier people. also they said" comprosser cover broken, gas leake due to to pipe line touch each other . because of friction holes has been taken place . also they asid. we are comming from sunbeem. this problem made my sanvee . both are samsung authorised service center. so we are forwarding this complain to sanvee to rectify the fault at free of cost. but till now nobody turned up. so i called cc once again . i got the message that my earlier service also attended by sunbeem only. they are telling lie to escape from us. pls help me what to do. i called local samsung office ph.no.[protected]. but very poor responce. pls dont trust samsung service and pls check they are sending qualified service people.

i have baught a Samsung Television model Z57 29 inches, a month back from Dabur Kitchen of Gurgaon, The first pcs which they delivered to our place was a damage one a patch was coming on the top screen of the T.V and again the second pcs is having the same problem, but even after disageeing that fellow has delivered the T.V to us and say after 15 days one more problem is start accuring the problem is that when we switch off the TV the green patch is coming on the screen and by calling again and again to the service centre same reply is coming that it will happen in each T.V and will goes out after few days, honestly speaking your service department make a fool o[censored]s, I am working with Lifestyle commercial department now after having such a bad experience i have stopped all the order from Samsung even i have infromed so many people not to buy any thing of the Samsung. i am writing this mail to tell you if you people can do something then please do it other wise i have to sue the company for not giving a proper reply and for delivering a damage product . please look into the matter and revert ASAP.

I have purchased a LED tv on[protected] but SAMSUNG avoiding its installing saying they are not having wall mounting brackets on[protected] & for further 7 days it wont be available. It horrryfying that giant company like SAMSUNG dont have wallmouting brackets but charging for the same. REF. NO.[protected]

DEAR SIR/MADAM,
I AM SUFFERING AFTER BUYING YOUR PRODUCT.I HAD PURCHASED A MOBILE PHONE SGH-E251 FROM BHUBANESWAR, WITHIN A YEAR IT SHOWED A PROBLEM OF GETING SWITCHEDOFF WHILE KEEPING IT ANY WHERE .HOWEVER THE PROBLEM WAS SOLVED BECAUSE THE PRODUCT WAS IN WARRANT.
THE TECHNICIAN HIMSELF OPENED THE MOBILE INFRONT OF ME I SAID THAT EVERYTHING IS PERFECT BUT THEY ARE UNABLE TO TROUBLE SHOOT THE PROBLEM, HENCE THEY CHANGED THE SOFTWARE AND THE MATTER WAS SOLVED.

NOW A FEWDAYS AGO MY WARRANTY PERIOD LAPSED AND SUDDENLY I DISCOVERED THAT MY CELLPHONE'S CALL REJECTION/SWITCH ON BUTTON HAS STOPPED WORKING ALONG WITH MY RECIEVER AND LOUDSPEAKER.

CURRENTLY I AM IN RAIPUR CITY AND I WENT TO AN AUTHORISED SERVICE CENTER OF SAMSUNG AT THE D.M.PLAZA BUILDING RAIPUR BECAUSE I FORGOT TO CHARGE THE BATTERY AT NIGHT AND IN THE MORNING IT WAS OFF.THEN AFTER CHARGING THE BATTERY FULLY I TRIED REPEATEDLY TO SWITH IT ON BUT THE BUTTON WAS NOT WORKING.IT WAS ALSO ABLE TO DISPLAY THE CHARGING SIGNAL AND THE ALARM.
THEY TOOK THE MOBILE INSIDE AND SHOWED ME THAT A PART HAS DAMAGED AND THAT HAS TO BE REPLACED. MY PHONE IS A SLIDING PHONE HENCE THE THIN STRIP MIGHT HAVE BEEN DAMAGED SAID BY THE TECHNICIAN AND IMMEDIATELY TOOK IT FOR REPLACEMENT AND AFTER KEEPING IT FOR ONE DAY THEY ARE UNABLE TO SOLVE MY PROBLEM WITH AN EXPLANATION THAT THEY DONT HAVE THE GENUINE PARTS HENCE THE SOFTWARE IS NOT ACCEPTING.

MY QUESTION IS CAN YOU HELP ME IMMEDIADETLY ?
OR I HAVE TO THROW THE MOBILE ASSUMING THAT THE COMPANY IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE OUT WARRANT PRODUCTS.

Samsung mobile. set SGH-F270 — dealer not providing service

I purchased my mobile set on 24 October 2009. It stop working. When I gave this to my dealer- Madhuvan electronics Chowk bazar Balrampur 271201. From last one month he is harassing me, not giving back my mobile, not giving me any date that when it will be repaired . Please suggest me what to do. I have purchased a Samsung make split A/C 1.5Ton Model No. ASi83TGA from M/S Paradise Stores, Sambalpur Orissa, India(Athorised dealer) on dt 5.4.10 vide Retail Invoice No 2709 dt.5.4.10.On dt.26.7.10, dt3.8.10, dt31.8.10, dt3.9.10 and dt22.9.10 at M/S Paradise Store that my said A/C is not cooling properly and the digit display is not functioning atall.They advised me to lodge complain at their Authorised Servece Centre.I rushed to them .They sent their mechanic for two times.But it could not be repaired properle. Samsung — Worst customer service and worst authorised Dealers

I have bought a Samsung LCD from Samsung Plaza, Allahabad...they are giving some good offers along with that for selling their LCD, like 50 dvd movie pack, 4gb pendrive and some other things. But,its almost a month and I haven’t got anything. Despite making a hundred of calls and visiting them every second day,the dealer is saying that it may take another month or two as we are finished up with those products. I don’t understand why they cheat the customers by making such false promises and it was such a bad experience of buying Samsung LCD that in future I will make it sure that i won’t be buying any Samsung product and suggest everybody not to buy any Samsung product atleast not from Samsung plaza, Civil Lines, Allahabad.
Even we have bought a new Samsung window AC from Samsung plaza on 4 May 2011 in Allahabad. They AC doesn't work. It's the worst customer service I have seen. They are simply apathetic to our plight. Their engineers are incompetent. They even have the gall to say - Samsung quality has gone down and they are helpless. God save us the consumers of course the company is on a downhill course sooner than we think.

Samsung is like any chinese / taiwanee company. If you are lucky, you may get a product which works. However, if you need service, then forget it. I am chasing them for 20 days for a fault in me LED TV. To my surprise, when the engineer from Samsung visited to inspect the problem, he was trying to clean the screen by applying spout on his fingers. Its a defect on the LED screen and they don't know what to do. God bless those who have problem with samsung product.

refrigirator not functiong . changed two compressors in two years as it is in warraty period as it was purchased on 05/08/2012, charged 2150/ before one month but no repair is done

After 20 days some noice came from fridge and i lodge compliant to customer care and technician visit our house. after 10 days again noice came from fridge again i lodge complaint at customer care and again technician visit and solve problem. after 15 day again noice came . at last on 05.01.09 I lodge comlaint vide complaint No. [protected] and your technician came and sent my fridge at service center on 06.01.09. Next call from your service center and told that your compresser is foulty and same will be repaired on tomorrow.
    But I do not want this deffective piece and i call to your local branch 0ffice but no proper respons since laste 3 days.
    I want to replace my fridge immediately.

        I have bought Samsung LCD TV Model LA26R71BBM/XTL in oct 2008 From Kabir Electronics Phase 7 Mohali .Since it was installed some of the remote functions were not working and we have complained about the same to the dealer and one of the executive had visited from service centre and confirmed that there is some problem in the TV Board because of that the remote is not working.We have requesated the executive to kindly send a request for replacement of the TV as this is a new TV and under warranty also .Its been a month now that we have been calling Customer care and following up with dealer also and they are not providing any resolution to our complaint.Your so called Customer care exe don't know any thing and they can only help us by arranging a call back from the Concered dept and the stupid concerned dept can only followup with some other depts..One day after a argument with some Sr Exe in Customer care Mr Tarun had arranged a concall with Mr Amarjit Singh [protected] so called Service Incharge of Service Centre But i think he is also so busy that he don't have a courtsey to call back and confirmed abt the status abott the same.As he promised that he will call back will confirm the status.I don't think that Samsung is providing good services to the customer and the so called service incharge don't know the meaning of Customer Service. After such a wonderfull experince with samsung i don't think so that i will be suggesting anybody to buy samsing products rathet i will aslo not buy any samsung products..this was my first experince with samsung and it is so pathetic and i've been mentally harrsed by samsung customer care people and the dealer..Would request you to kindly replace my Samsung TV or Else i have to go to Consumer Court for complaning about the same.

        Samsung/LCD TV — Installation Problem

        I have purchased LCD TV 26A450C1MX FROM SAMSUNG AUTHORISED DEALER M/s. Khaitan Electricals Limited -El-Mart Kanpur on 9/3/2009. The Dealer has promised to install the same on the very next date i.e. 10/03/2009. But till date i.e. 17/03/2009 I am forced to wait for the installation.
        Every time I call it is told that today only it will be installed.

        Please help me to get it installed.

        I bought a Samsung Colour TV (Ultraslim Easy view 551) from Thukral Time Centre Pvt Ltd (B39A Main Road Kalkaji New Delhi - 110019) on Aug '09. Within 2 months the set devloped a problem and i registered a complaint with the call centre on 19th Oct'09. A technician came and after 1.5 hrs of struggling suggested that there was a major defect and hence the entire circuit of the tv needs to be changed as it was going into stand by mode.I registered further complaint with the Samsung call centre and my dealer with a plea that i need the faulty set to be replaced. I have been following up with the service team regularly
        but infortunately dont get any positive feedback from them. No one even bothered to call me during these days and update me with the status. I am sick and tired with such a pathetic service. This was the 1st time that i had bought a Samsung product and it has been a horrifying experience.

        Samsung should bd banned in our country, , , as product life is noghing as compared to price which cutomer is bearing.

        We spent 50, 000 for LCD. And life is 3 years which samsung can promise to cutomer...

        I dont think anybody will spend 10, 000 thousand after every 3 years to repair their television..

        This most ghatiya, yhirdclass brand i have dver purchsed ...

            I have a Samsung DLP TV HL-S5679W. After about 6 months, it started making a clicking sound. We had it fixed under warranty which took about 2 weeks. Then about 6 months later, the same thing happened again, and no one would fix it under warranty. NO MORE SAMSUNG products EVER.

                I had purchased 1 32"LCD TV model no. LA32A450 bearing serial no.0811 from Meharsons electronics SCO 1096, Sec. 22-B, Chandigarh on 4/12/2008 & exactly within 1 month o[censored]se it broke down.
                Service engieer are insisting for repairing but I'm requesting them to Replace the piece.
                Will appeal to everyone not to buy Samsung product as there quality is very poor & moreover the company doesn't replace the product.
                I purchased Samsung LCD TV 26" model No. LA26R71BBM in Dec'8. It started troubling from April. After Engineer came and told some part needed to be replaced. After wait for 10 -12 days finally TV was repaired and it started giving problem again after just 2 days. Now I want TV replacement. Hope to get it replaced. But overall experience with service center is not satisfactory.

                  Sir/Madam,
                  I brought Samsung Microwave Oven from Croma Store, Greater Noida.(Invoice No[protected].
                  When this was delivered Starter Kit with recipie(part of microwave) was not in delivery item.
                  I reported on store and the executives said that Starter Kit of Samsung is not in stock and they offered me Started Kit from microwave of other companies. I told them that I had purchased Microwave from Samsung and need started kit of Samsung which is part of deliverables with Samsung Microwave and is also mentioned in my invoice. If this kit is not in stock they should not sell it to customers.
                  When i refused to take starter kit of company other then the microwave i brought they said that they will deliver it in 3-4 days. I asked them to mention same in a letter pad and asked for complain book.

                  To my surprise they said that they have no complain book its only words which I need to trust. They also refused to write on their letter pad.
                  After I continuously insisted for more than one hour for written letter that Starter Kit is not delivered and it will be delivered later they called their manager Mr. Abhinav Sharma who after lot of insistence from my side mentioned in invoice that Starter Kit will be delivered later(after 5 days).

                  This is a big trouble for customers like me. I brought Microwave from Croma only because it is Tata's store. Such careless incident had forced me to think twice before I brought any product from Tata store. I'm still worried if my Starter Kit will be delivered or I'll need to make multiple trips to store to request for the kit.

                  Please keep a complain book in your stores and don't sell some product if it is not in stock. This is very disguisting, I pay before delivery and the product is not delivered.

                  What is the method of compensation in such cases?

                  Please deliver my Starter Kit with recipe soon.

                    I had purchased a washing machine on 3rd Jan2008 from Reliance Digital Gurgaon and was assured delivery of the same on 4th jan2008. i was called by Reliance Digital oficers on 4th and assured delivery of the product by 4.30pm only after calling their helpline no.. Till the time I am writing this complain at 5.15pm on 5th Jan09 there has been no call made to me for delivery confirmation. I think that Reliance Digital staff are playing around and taking their own sweet time inspite of taking the full payment.
                    Would request the Furum to take this matter and help me compensate for the delay/service deficiency on the part of Reliance Digital. I am thinking of cancelling the order today.

                      I had bought a Samsung W619 CDMA cum GSM dual sim handset on 8th December 2008. However the from the third day there were technical problems with the phone so the dealer was supportive and replaced the handset on the 14th December 2008. After using the phone for a about a week, again I started facing a lot of issues in the new handset which were as below:
                      • Phone hanging abruptly
                      • Phone switching off abruptly
                      • Battery life very low (as against advertised being a powerful one) and not even lasting one day with minimum or no use (idle)
                      • Display on opening the slider not there or appears after delay of 5+ secs

                      Spoke to the dealer again who refused to replace the phone again till a DOA (Dead on Arrival) is received from the service center.
                      I went to the service center on 27th Dec 08 where they said that the DOA can be given only if the phone is brought within 7 days. However they said that since the phone is under warranty they will check and expect the problem to be rectified in two working days (Work Order No: WA[protected]). The service center after two days responded (on my call) that there is a problem in the motherboard of the phone and hence it will take at least 10 days to rectify the problem as the same has been sent to their HO.

                      I have a CDMA number and had replaced my old phone when I bought this handset. Currently I am not able to use my postpaid card and am using a pre paid GSM number which is also costing me. I am a working professional and all my customers are unable to reach me causing me severe difficulties in my business dealings. The service center is not able to provide a spare phone as I have a CDMA connection. The whole experience of buying a Samsung handset (first time buyer as was using Nokia otherwise over 3 years without a glitch) and that too an expensive one has not been pleasant at all. I demand that my phone be replaced immediately or my money refunded if this cannot be done. The Area Service manager had been supportive in looking at the problem himself but he too says that as per company policy he cannot give me a DOAand as the motherboard is not available it will take 7-10 days for the repair.

                      Please look into this problem on an immediate basis as this is causing me immense difficulty and business loss as well and I cannot be expected to operate without a phone which has been recently bought with so many complaints on the handset model.

                        i have purchased a samsung mobile in the month of sept 2008 on the 23rd. the mobile suddenly after 3 months suddenly gets switched off and then after that it does not start at all. i send the handset to samsung service center where they said that they will check and get it rectified. after 2 days they revert that they will show it to their chief technician and then tell us what the problem is. after a week they tell us that they will have to send the handset to banglore as their serive center is only at banglore. now i am already without a handset for past one week and they expect me to do without a handset for 10 more days. my business also suffers as i myself am a franchisee for reliance and we sell samsung handsets in our showroom. i am not getting a replacement for the handset nor a standby handset till the time they get it rectified... why should i get it repaired when i am suppose to get a replacement. its within warranty. why should i use a faulty handset. please help regarding this as i am suffereing without a handset.

                        Samsung/ Mobile - SGH-J600 — Faulty Handset Sold and poor after sales service

                        Hi,

                        I bought a mobile Samsung SGH-J600 for Rs 5089.00 on 5 June 08 viz. invoice no. MH /01861/00001/1003 from Mobile store

                        with adddress : The Mobile Store Limied, #10054/90, Madhav Arcade, geddalahalli, RMV Extn II, Sanjay nagar.

                        Since August 08 second week onwards i started encountering the problem in the mobile display. The display would sometime

                        goes off completely, sometimes the color of the screen would change and sometimes all the characters would get reversed

                        as if you are looking those characters in the mirror. Almost continuously facing this issue for a week I went to the

                        Samsung Service Plaza with the following address:NO.9, 27TH MAIN, I STAGE, I PHASE, BTM LYT RING ROAD, BANGALORE and

                        lodged a complaint on 19 Aug 08 with complaint id [protected].

                        The cause of the behaviour of mobile was told to me as over sliding. Now, this being a slider mobile i do not understand

                        to what extent o[censored]sage we call as oversliding. If the mobiles gets this bad in the first two months itself. what would

                        happen later.

                        As it was in warranty period they said they would replace the spare part but it is out of stock as of now and i would

                        receive it in the next week. As soon as it comes they would give me a call. Since then i have spoken to them several

                        times and even to their TL Arun Singh and i was told that it would be received by 25 of Sept 08.

                        To my surprise they quoted the reason for delay saying the spare part is not available anywhere and it has to come from

                        Korea, because samsung does not manufacture spare parts in India and so it would take this much of time. I was literally

                        shocked as from 19 Aug till 25 sept would be more than a month. And as it is the display is completely gone now and i am

                        missing so many calls, not able to pick them up and not able to call anybody, all my phone numbers are stored in the

                        mobile itself so cannot access them.

                        As i got to know the tentative time of delivery of spare part, i requested Arun the TL at samsung Service center for a

                        I am seriouly frustated with the kind of response i am getting from the samsung customer care. Now, i feel i should not

                        have bought samsung mobile itslef.

                        Since, the mobile stopped working properly within the first two months of its purchase and subsequent ignored response

                        form the samsung customer care adn service center, i do not wish to keep this mobile with me anymore. I therefore,

                        request for the refund of money i.e. Rs 5089.00 for this faulty handset.

                        I request to please take some action against Samsung and i may please be refunded all my money back. This will set an

                        dexample for other mobile manufacturers to follow and teach them a lessson that they cannot take their customers for

                        granted.

                        to purchase a mobile phone model SGHJ150 on 13/03/09 from M/s Mega marketing, kannur. After some days it devoloped some spots as if fungus formation on it's top left key pad and after some days it starts expanding even to the other keys. Ihave approached the dealer and they directed me to the autherised service center M/s Sangi&co kannur It is quiet pathetic to say, their response was very poor.they said the part carries no warranty and insists me to send a mail to the company.I can't just throw away the thing worth Rs.4700/- in two months use. Does your product carries only this much durability?
                        It is not out of phase to mention that you have the poorest after sales service.This bitter experience force me to neither opt for any of your product nor any one to for as such. Because I strongly suspect the product quality.No mishandling or anything as such done on the set.The functioning is OK. What can you do on this issue? After purchase i found that i was not able to save songs directly to memory card. I sent this query a mail to samsung customer care i got a reply from them to update software from Hitech solutions Anna nagar, nearly i wasted one day there After updating software i am able to save in memory card directly now, but IMEI no is shown as [protected]/0 00 and today i got a message from BSNL that my handset is not having IMEI no and asked to change the mobile or else liable for disconnection. Now its not even showing network.

                        And when i switch off and on i get message that "user fault on illegal trial!" please solve this, know i am not able to use my handset. Really I am fed up by samsumg mobile.

                        Electroserve in Moti Nagar, N Delhi is the worst service centre for mobile phones . I found a number o[censored]nsatisfied customers there. The tecnicians are not expert and upto the mark.

                        I gave my mobilr phone on 11/7/2009 to repair and I was given an estimate of Rs 301/- but on repeated visits I could not get my phone repaired and finally I was told that the expenditure is of Rs3800/- while the phone cost me 5000/- . There was a minor problem of charging in my phone but now they say mother board is to be changed. Looks like they have damaged my set due to lack of expertise at there end.

                        Samsung India — Faulty Mobile Phone Samsung Star

                        I have purchased a new samsung mobile phone S5233 star for my son on the 8th Of Aug 09 from Hypercity Malad. on the 22nd Aug the phone started malfunctioning, it was just switching on and off on its own. on 23rd Aug 09 i called on samsung service number for replacement of the phone as it was hardly 15 days old but they informed me that replacement is given if there is any problem within 7 days and hence replacement is not possible and it needs to be taken to nearst service station,and they allocated a BP No [protected].

                        i took the phone to hypercity and showed them the phone, they said it was a software related problem and will be rectified by the service station. they directed me to the nearest service station in shastri nagar goregaon. the next day my son reached on the address and found that the service station had shut down and they were no longer service franchisee for samsung but they directed him to Borivali service station.

                        on 26th Aug 09 my son took the mobile phone to samsung service center Master Care in Borivali West. after inspection the representative said that some files of the software were corrupt hence the phone is malfunctioning and they will reset it. after some time the phone was returned saying it was ok, my son checked the phone it saw in the standby mode and the touch screen was functioning. he inquired whether they have checked the phone properly and will it work ok ? the service representative assured everything is fine. in the entire day my son did not recieve any calls nor did he try to make outgoing call, nether did he recieve any sms nor did he send any sms.

                        in the eve when he came from collage his friends called on the landline and inquired about him as his phone was not reachable throughout the day and he did not reply to their sms. my son was surprised as he had not received anycalls nor sms. then he tried making calls, it was not possible to make outgoing calls. when we tried to call his number we got reply saying the number is not available. when he tried sending an sms the phone again got hanged and on the screen the following was displayed

                        i again contacted hypercity as nobody from samsung bothered to call and enquire. i was asked to submit the phone at hypercity who inturn assuered me to get my problem resolved i submited the phone at hypercity on the 2rd of sept 09 and have not got any feedback on the same as of yet.

                        Sub: - In regard of fraud selling of old & defected phone by presenting it as a new one.

                        I have purchased a new Samsung Phone SGH-I 450 from M/S Pahuja Mobiles Shop No. 32, Nehru Market, Maharaja Agarsain Chowk Gurgaon Haryana on dated 09/05/2009 vide Bill No. 1440 dated 09/05/2009.

                        After using it for two days, phone was not charging properly, I have complained for the same to the shop owner, who told me to go to the service centre. I went to service centre situated at Sectoer 14 Gurgaon on dated 16/06/2009 At the service centre I was told that the mother board of the phone is faulty & almost Rs. 7000/- is required to correct the fault, which is a manufacturing fault. I once again went to Bharat Communication a another service centre which is situated at BG-20, GROUND FLOOR, RG Call Center:30308282 in Pahar Ganj Behind Pahar Ganj Police station Delhi. He also told me that PBA Problem is created and he makes an estimate of Rs 9448 vide estimate No. work order no. WA5535.911195 dated 17/07/2009. (The Photocopy of estimate is attached)

                        I have bought my phone from a renowned co. Samsung for best service. The shopkeeper owner has sold me the old and defected phone with a new body & charged me for the new phone.

                        When I told service center’s people that, it is a new phone and it is in guarantee period. I was told to contact the shop owner.I am in very shock because I had spent Rs 12000/- for mobile which was out of order within two months. I also went to kalkaji service centre on dated 18/08/2009 they also made an estimate of 7517- telling reason IFC track missing. I am very sad because I always trust samsung electronics.

                        However, I had made the payment for the renowned Samsung Co. Mobile Phone and not for the damaged/replaced parts Phone (reassembled by M/s Pahuja Mobiles Shop).
                        In view of genuine and bonafide facts as stated above, I humbly request Samsung Co. to please look into this case in depth as it is a case of forgery and do the needful for replacing my Mobile Phone by new one as no fault of mine.

                        I bought a Samsung Mobile S 3310 yesterday evening, 06/10/2009, from The Mobile Store, Tilak Nagar, Chembur, Mumbai - 400089, worth Rs. 5149, with the IMEI no [protected].

                        I work with Essar at their Kurla office. Though the phone was functioning ok yesterday evening, I am not getting network connectivity at my office, and the screen always shows "searching" and every time I have to switch it off and switch on to get connectivity. But after a short while it is lost again.
                        This was not the problem when I was using a Sony Erricson handset earlier ofcourse with the Same SIM Card.

                        Though I am going to put this to the Store from where I purchased the set, this is very poor service from a renowned company SAMSUNG for a product which is based on the basis of network connectivity.

                        I would still be giving the handset a try, but If I still face the same problem, I would request for a replacement though ofcourse with another model.

                        I Quite agree with the complaint the service ceters are pathetic, within 3 months o[censored]sing the samsung star phone, the touch panel isn't working the worst part is that there was no pressure added on the panel or did the phone fall off anytime all of a sudden the caliberation AND THERE'S NO OPTION TO EVEN CALIBERATE THE PHONE EVEN ORDNARY CHINESE PHONES HAVE THAT OPTION IN CASE THE TOUCH GOES HERE IT just went off, the worst part is the service centers guys don't have any spares and after 2 weeks the same old damn excuse we have ordered and it will come.

                        Samsung Star Phone — Faulty Phone and no help from service center

                        I purchased a Samsung Star Phone in June 09 when it was newly launched, for a change as i was overwhelmed with the ads and features it had to offer so decided to leave my association with Nokia as i was using their handsets for 10 yrs and go for this phone. Initial 3 months was fine but last week all of a sudden the touch panel stopped responding, no water fell on it or pressure placed on the panel or no damage was done as it was maintanined very well and suddenly this happens, i checked for a servce center near my place whom i have been desperately trying to resolve my issue but everytime he says NO DON'T COME HERE AS I DON'T HAVE THE SPARES AND I HAVE ORDERED AND IT WILL TAKE TIME and its been good 2 weeks now.

                        What on earth will the customer do if he is left in a state like this after spending 10,000 and iam left with nowhere now , the best part is this phone doesn't even have a caliberation setup even the ordinary cheap China phones have it incase the caliberation goes off in the touch panel.

                        My biggest risk from moving from Nokia to Samsung has backfired me very badly, why don't u guys look at the service centers at Nokia it is so damn good and they are completely professionals incase there are any issues with the handsets, Samsung seems to be claiming to produce the best phones but have u ever thought how these phones will be serviced and taken care of incase of any eventualities .

                        FIRSTLY INSTANT SIGN WAS TAKEN ON MY CUSTOMER COPY WAS TAKEN BACK BY THERE EXECUTIVE.I WAS SHOCKED TO SEE MY MOBILE'S DISPLAY WAS IN A VERY BAD SHAPE, AND ALSO THERE WERE SCRATHCHES ON MY DISPLAY SCREEN, I TOLD THEM THAT BY MISTAKE THEY HAVE EXCHANGED MY DISPLAY TO SOME OTHER CUSTOMER, THE LADY THERE WHO TOOK MY MOBILE AT THE TIME WHEN I SUBMITTEDE MY MOBILE CONFIRMED TO ME IT'S ENGINEER'S MISTAKE, BUT THE OTHER LADY, STARTED MISBEHAVING AND SHOUTING ON ME THAT ALL THIS ACTIVITY IS NOT HAPPENING AT THERE SERVICE STATION.MOREOVER SHE WAS NOT INTERESTED TO RETURN MY CUSTOMER COPY ALSO, WHICH I FOUGHT AND TOOK IT'S XEROX COPY FOR MY RECORDS.

                        I had purchased Samsung CDMA mobile from M/s A-1 sales Nadiad.

                        From purchase of one month there was problem in log details & phone book

                        When I had send it to service center at Nadiad. They had taken 26 days to solve problem. after complaining a lot to their customer care .

                        Again same problem create within 10 days every time the are repairing,

                        Their customer support department assured me to replace handset before 2nd week of March 2010 But there was not any information on support number or service center

                        Now I had decided to go for legal action
                        I had bought a Samsung Star Mobile with WiFi Model No. GT-S5233W on
                        February 7, 2010 from Hotspot. ( A Unit Of Spice Retail Limited )
                        WZ-152-A/3, main Najafgarh Road, Near metro Pillar No. 678, Uttam Nagar,
                        New Delhi – 110059, vide bill no. ( Book No. 614/07 & Serial No. 331 )
                        dated February 7, 2010 for Rs. 8075/- all inclusive.

                        From the day one this mobile was giving me problem, as it used to get
                        re-booted while talking ( or even lying on the table ) and the frequency of
                        re-booting increased to 4-5 time a day.

                        Finally I took my mobile to Bharat Communication, Phahar Gunj ( Samsung
                        Authorised Service Centre )on March 27, 2010. Initially without checking
                        anything, they told me that it has to be formatted and all data will be
                        lost. I compromised on the data and gave them go ahead so that whatever
                        problem is there can be rectified. Even after that the mobile re-booted and
                        they told me to leave the mobile with them, which I did.

                        Since then I was following up with the Service Centre and for the last 4-5
                        days I am being told the the PCB has been changed and hence IMEI no. has
                        been changed, which is to be updated, but Samsung site is having some
                        problem because of which they are not able to fix my mobile.


                        Finally on April 5th 2010 evening they have given me the mobile no. of Mr.
                        Sumit Seth, telling me that Mr. Seth is the Area Manager, and if I am
                        having any service related issue I may please talk to Mr. Seth on
                        [protected]. Since then I am trying Mr. Seth’s no. but he does not pick up
                        the phone neither calls back, even after leaving SMS. Then I wrote an
                        e-mail to Samsung through the e-mail link on Samsung’s website to which I
                        was responded back on April 6th 2010 by a computer generated e-mail,
                        wherein I was given a transaction no. [protected] assuring that someone from
                        the concerned department will contact me, but nothing of that sort has
                        happened. On April 5th 2010 only I call Samsung Helpline no. also (
                        [protected] and talked to Mr. Jitender, who gave me the transaction no.
                        [protected] and also promised to take this up with the concerned authority
                        and ensure that some senior person calls me, but again nothing of that sort
                        happened.

                        On April 6th 2010 I again called up Samsung Service Provider, Bharat
                        Communication and the lady at the front desk told me that the Service
                        Franchise owner Mr. Bharat himself has gone to main Service Centre of
                        Samsung at Nehru Place to get the fault checked and he will be back in the
                        evening and I will be updated on the status of my mobile, again no one
                        updated me. I was actually surprised on this feedback that my mobile is
                        being taken to main Service Centre of Samsung for fault diagnosis as they
                        had already told me that they have replaced the PCB and IMEI no. updation
                        is pending, which is not happening due to some problem in Samsung’s site.

                        Again on April 7th 2010 after waiting for the inputs, I called up Bharat
                        Communication in the second half to know the status of my mobile and after
                        being put on hold for long I was told to call up by 6.00 P.M., when I
                        confronted the lady at the front desk, she made me talk to Mr. Ravi, who
                        told me that I can come by 6.00 P.M. and collect my mobile. I reached the
                        Service Centre, Bharat Communication sharp at 6.00 P.M. to collect my
                        mobile. Mr. Ravi attended me and handed over my mobile to me, telling me
                        that PCB has been replaced and INEI no. updation has also been done after
                        the mobile was taken to the main Service Centre of Samsung in Nehru Place.
                        I said fine, let me use this mobile for few days and check whether the
                        re-booting problem has actually been rectified or not and ask for a call
                        report. On this I was told that they will not give me any call report (
                        wherein details of the action taken and the current status of the mobile
                        was supposed to be mentioned ). Instead I was told to give the receiving of
                        the mobile on the Job card and take the mobile back. When I insisted on
                        getting the call report, the owner of Bharat Communication Mr. Bharat told
                        me that they will not give me any call report and if I have any issue in
                        that I can talk to the people at Samsung. He also offered to write the new
                        IMEI no. ( which actually changed as they replaced main PCB of the mobile
                        phone ) on my bill itself, to which I didn’t agree and insisted on getting
                        the call report, properly mentioning action taken on my mobile to make it
                        up and running and if the IMEI no. has changed, that also is to be
                        documented in the customer call report, to which he didn’t agree.

                        Then I started trying mobile no. of Mr. Sumit Seth ( [protected] ) and left
                        SMS also, but as usual he didn’t pickup my call, neither did he called
                        back. I called up Samsung Helpline[protected] and talked to Sakshi,
                        Manoj & Sneha. Very unfortunately I have to put this on records that these
                        people seem to be trained to disconnect the phone while customer is
                        sharing his/her problem and just put the phone down saying we are not able
                        to hear your voice.

                        Further adding to my agony, owner of the Service Centre, Mr. Bharat told me
                        that he has just updated my IMEI no., while I was trying to talk to
                        various people in Samsung and told me that my IMEI no. has not been changed
                        and showed me my original IMEI no. on the mobile screen by executing some
                        command. This was so shocking for me that after telling me the story of
                        IMEI no. being changed and problem being faced in updating the new IMEI no.
                        I am being told that IMEI no. of my mobiles now remains same as earlier.

                        I again requested Mr. Bharat to give me the customer call report and he
                        simply refused. I therefore have not collected my mobile and have left it
                        with the Service centre, as being a customer I have all the rights to know
                        what Samsung / Samsung Service Providers have done with my mobile, what
                        action have they taken, what part have they replaced. By not giving me a
                        customer call report Samsung and Samsung Service providers are depriving a
                        customer of his rights.

                        One more problem I face with this mobile, which I discussed with Mr.
                        Bharat, is that I am not able to send or receive business card on this
                        mobile and Mr. Bharat confirmed that there is a problem to which there is
                        no solution as of now.

                        If we summarize all the facts, Samsung is fleecing it customers by selling
                        inferior quality products, which fail in one month, which have problem in
                        the technology being used and also on account of deficiency of Services to
                        its customers.

                        Such services are not at all acceptable and are not expected from a company
                        of repute like Samsung.

                        I have made up my mind that I no longer intend to use Samsung products
                        anymore and want Samsung to refund Rs, 8075/- of my hard earned money I
                        spent on buying Samsung Mobile.

                        I therefore request you to instruct Samsung management to return my money
                        and penalise Samsung & Samsung Service Provide Bharat Communication for
                        being completely insensitive towards customers, non cooperative and
                        deficiency of services to its customer

                        I purchased a mobile phone model no C 3510 on 13/05/2010 from Libya (North Africa).I started using it only from the second week of August.Last week after charging the mobile it wasn’t getting switched on. So I took it to the service centre in Vashi, Navi Mumbai, which is located in sector 2.The technician who checked the mobile said that it was having some manufacturing defect. Its mother board has to be changed which would take 15-20 days. I was ready to give my mobile but he wasn’t ready to take the mobile for repair. He said that as it was purchased from abroad they could not repair it and asked me to take it to some other Samsung service centre which is located at Hera Panna. He gave me a phone number of the call centre and asked me to contact them in that number. The call centre executive who attended my call said that the mobile purchased outside India will not get a warranty in India. While purchasing the mobile I had confirmed that it was having international warranty. Why did he say like this? What do u mean by international warranty? Does international warranty exclude India? Is it my fault that I have purchased a defective piece? Why the company which is so popular selling such defective pieces? Should I suffer the loss for the company’s fault? Please tell me what is the solution for this problem? I have already placed a complaint and my complaint number is [protected]. Whenever I call the call centre to enquire about the status of my complaint they say that before 8 pm I will get a call from them. This is continuing for the last three days and till now nobody has called me. Now what should I do? What is the use of giving complaints? The serial number of the mobile is 358651/03/400977/7. Will my problem be solved or will I have to suffer the loss? It is shameful for the company’s goodwill. I never thought that such a popular company will sell defective pieces. I want a solution for my problem or else I will proceed legally.

                        whereas after one month lapsed neither the set repaired nor any response from Service Centre.when i approached the service centre persons they said that to solve this problem at the earliest.

Subsequently there was some problem cropped up on the handset. Immediately, I approached the Reliance Webword and I was directed to visit your authorised service centre at Dombivli (East). I visited the authorised service centure and explained the problems and they have taken my handset and given the work order No.108 dated 7th August, 2011. Despite my many telephone calls they have not informed me over phone on the actual fact of the handset. Today I visited the service centre and informed me that the entire circuit is faulty and the handset is not repairable. I wanted to understand the handset was purchased on 4th April, 2011 and being a new handset and how this handset get damaged and non repairable. In view of this, I request you to kindly replace the handset by providing me new handset since the machine is still under warranty.

                        Inconvenience noticed :

                        1. Subsequent to attending incoming call, network vanishes for next 25 sec from the finish time of incoming call.
                        This implies that handset does not respond immediately (despite trying with other telephone service providers - it is
                        as good as I do not have mobile during this time )

                        2. Whenever outgoing call is dialed and when other outgoing call is tried above problem happens. “No network Coverage
                        For 25 sec” .

                        Let us assume I have 50 outgoing calls and 50 incoming calls a day. This implies I have lost connectivity for 2000secs
                        (100 calls by 20 sec) which is 7.5% of work time.

                        I do not understand how could company like Samsung release the product having such issues.

                        I would request you to immediately take necessary action in this.

                        Being Head of marketing for an automotive company, such issues puts me bad from the point of connectivity which is inevitable
                        for today’s business.

                        Pls address this issue if this technical issue is fixable else approve immediately for a replacement with other models.

                        I have a samsung mobile model no. GT-B5310 . The belt of this mobile was out of order and I submitted this mobile for repair at Samsung Authorized Service Centre Pacetel Communication Pvt. Ltd., C-59, Near Punjabi Zaika Restaurant, Lajpat Nagar-II, New Delhi on[protected], and they deposited my mobile vide receipt No. [protected] through my colleague Kailash Chander and told me that we would call back to you within 7 days, however, they didn't call me back. I myself rang to the showroom several times and every time their response was that your phone is not yet ready. After few days, they told me to take your mobile as the parts of mobile could not be imported and could not be repaired.

                        After, I sent complain to the Concerned Department, they called me within 15 minutes on the same day and told that your mobile has been repaired. I sent my person to collect the mobile after two days. When I received my mobile, the touch screen was running continuously without stop.                         I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy Ace 5830i mobile from a website called Kaunsa.com on the 19th of April 2013 by paying through my credit card
                        Since then i had problems coming from your this site services on their, products delivery time and now the product itself is now working.

                        My order number on the Kaunsa website is (order no: KA/113521/2L2CPC62).

                        I am highly dissatisfied with from top to bottom services given to me by your website i got the telephone on the 17th May 2013 after paying the whole amount in advance i got the delivery on the 19th April 2013 more than one month it took the website to deliver the product that too i had call and remind them again and again .

                        Its not even 1 month now of purchase that the mobile is not working properly.

                        I contacted Samsung Service center and they confirmed that the mobile is imported thus it will not be covered under warranty in India.

                        I called the Kaunsa.com service department they said to write a complain to there complain department and only they can look into the matter.After waiting for their respond for three days as no body called up from their site, i called them again and told them that how can a samsung telephone purchased from your site be an imported product the person rudely told me please check the warranty at the website it says dealers warranty.

                        So i thought maybe there is some thing like that so i said would somebody guide me on the same how can i get my money back or get my mobile useful ...they said the website will get back to you again when your complain ticket number comes in...

                        I would like to ask you first can any website sell Samsung Imported mobile in India like this ...Does Samsung company have given rights to Kaunsa.com to sell there mobiles like this ...If not what action can be taken against the website because they are in no mood to give my money back or even repair my mobile...

                        Actual this is a direct insult to Samsung India who if they are allowing a website to sell Samsung product with out paying any Indian Duties or taxes and selling Imported Mobiles on their website...

                          I am a resident of Ranchi. I had bought a samsung E740 mobile phone in july, 08. Some software problems arose in the month of november, 08. I had taken it to a service centre in Ranchi. The employees told me to be back in 15 days. The phone was sent to Calcutta for repairing job.After coming back, I was informed that some internal parts of the phone were missing. When I had given my phone, there was no problem with the hardware as informed by the engineer sitting in the Service centre in Ranchi. Now again they have sent my mobile to Calcutta for inspection. It has been two months now since i handed my mobile phone to the Service Centre.

                          I think I would never ever tell anyone to go for Samsung products in future, as the company's employees are not reliable.

                          I want my mobile phone back in working condition. It is a request to the higher authorities of the Samsung company to do something in this regard, as being a student I can not afford to buy mobile phones so frequently.

                            On 26th of Jan. 09 I bought one airtel digital sat. box from GAYLORD EMPORIUM, 2, Paltan Bazaar, Dehradun, Uttarkhand PIN 248001, by paying Rs.2000/-. The owner of the shop told me that i will get five months subscription free of cost.Later when i arrived at my home i read in activation kit that (INVALID IF SOLD SEPARATELY.TO BE SOLD FREE WITH SAMSUNG LCD AND PLASMA TVS ONLY). The owner Mr. Baljinder Singh has cheated me.

                              We bought a plasma from Samsung in August 2007, model no. PS50Q7HM/XTL. In September 2008, the plasma started giving display problems. But in October 2008, the screen went completealy blank. A complaint was registered with Samsung Customer Care on 20/10/2008, BP no. [protected]. The technician came & checked the plasma only to say that 3 parts were to be changed. On constant follow up, we were always told that the parts have been ordered, but never came. Then Mr. Negi (Technician) came & took the display board for 4 days, only to come back to say that the whole board will be changed for an expense of Rs 55000/. It was shocking for us to believe that a few days back only the parts were ordered and now suddenly the whole thing had to be changed. We don't know what Mr.Negi really did when he took the display board with him.
                              Just one month after the warranty expired, the plasma went black.
                              For just one month's difference, we have been asked to spend such a huge amount..
                              Please intervene into the same and get the repair done at minimal cost.

                                I HAVE A VERY BAD EXPERIENCE WITH SAMSUNG MOBILE SERVICE CENTER, 503 chettikulam, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari dist, TamilNadu, India.
                                I submit my samsung mobile model SGH-X210, SL.No RW5Q114006V IMEI/RSN [protected], WORK ORDER NO WA[protected] to the above said service center for solving the HANGING PROBLEM. They took the mobile on 14/11/08 and told me to come after 10 days because it must be repaired at chennai. I went next week and they told me that my mobile had come without solving the problem and hence it was sent back again to chennai.I went to them on 24/12/08 and they told me that my mobile was repaired and it will reach at nagercoil next day.They also told me that they will inform me as soon as it reach nagercoil from chennai.But there was no information from them till today 3/01/09. Two months passed away since they recieve my mobile.Today 03/01/09 they are saying that my mobile was sent to bangalore for repair work.
                                This was a BAD EXPERIENCE for me from a company like SAMSUNG.

                                  I have purchased a Samsung Printer SCX-4521F on dt.[protected]. I have some problem facing in my printer in sep months, the problem is when I sending a fax, fax is gone but in sending report the dialing no. of other side is not present or wrong number but the fax gone to write no.

                                  After visit of compny engineer he replace the fax card after replacing a fax card new problem generate. The problem is fax no. apperiang but no pitch sound or voice sound appeared when i am dialing the no. The company said your telephone line on pulse mode so we can't repairing or replace the product but in my printer both the mode are present, if your telephone in pulse mode then pulse mode acutate & your telephone in tone mode your printer actuate in tone mode.

                                  But sir company not taking any further action on date 10th dec. 2008 and my wornty time ending on 23 jan 2009.

                                  I am an advocate practicing at Bangalore. I have purchased a Samsung Printer SCX 4521 F. The said printer became out of order and if a print command is given entire printed page becomes dark black.

                                  Immediately in the month of May 20th itself I have lodged a complaint with your customer care executive, however there was no progress at all.

                                  Thereafter I have contacted your customer care service centre several times. On[protected] I have lodged the serious complaint. My telephone bill clearly reflects the details of the contact with your customer care.

                                  I have been reminding you from my telephone calls however always I receive bluffing saying that it will be done immediately. In the third week of May a service engineer visited and he checked the printer however it did not work, thereafter he had come on next day however though he has changes its mother board it did not work. He left saying that one more part has to be changed. Thereafter there was no news from you.

                                  Thereafter I have been reminding you almost everyday requesting you to repair or replace the printer however there is no positive response from you.

                                  I am a practicing advocate every day I need to take printouts urgently and to submit to the Hon'ble Court. My works are emergency in nature and I am depending only on one Printer. The negligence and deficiency of service has caused me to suffer irreparable loss and injury. I am really annoyed by your conduct and I had to waste lot of time and energy persuing about the complaint. This treatment was not expected from Samsung Company. I have suffered huge loss.

                                    We purchased a Samsung 26" LCD TV, Model No. - LA 26A450 which had the following offer :

                                    FREE Airtel Digital TV
                                    Buy a SAMSUNG LCD or Plasma TV: get free Airtel Digital TV connection with free installation and 5 month subscription** worth Rs. 2995/-

                                    1.The TV was delivered & installed by Samsung - No issues with that
                                    2.We also got a Airtel black voucher from the dealer after which we contacted Airtel to come & activate the digital TV connection.
                                    3. Airtel people came to our house & after detailed investigation informed us that because they were not getting any signal at our house the connection was not feasable. They had no solutions / alternatives to give us. Airtel has raised their hands & told us to contact Samsung for a refund of Rs 2995-
                                    4. On contacting Samsung customer care, they also brushed their hands off our problem & told us to speak to Airtel.
                                    5.We have been taken for a complete ride by this offer.
                                    6. Are we to suffer because Airtel does not have a signal at all places.
                                    7. I demand a refund from Samsung as it was their offer. Samsung should keep to its reputation & honour the offer made.

                                    It is really correct. they are cheating. samething had happened to me. my case is worser than yours. I bought same 26" LCD with airtel offer from Sathya agencies in Chennai on 31st Dec.2008.till todate i haven't got my activation kit from the retailer. he keep on telling that they got supply from samsung with out the activation kit. they r waiting for it to come. they have been communicating with samsung regarding this. but almost 20 days has been passed. i donot know what to do. and i heard airtel service very worst on earth. their customer service is very poor as i have seen plenty of compliants against them.i m planning to ask my refund of Rs. 2995.
                                    Airtel Digital TV offer with Samsung is a complete farce. I bought a Samsung LCD in Bangalore and got the Airtel Digital TV installed. The offer says 5 months free. But in 15 days it stops working. The Airtel customer care people are completely dumb. They are of no help at all. Its been 5 days I have been waiting for them to resume services. The wait is still on. Airtel Digital TV is pathetic, don't believe this offer. Also they have no contact number in Bangalore to get this problem resolved. You are better without it. Do not take this offer and instead get a discount from the dealer.

                                    I have buy 1 month ago a Wash machine & dry machine kombo WF-B105NC. They sad it is A energie group but it is'nt. I have use in Germany drying maschines and it was very good, but this not. I sad all thing to service in İzmir they come very quickly the send the reklamation form to istanbul but they say anything since 3 weeks.                                     Absolutely correct. I had purchased a Samsung 22'' LCD TV form Jhansi under the Samsung-Airtel offer scheme where I am supposed to get a free Digital TV receiver with 5 months North Mega pack + Neo sports pack .


                                    On receiving the activation voucher on 3rd Feb, I tried to ring the Toll free number provided but could not connect as th number does not seem to exist. I used the alternate number provided[protected]. I talked to the executive Ms Kalpana and gave her the Details and was assured that the installation engineer would arrive within 8-10 days. However, till date (17 Feb) nobody has bothered to contact me or shown any signs of installing the same. I had called the call centre again on 12th Feb and 16th Feb and had to go through the same drill and give all details again. Today after 25 days and 2 hrs of STD calls I have been told by the 4th customer service executive that since airtel digital TV has no presence in North India and my PIN code does not exist in your computers they are sorry but they cannot install the STB. However on the previous three occasions nobody told me anything of the sort. I also do not recall any mention of the same in their advertisements/website tha tAirtel Digital TV Service is only available in metros.

                                    I called for activation after receiving voucher on 14rd Feb, and talked to the executive "Abdul Subhani" and gave him my details. At that time, he was unable to give me service (airtel TV account) because their service was not available in my area (Kota 324005), but I was assured that I will get a call from Airtel and get the installation within 21 days. However, till today nobody contacted me from Airtel.

                                    But when I saw their dealership today in town and I contacted them, they said "we do not have any information in our system and we can not do anything, offer date (20th Feb) is gone; goodbye". Well to me that is a fraud committed by Airtel.

                                    I ask to these companies (Airtel), why do theywaste our time in promotions like these where they do not want to actually deliver on it.

                                      i hav lodged complain for my faulty refrigerator 3 months ago, engineer came said compressor n condessor is having a problem n took the refrigerator to the workshop they took 2 months to repair even after receiving it . refigerator wasnt working again within 4 days . they again took the refrigerator and till date they havnt returned it . service providers told that it will be charged 1200 bugs but made a bill of 2600 and they they came down to 1500 bugs . the employees have horibble language to speak, no manners, no professionalism, absurd and rediculous. it was my 57000 bugs of investment in the refrigerator n it was a total loss. this is for sure me nt purchasing any more products of samsung. i wish this company closes as soon as possible . horrible experience

                                        Hi I am vishwas shanbhag and had bought a samsung 120 Gb Harddisk(P/N : 0650JQSY202857 and S/N : S00QJ10X288959) on[protected] from lamington road at one of the dealer outlet. when my harddisk crashed i went to Express Digital Systems situated at Navyog Niwas, Shop No 6, gd fl, 167, lamington road, opp minerva cinema, grant road (e), mumbai - 400 007 on[protected] and spoke to one of the executives Ms. Namita who was very rude and they did not have a record of the hard disk.

                                        Is this how Samsung provide service to their customers? in that case everybody should stop buying any samsung product.

                                        I am extremely upset with so called SAMSUNGS CUSTOMER SUPPORT.

                                        Will be moving to consumer court for the same.
