worst service offered by univer cell stores....i gave my mobile for service n its almost 2weeks now they have not yet given my mobile.going on delaying it.i suggest every 1 never purchase mobiles 4m univer cell...worst n worst

Samsung mobile J 700 I — Samusung mobile lost

Dear sir

I have purchased my mobile from your Samsung Dealer ATTITUDE 13 Rajan Complex, Datta Mandir ,Nashik Road vide Invoice No.124 dt.21.4.2009 . Yesterday 2nd September 2009 I have lost my mobile and My Mobile No.[protected] ,IMEI No.[protected]/3 ,Model No. is Samsung J 700 I . I have already complaint as FIR to Bhadrakali Police station ,Bhadrakali Nasik . So you are kindly requested to lock this mobile so that no body can use this mobile

Samsung — my phone microphone is regularly create problem

2 month ago i purches samsung m3510..now it regularly creat micro phon prolem(outgoing voice not going)i give the mobile 3times in warnty.

I have purchased Samsung SGH-J600 Silk model mobile. After 3 moth it's display gone. I went to the service center in Bangalore BTM Then they are saying there is no warranty for Display .Then i paid money and changed the display. After one month again its gone.

I purchased samsung c3010 mobile on 22/06/09 before 2 month only.it gets automatically switch-off after every 2-3 hrs. I lodged the complaint at service centre at rakot, but problem remain as it is... i complain again...but problem didnt solve...im not satisfied...Please guide me what to do.

jab mai is badalawane k liye service centre gayi to unlogo nai ye kahte hue mana kar diya ki assesroies ki warrenty kevel 6 month ki hoti hai jabki sumsung k sath jo warrentee card aaya hai usmai likha hai
" warranty for a period of twelve manths(12) commencing from the date of activation /purchase of the product , except for the battery. for warrenty period would be six (6) months from the date of activation /purchase of the product . "

kahi bhi warrenty card par assesories k bare mai nahi likha hai . pls help me for change my handfree

i brought samsung sghf 480 the touch pad one costing Rs.20000 .
after 6 months one fine morning its touch pad is not working.
1st of all i went there at the samsung service centre
they told that it will be repaired so by changing the touch pad...
then when i said its under warrenty period then the changed their word n told
we will se to it... means their intention was for money..
2 nd i went they told come some other day.
3 rd time i went 1st he told me to keep the mobile at service centre they would be loading some software.. i told ok.. after few minutes he said no there is problem in ur cell which will be not done under your warrenty period...they have only one tendecy of getting money from the customers.
so i want either i should get the mobile repaired or elsegive a new cell..
rs.20000 is not the matter of joke...it comes after hard work...
they also made a hole beside the camera's button..
i also noticed that the people there who was seeing my cell was not handling with care just casual due to this only the hole was there...

I have purchased samsungmobile of model no.GT-C3010S on 23.06.2009 but just after 2 days I am facing problem. I went to our nearest service center but they refuse to give servise as they claim that the charger socket of the has prolem and that portion is not warrented by the company and so its a demage set, all the warenty facility you lost in this conection.I just want to know its correct Why the company provide us the full warenty of a cell.
That type of servise and its facility will take the company back/unsuccessful.

WE PURCHAGE A SAMSUNG MOBILE ON 03 MAY 2009. BUT AFTER ONE MONTH EAR PHONE ANABLE TO WORK. WHENEVER WE GO FOR TAKE MY EAR PHONE THEN THEY ALWAYS SAID FOR NEXT WEEKS. WE GO FOR MANY TIME BUT STILL NOW WE DID NOT GET MY EAR PHONE REPLACEMENT.

i have a keypad problem in my sumsung c130 phone. so i came to sumsung service at garia,kolkata at that time there was loadshading and ac was off. there is nobody to attend my problem even nobody was egar to know what is the problem

my complain no is wa[protected]. at ansh enterprises, betiyahata gorakhpur. lcd of my compter have screen display related problem .i have complain at 08 /08 /09 at service center but no progress till date. excuses are made every time i quire about my TFT . even every time they claim about the responsbility of company, give the blame on company.
regarding to delay in service, every time they give excuse about "pending " problem .
can any body tell me what is pending problem ?
and who is responsible for this / is it company or service center .
about 45 dayes are passed .nither they are giving date till which they can repair my TFT
nor responding well during quire.
my exames are coming closer and i realy need my computer .
so plz take seriously my problem and plz give response as soon as possible .

samsung SGH mobile — not satisfactory service

service centre of Mathura (Mohali road) took 2 month for correcting my phone and yet they are not giving me my phone.please take serious action against them
I buied SGH phone and some how it get hang. i took it to a service centre. now they r not giving me a my phone by saying that part which we need to correct a phone, company is not manufacturing it they delaying the phone service from 2 month. please take serious action against a service centre (Mohali road, Mathura) I need my phone a lot. its an humble request plz give me my phone soon.
hello ...i have bought i450 samsung mobile ...and the day i bought it am facing the problem ...had service frequently ...but still its not working properly i.e suddenly it makes some continuous noise of ki...ki...ki..ki...kikikiki...and exit button does not work and call i make doesnt take ...

service will be done but it lasts for only one month...please consider this complaint and help me ...i am customer of samsung ...please provide me some alternative...

Akbar Electricals and Service Pune — They cheated in the name of service

Sir,
I got the details from JustDial about this company and contacted them for servicing of my Seimens washing machine 15 days back. The person supposed to visit my place was Satish. He visited and taken away motor in the name of replacement and also taken away 2000 Rs. The machine was up and running at this time. He did not return for 5 days. After painful followups he returned with a machine but it was not compatible with electrical sockets. He tried to cut the socket and tried to fit it. When he started the machine one PCB got burned. He has taken away PCB and never returned. I am tired of following up. By chance if they pick up phone, they say they will come today/tomorrow. But they never came back. My machine was up and running before these people came for servicing. I lost 2000 Rs. I lost lot of money on phone. I lost lot of money on laundry because the machine is dead since they visited. There service is awfully pathetic. Can somebody help me?

Samsung Mobile — not getting any proper response from customer care or EXCEL center

I m customer of Samsung Mobile . My work order no is WA-[protected] mobile handset no is W299 which not working (not getting charge & handset heated) I had submitted handset with the copy of bill to Excel Services, shop no 1B, Dattatrya Niwas, S.K. Samsung Mobile — Reebok T-shirt not received

Hi,
I had purchased a Samsung Mobile from Mobile Store branch at Mira Rd.,(E) whereby I had got a scratch card as an offer for purchasing this mobile. After scratching the card, I got to know that I got a Reebob T-shirt offer as per the scratch card. This scratch card as well as the bill copy and warranty card xexox copy, I had courired to Spectramind Marketing on 30/07/09 as per AWB No.156806 via Amples Express Pvt. Ltd.

Till date I have not received the T-shirt nor any intimation from Spectramind Marketing about this gift. This is not the way of giving gifts to customers. If I can afford to buy a mobile of Rs.4500/- and I have to wait for getting the T-shirt for this long?it is ridiculous. Would someone look into this matter seriously and try to solve this??

Samsung Mobile — repaired mobile not received

This is with reference of the purchase of mobile Samsung Mobile model no.B259 by my brother in law Mr. Shekar Kambli from M/s. Drive India Enterprise Solutions Limited, Shop no. 10,Marol,Andheri (E) on dated 15th April 2009. the Mobile no. is [protected].

As he was facing battery problem and in and out going call problem so had given the mobile set for repair on dated 28th August 2009 at M/s. Fraslin Tech Care Pvt. Ltd, Ambadi road, Vasai(W), He had visited the shop several times but all in vain.Today is 23rd Sept, almost one month, does it take so much of time for repairing.

Request you to pls look into this matter personally and help us to get our mobile set back soon.

We Submited my complain to your samsung mobile service center in MDR Laxmi Nagar Delhi.
i am purchase a new mobile phone model no J600 Seriol No. RUSQ4596762 IMEI No. [protected]. Date of purchase of mobile is 24/08/08.
In one year, mobile phone had gone in service center four times for 30-30 days.but no result, So plz. consider my problem as under blow.
1.Battery over hitting
2.Network Problem(The network problem only in J600&Other mobile the network is working properely)
3.Low Battery BackUp
These problem are facing at the time of mobile purchased, But no one person(MDR Serive Centre) take any action on my request.So, I always the write down on the custumer copy that i am not satisfied on your service .So, it's my humble request plz. change my handset Otherwise will take other action as early as possible.
