I have purchased a new model samsung refrigerator (Digital-Dual Invertor) model, from one of it's Franchise SHAH Electronics, Anna Nagar- chennai on 23rd May 2011.Invoice No : 1893, dated: 23/05/2012, value RS. 24,500. First day when we switched on it did not cool the contents, when we complained, a technician came and opened it and said, circuit board failed due to ants accumulation. Cost of it to replace shall be RS. 1900. This is a 10 year guaranteed product and a very recently introduced model, due to ants' incursion circuit board failed. Shame on Samsung!!!!.
Consumers, beware of this remark from samsung's technicians, please do not buy any products of SAMSUNG and I will write to all corporate companies, and MNCs across the globe, to create as awareness on SAMSUNG's failed products.
Please forward this complaint to the concerned and let me have a report on this to resolve the issue as I have prepared to consult the consumer court to interfere and settle the dispute with a free replacement of the unit along with a compensation to our mental agonies, with an amount not less than RS. 10 Lakhs, and court fees interest on our value paid from the date of invoice till the settlement date.

Samsung AC 1.5 ton — Poor Service and Cheating the Customer
We had purchased an AC on 23rd April 2009. on 31st March 2010, we sent the AC to the service station for refilling of gas, which is a very strange thing. The appliance had already lost the gas in 1 year was a very absurd thing to happen. Still we reported the complain to the Samsung Call center and they took 3 days to act upon the complain. When the service station executive was taking the AC he confirmed it will take Max 2 working days for the AC to be delivered back to our residence. On not receiving the AC after 2 days, I followed up with the customer care. They directed me to the service station and the service station had no response to give me first. Then on continuous follow up, they reverted, the AC shall be sent by the day end of the third day. Still we did not receive the AC back. On the fourth day, in the evening 6 pm, I got a call from the service station, saying the AC is ready and shall be delivered to me by Sunday 4th April 2010 afternoon. On checking the AC cooling, we noticed that the cooling was not as per the mark. We objected to the person who had brought the AC, so he explained us that the weather heat is high, hence we are not able to feel the cooling of the AC. We accepted the AC and started using it. After few days we figured out the AC cooling is still not up to the mark. On getting it checked with our local AC maintenance guy, we came to know that there was no Gas in the AC. We immediately informed the Samsung Call center, and they sent an executive to check. The executive also confirmed that there was no gas in the AC.We have been cheated by the Samsung Service Center as well as the Call center who had been giving us false commitments and assurance. I would like to bring to your notice, till date, we have not received any service from the Samsung Service Center for the re-filling of the gas where as the compliant has already been launched with the Samsung Call center on the 13th May'2010. Today being the 4th day of the complain. I am disgusted with Samsung, and request you to please take action against the cheating and harassment done on us. We can be contacted on +91-[protected]
