I PURCHASED A WINDOW AC IN 2009.THE PRODUCT DIDN'T WORK RIGHT FROM INSTALLATION.AFTER COMPLAINING REPEATEDLY IT WAS PICKED UP FOR REPAIRS AFTER 2 MONTHS.THE AC WAS RETURNED BACK AFTER 02 MONTHS.BY THE TIME IT WAS ALMOST WINTER AND I DID NOT REQUIRE TO RUN IT/ AGAIN IN THE NEXT SEASON THE AC WAS NOT WORKING.EVEN AFTER REPEATED COMPLAINTS IT WAS NOT ATENDED....

My Samsung Split Air Conditioner stopped cooling on May 21st. I raised a request to have this corrected and the complaint number provided was [protected]. The engineer came to our house on May 24th and told that there was a gas leakage problem which he will only be able to fix on the following day. He (supposedly) fixed the issue on May 25th. We later (on the same day) found that the AC was still not being fixed...

We bought a Samsung Split AC on recommendation of sales rep of GV Pariwar Haldwani. They arranged for installation of the split AC at our home. I had purchased SAMSUNG LCD LA32C450 LCD TV in October 2010. Within six months, the panel went faulty. The panel was replaced as the item was under warranty. Again after six months, the panel went faulty. By that time the warranty on LCD TV was expired.
