I have purchased Samsung Refrigerator 190 ltr. on 4th September, 2011 from Neha Electronics Pvt. Ltd., Mayur Vihar, Phase-I, Delhi-110091. The refrigerator had stopped cooling from 1st May, 2012 onwards and I have complaint on 4rh May, 2012. In this connection Mr. Ajay a mechanic from Samsung visited on 5th of May, 2011 at around 4.30 p.m., but at that time the refrigerator start cooling on the lower side. He pushed the thermostat button and told that after two hours it will automatically get on than we may assume that the refrigerator is working properly.
On and every assurance the refrigrator regularly creating problem of the same and after the repeated call to Neha Electronics and Mr. Ajay no response has been given till today i.e. 14th May, 2012.
I request you to please look into the matter and instruct the concern person to solve the problem with immediate effect otherwise I have to complaint to the consumer form directly and you will be totally responsible for loss of the products, time and other mental harrasment.
