Sir / Madam,

I (Rambabu Nelluri ) bought One Samsung single door refrigerator on[protected] at Kodad Village, Nalgonda Dist Andhra pradesh. In this regard the refrigerator was not worked due to some problem from 11-05-12 the refrigerator is guaranty period. I informed at shop and gave my full details with address and they also forward my details to Samsung company as on[protected] and i got phone call same day from[protected] this number at 7:55pm and conformed my details. And again phone call received as on[protected] from [protected] this number at 10:10am he was also conformed my address details again. But still now no one coming. This is the summer season all the vegetables, Fruits and milk also damaged every day and very horrible to us. Please take action against this problem as early as possible.

    Dear Sir, I have purchase my Samsung Window Ac in Year 2009. In April 2012, my stop cooling, so i have put the request to Samsung Customer care - After that Engineer from Service center have visited on 08 April 2012 & sent the Ac To repair, where they have charged Rs. 1800 for gas including visit Charges & Rs. 2800 for condenser, which they informed from the workshop. The same amount i have paid to them for repair & they have offered 03 months warranty from the date of repair.

    Once my Ac back to my home on 11 April 2012 & after few few days we got that Ac is not cooling properly. Again i have complaint to Samsung Customer care & engineer visit to us on 12 May 2012 & informed us the Ac again will again go to Workshop on 14 May 2012 for repair under warranty due to gas problem.

    On 14 May 2012 - nobody turn-up & again i called to Samsung Customer care, then they informed to us - Engineer has given the OK report of our Ac. So they are misguiding the customer & giving proper solution.

    We are requested to this matter seriously & provide the proper solution as well as compensation.

      Dear sir/mam,
      I purchased a samsung galaxy r on 15 January 2012. Since then the phone is giving many problems. Its software has crashed twice. I have to give it to service centre and i get it after 3 days. Its very difficult to manage without a phone. The phone even hangs up many a times. Yesterday, it got switched off by itself and didn't turn on for about 2 hours and after it turned on, i found out that all the apps that i had installed, aren't working.

          Hi Rajiv / Myeong,

          This is regarding a complaint lodged earlier with Samsung India (see attached).

          I had submitted my handset at your Service Centre at Mira Road (Mumbai) and was asked to collect it after two days. Before submitting the handset it had various problems like battery heats up very fast ( which I’m sure will blast one day), bluetooth does not works, system hangs quite frequently. I HAVE COLLECTED MY HANDSET TODAY AND NONE OF THEM HAS BEEN CORRECTED. To add to the pain, your engineers have damaged the screen-guard on the left hand-side panel which means I need to buy a new screen-guard.

          That was just a gist out of the inventory of problems that I’m facing with this handset. I would really wish if Samsung can replace my handset OR if that does not sounds feasible I would really wish if you can take back your handset and return my money. I get calls everyday from your call centre asking me about the status of the issue and then very easily concluding that “If you have a problem please visit our service centre”.

          I really have a questions for you both. Do you think that it’s easy for someone to visit your service centre which is 20 miles away from your place and you have to make time from your regular TIGHT schedule. At least it’s not possible for me.

          Believe me, people have fought with me at Samsung service centre, have given fake commitments and have shown one of the worst side of customer service. Please understand, this tablet (galaxy p620) was priced at 27k when I bought it and it is really a BIG price for me and I just cant throw this away.

          I would really appreciate if you can intervene in my case and please do not ask me to visit your service centre again. Even if you do, then at least make that my last visit.

            Dear Sir,
            This is in reference to your product purchased from M/s Sanjay Sales (andheri east) wide invoice number 7111 dated 07/05/2012 after using the phone after the day i purchased I notice that the battery drains very fast I felt that may be due to new mobile there may be some battery charging problem so i notice the same problem every day so I went to your service center at Hi Life (santacruz west) and handed over the phone to them as wide bill number [protected] dated 10/05/2012 at 15.30 pm and I was been informed that I will be called within a day but till date I have not yet received the call from your end and whenever i call i just get reply you will get a call.

            Note:- As per the commitment from dealer of M/s sanjay sales if there is any defect notice in the mobile within 4 days I will replace the handset with the new one.

            So I wanted you all to provide me the new pack mobile rather then the faulty mobile which has been sold to me.I don't want any excuses from your end as I am very much disappointed with your service center.

            Please take the matter into consideration and provide me the new packed mobile or else refund my money back.

            I buy mobile in 10/2012. same time it auto on /off . same time plug for charging it show unplug & when i unplug it show charging .i repaired it 2 times in 8months. ...what should i have use this fault mobile?.

            This is Shikha Agarwal from Kolkata.I have puurchased a new samsung s advance on 17/2/2013.Its been only 2-3 days and the phone is responding switched off and some connection problem always occurs.As the salesboy instructed me i gave the phone for service and got the phone after 3 days without any service slip.There was some software problem and now the phone has been gone for the service twice without any results.I am not interested in taking the faulty phone again.I have been harassed by the salesperson who actually persuaded me to buy this defective samsung s advance insted of samsung grand and that too at a high cost.My patience level has been tested and now i want an immediate action so that i do not lose faith in samsung.I am not going to let it go like this.I will shake the system who cheat their customers for their own benefit.Requesting u to take care of this complain in a serious matter without any delay.

              I purchased a Samsung Mobile handset model - gt b-7722 on[protected] from Vikasnagar. After one month when I used internet on it, it started restarting and hanging then I went to Swift service centre,Dehradun they told me that it is software problem and they updated the software but the problem remains unsolved then I went again for two times for the same problem and was in touch with samsung customer care through emails. Third time they told me that they had replaced its motherboard but when I brought my phone from service centre again after two days it started restart again when I used it as a modem to connect it with my laptop.               Samsung — Restarting Problem

              Sir i bought samsung new handset model wave5253 on[protected]. this handset restarts automatically 4-5 times in a day... i told about this to dealer and samsung customer care centre but they don't give me any answer about this problem.....Sir plz tell me wht i do about this......

                  i purchashed microoven 23/02/2012 iam looged first complaint 26/03/2012 but our engineer told us pcb is defect but this part not available me.

                  SAMSUNG - MICROWAVE — POOR SERVICES

                  The microwave oven purchased started peeling off paint. This was noticed by the company's service person and advised for complaint registration. The same was prpmtly done. Then the problems started. First they took a photograph. They agreed that they will collect required details from the dealer. Nothing happened for 15 days and we were waiting for the replacement. When called to service office, they shot back that we have not given original invoice. That was done but they found that the bill, printed on a computer printer, had last two digits of the year not printed. Again no feed back but only when we called up to check status, we learnt that nothing is done in the matter.

                  If it was the case like earlier when dealers were handling the complaints, the dealer in one step would have seen the defect and promptly replaced the defective peace. Company like SAMSUNG is wasting time in such silly points and creating trouble for the consumers. I will not be surprised if they come back after three months delay and say that the guarantee period is over so pay for the repairs !

                  When a manufacturing defect is identified by the company's representative, why they should bother for when it was purchased. In the bill they have the serial number of the product and it can be easily traced down when the piece was manufactured, supplied to dealer and how old the piece is. Or they do nat have check list from the dealers that a specific piece was sold onwhich date? In that case they should give the authority to the dealers for taking decision about the defects and take proper action.

                  Beliving in the big name, we are suffering for three months even after purchasing an appliance from a leading dealer in the city like Baroda. Will the concerned authorities look in to cases like this where market leader companies are just harrasing consumers for no fault and trying to pass down a defective piece to the consumer?

                  Samsung Microwave — non violence of warranty rules and non performance

                  i am writing in the reference of Samsung microwave. I purchased samsung microwave last year november 2008. but in june 2009 it got messed up means its not working well. i purchased it from the dealer of samsung in MIRZAPUR. I complaint it on samsung website .They sent a man from allahabad on end of that month . He said the circuit is not working well and take the microwave with him . but from that time and he is not giving us right answers.. we are facing a lot of trouble from that. so as u can see from last 3 or 4 months we are getting back our microwave . and not getting legal answers ..

                  Samsung Microwave — NON-FULLFILMENT OF COMITTMENT

                  I have purchased Samsung Microwave this Diwali from Authorised center of Samsung and it was told to me that a microwave dinner set will be given as gift from company.
                  After I made payment it was told to me that gift shall be delivered after 3-4day since supply is less.

                  even after 15-17days of purchase , showroom is not giving any gift as it was not supplied by Company.

                  I havent seen the height of faithfulness of Samsung so far.. I felt that no one should purchase any Samsung product,

                  Samsung Microwave — taking full payment and not giving start up kit and dinner set as promised in writing within 10 days

                  i had purched 1 samsung microwave from reliancemart jodhpur(rajasthan) on 31.10.2009.when they showed the product i was told that startup kit and a dinner set was also given with that microwave.after i made the full payment i aws told that startup kit of samsung macrowave and dinner set is out of stock.when i wanted my money back the sales incharge assured me that within 10days these will be delivered to me and this was given to me by them in writing.since then i m continuosly contacting relincemart for these two things but no response. i have sent my complaint to their customerservive complaint email address but they are even worse.no response.please help.my cell no is[protected]

                  Samsung Microwave — Extremely poor customer service

                  I have raised a complaint with Samsung Service centre- Phone #30308282 . Complaint#[protected] on 26th June, 2010. The expectation was set to have the microwave serviced eithin 10day. However upon repeated follow ups, still no body has attended to the complaint. Every time I call and get a false promise. How long India consumers will keep getting cheated by these merchants. The servide engineer who contacted me earlier have stopped accepting my phone calls also. This is his number:[protected]. I have most of my home appliances from Samsung however have decided to not go for Samsung appliances in future.

                  Samsung Microwave — do not know the usage of the product

                  i have purchased one microwave oven back 8 months installation has been done very next day but till today we do not know how to make different dishes in limited time. what shall i do.
                  Can i get some assitance on how to use it from ur people or can i get a demo on how to use the product.
                  this is a very bad product that i have not given a receipie book with microwave oven that cost 11000 thousand bugs so please kindly do the needfull at the earliest

                  Samsung — Samsung microwave - poor Quality and service

                  I bought a Samsung microwave (C103FL) in 2005 from Jain Traders in Thane. In 2009 / 10, there was a problem with heating and the representative resolved it (after charging heavily)

                  Again the same problem occured in 2011. Service rep came multiple times, said that he suspects the PCB is gone. One day the same rep called me when I was in office and told me that the part has arrived and he will replace.

                  When I came from office, I came to know from my mother that the rep did come and said that the PCB is gone and the problem cannot be resolved as Samsung doesn't support the model available with me.

                  I talked to seniors in Samsung, they also confirmed that they cannot replace the board.

                  Two cocerns:
                  1. Quality of the oven
                  2. Support

                  It appears that Samsung is not concerned about the customers' inconvience.

                  I would like to know the solution for the problem. I cannot afford to throw the oven and buy a new one.

                  I have a microwave oven which has been purchased from Doha Qatar 6 years back . Now its touch pad is not working and I approached sour service centre at Palakkad, Kerala, India.They told me that the touch pad was totally damaged and I had to replace it but the part was not available in India and I had to approach some ware in Gulf. At present I have no connection in gulf.
                  The model no which they have given me is showing below.

                    i have buy-ed samsung RV509 notebook last month, but web cam is not working from the starting i have complained it to samsung they have changed it but after changing it once it was also not working properly, and also in my laptop there are some marks coming in the body regularly due to manufacturing mistake,the upper LCD body and the lower keypad body doesn't have proper gap so scrates marks are coming i have lefted my laptop to the seRVice center they have changed the body but the result was zero again the marks are coming. i want to fire a manufacturing mistake case against samsung India and want a new laptop as a exchange.

                      I have purchased Samsung Refrigerator 190 ltr. on 4th September, 2011 from Neha Electronics Pvt. Ltd., Mayur Vihar, Phase-I, Delhi-110091. The refrigerator had stopped cooling from 1st May, 2012 onwards and I have complaint on 4rh May, 2012. In this connection Mr. Ajay a mechanic from Samsung visited on 5th of May, 2011 at around 4.30 p.m., but at that time the refrigerator start cooling on the lower side. He pushed the thermostat button and told that after two hours it will automatically get on than we may assume that the refrigerator is working properly.

                      On and every assurance the refrigrator regularly creating problem of the same and after the repeated call to Neha Electronics and Mr. Ajay no response has been given till today i.e. 14th May, 2012.

                          the behaviour of the customer service centre at guwahati is not at all good and they took 2 hours to change the front cover of 5233A even after i visited there after calling them up and when asked if the job has been done,they informed that the work is still going on whereas i saw by myself that the mobile was still unattended and i was made to wait half an hour or so intentionally as i enquired about the job being over or not..
                          hence i request the concerned authority to look into the matter and make sure that no any other customer is treated like i was..

                                        I am Mr Loknath Maharana, presently residing in colaba Mumbai.Since one and half month my fridge has been suffering from a technical glitch.Its upper chamber is not cooling.Needless to say i have put up complain at the samsung customer care service center at least 05 - 06 times. although their technicians/engineers have been attending the problem the problem still persists.i have been repeatedly calling the samsung customer care people.but till now they have been giving me false promises that it will become all right...but the fact of the matter is that it has been continuing since last one and a half month.My complain reg no is [protected].the technicians who have attended are Mr Nitin, Mr Suhas, Mr pradeep.I have been suffering a lot because of this problem apart from my food items perishing.I would request you to kindly consider my case and take some action against the samsung service as to their technical competence requiring bit o[censored]pgradation.
