Hello,

My Samsung Split Air Conditioner stopped cooling on May 21st. I raised a request to have this corrected and the complaint number provided was [protected]. The engineer came to our house on May 24th and told that there was a gas leakage problem which he will only be able to fix on the following day. He (supposedly) fixed the issue on May 25th. We later (on the same day) found that the AC was still not being fixed and tried calling the engineer who said that we'll now have to raise another complaint. Name of this engineer was Dildar.

We raised another complaint on the same day and have tried to escalate this issue from May 28th till yesterday i.e. June 2nd however to no respite. We keep getting told by the Samsung Service center that we will have the engineer come to our place the same day however the same has not happened.

To summarize my problem, I have already paid Rs 2200.00 towards the repair of my AC and still have my AC out of service for the last 2 weeks. PATHETIC, PATHETIC Customer Service, really.

    We bought a Samsung Split AC on recommendation of sales rep of GV Pariwar Haldwani. They arranged for installation of the split AC at our home. Besides the cost of equipment they charged us 2000/- for installation and fitting. On the very next day water started coming out from the AC. When we contacted GV they send their technical rep who dug out the entire wall only to find out that there is leakage in the drain pipe. They left after promising to come back and correct the problem the next day. However over one week has passed and there is no service delivery after repeated reminders from our end. That is the sad part once they have sold the unit it also appears they have also sold their soul. They dont seem to honor their commitment. Very poor professional approach. Just need to know what should be our approach and can we claim damages for the days we suffered.

      I had pre booked the Samsung Galaxy S3 at SaMsungindiaestore.com by paying Rs.2000. Now when they have declared the price, it is quoted at Rs.42500 whereas the same phone is available at other online stores for Rs.38900 and a friend of mine has purchased it from a store in Forum Mall,Koramangla, Bangalore for 36000 with full papers, bill, etc. I have communicated this to SaMsungindiaestore.com by email as well as telephone and demanded a refund or appropriate discount on my phone. The call was answered negatively whereas the email reply never came in. Please help.

      Samsung — Overpricing

      Dear Sir,

      I have bought a handset from The mobile stores located at Galleria shopping complex, DLF Phase IV Gurgaon. Model# of the handset is Mpower 309 (CDMA). At the time of purchase, the store salesperson showed two models, 1- Samsung mpoer 309 & mpower Muzik SCH-S379. I was told that the first model has more features and gives better performance than the second one and has a higher price for that. I was in urgent need of a handset so I bought the first one based on the claimes made by the salesperson. After using the handset for a few days I have found that performance of the set is far below than it was promised at the time of sale whereas the second model with lesser price has more features, longer battery backup and better performance. Please advise what should I do now. Also, I would like to convey this message to all the prospective buyers to verify the claims from the manufacturer/seller as they are not at all true to the claims they make at the time of sale.         I have bought Samsung Split AC 1ton on 1st April 2012.Due to some problem, thee AC was not working from mid of 9the May2012.So I have raised a complaint on 10the June 2012.The complaint number withe Sam sung customer care is [protected]. But theere was no respond from service persons. By fortunate AC started running as usual withe cooling effect on thee same day. And service Engineer is calling me on 19the MAY 2012.

        Now again my AC is not working since mid of 27the May 2012. And i raised a complaint again on 28the MAY 2012. This time thee complaint Number is [protected].

        After several calls, Every time Customer care saying thee same theat tomorrow definitely thee service engineer will attended AC. I just don't know when thee tomorrow will come. The Customer care service of Sada Sam sung is very poor.

        So I kindly request you to short out theis issue and please ask concern person to do thee needful. After all theis is huge summer.

          I have purchased a new model samsung refrigerator (Digital-Dual Invertor) model, from one of it's Franchise SHAH Electronics, Anna Nagar- chennai on 23rd May 2011.Invoice No : 1893, dated: 23/05/2012, value RS. 24,500. First day when we switched on it did not cool the contents, when we complained, a technician came and opened it and said, circuit board failed due to ants accumulation. Cost of it to replace shall be RS. 1900. This is a 10 year guaranteed product and a very recently introduced model, due to ants' incursion circuit board failed. Shame on Samsung!!!!.
          Consumers, beware of this remark from samsung's technicians, please do not buy any products of SAMSUNG and I will write to all corporate companies, and MNCs across the globe, to create as awareness on SAMSUNG's failed products.
          Please forward this complaint to the concerned and let me have a report on this to resolve the issue as I have prepared to consult the consumer court to interfere and settle the dispute with a free replacement of the unit along with a compensation to our mental agonies, with an amount not less than RS. 10 Lakhs, and court fees interest on our value paid from the date of invoice till the settlement date.

          Samsung — Frequent failure of new refrigerator

          Dear sirs,
          My name is M.K Ramu purchased new Samsung make refrigerator (Model No.RT27CDWB1/XTL/2010, S.NO.06114ZA700176N) in the month of October'2010( It is still in warranty period). Since, Nov'2010 it is giving trouble. The refrigerator is power supply is get one but it is not get cooled. Complaint have been registered and the company per sons attended the same resolved the problem temporarily. The same problem repeated in the month of March’2010 and we have registered complaint again, the company person came but not resolved the problem. He told I will come back but till to date no body came.

          We are getting irritated with the product as well as with service also.

          It is requested to arrange to attend the problem immediately and resolve the problem permanently.

            I have filed a complaint to Samsung India or my LED TV not working on 12 May 2012.

            I have purchased this LED TV by paying Rs.65,000.00. thinking that the Samsung is very good brand and provide very good Service. But Currently what I am experiencing is exactly reverse. My complaint is not yet resolved by Samsung. It has become a routine job for me to call[protected]the Samsung every day and no action has been taken to rectify the problem from Samsung.
            Hence It has become a mental torture for me and my family for not having the working LED TV in My house since from 12 May 2012 on wards. so I request you to help in replacing existing LED Model No: UA40D5500 with NEW LED TV of the same Model immediately.
            Since this situation is created by Samsung, the mental Agony and torture for my family they have to pay of Rs.1,00,000.00 towards the compensation to me and my family

            Kindly I request you to provide me the justice.

              On the 28th of may 2012 the A.C compressor (window type) became non functional because of some internal trouble of the electronic appliance.
              In response to which on the same day a complaint was lodged by me with Samsung India via telephonic conversation with the
              Gurgaon,India, Head office of Samsung.From that day till today i have made numerous phone calls regarding my complaint but neither the
              company nor any of its concerned employees have paid heed to my complaint.I have been calling on a daily basis but no one is giving me an explanation as to what is to be done in this matter,whether someone is going to attend to my problem or not,everyday i just a lame excuse out of it and nothing else.Please note my complaint number:[protected].
              Additionally please note that the A.C compressor still falls under the warranty period.I want Samsung,India to immediately give me a replacement or appropriate service in this regard.

                My Name is Mite sh Thakkar i had Purchase Samsung Mobile GT-C-3222, I had facing Many times problem in mobile, when i go to Samsurng service Center, & ask problem They had not given Proper Answer. they said if i had purchase samsung mobile then i am not expecting services from Samsung. the location of Service Center is Shivranji Cross road, Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India

                after i am going another service center in ahmedabad i have facing same problem & more bad behavior in your service center

                The fresh issue is i was give my mobile for repair due charging socket is not working & Mobile is not change so, before two day your service center is repaired & given but today i have face same problem wtihout use Mobile how it is possible,

                so they not repairing Mobile Proper & using bad language & bad words which i not discribe in mail.

                they also said if i mobile had any problem why i had purchase samsung mobile, they said & suggest problem is going on & in future i will not purchase samsung mobile

                at my home i have maximum product of samsung like LCD-TV, Washing Maching, Drayer, Freeze, Computer Monitor,

                on that above experience i decide i have resales my samsung Mobile & my all product & purchase other brand appliances & nokia mobile because nokia is giving best service, their engineer behavior is like family member & taking care of our instrument & give best option

                kindly do needful & Replace the Mobile asap me.

                  samsung 440 hums refrigerator — cooling complaints

                  i PURCHASED ONE 440 hums REFRIGERATOR samsung MAKE ON 23/2/2007 VIDE BILL NO.1555 FOR rS..29500/- FROM SAMSUNG DEALER MITTAL ELECTRONICS AT AKOLA 444001, tHE FRIDGE IS DEFECTIVE, we have complained 8 times, sometimes the repair person came and attended. The lower half does not COOL and the stuff getting spoilt repeatedly. Milk,curd,other eatables kept are spoilt totally.
                  Now the dealer is not responding. nor replying and they disconnect the phone when we try to complaint.

                  I NEED A REPLACEMENT OF THE DEFECTIVE PIECE OR REFUND OF TOTAL MONEY PAID.

                  The dealer is ARROGANT,INSULTING BEHAVIOUR, NOT ATTENTIVE AND NOT RESPONDING TO COMPLAINTS.
                  THE COMPANY SAMSUNG HAS no CONTROL OVER THE DEALER.

                  I ahve a samsung 440 ltr fridge purchased in 2000. On 5 th of june 2009 I had compained to the samsung customer care about the non working of the unit. the engineer had come 2 days later to check the issue. After checking he said that the main board has stopped working so it has to be replaced and it will take 1-2 days for the spare to e available. i waited till the next day and the engineer did not respond. On contacting him he said the spare hasnt come yet so he was expecting it to come by next day, so he asked me to wait . next day was also the same when i contacted him he said it ll take 15-20 days for the spare to ome. On this note the issued seemed to prolonging so I mailed the regional Service head Mr. Ravikumar, and to my surprise this person did not even have the courtesy to reply back leave alone speeding up the process. then on 11 the engineer came to collect the main board saying that he will try to repair the board and speed up the process. after 2 days he returned with some other used board saying it was my board and fit into the unit, even then it did not work, then he said that the sensor is not working so he has to get it which will take another 2 days. after 2 days he came back with the sensor and even then the unit did not start so then he said that the secondary sensor is not working for whcih it will take another few days as his service center does not have the stock. and now on 20th evening when i spoke to his leader(Mr. Mani) he said the spare has arrived and he will make sure it is fitted on 21(sunday being a wokring day as told by him) On sunday whn i treid to contact him, he started avoiding the call and some lady picked and said that the spare will take another 5 days to come.
                  and for 2 weeks now we have been without a fridge in the house. we even asked for some temporary arrnagemnt of spare unit for which they refused straight aways. I want to take action agaisnt them as being such a huge global company cant they arrange for spares at all in so many days. and they dnt evewn have the courtesy to talk to customers. they treat them as if customers are fools who are just gonna sit and watch the show they put up. I kindly request you to help me on this issue

                  u go there and submit for eg.hard disk they tell u that will take 2 weeks after to weeks u call there land line number they are not recived ur call not only ur any one who submit anything to that service center .
                  u have to go there place and ask him what happen about ur case

                  I had bought a samsung wave phone about a few weeks back.. probably 3 weeks or so..
                  The first thing i noticed was that the battery had a problem. it kept running down real quick.. like in half a day or so.
                  i took it to the service centre and they told me it would be like that for about 2 weeks and then it woul work fine. but it did not. so i took it to the service centre again and i don know how but they said warranty for the battery was over ( apparently its only 4 days warranty for the battery) and he could not change the battery. so he told me to oredr a new mother board.
                  he said it would take about 15 days.. its almost been a month and everytime i go they say nxt weekend it ll arrive.
                  I even tried complaining to the higher authorities but i guess these workers suck their cock real good so they didn bother.
                  this is the level of service you get in a country like this.. i really hope i could pull them to court n sue them. im contactin my lawyer at present. in chennai...

                  I have a Samsung Refrigerator RT31. I logged a service complaint [protected] on 11 Aug 2012 for the service center to address the problem of loud noises and frost in the freezer. Till 17 August, no one visited my residence for service despite multiple follow up from my end.
                  On 14 August, 2012, I called the service center, and spoke to floor manager Sathish and Service Center team lead Mr Amin who assured me that service would be provided without fail on Aug 16, 6pm. Again no one showed up.
                  On calling the service center again today, 17 August, the service center managed alleged that an engineer visited my residence on 16 August which is a complete lie. On questioning, he said that he had incorrect information. They freely tell lies and malign their own customers to hide their own inefficiency.
                  Total violation of service level commitment where they promise door service within 24-48 hours of logging the complaint.
                  The compressor on my refridgerator broke on Thursday 20th in the evening. My Landlord reported the product faulty Serial Number R3584PAC30084. Fault Number [protected]. I received a call on Friday morning to say an technicial would be with me within 6 hours, that was at 11.57. I waited until 18.00 and called and was told all the service people had gone home but was promised that the maintenance manager would have my issue addressed as priority on Saturday morning 22nd Sept.

                  Its now Saturday at 12.00 and I have received on phone call and nobody has been to look at the fridge.

                  I've been really sick and have a fever of 39 C and have had to throw away all of my food. I have a high fever and have not been able to get a cold drink to help cool the fever. I can't get fresh food because I had to throw it all away.

                  I'M QUITE FRANKLY DISGUSTED THAT YOU CAN EVEN REMOTELY CONSIDER DESCRIBING THIS AS SERVICE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

                  I've also posted this complaint on several websites againt the product name in the hope that people don't bother to rely on Samsung Service
                  I have purchased refrigerator and facing technical problem of cooling in refrigerator (lower)section. Freezer(upper) section cooling was fine.
                  I am complaining since 25 days but not getting any firm solution from any of samsung service rep. Service rep has changed timer and bio sensor on 16th May 2013. Still problem not solved and we complained again and again.

                  Next on 30th May 2013 another service rep visited and asked to send the refrigerator at their service station for gas refiling and we agreed to send and we received serviced refrigerator back on 6th Jun 2013.

                  That also did not solved the problem. It was having same problem at the time of reporting on 15th May 2013, but on 7th June cooling on freezer(upper) section was also stopped.

                  We have kept on calling their call center and local service center from 7th jun but no service rep has visited and got any satisfactory answer from them for not attending the problem.

                  we have wasted around Rs.2200 and got nothing except headache, mantle harassment, inconvenience and all the trouble in hot summer due to samsung's worst service department in Ahmedabad.

                  Now i am very much upset with samsung service department & i have decided that i will never ever purchase any Samsung product again because if samsung is not able to provide proper service than it is useless to purchase their product.

                  since last three days i am registering complaint two times a day but getting very careless reply saying we transferred your complain to local service center, service center says contact service station. Since I called for samsung repair so it is my mistake now I have to go door to door in samsung offices, instead I have to use some other local repair service.

                  I felt like call center/service center is playing some kind of game with us or making fun of samsung customers.
                  I was purchased 32" LED TV, Model - 32F4100 series from More mega mall - Vadodara 6 month ago but delivery of product was taken on 1 week before due to some possession issues. Samsung service refused to give first free installation service and demo. It is very bad experience with samsung brand. It is very difficult to trust on samsung. I have 6 month warranty lapsed without use, which it is acceptable but first free installation why should not provide us ?

                    I bought Samsung galaxy note on 24rth of April from Reliance digital at Inorbit mall at Hyderabad. When I put the EMIE no. on the site to encash the free gift, I got the message that product has not been purchased under the scheme dates. But then I received to a mail asking about purchase Invoice, then on 27th April I send the Invoice thru mail. After that I did't get any replly of that. Then I tried to contact at this no [protected] but that Executive also didn't satisfies me inspite of contacting twice. Later on 22nd may i tried again by putting EMIE no on the site but again same msg that product has not bought within scheme date. Same way I received a mail to share the Invoice. Again I send the same then I got a mail stating that Invoice has been received. After this also more than a week passed nothing happened. I am concerned as today is the last date of the scheme.

                        I had purchased SAMSUNG LCD LA32C450 LCD TV in October 2010. Within six months, the panel went faulty. The panel was replaced as the item was under warranty. Again after six months, the panel went faulty. By that time the warranty on LCD TV was expired. When I took the TV to service center (Jampeta, Rajahmundry), the service engineer said that the panel went wrong because of the Circuit board, as the the board itself was faulty since manufacture. Now. when I want to get the TV repaired, the service center says that I have to replace panel and circuit board which costs almost the cost of new TV. Samsung is giving very poor service support towards their products.

                        I purchased a Samsung Split A/C (1.5 ton) from Future Bazaar at Shipa Mall Indrapuram Ghaziabad dated 30/04/2008. I have complained it to the customer care several times and they have sent mechanics at last and repaired. But the same problem started again, again and again… Within a month my AC is repaired for 3 times.                               I bought a mobile on 16/05/2012 (Model 5512, Samsung Galaxy Pro Duos) for Rs 10000/-. It developed all sorts of problems on 19/05/2012 when I used it. The camera was non functional, the set hanged, and I was unable to receive the incoming calls. I reported the matter to the customer care on 20/05/2012 (Comp. No. [protected]). I was told that this set would be replaced since it falls under company's policy viz. any handset if develops problems within 4 days of purchase would be replaced by the company. I was asked to visit service centre. Two service centers nos. were given to me
                              1. Mr. Shabbir Alam for Lajpat Nagar
                              2. Mr Ranjeet Singh for Noida
                              I tried these numbers on 21/05/2012 at least 10 times each but the desperadoes did not pick up the phone. I kept on reporting the matter to the company at every step. I was given another no. of Cell Net service center located in Mahavir Enclave. I visited the service center and asked for the replacement. The concerned person told me "Are you dreaming" the set will not be replaced. I then asked him to provide me any sort of evidence that I had visited the center. The guy denied this also to which my wife vehemently opposed. The owner of the center Sonia asked my wife "Bakwas band karo aur dafa ho jaao yahan se". But my wife refused to go from the center unless we got the proof of visit to the center. The person on the front office called the police and they started insulting us. We had no alternative but to leave the center as we were scared.
                              I reported the matter to the customer care and Mr. Surjeet took some Mr. Rahul Pandey on conference who is supposed to be the in charge of the service centers. That shameless fellow started accusing us without ascertaining the facts and Mr. Surjeet is a witness to it.
                              I sent four mails to the company
                              1. CEO Office
                              2. Head Office
                              3. Customer Care Team
                              4. Managing Director
                              But this cheat and unethical company did not resolve the issue. I again called the customer, this time some senior of the technical department asked me to visit Samsung's own workshop located in Nehru Place. I followed his directions and went to the said service center and met Mr. Chaudhry, the Manager. He asked me to deposit the set and told me that it was a software issue and the set would be returned to soon. I approached the counter and completed the formalities to deposit the set. The technician told me that he would check the set internally in my presence and brought the tool box to dismantle it. I objected to it, because the set was absolutely new. It was Saturday, and the next day the service was closed, so I requested the manager to give me a standby handset. The Manager simply refused quoting that it was not the company's policy. Now the set is lying junk unused with me. I have wasted Rs. 10000/- and in fact purchased mental tension, humiliation and insult incurring this money.
                              This shameless, unprofessional, unethical, cheat, boorish and abject company has no morality. Its only aim is to loot money in lieu of whatever conditioned handset it sells may be defective.

                                I am Dr V.K.Yadav,I bought a samsung fridge in 2008 (model no RT53EASMI) from Sargam Electronics, Paschim Vihar. The problem of NO COOLING started in august 2011. I complained to the call centre no [protected] vide call no.[protected]. Mr Jagdish from Sapphire sales &services pvt.ltd Wazirpur had come to see and said some part is faulty which was replaced by him and an amount of Rs766 was paid to him. The fridge started working with too much of noise.The complaint regarding this was done,the person came and checked it and said that it will be over on its own ,which never happened.The complaint for this was done again and again.Then Mr Jagdish had come and said that the fan is striking against the duct and he cellotaped it and said that the sound will not be there which never happened.
                                Again the problem of NO COOLING arose,the complaint of which was done on 7 Nov2011 vide call no.[protected] and was attended.This time I was told that the compressor has gone out of order.Since the fridge is under guarantee it will be replaced but the gas charges I have to pay.The compressor was replaced on 12 Nov 2011 and an amount of Rs1320 was paid.The noise of the fridge was still there for which the complaint was lodged repeatedly .One gentleman came and said that it will stop on its own. Finally there was NO COOLING again.The complaint was again done wide call no. [protected] dated 23Jan2012.Someone attended on 24thJan 12who was paid an amount of Rs441,and said that there is NO GAS and some one else will come to fill the gas,the person came on 25Jan12 and was paid Rs1010.Again there was NO COOLING .Complaint was done and was attended on 19 April12 and the person was paid Rs449 and he re[ported that there is no gas.On 20 April one person came and filled the gas ,he was paid Rs835.
                                Now again the fridge has stopped working ie NO COOLING since 25 May12the complaint was lodged Mr Jagdish attended the same story has been repeated of NO GAS. MY QUESTION HOW LONG THIS WILL GO ON .

                                  I purchased s new Samsung LCD TV on the 2nd of April 2011. The TV broke down on the 25th of May 2012, just a month after the warranty period expired. The company's repairman advised me to replace a component that costs almost as much a new TV. A TV being a consumer durable should last for more than 13 months. This case seems to show that the TV was designed to last only for the warranty period.

                                  SAMSUNG LCD TV — SAMSUNG LCD NOT WORKING AFTER 13MONTHS

                                  Dear Sir,
                                  I purchased SAMSUNG 40inch LCD(LA40M8 MOSEL BLACK)on 5Jul2008.After purchase there was problem 2-3times I have to call service person from SAMSUNG.Very first complaont was about picture not appearing .There was only lining on screen.That time repair man told that there is some connection lose ,may be occured during transportation or instalment.I was very amused how can this happened but let that go.After that there was problem of current in TV etc.Every time there was some excuse from repair person.On 23Oct2009 again screen problem comes up and I filled complaint to Samsung comp no-[protected].Repair person came on same date and again with new electric circuit board on sat 24Oct.Gave me the dicision that there is problem in screen and I have to purchesd new screen cost around Rs40,000 becouse TV is out of warrenty.
                                  Please help me what can I do about this,I purchesd TV for 84,471 ,there is only 15months passed and there was 2-3 times complaint logged to SAMSUNG .Now they are telling me to spend again 40,000+.

                                  I purchased SAMSUNG 17inch LCDmonitor on March'2007.After the purchase, there was problem many times. When I calll service person from SAMSUNG or the person who give the monitor. he did't gave any response or no answer.                                   I purchased Samsung 40 Inch LCD TV Model Number : LA40D550K1RLXL, Serial Number : MPZP3PBB901149R for 40000 on 15 AUG 2012 from Reliance Digital in Phoenix Market City Bangalore . It worked fine for 1 year and then on 18 AUG 2013 just after 3 days after warranty expired, it developed a problem of Horizontal Lines on screen. I called Samsung service Complain Number :[protected], they said panel has to be replaced. Cost = approx 20000 Rs.

                                  It is just 1 year and 3 days guys and I bought the TV in 40 K and now it is worth nothing. It is a product defect and certainly Samsung should take responsibility for the screen,

                                  On this above context, I am requesting / appealing to SAMSUNG ELECTRONICS to take up this as very special / exceptional case and replace the PANEL at minimum cost as it is just 1 year old TV. It is my expectation from you, to look into this and show a way out, to solve the issue cordially so that the so that the customer satisfaction is highly appreciated.

                                  I am writing this post with lots of hope and a proper judgment from SAMSUNG side.

                                    i bought my phone at 29.01.2012 which is Galaxy ace 5830 after 15 days of purchase the problems of phone had started firstly when i had gone to service centre they told me that a update is required but no update software is available the after some days i again visited for the followin problmes ie battery was going down suddenly it was showin 65% charged and another moment it was showing 15% .Secondly somtimes my wifi and bluetooth was not getting on then after that my charging point was free(loose) but again they told me no update version os available then aftef some days before i had gone again in service centre they told me evrything will be ok as new update has came and by updating all will be ok so i got my phone updated but frm last 7 days i am facing the same problem of wifi and bluetooth not getting on And battery as usual going down so i had again gone to service centre so now they said your will be kept under observation for 7 days and then if the problem persist we will change motherbord sir i cnt go to service centte again and again for new problems daily... Plz now i want my phone to be get replaced plz reply me as soon as possible...
