Hi Sir,

This is to inform you that i had given my SAMSUNG handset to service center on[protected] where handset must delivered on[protected] evening as the commitment given by store manager(Marathahalli,Bangalore,Karnataka), but still now there is no response where i had given my headset 1 month before[protected].
If i go to the store their no response and saying as"Their is no stock" its the 3rd time where i am facing the problem and staff including the manager is too RUDE and will come to beat customer's and this is what SAMSUNG SERVICES CENTER give CUSTOMER SERVICE? If we call to the service center they will not even pick the call.
Hope you will understand the situation whats going on and suggest you to sudden raid on service centers where you can ask the customer's about the service.

    Sir,
    This is to urgently inform about a very serious issue regarding my samsung product.I do have purchased a SAMSUNG LCD TELEVISION.
    There is a problem regarding Display Problem.
    Earlier I was having a Power plug problem which was solved by the SAMSUNG TECHNICIAN.After a day new problem arised of Display which is due to the technician side.
    The technician came to neemuch at home and checked and took our TV for repairing on 2 june 2012.He told to return it in within 10 days.
    After then when i again enquired he told to give in 5 days later.
    Still we are not getting any response form samsung side mandsaur service centre.
    The name of technician is BHANU at SAMSUNG, MANDSAUR SERVICE CENTRE , MADHYA PRADESH

      I purchased Samsung Galaxy R handset on 28.12.2011 for Rs.22000/-. Since then I have been facing problems with the speaker and the display of the handset. I have also visited samsung service centre several times. Thae have replaced the motherboard and the lcd screen of my handset but my problem has still not been resolved. I have also sent several mails to the company but have not received any reply. I also talked to the service centre owner Miss Shweta, Mobile No. [protected] and she assure me that I wont face any problems in the future, but I again faced problems the very next day on which I took the delivery of handset from service centre. This is sheer harrassment of consumer by the company.

        I purchased a samsung galaxy note phone on 19th May 2012 with the offer that samsung will give a headphone as a free gift.But I have not yet received the headphone.Now I have come to know from samsung that bluedart courier has returned it. When I contact Bluedart they told me that samsung staff has written an absurd address on the delivery packet nor they wrote my telephone number which is helpful in locating addressee.I sent several emails and letters to samsung but they have not even acknowedged them.samsung staff has commited a serious mistake and I am suffering without a fault of mine...R.N.Mathur

          Dear Friends,

          My personal advice, please don't go for Samsung Mobiles esp. advanced version like Wave or Galaxy.
          I will perspire more and unfortunately battery pin of Samsung Wave is close to my ears.
          The thing is it entered the phone and segregated oil on the circuits of the phone.
          What a design flaw it was?
          All the mobile manufacturers had battery pin either sideways or downwards except Samsung (closer to ear)
          When I went to service center, I discovered that it will function only between 10 to 6.
          So I got permission from the college and went to them and got a beautiful response from them.
          They said its already over and I have to pay 5000 bugs to get repaired.
          The fact is that I bought the phone just 4 phones before including warranty card and bill.

          Don't go for Samsung mobiles!!!

              Dear Sir,

              I bought a samsung mobile Model No: E2152 of Rs 2,600 on 12/06/2011.
              My phone went down on 20/05/2012.
              It have some problems such as charging, auto-charging,, No power On, tourch not working. I visited to samsung authorized service center, Technocare, Sec-27 SH No. 2, FF Roopchand Market Noida-201301 on[protected] from that day to to till date[protected] service centre was unable to repair the phone and keep me saying for tomorrow n day after tomorrow.

              What you suggest me in this case?

              For such a bad behavior shall i get a extended warranty, or shall company is going to pay for for my inconvenience, money spend to go service center again and again.

              Please assist me and guide me what to do.

                I HAD REPORTED PROBLEM OF NETWORKING AND REBOOTING IN MY MOBILE PHONE SAMSUNG GALAXY S (GT I9003) AT SECTOR 27, NOIDA SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE ON 18TH MAY 2012. FIRSTLY THE SOFTWARE WAS UPGRADED. AFTER REPEATED VISITS THE MOBILE WAS FORMATTED, HARDWARE WAS CHANGED AND THEN MOTHERBOARD WAS CHANGED FOR RESOLVING THE ISSUE. BUT TILL DATE, AFTER APPROX. 1 MONTH THE SAME PROBLEM EXISTS. I HAD REPORTED THIS MATTER TO SAMSUNG SUPPORT, MR. RAJIV GANJU (GM SERVICE) AND MR. OYEHONG (VP SERVICE) BUT NO STEP HAS BEEN TAKEN FROM THEIR END EXCEPT FAKE ASSURANCES.

                PLEASE ADVICE WHAT TO DO ?

                  I lost my samsung mobile phone on 2nd June 2012 and within half an hour I called up their customer support number to obtain help and information to recover my phone. The only information they gave me was to file a police complaint. After that I wrote a complaint mail to Samsung about not providing me any support for recovering the phone. That time the company told me to contact my telecom operator. But this important piece of information was not provided to me when I had called customer care immediately after losing phone when my sim was active. If the company had provided me right information at right time I could have recovered my phone.Till 8 days of writing a complaint mail to company, they kept telling me that they are investigating my case. I had put in a lot of patience and effort in handling this matter. I have always been professional with the company. But on the contrary the company seems to be playing some kind of joke with me. After 8 days of registering the complaint, they just told me they can’t help me in this matter and I should contact my service provider.Furthermore, the company has been just testing my patience by not giving any substantial reply for my complaint and by again bringing the matter to square zero. I expect that since not providing the right information at right time is a critical mistake on company’s behalf, it should compensate me for the same. It is company’s liability to provide full information and support to its customers and that is what a brand stands for. If even after building such a big brand, this is how the company treats its customers then I feel really sorry and helpless being a Samsung customer. With full hope I await your reply and expect the right thing to be done by the company now.

                    I have bought a samsung galaxy note on 28 january 2012. From the day i purchased my phone any element in black wether it is a downloaded video or captured pictures or captured video shows 2 shades of black. Some kind of spot like structure can be seen. And sometimes it shows lines like 1 when lcd is broken but within 2 minutes it locks the phone and it wrks properly. Despite so many problem is been experienced service centre persons at master care service centre in borivali west are unable to get the solution for my problem. I hv visited for mre then 25 to 30 times within the due period. I hv maild on the companys email id also. And called many times in the call centres also. But i m unable to get the solution. While call centres person called Service centre and tlk to them about the problem they promised to cal me back in 15 20 minutes n today its more then 1 day they did not contact me still. Out of this 4 and a half months period i hv been visiting service centres fo more then 2 months. To check my problem i hv been asked to carry any other same model phone to cross check the problem. And they are not ready to change my cell and to give refund also.
                    sir i really seek your help to get me out of this. I hv tried al options dat where available. I hv mailed you as my last resort. Please help me with my problem. Now i feel like taking my money back to get out of this mental trauma. Please help me to get my refund.

                      I have been using samsung mobiles for past 8years and never faced such humiliation and inconvinience from the company.
                      i bought a samsung galaxy i9003 on 20/06/11 from Reliance digital, gurgaon. In the month of aug'11 i faced issue with the LCD, then i approached your authorized customer service center,CELLNET-palam dabri road,dwarka-new delhi, they took copies of the bill and replaced the LCD. TOday again i visited the service center with issues related to LCD, but to my shock the service centre refused to enetertain my phone stating that in their systems my purchase date is 20/04/11 and my phone is out of warranty.EVen on showing them the original incvoice they refused to accept and service my phone, claiming that i have forged the bill. I waited for 2hours trying to resolve the issue by speaking to your customer care as well, ref no-[protected]. now i'm being asked to go baack to the strore where i purchased the phone and get an undertaking from them, this is humiliating. the store is 60 kms away from my location and this is simply not acceptable, wherein i hv to run around even though i'm carrying the original invoice.
                      I have complained about the same to reliance digital and I will escalate this issue to the highest authority possible as i will not run to the

                      Samsung Mobiles — Pathetic customer service

                      Hi,

                      I bought a Samsung Star phone in September 2009. I started facing problems with the phone hanging during the call and my external memory card not being recognized by the phone. when i took the phone to the authorized service center, they told me that there is some manufacturing defect and they would replace the motherboard within 10 days. its almost a month and i have not heard anything from them yet. i have written mails to samsung customer service thrice but i have not received any help till now. when i call the service center, they hang up. Would request you to highlight the same through the concerned channel.

                        My Samsung Fully Automatic washing machine stopped working in October 2011. The circuit breaker started
                        tripping whenever the machine was switched on. I lodged a complaint with Samsung call center. After about two
                        weeks of calling the service center engineer arrived and suggested that the machinbe needs to be taken to the
                        workshop. The machine was kept in the workshop for 6 WEEKS. During this time we had to call on a daily basis to
                        find out the status. Not once did the service engineers bothered to update the status. Every time we called the
                        response was that it will be delivered tomorrow. After six weeks the machine was brought back and the service engineer told
                        us that the following repairs were done
                        1. Wiring harness
                        2. Tub back
                        3. Fron PCB
                        I paid upwards of Rs. 5000 for the repairs. Within a couple of months the problem reappeared.

                        I lodged a complaint with the Call center again, and for the past 3 weeks I have been going through the horrible experience again.
                        So far three engineers have come checked and went away without solviing anything. The machine was taken to the workshop for two days and
                        brought back withouth the problem being rectified. For the past two weeks we have been calling the call center
                        and various service engineers and no one has attended to the problem. Every time we call the answer is the same
                        "Our engineer will visit you today or tomorrow".

                        I paid Rs 30,000 for the washing machine, more than Rs. 5000 for repairs and more than Rs 1000 for transportation and
                        yet I wear dirty clothes every day. This is beyond disgusting.
                        My advice to Samsung:
                        If you donot know how to maintain and service your machines please STOP selling washing machines.

                          It worked for 10 Days and then the Outdoor unit started making Drum Sound after calling and tracking with the customer care they fixed the issue after 1 week by replaicng the compresser in the outdoor unit.

                          It worked for exactly 7 days properly and now no cooling is happening , only the fan is working.

                          Not sure in my appartment and around why our Samsung product is behaving in this way , is it because you have given a defective piece which is not properly Quality tested. If this is the case in 2 months of purchase of Split AC , how can i get along with this product in future.

                          Please find a Complete solution of replacing it with the Non-Defective product or return us the monery . Because the delaer from whom we bought does not take the responsibility of replacing the product , he says it is the responsibility of the manufacturer.

                          If no proper solution is provided then i need approach legally for this issue of giving a defective piece. Because you people being the manufactures only sell the products and make us feel cursed by buying your product.

                            I have purchased a new refrigerator (single door) on 30th March 2012. The refrigerator has cooling problem from the begining. It does not cool at all. I have reported to samsung customer care and they moved the refrigerator at service center and found that it has gas leakage. I have claimed replacement of this bad refrigerator. Several times I have called to the customer care and each time the persons (at customer care) say that the request is forwarded to supervisor, senior, service center or respective department and I will get a call by 8PM that day. But no one called me to let me know when I will get the refrigerator. I am suffering for more than two months and am getting NO RESPONSE from SAMSUNG.

                              i purchased samsung wave 3 set from lotus store , jail road, raipur on 24.5.2012 of price INR 15300, that set is defective having sound problem, logs display, hangs every now and then and switches off very frequently, having both hardware and software problems.. the samsung salesman working in lotus store has got it repaired on 28th may from samsung service centre on my behalf. But the samsung service centre said that there is no entry of the handset and hence they cannot get it exchanged. The handset is not working properly and there is no proper response from lotus store and samsung servive centre. When i complained about it, there were other customers also in lotus store lodging their complaint about their respective electronics. my phones IMEI no. is 359516/04/272714/1

                              Iam Dr. Richa Shukla, Dentist, Working in Max Healthcare. I purchased Samsung galaxy Y duos mobile phone Model no. S6102, IMEI No. 352272/05/038620/9 on 6-5-2012 from Sachdeva mobile point, Shop no. 24, 4-5 chowk, K.C. road, NIT Faridabad, who claims to be an authorized dealer of Samsung phones as i have seen Samsung representatives there launching and promoting the new products.

                              On very first day of purchase, i notice a problem of Memory card inserted and removed automatic process going on. I took it to the dealer who told me to go to service center and did not offer any help. Being a working day, i could not go to service center. Later on, i got to know that in this case i can get my cell exchange if there is a problem in first week of purchase. So, i went to that guy again and told this. he said that occurs only in first two days and now it was fifth day. However, he didn't do anything on 1st day either.

                              As saturday came and i went to Samsung service center on Ajronda chowk, Faridabad. I had to wait for 2 hrs for my number and then they told me to leave the cell wid them without providing any stand by phone. In the evening i had to visit again, there by wasting my entire day in this, n got my cell back after reboot and an assurance that it will be fine now. On coming home, I noticed same problem within few minutes again but then again had to wait for next saturday. again after spending 5 hrs, I got my cell reboot but problem persisted.

                              Similarly next saturday, i had to ask them to get me some educated personnel to talk to and was able to convince them for checking of memory card. After much hours and efforts i got a new memory card but lost all the valuable data which was on my previous memory card because Samsung's so called skilled professionals could not save it to the dvd i provided.

                              I immediately got a call from Samsung office next day if i have got a memory card exchanged but never got for repeated complaints. Hats off to Samsung. I even told the guy that I am still not satisfied and want my cell to be checked thoroughly and all i got was an instruction to visit service center.

                              Anyways, had to visit twice again because of hang problem and auto restart and they reboot it everytime. Needless to say, how much time and money i lost in the process.

                              Next, i faced charging problem. My cell didn't get charge and showed charger connected even after removing charger. Again, cant explain how i spent entire week waiting for off. Went to service center and they said its not covered under warranty. Will charge 120 rs for making estimate bill. and all the parts exchanged would be charged. I bought it back. Managed with a borrowed cell phone entire week and took my cell next week to Sector-16 service center Faridabed. Again after few hours of explaining, they agreed to check it n repair it under warranty but asked me to leave it till tuesday. On tuesday i was told they dont have the part and i need to wait till thursday. On thursday, i was told saturday. On saturdat wen i went there, again same response. Next saturday, when i started complaining, the part suddenly appeared and i got my cell back in but with same problem. Then i had to sit there for 4-5 hrs while they tried everything and finally i got my cell back with an ill fitted jack and slightly broken cover but atleast it was working now. With no option left, i took it back.

                              I continued to face problem with low battery life, hang, and being dual sim my cell doesnot have smart phone feature like when i recieve call on one sim, my other sim is out of reach instead of showing call waiting.

                              But i didn't have the stamina of wasting time further on service center uneducated people. Then suddenly now my memory card which is functional in other cells is shown blank in my Samsung cell. I went to Sector 16 service center on 17 feb 2013, but they were closed without any information displayed. I called them on 20 feb 2013 and got the response that they were closed that week and not entertaining any customers.

                              I went next saturday and i was told to come next week and that too only after calling. Now i dont have energy, time and patience left to deal with uneducated and useless staff of Sansung.

                              I am using totally absurd and useless SAMSUNG CELL since 6-may-2012 and I am really disappointed with the service of Samsung. I have a clinic, which i had to close countless saturdays I had to spend at Samsung service centers for getting this crap cell respored. I did biggest mistake buying a Samsung cell and highly recommend all not to go for any Samsung product if they don't have excess time and money to waste on. Sorry to say, but i am disappointed.

                                I had redeemed my Samsung Galaxy Note offer on 15th May 2012,,,,However I still have not got the Senhieser Headphones as was promised by Samsung with every purchase of Samsung Galaxy note free senhieser headphones....The offer was valid from 15th april to june 2 ...

                                I had applied for the offer on 15 th may.....still have note recieved the offer as promised....



                                really disappointed with samsung product and company
                                I had purhased from Mobile Store near Khar telephone Exchange
                                I[censored]R ADDRESS IS UPDATED PERFECTLY WITH THEM, THEN DONT WORRY YOU WILL SURELY GET THE HEADSET...AND THIS MAY TAKE UPTO MAX 2 MONTHS FROM REG. OF HEADSET...

                                    daily my balance is been reduces.i don't know why this is happening.pls do some thing otherwise i have to cancel my no. of airtel.
                                    my number is [protected].and if i call to customer care there they will reply that there is no service is activated on my number then why balance is been reduced daily without use if it.

                                      Sir,

                                      I had bought a Samsung LCD 32 inch TV of the model C530 which costed me Rs 34,500.00.
                                      It was only given a warranty period of 1year.Just after the one year period it malfunctioned (fluctuating lines on the LCD display screen) without no reason or lightning struck or any of that cause.I had called up the service center people and they had the TV looked up and now Im said it will take approx 13,0000Rs for its service.Hardly 1.5 years and i half to pay half the price of the TV.Even a pen drive which costs only 180Rs is given a replacement warranty of 3-5years.and for a TV priced 34.5k JUST 1YEAR ??? Sir i humbly request you to do the needful for me.i at least require free service or get my TV replaced.Hope you can help me with this problem asap.
