the behaviour of the customer service centre at guwahati is not at all good and they took 2 hours to change the front cover of 5233A even after i visited there after calling them up and when asked if the job has been done,they informed that the work is still going on whereas i saw by myself that the mobile was still unattended and i was made to wait half an hour or so intentionally as i enquired about the job being over or not..

I would like to bring to your notice that after the upgardation of my Samsung Galaxy Ace moblie from Android version 2.3.4 to Android 2.3.6, its music player has stopped supporting Tubemate(App on android market) converted MP3 files. However the same Application was functioning properly with android version 2.3.4.
I would like to request you to look into the issue and provide its resolution...
