On 10/06/2012 I booked a complaint about my refrigerator to samsung customer care, on request they have sended their executive without any pre-confirmation, The executive took less than 2 min to check my refrigeration and said to me that it requires replacement of two parts during conversation he revealed that by default he visited today as he was passing near by and also said that he planned to come over day after tommorow,also promised me to visit my place within two days . samsung executive didn't come to my place even after three days. then on 13/06/2012 I again call back samsung customer care, they answered me your part is not available , that part will come within two to three days, now on 16/06/2012 customer care again told me wait for 2 to three days. Is this company folding their bag and baggage or their service center and call center executives are making fool of their customer, how this is possible in peak month samsung have not parts of their products or they are playing some mischief with customer or want to close their operations in India because of in capabilities of their own,
due to good faith of samsung I have purchased samsung mobile ph, samsung core - B and samsung galaxy y,
what a foolish!!!!! the worst service and worst product I have ever seen. samsung galaxy Y is worst est mobile, within 2 year core B has been dumb,
we cann't even get samsung responsible person name , contact no., or email ID
Oh God !!!!!!!! any one on this earth, who can help me out????????
