Dear Concern,

Please note i have brought Samsung Galaxy ace plus S7500- Bill No- 17206/ 5928106 mobile from R City , Ghatkopar Mobile store & they have committed me to provide Bluetooth headset within 10 days & now 3 month over & still they are not able to provide Bluetooth headset.

6-7 times i have been visited the store but they are simply saying they have not received headset from Samsung, Is it really they are checking for the customer complaints, They are just ignored after buying mobile.

This is really worst experience i have got from Mobile store.

If i will not get the Bluetooth headset within 2 days then i will log the complaint in to consumer court.

    I had purchased one mobile phone from infibeam.com on 27th of July, 2012 order no. 8991218. According to my order they told me that my product will be ship on 29th June 2012 and it will deliver on 2th July 2012. I again complaint on their help Desk No.[protected] on 2nd July 2012, for non Shipping of the Product then they taken a complain[protected] and told me that i will get the product within 24 to 48hrs. Today is 5th July 2012 till now i am waiting of my product.

        I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy S2 mobile in October 2011. I am presently facing a problem as the phone got switched off and is not working.

        I visited the Service Centre and was informed that the PBA is not working and will cost Rs. 9442 to replace, despite being within the warranty period. Further, even on requesting to show any possible liquid damage indication in the phone, the service centre was unable to do so.

        I am having an issue with Samsung not repairing the phone unless I pay such a huge amount for the replacement. This is especially so as the phone did not stop wroking due to my negligence such as getting it wet/dropping it and more importantly, is within the warranty period.

        Request you to take up the repairs for this mobile by honouring the warranty provided by your company.

            I had purchased a Refrigerator of Samsung from sales India six months ago, but after two
            months there was some water leakage problem. I have complained no. of times.
            finally they have identified that it is technical fault and they are saying that we repair it at our workshop.
            But i want it should be replaced by new one.

                i came across quikr to buy samsung galaxy s3...i saw an ad and called him...he talkes so nice that i believed him..i asked just one piece.he said only bulk orders are accepted..but i pleased him that he accepted.he gave me his friend's account details and i deposited 25000/- in his account..later on he didnt reply me...he said his friend took the mobile and went off which he gave him to be couriered..now he is neither calling me, nor attending my calls..not even responding for messages..i am looking forward to make a complaint..but i am sure i cant find police officers who is going to take action on him for my poor 25000/- and i am afraid i will have to be paid 5k bribes if necessary...but still i have my evidences for that 25k paid(account details, his name, address and his mobile number which is still in use)...can any loyal officers help me????

                  Our samsung refrigerator is not working properly.We have bought Samsung refrigerator model no. RT 27 CUX 5634ZAB400163 from m/s Goyal Sales Barnala, bill no. 35444 dated 24.8.2011. There is some problem in cooling. We have already lodged a complaint with your auth. dealer m/s Goyal Sales, Barnala.Our complaint no. is [protected] .They referred our complaint to Mr. Karnail Singh,Sangrur on dated[protected]. again we lodged complaints on[protected] and[protected].but still our problem is not rectified.The serviceman came from Sangrur, but our problem is as it is.We are suffering from this problem from last 2-3 months. So we request you to change our refrigerator otherwise we have to go to consumer court to get the justice.

                    samsung microwave convection — no response

                    dear sir,

                    i brought the samsung oven covection type 28 lts i 2008 october month. recently i could see the ciramic
                    cavity of the oven getting rusted . since it is within warranty time and i called up the samsung customer care. a service engineer came and take the photograph of rusted area and submit the report to company. after that no response from technical team. if i call customer care simply they answer they will intimate service engineers. samsund team have none courtesy about the customer to resonse what actually is the problem. since it is early rusting they should at least investigate the problem. if the service is like this whom to contact for other problems?

                      SAMSUNG, Hyderabad - Poor Service!

                      I made the unfortunate mistake of buying a Samsung mobile (SCH-S269) and have found your customer service to be unbelievably bad! Actually, I can't get a prompt response from your people despite repeated calls. If I get response this is also false commitment from Mr. B.Tukesh, Hyderabad who is Branch Manager (Hyderabad Service Center)

                      I am writing to you in the hopes that you will be able to assist me in resolving a problem I have experienced problem to Mr. Tukesh, Hyderabad service center branch. The following will provide you with a summary of my experience with your company people and the product failure

                      I have bought your product mobile (SCH-S269 ) on 24th of October 07 at Hyderabad Kukatpally area shop and went to home and connected to the charger plug for charging but unfortunately charging signal is not displaying in the Mobile screen and I went to shop (where I bought the piece) and requested to replace the new piece but he refused my request and suggest to go service center for repairing or replace new one.

                      The same day ( 24th of October 07 ) I went to service center and show my piece to service engineer, he was checked and told me the piece charging connector was damaged when I purchased. However he book a complaint ( 7J2477 , dt: 24/10/07) for repairing/replace and asked to come and collect on 30th of October 07


                      I went to shop on 30th of October 07 and requested my Mobile. They took work order number and told me after 15 minutes the piece not at come from Bangalore and asked to come and collect on 1st of November 07

                      I made a call to service center on 1st of November 07 morning hours they put me on hold 25 minutes and finally told me the piece not at come from Bangalore and asked to call evening

                      I made a call evening and I requested what is the status of my mobile they told me piece not at come from Bangalore. I requested shop manager mobile number they give me wrong mobile number of Mr. Krishna Reddy

                      I once again visited the shop (service center) on 2nd of November 07 and requested my mobile status after 15 minutes the manager Mr. Tukesh came to me and asked to wait one day because the courier not yet come from Bangalore and asked to come and collect on 3rd of Nov 07

                      I went to shop on 3rd of November 07 evening and requested my mobile status. Mr. Tukesh told me the piece not yet come from Bangalore and requested to wait another one more day.

                      I went to shop on 5th of Nov. 07 evening and requested my mobile status. Mr. Tukesh came to me after 20 minutes and informed there is 8 new pieces are available at Bombay and called to Bombay people to send new piece by express courier on the same day and he asked to come and collect new piece by tomorrow ( i.e. 6th of Nov. 07 )

                      I went to shop on 6th of Nov. 07 and I requested my mobile status. Mr. Tukesh came to me and informed courier not at come and he was taken my mobile number and address to deliver the piece directly to my office address with his assistant


                      On 7th of Nov 07 morning at 11.00 am I was called to Mr. Tukesh, he promised to deliver the piece at 2.00 PM but there is no call from Mr. Tukesh up to 4.00 PM . Again I was called to Mr. Tukesh and asked what the status is. He promised to call with in 5 Minutes but there is no call from up to 6 PM. Again I was called to him, he promised the piece will be delivered 100% by tomorrow (i.e. 8th of Nov 07 ) and given false GATI courier number[protected] which was booked from Bombay. This number was not listed there tracking when was tracked.

                      On 8th of Nov. 07 I was called to his mobile number and he told me he is not in the office and given Mr. Mahesh number ([protected]) to check the mobile status. When I was called to Mr. Mahesh he says the piece not at come from Bangalore. I was told him this matter handling by Mr. Tukesh and he already spoke with Bombay people to send new piece by GATI express courier. He said he don’t know the situation

                      Again I called to Mr. Tukesh and requested to deliver the piece at my office. He said it is not possible to deliver new piece and the old piece has to come from Bangalore only after repair/part replacement

                      I was shocked when he was talking like this. He is the person only promised to deliver the new piece and not stand by his words and wasted so much of time and money and he finally saying not possible to deliver the new piece.

                      Mr. Tukesh irresponsibility is totally disappointed me.

                      I AM TOTALLY UNSATISFIED WITH SAMSUNG AND WILL NEVER BUY OR RECOMMEND A SAMSUNG PRODUCT IF YOU ARE NOT RESLOVE THE PROBLEM IMMEDIATELY

                      Samsung A/C — Servicing center not responding

                      Sir,
                      At the out set permit me to submit that most home appliances that we have are Samsung make. Am working in central govt service and with frequent transfer of stations we have experienced that Samsung has a very prompt and efficient service net work established.

                      This experinece and trust on Samsun Services has been good till we reached our present place of duty namely Vishakhapatnam in Andhra Pradesh.

                      Innovative Electronics, D-No 52-10-10/1/6, ASPEN Towers, Resapuvanipalem who are your authorised service center have not been able to deliver the prompt service that Samsung Services is renowned for.

                      My Samsung window type A/C (3 year old model) had developed a problem with the front panel not working. I reported the matter to the service center around 10 apr 08 vide complaint number HD 202. Service center could only attend to the problem on 13 Apr wherein he removed the panel and took it away for repir / replacement. There was no intimation of status from the service center for next few days. I had to call up repeatedly and request
                      for replacement which was finally replaced on 23 Apr 08. More than 13 days for a replacement against cost of which i was ready to pay immediately.

                      Thereafter i placed a request for re-installation of the A/C due to change of accomodation provided by my office. I placed a request for the shift on 28 apr 08 stating that it was pertinent that the shift be completed in time ie 30 Apr 08. The front office
                      receiving the call assured me that need ful woud be done and did not register this request as any complaint. On 30 Apr too when i had once again checked out with the service center regarding status of my request they had assured me suitable technicians were on their way.

                      At around 1800 hours when no one had turned up I called up once again to be informed that no one would be able to attend the request that day. I now insisted and recorded a request on 30 apr 07. No one has attended to that request also till 02 May 08 and per-force I have had to employ services of other private agencies to complete this shift.

                      Sir, I would request you to kindly intervene and check up on the quality of services of this particular service center at Vishakhapatnam.

                      Samsung AC — Samsung crook engineer

                      during free servicing camp of samsung ac we opted for it. One crook from samsung service provider gurgaon came Mr. Sunil. He deliberately fondled with the fan and went. When we swithched on the AC noice started coming we complained about it and the same crook came back and told that if we want to replace the fan it would cost 5000. and if we wanted to repair it unofficially he would do it at rs 1000. Such rascals and crooks should be kicked. When we requested the call center to send some other person than this fool they again contacted this idot and he again told us his same demand. One needs to keep away from these mordern day beggars.
                      Hope the company wakes up before its name goes to dogs.
                      I am not going to leave these rascals so easily unless and untill my ac is repaired free of cost.

                      SAMSUNG-A/C — Worst service of samsun

                      I have bought samsung AC on sunday.The shop owner said tht he will send a man to install the same in the same day afternoon.
                      But noone turned up.Then we thot to call samsung directly and then we have launced a call the next day.they also told tht their engineer will come the same day.But noone turned up till now...
                      But the customer care exe. are commiting tht their engineers will be coming..

                      We have bought lot of samsung products thinking tht their service will be good.But its really worst.

                      The AC is lying out waiting for the engineer to install it.

                      I dont know when he will come.

                      On 19-May-2006, I've purchased Samsung AC for INR 24, 000.00 till now neither I no service person visited nor anyone called for it.

                      I've been to the PCHeZone from where I purchased Samsung AC, they are demanding an amount of INR 250.00 to INR 300.00 for survicing the AC, despite of I produced the purchase receipt.

                      Really I'm disgusted the way anyone is behaving like this with a customer.

                      I wanted to suggest you the following:
                      1) On dealers bring the awareness for customer rights and commitment for maintanence.
                      2) Ensure proof-driven process is in place to keep relationship between delear and customer in balance.
                      3) Provide my free servicing to the AC that I've purchased.

                      Well, I put a stop here knowing that there are hardly any chance for the above to happen. However, honestly I did my job of complaining. Now it is your turn!

The machine has been giving us some problems for which we complained to your Ahmedabad office. The service engineer visited us, but felt that the machine is perfect. However we are not satisfeid with the response.



                      While putting the compalint, we informed the officer that we are unable to locate the bill. however they were reluctant that we should be able to produce the bill. Please appreciate that the details of procurement, installation, etc. were all taken by the engineer who had come to install the machine. Also your sales office/dealer will definately have this data.



                      Now if I am requesting them to visit us, they would be asking that we should proudce the invoice only then would they come for inspection under warranty.



                      Will you please look into the matter and advise a responsible person to take suitable action.

                      We have purchased Whirl Pool Fridge Model No. F-23 Classic from Vardhman Watch & Electronics 7. Super Shopping Complex, Bajaj Cross Road, Kandivli (W), Mumbai- 400067 On 09/11/2008 vide Invoice No.29599 dtd.09/11/2008.

                      In Fridge Chillar Trey & One partition slab is not there. We have enquire withthe dealer but they told that Co. is not providing Chillar Trey & partition slab in the above mentioned Model.

                      my TFT monitor is 17" (serial no-PE17HMBQ107433) is under warranty period. There was problem in our monitor. we have launched a complaint regarding this with samsung india on 17/10 2008. BP NO-[protected]. service engg attained the problem and said this product fault and will be taken care by the company. till now no action has been taken.

                      I had bought a microwave oven about a month and a half ago. 5 days ago, when starting the microwave, heard abnormal noise and saw some sparks.                       Only after purchasing of 2 month, my mobile was not switching on so i took it to the lucknow service center .15 days have past and i have not taken back my sammsung handset. whenever i make any confirmation to the service centre. They ignore my problems. their rood behaviour is too harmful for the goodwill of the company. service centre is in lucknow (sriram tower). pls take my comlaint for the welfare of the company & for the customer satisfaction also.
                      Don't ever buy the slide-up models of Samsung. It'll definitely malfunction before the warranty period is over And i[censored]nfortunately you visit the service centre they'll definitely charge for it ispite of being the set in warranty period.

I feel Godrej or any other India brand would have done a better job then Samsung.

                      Samsung Mobile Phones — Inadequate service infrastructure

                      Their service infrastructure is extremely inadequate and service staff extremely rude. I wanted my phone repaired and walked into their service center at Louden Street, Kolkata. After waiting for over an hour I was still unattended. The funny thing was that there were hardly 5-6 people waiting before me in the service center and till the moment I left (after one hour of waiting) there were still 3 people yet to be attended to before me. On enquiring regarding the delay I was sternly told to wait for my turn or leave, that these things take time as there was limited staff and that it was the normal practice. This I feel is not the fault of the service staff in that office but a major failure on the part of Samsung as they are unable to ensure delivery of quick and efficient after sales service. Of course I chose to leave immediately and vowed never to buy a Samsung product again.

                      TVS Services Centre — Irregular Services

                      TVS Services are very poor in serving the clients. as they are charing more than Rs.800 but no propere services.
                      Kohinoor TVS - Greams Road. & Even i served in egmore too.

                      Samsung Mobile — unsatisfactorily performance within a year

                      i purchased samsung beat 450 in sep2008 in jan 2009 the mobile started giving problem of immediate switching off and regular hanging. i gave it to service engg at jodhpur, they took more than 3 week to establish fault and another week to return it to me, this without any replacement during the period of 4 weeks. now again the mobile has started giving same touble and camera is also not working.

                      I bought the 1.5 Tonne Split AC from Kalayni Stores at Secunderabad around the 1st week of march. From the time I installed the AC at home... we all in the family felt that the cooling effort was very poor. We made a complaint at[protected] number the representative was not helping me at all.

                      Only few words on which the call center representative is trained on saying Apolgoy or sorry but no idea or clue to solve the problem.

                      This number works only before 8:00am in the morning. Anytime you call post 8:00am you will have to wait for the next available agent and your turn will not come at all. Guess they are under staffed.

                      Here is my Complain # [protected]BP. Irony is my A/C is under warranty but the biggest worry is Samsung is not inclined to serve this at all.

                      If you call-up the seller he states that once Machine is sold they cannot help further on that. Samsung helpline is not capable of handling complaints and fixing issues.

                      As a customer I feel buying Samsung A/C was the mistake made for the summer..when you go for buying a samsung A/C please be rest assured that warranty is only on paper.

                      Samsung — SET IS GIVING LOT OF PROBLEM

                      Firstly. I have acute problem of diconnection during talktime. Secondly networking is not available in some of the popular places in kolkata while the service provider is saying that they do not have any problem in network within kolkata. In this connection I went to the authorised service centre of Samsung India Ltd. at Capital Enterprise ( Metro Rail subway, Kolkata) on 29.05.2009.After checking the set thay advised me to live the set for serviceing at the cost of Rs.250/-. I left the set with them and collect the set on the same day evening after paying them Rs. 250/-. But after two days the same problem occured for second time everybody whom I talked at that time feeling distrurbance during talk time also the opposite party e aws not listening my voice clearly. I am also facing the same problem when I used the set for calling and gradually the low level networking was showing on the LCD. I lodged an official complain to TATA Indicom for poor serviveing e person contacted with me on 0506/2007 and told me that they do not have any network problem and also asked me to go to the authoriesd centrs . I went to Capita enterprise (Authorided service center ) and handover the se after one hour thay retuned the set and the money which thay have taken from me as service charge and they denied my complaint and told me that the set has no problem. But Sir/Madam I am facing the the same problem for kast 15 dsays. Pleasse take acion aginst the sevice centre and help me out from this poor situation.

                      Samsung — Cheating consumers by not repairing the phone and giving false information

                      I have a Samsung mobile phone which was working perfectly fine. As per the new goverment rule the IMEI needs to be reconfigured in the phone and hence I gave it in the service center in Bangalore- BTM Office. There is no problem from my side and i bought this mobile from a authorised dealer with bil. They said they will reconfigure the IMEI in 7 days. Now one month passed and no clue on what's happening. I even went to the customer care manager of the center and he is giving me stories that it is sent to Delhi, Mumbai etc. Please help me out as I gave the phone on 26th June and these people are cheating me like this.

                      well i am just fade up of the service which i am getting from the service center which is located in my home place i.e. solapur. i had purchased samsung star on 30/06/2009 from mahendra distributors, solapur. but unfortunately the back panel of my new mobile was damage & faulty, so i asked them about its replacement. the owner told me to go to service center & he gave me the guarantee to replace it within 1 week. but it was not replaced till now, 2 days before the man in service center called me & told me that my panel was arrived & i told him that i will come after 2 days as i was hospitalized. but today also when i went there he told me that i had given the panel to somebody else. i was just so angry that i shouted on him but its of no use...look at this duffer & the most stupid service from such a big company.well those who are going to buy any product of samsung must see this first and then take any decision.. & to company i must advice that please stop this nonsense otherwise it will damage their goodwill & image...

                      Samsung — No replacement after 50 days

                      Dear Sir..

                      We have sent one Harddisk (Computer Component) under warranty to RT outsourcing, Hyderabad which is an authorized service center, and after several reminders and calls they simply say that the hard disc sent by me is missing and sometimes they express their inability stating that company is not providing any replacement and they are sending back the same defective to me, but still after 50days i have not got any confirmation, not any product neither the replacement nor the defective..

                      I request you to kindly look into this issue and resolve as early as possible.

                      I gave my samsung SGH i 450 on 4th August 2009 for servicing in their Tnagar Branch. The phone was purchased in the month of Nov 08 and it started to hand and finally became dead. The service centre initially told they will get it serviced within 4 working days. Now 15 days has passed. There has been no reply from them. They either keep the office phone out of order or just tell it will take another 3 days. The service is very worst and the way they harass all the people who come over to collect the phone is incorrigible. I sincerely advice people not to buy samsung phones, and even if you buy dont go to any of the samsung authorised service centres. Hell with their Service

                      I purchased a samsund mobile model no. C160B on 17-07-08, it is giving problem of auto restart for every few seconds only, i taken it to the service center at CTC Ratna Electronics an Authorised service dealer for samsung mobiles at Hyderabad (secundrabad) Andhra pradesh, i handed over that mobile on 13-07-09 till date it was not rectified, really i fedup with theire service, i called those people every three days of time and visiting their center every week once but there is no responce form their end, every time their responce is board has not yet come after receiving the boad will change. Now the music system started giving problems and it was was given for repairing at Samsung Service Centre in Hyderabad in the month of July 2009. Till now the system has not been repaired. Every time I enquire with service centre they give us a false promises. The call centre of Samsung is another defunct establishment. They do not have any information with them. Getting their number is very difficult. God only knows when I will get back my music system back from Samsung centre.                       Even I faced the similar issue with Samsung Service Centre at Hyderabad. The response was very very bad and the way they resolve the issues are not at all satisfactory. No one is having sufficient knowledge about phones.

                      I recently brought Samsung Omnia II (I8000) which ships with windows mobile 6.1 and went to service centre to upgrade to Windows mobile 6.5. There is only one person who do upgradation of softwares named Naresh. After seeing my mobile he said, it is not at all a windows mobile and it is symbian OS. I explained him clearly and showed the version, and then he agreed and told that I need to buy Win Mo 6.5 seperately for Rs.10000/- to upgrade.

On the next visit, informed that the Motherboard needs to be replaced. On the pretext of getting a new board and fix it, he took another Rs. 1000 from me. But in that process he took away my old existing Onida board + remote and got back an old Videocon board.

                      The fixing of the Videocon board has been done so shabbily. I have lost my money and inspite of repeated calls to Mr. Balaji...he doesnt respond and give me a new board and return back my older faulty board.

                      Samsung — Home Theatre is Dead

                      I bought a Samsung Hometheater HT-TZ425N on 21.09.2009 from Audio Voice, Gurgaon (Samsung Showroom) which went dead in october 2009. A complaint was lodged for the same on[protected] vide complaint No. [protected]. Their engineer visited next day informing me that the SMPS of the system was deffective and needed to be changed. After that I waietd for one week but ever day I was told that the component will be recived fro Okhla (just about 5o kms from Gurgaon). Aftre one more week (and several reminders) the service man came to replace the part. Buts the system did not work. He said that the home thetare will be replaced as the same could not be repaired. Then again they vanished. It was only on 16.1.2010 that after several remonders they came and took a copy of the bill for the system but till date I have not heard anything from them. I again called the service center today (21.01.2010) only to be told that they have sent the complaint to higher authorities and they have still to hear from them. Kindly help me in the matter.

                      1. How to record voice incoming call during conversation
                      2. Themes are not applicable .may i know why
                      3. How to change the time setting into 12hrs format.
                      4. whats the setting to transfer data directly to memory card
                      5. i am unable to connect GSM GPRS & more over we can't find any feature in settings

About one month before my mobile was automatic become off then I have visited its service centre at gaya first time they had upgrade its software but problem was still so after sometime I have visited again same service centre they had told that its mother board will be change and it will take about one week after one week I have recieved our mobile but problem was still so I have talk its customer care Mr Santosh Kumar they have suggested me to go service centre again .                           myself Harsh Malik..,sir i have purchased a samsung galaxy y from delhi last month and i have got a micro sd card with it.but that card does not work now and it has warranty of 6 months.I went to SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE for the replacement of card but they denied to change it.they told me that it was free with handset so we could not change.Sir,please solve my problem.

                            I have purchased a Samsung I589 on withe a Bill Date of 18the May 2012. With in a couple of Weeks. The Hand set started giving Problem. The phone gets Off suddenly while thee call is being made. This problem was very soon accompanied by another one when thee speaking Mic of thee Mobile went wrong and thee person at thee other end was could not hear anything. Initially I was told that it may be due to Network Problem however when thee loudspeaker of thee phone is turned on thee voice is being listened with out any problem at thee other end in thee same network. As I have a job when I need to be on Tour at least 15-20 days and I was fed up withe thee Problem when I was in Gaya, I took thee mobile to thee Samsung Service center. They After a lot of research told this was not a software Issue but thee problem was withe thee Hardware. The part was required to be imported from Delhi and thee problem was supposed to be fixed in 6 days. Today 12 days have passed but thee problem has not yet been fixed up. I fail to understand how come a New mobile comes withe problems to such an extent and is thee problem so Big that it requires so many days to get fixed up. If Yes then Samsung as a Company should review its Technology better before launching a New Technology like I589. Also thee Company needs to Audit the work process of thee service center as this amount of time taken by thee Service center reflects a lot of Samsung mobiles reaching for repairing. This again raises a question on the technology. Please look into thee matter and try to change my handset as I feel I have purchased not a New mobile but a repaired one for 13200 INR.

                              Today I went to one of your service center in Mayur Vihar phase 1 (Vaishnavi Services), Actually today(30/06/2012) I was facing problem in my headset, it is not turning on since morning. Last night it was working fine and I had switched off it in a normal working condition (as switch it off every night on regular basis).

                              I went to service center Where Mr Abhisek assisted me, Firstly he said that I have changed my phone's Charging jack , I replied why would I do it when my phone is under warranty. After this conversation Mr Abhisek Informed me that there is a problem in your charging jack and it will not come under warranty due to liquid damage.
                              I was shocked because firstly I was informed that I have changed my phone's jack now it has a liquid damage.(as far my knowledge there is no liquid damage) I requested him to provide me a job sheet mentioning the same for which all the employees present their had denied.
                              Just for the acknowledgement I left with no choice other than to speak to owner of the service center Ms Monica .
                              I have suffered a lot just for the acknowledgement.
                              Then also I was provided with the photocopy of service request (Bill no : [protected]).

                                This complaints about My Samsung Handset GT-I9003 which I bought it on 09.04.2011, and within three months I visited service center as my phone got shut with no reason, at that time they said there is problem in PBA and need to change and it was changed and again after 8 months I am facing same problem and I visited service center and service center guys are asking me to change the PBA, I wanted to know whether your company’s are not that durable enough, the cost to change is 4000.00 please let know your reply on the subject matter, if you want me to sent the mobile handset then please let me know

                                    I buy a handset Samsung GT-6712(Sl N0-RQOB734665H) on 16.08.2011.Within 5 months its indicate automatic usb connection and scrolling of battery charging without any power.
                                    I give the handset at your Exclusive Service Center ,BABLI MEDIA CENTER;100,Briji Road,Garia,kolkata-700084 on 02.05.2012.
                                    They repair it and charged me Rs 350.00 .After 15 days the same trouble comes
                                    and due to staying long distance i produce it after 35 days. your service center again demand me Rs 300/- for the same fault.
                                    Service Center blaming that trouble comes for moisture which caused by me but after impairment same trouble comes in handset. They said verbally it is manufacturing defect but they also demanding Rs 300/- again second time.
                                    Sir if you study my complain heartily you will understand it nothing bat a manufacturing defect So I request you to take necessary action to replace my handset with new one .I am waiting for your Scientific decision

                                      I deeply regret to write you that i am very disappointed by the response from Samsung customer care & service center.

                                      I purchased a Microwave on 28th Jan 2012 (Scan Image of bill attached) from M/s Raj Tele Communications (Samsung Seconds Dealer) against bill no. 2840.
                                      On 17th June 2012, the microwave starts showing error on the Display (SE & E-47). I logged the complaint No. [protected] at around 04:00 PM on 17th June 2012. Engineer Visited on 21st June & after seeing the Machine & Bill he said that there is no serial no. mention on Machine so i can't be able to repair the machine under warranty. I show him the bill again but he rudely refuses to repair.

                                      I again complaint to customer care on[protected] & told the executive about the complete problem. The customer care executive assures me that the senior engineer will visit very soon but till 22nd June 2012 evening no one can visit or not any response from Samsung customer care. I again call to customer care & again told them the complete story to the executive, he also assures that the senior engineer will visit very soon.

                                      I again logged complaint on 28th June 2012 & told the executive that I am harassed by your response & if you can’t handle the complaint please tell me so i can go with the legal process.

                                      Still I’m not having any satisfactory response from Samsung’s end.

                                      I think that there is not any responsible employee in the system that solves my problem.

                                      Today on 29th June 2012 at around 15:36 hrs i received call from Samsung Service Center, Kota. Mr. OmPrakash on the line & he told me to bring the machine to Service center. I ask him that is it get repair under warranty or not?? He told that we try the best. When i reached at center they check the machine & say the same that we can’t repair as the machine is not having serial no. sticker.

                                      I want to ask a simple question that a general customer visits the Home Appliances shop, selects any model & purchase... But at the time of purchase nowhere it was written that you need to have serial no. on the machine.... As a general customer I visited Samsung dealer, select the machine Model, take bill & pay the money with the assurance that i purchase a Multinational Company's Product & i expect the good services from the company representatives....

                                      Please help as i am very harassed.
