worst service offered by univer cell stores....i gave my mobile for service n its almost 2weeks now they have not yet given my mobile.going on delaying it.i suggest every 1 never purchase mobiles 4m univer cell...worst n worst

Samsung Mobile — BAD SERVICE FROM SAMSUNG

HI

This is to inform you that i had sent SAMSUNG GT S5603 (wa [protected]) to your service cenre for repairs as this handset was showing no network within one month of purchase.I gave this handset to your service centre at vashi on 4th sept 2009.It was told that handset will b ready after 10 days.
when i went there on 15th of sept it was told that u will get handset after 7 days..
i mean its pathetic to get answers like this..even after complaining to mr Manish Surve of the service centre nothing has changed.
I have complained about this issue to your customer service no.30308282 spoke to mr arun
from him i got contact details of Mr Prashant([protected])who is the ASM for samsung...

I still dont understand why do a customer has to suffer after paying Rs25000 FOR A NEW BRAND HANDSET N THEN WAIT FOR A MONTH.I[censored]R SERVICE CENTRE IS NOT CAPABLE ENOUGH WHY THE HELL HAVE YOU GIVEN HIM THE FRANCHISEE

I have purchased a samsung mobile model no 3010 on dated 05-08-09. After 10-12 days mobile is hanging so i am going to service centre Centre Point, Aligarh on dated 29-08-09. I saw the mobile in Service Centre to Engineer (Mr Taskeem). He told me that you come after 20-25 days I will ok your mobile but today I have not received my mobile on dated 25-09-09. what will i do ? Please do needful action in this matter as get me my mobile as soon as possible.

i brought a samsung sgh f270 which is not working properly . it doesnt work well in half year . when i try to make a call or to operate it, it shuts down and then turns on and then shuts down and this process continues until it is kept for charging . whenever any body calls me the phone doesnt ring at all .

Samsung Mobile — Poor samsung mobile service

I purchased a samsung SGH L700 mobile on 09/10/2008. In the month of july, I submitted the cell phone to authorised service centre " MDR Services India Pvt. Ltd, Janak Puri." on 11 July 2009 for a repairing. The number is *[protected]*.
But now they say that they have lost its body and they are unable to give the mobile.
Now what do I do?
After 3 months, they say they cannot give the mobile.. I have talking to samsung service Area Manager, Mr. Sumit but he only says that he will call back. But no reply

I purchased samsung SCH-F309 mobile on April-2009 and in August 2009 the key pad had broken & I had given my mobile the samsung service center vadodara for repair key pad.After receiving my mobile from service centre & it gets automatically switch-off after every 1-2 hrs. Again I lodged the complaint at service centre Akota, Vadodara, but they are saying that they are not having its main board ( PB) with them (but changed my battery & charger) and whenever they get it from HO they will inform me but after repeated requests they have not called me yet. Please guide me what to do.

this is the second time im lodging the complaint, i bought a samsung guru E1410 from pune bigbazar on may 9th, after using it for one month the fone startd gtng switchd off automatically.i went to service centre n they told its the problem with software and they tuk three weeks to load the software, after that they gave me back the fone and i came back home tried to make a call and the call was no going, i contactd customer care and told about the problem they told they forgot to load imei writing, thn again i gave the fone, it tuk one week again and they informed that they are unable to repair and they are sendng the fone to cochin i agreed.after 3weeks they told its board is complaint they have to send to bangalore for replacement, after one month i went to collect the fone they told the board has been replaced, and i tuk d fone and made a call but call was not going they have again send to cochin, till now i have not got back my fone, its shameful to say dat a leadng mobile company like samsung is having such a poor servicing, and customer satisfaction, all d day i had to go to the service center and i had to make a call to them.a lot of time and money have been lost because of this, i humbly request you to replace the fone or refund the cash.my fone no. is [protected].the service centre name is maestro situated in (pattom) trivandrum. my work order number is 483.

I bought a SAMSUNG C3053 in july 09, within 1 mnth the screen started to give white display whenever u slide up... I took it to the service center..they provided no reason no apology..only the rep informed me that they will collect the mobile as deposit & i need check with with them after 5 days thats all.I was stunned wtith the answer and wished samsung knewhow to value customers time & money.
i purchased Samsung Star 2 months, the camera clarity is poor compared to other samsung star. when i take my mobile to the service centre in trivandrum, they dint do the service properly. Still i am facing the issue, what to do. Moreover i asked them to compare the quality of pictures through system. but they replied that they dont have any system to check for this pupose.


What should i do now, could anybody please help me to resolve this issue?
I purchased samsung star on 12/5/2009 and after 1 month I faced a display problem.I got my mobile repaired and again I faced the same problem.
I purchased a SAMSUNG STAR -touchscreen mobile.I purchased it on 12 may 2009 from millenium computer & communication, Bhuyandev cross road, sola road, ghatlodia, Ahmedabad.
After purchase I came to navsari to my residence.On the next day, it disappointed me as I had display problem without using it.I was late to complain the dealer due to lack convenience and time.Anyhow I managed to complain to that dealer but I am sorry to say that even after keeping it for a long time for repairing and testing i did not get the satisfactory solution to my problem.It is hanged to the same problem.After paying 11, 000 for a mobile from a standard & reliable company till today I am unable to Use it.My money has been gone in vain, I think so.Please Do The NEEDFUL.Hope for the POSITIVE RESPOND
