Hi i have purchsed S3500 from THe mobile store two months back and it autometically switched on as i put it switched off.and i have already send my mobile to repair from SAMSUNG CARE CENTER near DUKHNIWARAN GURUDWARA, Patiala they told me Mother Board O[censored]r mobile have to changed and they told me that we are placing order for you mobile's mother board si today its 40 days has been past and till date i have not received any mother board so plz help me...care center people always told me to wait for another 2-4 days but...i think they are not taking any action...

The services provided by Samsung Service centre's are erally pathetice. Recently I bought one L700 mobile set, in bangalore. Now its not working, when I showed the set at Banglore, BTM authorised service centre, first they said its a problem with display, I agreed to pay the amount, its been 3 weeks, I have gone 5/6 times, called up many many times, now they say motherboard is being replaced, and most recent comment from them is they are still unable to update some IMEA number due to slow server response. Its about 3 weeks now and I dont know when the mobile will be done.The most pathetic experience for buying a samsung mobile.
I have also a complaint regarding the service of Samsung mobile @trivandrum
once we will visit vthe service centre for some complaints
we will never buy a samsung product in our life span

Motorola Mobile, EM-30 Silver — Delay in Providing the mobile by the Service Center

I reside in Nagpur Maharashtra. My father purchased a Motorola EM30 Silver mobile handset on 21/05/09. but very soon some display problem occured due to which colour of the display changed. As my Fathers Mobile is in warranty period i submitted it in Motorola Service Center in Nagpur on 21/08/09. in Ravi Nagar Branch. But after more than 3 months we have not yet received our mobile back. We went there for7 times to recollect our mobile out of which 3 times they assured us that ur mobile is ready & u can take it but on reaching they again gave us a further date.
Sir/Madam i dont reside in proper Nagpur but in a village 40 kms away from Nagpur.My Village comes in Nagpur Dist.. So coming to nagpur from far away place causes physical stress, financial problem and also wastage of time. And on the top of that for last 3 months we are out of our mobile. so i request u to please take necessary action against the service centre.

Samsung (SAM SGH E250) — Since last 2 months Mobile not repaired Submitted in service centre.

I submitted my Samsung E-250 mobile in Service Centre on 20/08/2009 And since then its about two months, they are neither repairing it nor they return it. I have visited many times to the service centre but they are not giving reasonable response. I'm fed wid up calling and visiting there.And now when i want my set back they are not returning it either.

i had bought new samsung M2710 mobile few days ago. Some 3gp videos are not playing in my phone & some videos are played. The videos which r not played show following messege "Not supported content".
but these videos are played easily in all other mobiles.

Samsung Mobile — My new mobile neither repaired not changed by service centre since i Purchased

Sir I've purchased Samsung mobile 5233 on 04/09/09 from Mobile Bazaar and after few day its screen started blinking like power on & off. and then on 15/09/09 I went Service centre At Shri Ran tower for repairing, they gave it to me on evening and form the same time it was showing full network but nighter any calls was connecting nor comming by using any sim. I went again to Service centre on 24/09/09 they checked and said its board has to be changed so they asked me to collect mobile after 1 week. then on 30/09/09 i called a service centre to know the status of my mobile they said not repaired it will send to delhi, then i said still you have not repaired my mobile then how much time you will take, then a on phon she replied that surely we will provide your mobile on 10/10/09. but when i made a call to service centre on 10/10/09 they said it will come from delhi on 12/10/09. But it was the limit from that day I'm only calling the Customer care(Call centre)' sercice centre. and finally I made a call to that shop from where i purchased my mobile Mr. Jeet (owner) given me a no."[protected]" & said he is Mr. Sunil he is UP sales head, he will get your work done before Dhanteras means on 15/10/09. but i tried to speek to him but eighter his no was on waiting or he was not recieving my call. then again I made a call to Mr. Jeet (owner) he gave me another no of "Mr. Gurpreet [protected]" he said he is also a sales head. i spoke to him on 13/10/09 he asked me all details of my mobile and i requested hin to provide me my mobile before diwali, then he said i will get it done tomorrow means before Diwali, but it was not done then again i called him he said i'm trying. on the Diwali day 17/10/09 when i Called him he said that the mobile part which has to be change is not available and we have decided to give you a new mobile with in a week but still when i"m calling them they rudely said that it will take more time and we will call you but nobuddy called me. and On 30-09-09 i recieved a message from service centre(TA[protected] on my other mobile that (your mobile has been serviced and ready for relivery please collect it) then i went to service centre they said we have to change your IEMI no so collect on monday and finely when on monday i went to take mobile they returned me the old mobile insted of changed
But still In that mobile there is many problems like its vibrating function is not working and lock button is not working . Please Help [protected]@!!!!

Samsung / GT-S3500 — Very very Poor Service & bad Products

I purchased a mobile phone model no GT-S3500 bearing IEMI / RSN no [protected]Vide invoice no 002120 dated 29/08/09 from M/s Sachin Gift Gallery Ludhiana. I started having Problem with the phone after 1 month . The same Has been informed to them & he informed me to go to customer care centre I went to customer care centre on 29 /10/09 vide work order no W A [protected].at BM Services Shop no 6-7, Pearl Palace call centre 30308282 & was told to me that i will get my phone back after 24 hours . I called comitted time that my phone has been repaired as samsung must be a good brand so service must be good too but i it not like this . they don't even are aware of this & behaving like we are sitting fool here & after that i called them for aleast 20-25 times till 2.45 pm (4.11.09) but no updates .now i don't want phone back at any cost i want my money to be refunded imediately I donot want any further discussion or harrasment. as i dealed with brand samsung not with dealer & customer care executive if they all are not able to handle complaint ouccuring in your products why are you suppling your material to them & wasting customer's time as well & i don't want to be fooled anymore with samsung

Samsung Mobile — Poor servicing

I had purchased Samsung S3500 two months ago, and it's Handsfree is not working now therefore i had gone to service centre at allahabad.. they said that we do not have any earphone come next month.. is this is the warranty..
i want to extend my warranty for one month for he same..

I had a problem with my hand set and i visited my local customer care centre i.e. Samsung customer care, Rekha Sales, Liya comple, P. P Compound, Main Road, Ranchi. They just cleared my cell problem but change my battery of the cell the next day when i just complained about the battery the are calling me every day nad telling the battery is not available and sending me back by making excuses and telling me to come the next day. Also when I just enquired about the battery from nokia care i got the information thet there is no provision of taking the battery from the customers unless the battery is damaged or having some problem. they just fooled me and took the battery and just exchanged it.
Please help me to find a solution of thei. where should i go or complain about my situation. Is there any higher authority where i can launch complain about the samsung customer care.
