worst service offered by univer cell stores....i gave my mobile for service n its almost 2weeks now they have not yet given my mobile.going on delaying it.i suggest every 1 never purchase mobiles 4m univer cell...worst n worst

I have a M3510 Mobile, about 1 1/2 years old, even within the warranty period the Mic was not working, i could'nt find get it repaired than. I was managing with a blue tooth. Now that i have given it for repair in a Samsung service center, Crompet, chennai they do not have a mic to replace the same. it is already 2 days with the Service center, they want 2 more days time. What want to say is Samsung is not the right mobile to own. My old Nokia mobile is the best and continues to be working without any problem even after 4 years.

I HAVE PURCHASED THE SAMSUNG MOLBILE MODLE -Star 3G S5603 FROM THE HOT SPORT .DATED 01/09/09.
IN THIS REGARD I WOULD LIKE TO CONVEY AFTER 8 MONTHS THE KEY PAD WERE NOT FUNCTIONING THEN I TAKE UP THE MATTER TO UR SUMSUMG SERVICE STATION IN JANAK PURI IN DELHI, .THEY ENTERTAINED THE COMPLAINT AND ISSUED ME THE WORK ORDER AND THEY CONVEYED ME TO APPROCH AFTER 10 DAYS.AFTER THE SAME TIME WHEN I APPROCHED THEM, THEY TOLD ME THAT WE HAVE SENT THE MOBILE TO ARE HEAD OFFICE BECAUSE WE CAN MAKE IT CORRECT
THEY SAID THAT THEY ARE GOING TO REPLACE THE FRONT PORTION OF THR MOBILE, THEN WAS FORCED TO SAY OK, BECAUSE IT IS SMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE.AFTER THEIR EXERCISE THE SAME PROBLEM WAS STILL THERE.

THEN AGAIN THEY PROVIDED ME THE NEW JOB ORDER NO AND ASSURED ME THAT WE ARE GOING TO DELIVER THE SAME WITHIN FIVE DAYS.ACCORDINGLY I RANG THEM AND ASKED FOR THE SAME, THEY ASSURED ME TO COME ON AFTER 4 DAYS, WHEN I VISTED TO THE SERVICE STATION THEY AGAIN CONVEYVED ME TO COME AFTER TWO DAYS.THEN I TOLD THEM IF IT WAS SO THEN WHY YOU PEOPLE TOLD ME TO COME AND COLLECT THE SAME, SIMUNATNEOUSLY THEY MISBAHEVED WITH ME.
I AM NOT UNDERSTANDING WHAT IS THIS.IS THIS A SAMSUNG SERVICE STATION OF A BOUCHER SHOP.

I Purchased samsung mobile model no E2120B Serial no R008Z253926E On 3-4-2010 after 3 month using mobile its motherboard create problem so i have given mobile your N.I.T Faridabad service center on 13-7.2010 my complaint no is [protected] . he give me time of one week for changing motherboard after one week i talk with service center he again give me one week time but in this types after five week service center again again given time but not confirmed date and time . after five week i talk mr. sandeep he told me that company not provide motherboard . during this period i am facing many problem of in this nature of your company and service center.if you will give this type service in future any consumer not purchace your samsung mobile.

if next six days you not give me any response then i shall do complaint in consumer court

I purchased a S3310 sumsung mobile hand set on dec, 2009 but today suddenly not working any key pad except only one key sweetch off kee but that also not functioned. service centre garihat said that it will not comes under warrenty. Kindly advice me what shall I do new hand set. ?
I have purcharsed B3210 on 04.08.2010 at trichy univercell mobiles shop. But, Next days i put a memory card in mobile. suddenly can't access (out going & incoming problem). trichy service center worst. No response with customer. What is the solution. Replay must.

My samsung mobile I.M.E.I no. [protected] and Model no. 3410 's touch pad is not working properly and I give it JAYPEE ELECTRONICS B-29/7B, double story ramesh nagar New Delhi-110015 of 14/08/2010. But 27/08/2010 today I can't find my phone from service centre, I request you most that Please take action against this service centre and solve this problem immediatly. I hope you will do it now.

i purchased a samsung corby mate (B3313) mobile on 14th of February 2010.the cell fell in water accidentally and the keypad and screen weren't functioning properly.i contacted a samsung service center at secunderabad (Hyderabad) . after examining they said that a particular FPCB and key PCB needed to be replaced and it is understood that they have placed order with u for the same. they say whenever they get it from HO they will inform me but after repeated requests they have not called me yet.it has already been 1 month since i gave a complain[protected].please do the needfull. i need my cell to be repaired urgently...my email id is ramya.[protected]@gmail.com

samsung corby txt mobile — delaying in delivery after repair

Dear Sir,

I purchase a samsung corby mobile from your mobile store in Shalimar Bagh Delhi. on 6th

March 2010 vide invoice no. DE 5404, and this mobile went out of order and was given at your Samsung Service centre ADITYA INFOCOM PVT LTD Ashok Vihar Delhi on 18.7.2010 vide work order no 2921.

Till date i have not received my mobile, and as per autorised service centre my phone is not ready and to confirm after a week time.
It is a matter of great concern that on the receipt of the authorised centre it is clearly written that the coustmer has to collect the set maximum of 15 days time, but now they are fail to honour the condition.

Since I do work in the stock market and i am loosing a huge amount of my earning due to non avilability of my mobile.
samsung after sales service is totally disgusting, and samsung is not doing anything towards it

i m having a complaint regarding the samsung service center AKOTA, BARODA GUJRAT i have a problem in my samsung (B-5722 )mobile. it was in the warranty period.. i have mother board problem with the cellphone. they have taken my set and they told me that they will repair my set within a week but they didn't reply me and when i call them they mostly didn't picked my call and not replying me... so pls help me out in the matter...

I brought (Samsung Corby pro GT-B5310) mobile phone on 14/04/2010 from Planet M retail Limited, E- 106 city center sector -1 Salt lake, Kolkata-700064. With One year warranty.

On[protected] all of sudden touch screen was got hanged and stop working then I approached to the Samsung service center (System & Services, 1130, Survey park, 793B purbalok saltlec, kolkata) they have kept the phone for 1 week and when they returned it the touch pad was working but the LCD screen was showing black dots and it was blinking, then the service center kept the phone for another 3 days and changed the LCD and touch panel and returned on[protected], now again on[protected] the same problem was arises this time when I approached to the service center they are saying due to moisture and humid weather this problem is arrived and that is not covered under warranty from the company.
And to rectify that workshop is asking Rs.5500.

I purchase a samsung mobile model no e1125w, on dated 12/4/2010 with one year warrenty some problem on my handset .my problem is mobile plate is not proper working charging is not proper .handset is not working.i came to service cenyre in m.p.nagar bhopal so it will be say to me your handset plate found to foulty it will be say to me set charging connector is damaged by due to water.pls provide to me what the suggestion than i will be going in consumer forum.plz solve my problem.

I had bought two Samsung mobiles last month on strong recommendation by a dealer. However, both the phone are causing problem now, particularly sound related problems. Moreover, one phone cannot be charged also.

I wish I knew that the quality of samsung mobiles is so bad. This is only for your feedback because all that you can tell me is to go to your service centre.Going to service centre to deposit the phone and then going back to collect them is not an easy process. I would rather throw the phones and buy two simple nokia phones which never gave me trouble even after 3 years o[censored]sage,

Why do you get into a business where you cause so much of harassment to your customers.
