Samsung — getting switching off regularly

My Samsung B 7722 is getting switched off and most of the time while using internet it says the not enough memory space close some application. When i try to close some application net connection is also closing. What is the remedy for this?

Never buy Samsung mobile specialy Dual sim i have GT B7722 at Rs 10000/- its giving lots of error and most ipmortant Samsung Service center also unable to resolve this issues. so i request samsung should stop production of this mobile ASAP. CUSTOMER SERVICE AND SERVICE CENTER ARE VERY BAD...

My name is Rejil. On 29.10.2011 I bought a Samsung mobile(Model
no:GT-B7722),but unfortunately my phone having lot of problems. First
one is, i can't access/connect to internet through pc.-when I trying
to connect internet through pc, an error message showing' there was a
hardware failure in the modem'. on 8.10.2011 i surrendered my phone
for repair to Samsung authorised service centre(complaint no:[protected]
centre name:M/s server and clients hardware
solutions,sasthamangalam,trivandrum, kerala Ph:[protected].But they
can't rectify my problem) second one is this phone is not support 8GB
MEMORYCARD. Third one is,some times the phone will be restarted/stuck
automatically.
Actually this is a clear cheating,as per the company brousher & company's website clearly indicate that this phone support 16GB but actually support upto 4GB. When I approach the service cetre they are not willing to clear my issues.So I continuosly send lot of mails to Samsung India, but the ultimate result was very very pathetic one. After the purchase of this phone I occured lot of money loss approximately morethan 25000/- ,because most of the time this is switched off / in the custody of service centre.I submitted 3 times to samsung service centre.I need Justice, So plse help me...

I bought samsung galaxy fit on 9/10/2011 and my phone used to get switched off automatically for i had visited service center at Amritsar and my phone was replaced after 3 day's now with my new galaxy fit i am facing the same problem with it now when i visited the service center they kept my phone for 2 days and was returned saying my phone was ok but i am facing the same problem.

iam very un happy with samsung services ..In september is purchased samsung mobile s5233v.after one month its not charging .with wrannty card i went service center .they didnt check the mobile clearly .they given me back but my problem was not resolved .again same problem is repeated.they ask me leave mobile for 1 week .i followed tem but till now i did nt get my mobile .they are unable to solve problem .they dont know how to talk with coustmer s nd how respond .this is the worst services centerin vizag region.the managers also dont know how to resolve problem.

After few days I realized that my Mobile display not working. then I gone to your Barrackpore Service Centre Branch of Samsung. They said to me that Mobile display not repaired without money. I think my mobile is under Warranty period.

i am balasubramanian from bhopal, contact no.[protected], i purchased a mobile samsung M2710 model sliding phone. it gets on off automatically, inshort mobile is not working. i submitted this phone on samsung mobile service centre ABM enterprice, opposit moti muzit, sultania road, bhopal. they told me that your mobile software is corrupt we need to reload the software. i agreed for that and i submitted at service centre for the reloading of software.and they mensioned the charge is rs.240. i went two times to collect the mobile they were not able to reload the software and can not able to find the problem of my mobile, again they asked me to give more time to repair. i agreed for that also. after 15day i made call to sevice centre about to enquire the status of my mobile. they told me that the mobile is not repairable, you collect your mobile, if you want to repair then we have to change the motherboard of your mobile, then it will work othrerwise not. it is very realy hurting me, because i purchased this mobile is number one position in india.the mobile is purchased around 3yrs back. now i come to know that the samsung service is not good, i have taken decision i never purchase any samsung mobile in my life.

Pada 17 jan 2012, saya telah membeli h/phone Samsung Galaxy S Plus(W) no siri [protected] disalah satu kaunter Samsung bertempat
di Greentown Mall Uda Ocean di Ipoh.Walaubagaimanapun selepas phone tersebut digunakan selama lebih kurang 20 hari
phone tersebut tidak boleh di charge .
Pada 07 Feb 2012 phone tersebut telah dihantar untuk dibaiki under waranty. Saya telah diberitahu oleh staf samsung yang phone saya akan dibaiki dalam tempoh 2 minggu sahaja.Selepas tempoh 2 minggu tamat saya pergi untuk mendapatkan semula hset saya, Walaubagaimana pun saya disuruh menghubungi sendiri techinician.
Saya berasa sangat kesal dengan servis yang diberi oleh pihak samsung daripada 2 minggu yang dijanjikan telah melangkau ke satu bulan setengah.
Macam ni ke servis internasional? Saya harap sila beri perhatian atas complaint saya ini. Saya teramat-amat kesal.
