I would like to inform you that I was using Black berry from last 1 year before that I was using Noika from 2004 . I feel that Samsung is capture the market and product is good .I have never visited any service center for mobile from year 2004 . I have shifted from black berry to Samsung without any issue in Black berry set. I have purchased samsung mobile galaxy grand on 15th Feb 2013 . I faced the problem in mobile on 18th Feb 2013 in evenig. I was out of country from 19th to 25th feb 2013 .I have visited service center on 26th Feb 2013 and Mr. Manish Sharma refused for DOA ( Replacement) . He told me the policy of DOA is 7 days . Incase you required passport copy for proof . I can also give it to you . Kindly consider my case for DOA , Incase if you will consider than return the money so that i will purchase another brand .

I hope you will consider this case for cusotmer satisfation.

    Dear Customer care,

    As a grieved customer of your SAMSUNG – Double door refrigerator , which has been purchased 6 months before from M/s. VASANTH & CO, T.NAGAR BRANCH, had started giving endless troubles one by one.

    Earlier the noise was too high and now the door could not be closed properly , which results in poor temperature maintenance and more energy consumption due to continuous running of the compressor unit.

    I have been calling your customer care repeatedly from 07.02.2013

    After two weeks one person from M/s. Thirumala Electronics, Ekkauthangal, Chennai attended the complaint today , but made us frantic .
    Though the refrigerator is under warranty, he forced us to pay the service charges…which are quiet unusual.

    He claims that since stacking the EGGS & keeping water bottles in the door, the door got loosen and to rectify this we have to bear the charges. Im surprised with this kind of reply. If your Samsung refrigerator could not able to accommodate the eggs & water bottles in the provided space then, what for you are selling this stuff?

    You must have remove the features & benefits that has been mentioned in the catalogue & display models, so that customers like us would not suffer.

    With a copy to consumer forum, I hereby request your immediate action in this regard and try to conclude this issue at the earliest.

    Samsung - Refrigerator — Unable to get thru to customer care

    For the past 4 days I have been trying to call Samsung customer cares on 30308282. Whether its morning, afternoon, evening or night i get only one message "All lines are currently engaged please hold we will be with you shortly", which just goes on and on and on. . . . . . Can someone please get in touch with me.

    Samsung — noise

    quiet running but the icemaker sounds like a gunshot when dumping ice. defeats the purpose of a quiet running fridge if the ice maker is going to scare you to death.

    Samsung - — Forced Charges

    We have purchased a laser printer-ML 1640 from one of your outlet called M/s. Micro Computers here in Tiruppur, Tamilnadu, India on 07/07/09 carring invoise no.312. We were told that the toner will print 2000 copies. But not. When we change the toner the printer does not accept the newly loaded toner. When we called for help Samsung people were sent. Your people here explained that when second toner is loaded the printer has to be fitted with a chip which will not come with the original package. Hence we, the customer should bare Rs.600/- additionally for the chip.
    Our quesition are
    1. How can a problem be hidden by the supplier during the supply of a product?
    2. Is it fare from your part that forcing your customers to pay excess amount in adding additional component for the sold product otherwise the product has to be thrown to the dust bin?
    3. Is it true that you collect such charges from your customer like this once the sale is made?

    samsung/ refregerator — high running sound

    refrigerators purchased from authorized dealers of Samsung giving high running sound. purchased on 30/09/08, commissioned on03/10/08, because of problem replaced on 23/10/08 even then problem persists. made many,many complaints by mail on telephone --technicians visited but expressed their inability to rectify. now told nothing can be done and warrantee period being over i have to pay for repair /rectification. gita das29/12/09

    Samsung Double door refrigarator — Awaiting service

    On Feb 6th 2010, a complaint was launched with the Samsung call centre[protected] regarding the problem with my refridgerator with one Ms. Anusha and gives me a reference # [protected]. On Monday, the service engineer lands up at my place and tells me that there is a problem with the thermostat - which I tell him to replace and it is advisable to switch off the fridge. He is to bring it the next day or call us to inform about the availability. No calls from the Samsung engineer until I call him on 10th Feb 2010. He says he will call me back - No calls again. I then call the Call centre no. and talk to one Ms. Vima - who says that they would inform the service team and that they would call me ASAP. No calls until 11th Feb 2010. Note that from 8th Feb 2010 the fridge is switched off and I cannot stock any stuff. I call the Service Engineer on 11th Feb 2010 and he says that he would be coming on that day to do the installation. There has been no call whatsoever from anyone until the time I am writing this mail on 12th February 2010 - 12.25pm.

    Is this the way a reputed company like samsumg works???!!

      Sir,

      I have purchased a Samsung 32” LED TV last year 22/Dec/2012, Model No. Samsung UA32EH4003RMXL from MITTAN AGENCIES, A-7A, Milap Nagar, Uttam Nagar in New Delhi 110059. After twenty days I feel that there is a sound problem in my set. There is no sound option for home theater / woofer and speakers. There is no headphone slot for audio output when playing movie and video songs through USB drive.

      I made a complain to Samsung dealer because I was looking for LED TV for home theater but salesmen (his name is Rakesh) suggested us this sumsung 32” LED D4003 model TV according to my budget. He committed us, “it will support your sound system and home theater. Samsung dealer and salesmen both are accept this miss-guide matter and they committed us to solve the problems. After few day they suggested to buy USB audio card for audio output during playing movie and video songs through USB drive. I spent Rs 400 for USB audio card but problem is still unsolved.

      Again I went to shop and tell all the story, but he told me that, “I will ask to the engineers and then I will give a suggestion”. Next day again I went to shop for expected solution but finally he told us, “it’s too late I can’t do anything for you. If you want to go consumer curt then you can go. They will help you.

      I just want to state to consumer forum sir please look after my case and take necessary action against the Samsung.
      Please intervene in this matter I will be thankful of you for resolve the issue.

      i write a mail to you on 26-Feb-2013 regarding a Samsung TV issue but i have no any response from your side. But today is 29 April-2013 and I have no E-mails and calls from your side regarding this issue for further information.

      Once again I would like to request you, please inform us how lo and provide us the time line of this process. We need time line because I am not sure resolving process in continue or not.

      From 8 month, l made complain to Samsung dealer and CEO office but they are not able to provide any positive response. every time thay mail us, 1. " request for TV is under the process. As well as we our sales team will get back to you with the proper resolution of your concern"
      2. n reference to your mail regarding Samsung issue, we have already forwarded your concern to our sales department so, we request you to give us sometime as your complaint is under process.


      Since the problem occurred within the warranty period, I request you to take necessary action to replace the required parts at free of cost, for which I will be grateful to you forever.

        Hi,

        After nearly 1yr and 2 months, my Samsung LED 40" TV shows a black band on the top. Investigation from the Samsung engineer suggest to replace the display which would cost 20,000. Outraged seeing similar complaints on Samsung LED TVs after a year. Would not recommend to buy Samsung LED TVs anymore

          Dear Sir,
          I bought a 40" LCD TV from M/s. BISMI, Ernakulam, Kerala for Rs. 70,000.00 on Sept. 2008
          .
          Now it is out of order and there is only black colour instead of picture in the screen.

          Your Engineer visited my house on 7th Dec. 2012 and told me that the Panel of the TV is damaged and to be replaced.

          After one week he informed me that the spare part is not available for this model of TV and your company will refund the
          cost of the TV after deprecation.

          But amount is only Rs. 32,000.00 or less.

          This is injustice. Non-avaliablety of spare part is not my fault. I am a retired person and I can not afford such an huge amount to purchase a new LED TV with this compensation amount. So I request you once again to repair my TV.I don't want compensation.

          If there is no way to repair the TV, you have to increase the compensation to Rs. 60,000.00, cause then only I can replace my 40" colour LCD TV.
          I am a regular user of your products and recommend also to other persons. I have model No. RSA2NQMG1 ,589 litter side by side Fridge , WA75N6 Fuzzy Washing Machine, Samsung 20" LCD colour TV, Samsung Galaxy II mobile phone.
          So I request a decent settlement as soon as possible. The amount mentioned by you is not agreeable.

          Samsung — TV REPLACEMENT

          Dear All.
          I purchased a Samsung TV on 17/10/2008 from Next retail store, Queens Road, Vaishali nagar jaipur i. After few days i found a problum of colour faiding on the right top of the TV & a litlle curve on the picture . Service person attended the problem but he is not able to solve the problem. He try to justify me with some illogical things inspite of that i have raised my complain to thesamsung customer care but so far i wont get any responce from your side so this is my kind request to you either you change my TV or resole the problum from which iam suffring from as i am a hard core brand loyal to Samsung but this one is really a bad experince for me .             I have placed Samsung phone order on 20 Feb.
            I have also got a confirmation mail that my order is successful by the bank and my order will be processed soon by their third party site.
            But after five days Samsung is not giving me any conformation and they always say your order is unsuccessful as we have not received any money from your side.

            Please help me to get my money back.

              I am Kamrul Hassan from Bangladesh ; I am using your company mobile set Model GT –B5310RRAHUT. I am writing this letter for complaining about the bad quality LCD which has changed by your Dhanmondi serving center.
              Last date on 2.20.2013 I sent my mobile set for repairing by friend name “Maksud” . . My complin receipt number is 9342 & bill number is [protected].That time complain were “ yes & NO keys not work, phone hangs problem” . After that we came to know from your end that Phone LCD problem and for that need extra Tk 2500. We agreed for that and I hope that you could repair this mobile as my satisfactory level. However I surprising found today in the time to take the mobile set that LCD monitor is changed but I could not read the sms & also I could not understand any alphabet . This phone contrast is very high and true colour is gone. I can not understand any picture also.
              I asked about that your customer care people how could it can be recovery . His answered was very rude and told me that it was not possible to make the phone shape as earliest & this LCD is this type. That time I feel you are cheating with customer and cut the customer wallet with very cunning. My observation is that if I have repaired from any outside shop that case I got same type service. 2nd think is that I could not read any email and take photograph so that this mobile is now useless.
              I believe this unethical way to take the money. Also your customer service & communication need to be trained how to measure the customer because this is customers’ own money not yours.
              I hope you will catch it seriously and take necessary action about that because your company reputation is very good than other company.

              Mobile Samsung — left at barista besent nagar

              26/04/2009 morning i went to take coffee at barista and i read newspaper and i left my SAMSUNG MOBILE PHONE after 1hr i called BARISTA BUT THEY TELLING THAT THEY DONT FIND IT

              My Work Order No is-WA[protected], which was given to me on 07/11/09 by ur service center which is in Sector-2, Vashi, Navi Mumbai.

              I purchased my mobile on 02/10/09 from sector-17, Vashi, due to an accident with a bike my LCD wasbroken which is not available till date every time i am calling at the call center different executive gives me different ref. no. and whenever i am visiting service center they r saying not available by Samsung it is not in the market .If it is so why Samsung is not taking reposiblity to provide me the other mobile they can give me in writing so that it can be replaced with the other mobile yes i can pay the difference if it will be there. Pl solve it at the earliest otherwise u will not leave me with any other choice rather than going to the consumer court,really i am sorry to say that i have waqsted enough money in calling and visitint to the service centre.

                M having a samsung np300e5z-s02in laptop !! M having problem getting the driver updates(window 8) for this laptop !! Beside this m unable to get the updates for samsung maintainance sofwares such as 'Easy Software Manager' , 'Easy setting' for this device !! No support available on the website too for this device !!

                plzz help me regarding this ....
                do samsung pays any kind of attention towards there customers if have a samsung notebook np300e5z-s02in there are no updates availiable for windows 8 plzzz guys pay attention to it

                  I purchased Samsung 40'' LED tv model no:ES5600 on 6/11/2012. On purchase they told me that I will receive skype camera as free gift with in 21 days. But its been more that 3 months still I did not receive any gift from Samsung India.

                    I HAD TAKEN A S 7562 DUOS SAMSUNG HANDS SET ON THE 26 TH OF JAN 2013 , BUT TILL DATE I AM FACING A PROBLEM WITH THIS HANDSET AD ITS HARDLY 15 TO 20 DAYS OLD THE TOP DISPLAY SCREEN HAS A GREEN LINE WHENEVER I MAKE A AND THE PHONE GETS HANGED AND THE DISPLAY GOES OFF EVEN I CANT DOWNLOAD ANY PICTURES OR MOVIES TO THE PC EVEN AFTER INSTALLING ALL THE REQUIRED DRIVERS ON MY PC , AND I HAVE VISITED THE SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER TWO TIMES BUT ONCE THEY UPDATED IT AND SECONDLY NOTHING WAS DONE NOW MY CONCERN IT WILL I GET A NEW PIECE FROM SAMSUNG OR WHT IS THE OTHER SOLUTION FOR THIS OR DO I NEED TO GIVE THIS IN THE MEDIA AS ITS A COSTLY HANDSET AND I WANT U TO HELP ME AT THE EARLIEST AS ITS UNDER WARRANTY , i want a replacement frm Samsung as now its confirmed that the handset is having some problem and Samsung is not giving me a replacement so how do i go about this now pls reply

                      I paid online 3000 rs. as a prebooking amount for Samsung camera launched recently. After its launch I found that the price was too high almost 10 times the money I paid. I opted not to buy the camera and requested them to return my money. They didn't refund it but gave me a coupon to do online shopping instead. I didnt find any thing useful to me on their shopping portal. I requested them to refund my money. They refused and stopped replying to my emails also.

                      How can I get my money back?


                      I suggest others not to buy anything from samsung e-store.

                      Electronic Store — Gift Voucher 1 Year Movie Card

                      I had purchased Panasonic 32Inch LCD from Electronic Store-Anudh(Pune) On 27-Sept-2011 ,At time of purchase TV Store manager had given 1 year Movie card free . but After March-2011 Movie card has not been working .

                      After making lots of complaint to Store manager (Kiran) still issue has not been solved.After visited lots of time to Electronic Store-Aundh (Pune) , They have given new Movie card after 2 months time And When I tried to book movie ticket through that movie card again Movie card not works.

                      Here I am just make aware to other customer regarding my experience from Electronic Store-Anudh(Pune) so that In future no one would pass same kind of experience.

                          I was doing purchase on samsung e-store on 28th of December 2012, while doing the transaction with my HDFC Credit card for Rs 34439 transaction got failed .Savex computer limited was supposed to deliver the product so i called the samsung e-store for the same and registered with them for cancellation. They told me that they refund the money in 15 to 21 working days...But still they have refunded the amount to the bank. Two out of 3 EMI has already billed and interest has been charged by bank on the outstanding balance as samsung told me not to pay any amount....

                            I Meherfzad Roowala purchased Samsung Galaxy S2 (19100) mob handset from SSK Retails PVT Ltd on 29./12/2013 not yet 2 months passed. My ph gets heated very fast even if it is kept idle not in use.
                            My ph battery gets drained fast even not in use. It has to be charged 2 to 3 times in a day.

                            The service centre at AC market Mumbai is not ready to exchange handset or a battery. They are only ready to format our phone. We told them to check the battery by inserting in another handset. But he was not ready to do so.

                              I bought a samaung led TV in the month of nov.2013 from gulati plaza, jabalpur. & in month of march2015 my TV set is shutdown.Then I call to my dealer & He summit my complain to toll free no.The TV mechanic of your company visit to my place.he told me your LED Pannel was gone. the pannel cost is about Rs. 8120/-I bought the TV only the RS.13000/-.so please find the right solution on this issue.
                              We have taken Samsung LED TV (32") in NOV-2013., warranty period of TV was 1 year. In the month of 27-May-2014 it was not working properly due to failure of panel inside it. so as it was under warranty period they have replaced the panel. but again the same problem has occured now i.e the panel was again failed. the same problem is repeated., now they are saying that your product is not under warranty period. my issue is that they have replaced the panel only and the problem again now is wit the the replaced panel only.. from may-2014, from that period till now it is only 10months., but the warranty of the panel will be till 27-may-2015. the company has to replace the panel under the warranty conditions only but they are not doing it so.. so please help us regarding this issue..

                                I purchased this Phone Model No: W279, Imei No: A0000039ED96F5 from local dealer Shivam Communication of Rs6000/-
                                from the day 1st i am having problem in GSM sim slot, i am not able to make call for a long in starting it cuts in between after some time i have a complaint of my friends that u r phone is always switched off but its on from my side.
                                I went to Samsung Service center 'MAA Vaishnavi Services' Add: U-157, Ist Floor, Shakar pur Delhi-92. on 30th Dec, they received my handset and gave me time of 4-5 days at that time they took around 25 days for changing slot of GSM sim but still the prob was not resolved, i m facing the same problem and then they deposited my handset for change in main board plate they gave me time upto 3/4days but its almost 12 days my prob is still at the same condition.

                                If the company (samsung) is not having main board in spare, why the hell they are selling these set. I m not able to use this phone from last 4 months who will bear the lose of fall in rate of handset, Please gave me another latest set in place of this

                                  some times my tv becoming blank i.e. no video/image was seen, after lodging complaint service engineer visited and tv was taken to service center M/s Abhinav Enterpris Motilal Mumbai 400104 on 15/2/2013 Bill No [protected] dated 13/02/2013 and i was told that it will be brought back in a day or two, now today am been told that one part is not available and it is requisitioned from Company then only it will be repaired, i am shocked to know this. What sort of this Organisation is in Mumbai customers are told that parts are not available then what customers in interior parts must be facing.
