Dear Sir,
I Meherfzad Roowala purchased Samsung Galaxy S2 (19100) mob handset from SSK Retails PVT Ltd on 29./12/2013 not yet 2 months passed. My ph gets heated very fast even if it is kept idle not in use.
My ph battery gets drained fast even not in use. It has to be charged 2 to 3 times in a day.

The service centre at AC market Mumbai is not ready to exchange handset or a battery. They are only ready to format our phone. We told them to check the battery by inserting in another handset. But he was not ready to do so.

    I bought a samaung led TV in the month of nov.2013 from gulati plaza, jabalpur. & in month of march2015 my TV set is shutdown.Then I call to my dealer & He summit my complain to toll free no.The TV mechanic of your company visit to my place.he told me your LED Pannel was gone. the pannel cost is about Rs. 8120/-I bought the TV only the RS.13000/-.so please find the right solution on this issue.
    We have taken Samsung LED TV (32") in NOV-2013., warranty period of TV was 1 year. In the month of 27-May-2014 it was not working properly due to failure of panel inside it. so as it was under warranty period they have replaced the panel. but again the same problem has occured now i.e the panel was again failed. the same problem is repeated., now they are saying that your product is not under warranty period. my issue is that they have replaced the panel only and the problem again now is wit the the replaced panel only.. from may-2014, from that period till now it is only 10months., but the warranty of the panel will be till 27-may-2015. the company has to replace the panel under the warranty conditions only but they are not doing it so.. so please help us regarding this issue..

      I purchased this Phone Model No: W279, Imei No: A0000039ED96F5 from local dealer Shivam Communication of Rs6000/-
      from the day 1st i am having problem in GSM sim slot, i am not able to make call for a long in starting it cuts in between after some time i have a complaint of my friends that u r phone is always switched off but its on from my side.
      I went to Samsung Service center 'MAA Vaishnavi Services' Add: U-157, Ist Floor, Shakar pur Delhi-92. on 30th Dec, they received my handset and gave me time of 4-5 days at that time they took around 25 days for changing slot of GSM sim but still the prob was not resolved, i m facing the same problem and then they deposited my handset for change in main board plate they gave me time upto 3/4days but its almost 12 days my prob is still at the same condition.

      If the company (samsung) is not having main board in spare, why the hell they are selling these set. I m not able to use this phone from last 4 months who will bear the lose of fall in rate of handset, Please gave me another latest set in place of this

        Total panel failure

        Hello, i feel cheated.

        In 2010 I purchased UE46B6000, a year late the first issue was thin black horizontal lines across the panel one year . Diagnosis of technic service: Defective Panel, they replaced the panel and motherboard PCB MAIN. Back to work and a year and few moths the same thing happens again plus red and green vertical lines.         some times my tv becoming blank i.e. no video/image was seen, after lodging complaint service engineer visited and tv was taken to service center M/s Abhinav Enterpris Motilal Mumbai 400104 on 15/2/2013 Bill No [protected] dated 13/02/2013 and i was told that it will be brought back in a day or two, now today am been told that one part is not available and it is requisitioned from Company then only it will be repaired, i am shocked to know this. What sort of this Organisation is in Mumbai customers are told that parts are not available then what customers in interior parts must be facing. I need immediate response and resolution of my problem.

          I bought this samsung galaxy ace plus S7500 in the month of september 2012 the dealer told me it will be upgraded to icecream sandwich and to clarify my problem I looked at the specifications of this phone in the internet and yes it is showing the device can be upgraded but still no sign of it .So please tell me whether it can be upgraded or not.

              i have problem with my gts5360 moble network problem. often it show out of network . i also repair my phone under warranty against this problem . service centre also change mother board for heating problem and network problem. but its not working properly . i;m not satisfied with service centre. service centre is giving proper response . if you (samsung) are not able to solve my phone problem please replace my moble phone. otherwise i am going to consumer court.

                Mobile set Samsung S5253 wave 525 w/o MM C was purchased @rs 6110.00 on[protected] from M/s One Mobile with extended warranty insurance policy of M/s UNITED INDIA INSURANCE Co. issued by the dealer at an extra cost of Rs 269.57. Though the extended warranty is still valid, all the three i.e Supplier M/a Samsung India, the dealer M/s One Mobile, and the Insurer M/s United India are washing their responsibility.

                  I bought a Smart Phone name Samsung Galaxy Ace duos 6802 on 25/12/2012 and the mobile is not working properly at all. As the phone is a dual sim phone but it does not support both the sim. when sim 1 work then sim 2 stops working and when sim 2 works then sim 1 stops working.

                  Further its battery backup is very bad. It works only 5-6 hours.

                  Its hardly 2 months passed from the day i purchased the mobile.

                  When i we went to the seller of this handset, he told us that he is not responsible for it. I tried at the samsung service centers in Delhi & Noida to resolve my problem, but they people told me that they do not accept the mobile phones and also all of them referred another service centers and i am not able to resolve my problem till yet.

                    We are having a 2 door SAMSUNG referigerator.The Referigerator lower portion is not cooling.made a complaint in december 2012. Since then the local service centre at Dehra du is not doing anything.
                    The engineer from Samsung has come almost 4 times but after reaching our home they say that referigerator has to be DEFROST first and when we switch of the fridge they never turns up the next day.
                    This has happened 3 times since the last 20 days.
                    We are regularly complaining to the customer care but no response.
                    They just say we are following it up. be patient.

                      Regret to inform Samsung Customer care is not helping
                      Either to neither block my handset nor track my lost mobile.
                      I have already filed FIR and I have the copy with me, still Samsung customer care executive is saying that it is not possible to Block or Track the phone buy using IMEI number.
                      I have not activated mobile tracking facility and didn’t register my mobile with my email id , that doesn’t t mean that Samsung can’t help to even block the mobile , to stop miss use.

                      Response from customer care executive is shamefully poor , they don’t have complete clarity on asked subject.

                        i have bought 40 inch LED from muscat, Oman on 27/10/12 and the mother board is shocked, when i bought from Oman the dealer gave ,e computerise invoice with warranty stamp.Recently i ask repair service from samsung where they took 5 days to just visit my place and then they says we require warranty card and not the bill copy. then i arrange the warranty card somehow from Oman dealer with his stamp and again i called up samsung to repair the same. Again it took another 5v days to send the technician where he raise the issue that the warranty card is of local city and not valid for India.
                        Now how the customer will come to know what is local warranty card or international warranty card, its the dealer responsibility and company to give us the right document. the samsung people are asking to pay 8500 Rs for the damage where its recently bought and on international warranty.

                        Regarding Samsung-5282, IMEI # [protected], will buy on 15/01/15 for my wife home use purpose.But now this set display complaint, will contact your customer care office, but they demand Rs.1968/- for display maintenance charges, at the time of purchase your dealer ask me to one year warranty for this set.                         Hi,

                        I have purchased Samsung mobile phone GT-19082 on 25/05/2014 from E-Zone, India, Bangalore, Jayanagar near Ranisaraladevi Bus stop. After two days of purchase it started giving En number of problems, I visited more than eight times till date to get it serviced.
                        The best part is that that when I went on 23/05/2015, Saturday, (before the warranty date) to get the mobile service done and for extend warranty they told me that this is out of warranty, and warranty has expired on 2014 May. (All the service are done "In Intouch services" BTM layout, Bangalore).

                        My question is how is this possible. I have purchased the mobile on 25-May-2014, the one year warranty means it should be 25-May-2015 that is today AND why did they serviced the mobile, (they have changed pin, mother board etc) when it is out of warranty.

                              This is complaint against the reliance digital outlet at Phoenix mall , Mahadevpura , Bangalore and Samsung India.

                              I purchased the Samsung Microwave Oven (CE1041DFB) on 11th Nov. 2012. I have been cheated on brand new product as described below.

                              1) In my brand new Samsung Oven, accessories like MUlti-spit with 6 kebab skewers + barbecue skewer was missing and this being confirmed by reliance service person and Samsung engineer independently at different times. These parts are nicely displayed in the store as a part of accessories being sold along with the product.
                              Even after so many mail exchange/phone and personal visit to reliance digital /calls to samsung customer care, still (as of today 12th Jan 2013) the part is not delivered to me.
                              Reliance and samsung being playing the blame game and customer like me is suffering just because of their fault. I have been suffered and mentally disturbed after buying this samsung product which is the brand new one and having missing part.I request you to take strict action against the company and dealer, Imagine if the part is critical for appliance operation and it may lead to severe consequences not only to individual but to the people living around them.

                              2) When I decided to purchase samsung oven, we were told that 5% cash back applicable on icici credit card on purchase of samsung oven product and this we have confirmed so many times from the sales executive and finally purchased the product later when I enquired the 5% cash back was not applicable to the product with less than 15000/- purchase cost.
                              I have been cheated and tricked to sell the part when the competitive price in other stores/online was less compared to reliance digital price.

                              This is my request to take a strict action against such dealer / company who is cheating the customer on purchase of brand new product and doesn't hold the accountability and responsibility of their brand new product. They are merely drive to make profit at any cost and hold no responsibility of their product, society and nation.

                                I have purchased two Samsung Galaxy Note –I (GT-N7000) from Spice Retail LTD. Shop no 10 & 11, old Delhi road, opp. Sector 14, Gurgaon (Haryana) on 13&14JANWARY 2013.Both phones have problem-Auto switch off, Heat up, Hanging & Battery backup from the first day of Purchasing. I have called to our shopkeeper (Spice retail ltd) they replied me it only due to software problems so you go to Samsung Services center & update your mobile software.

                                Due to time problem I have visited Samsung Mobile Services Center on 30JANWARY 2013 (JAI SAI RAM ELECTRONIC SERVICES, SHOP NO 9, FURNITURE MARKET,N-B, GURGAON 12001,)
                                Tell him about my mobile problem, they replied me mobile software required updatision. After updating of software your problem should be clear. but problems are still there..
                                i have visited 3 times in samsung service center
                                1st time 30 JAN 2013.
                                2nd time )4 FEb 2013
                                3rd time )9 Jan 2013

                                After that I mailed to Samsung CEO’s & Executive team for www.samsung.com. But there are no solution.

                                I finally left both mobile on Samsung service center on 09 Feb. & requested him please retain my money I not ready use your handset.

                                (I do not want repaired my mobile, I want replace my mobile phone because of it Samsungs Quality problems from the first day of purchase. But they say you can call to Samsung customer care. It’s your problems if you want replace you came here with in week.

                                I show this problem from the first day of purchased but due to shopkeeper & Samsung services center time goes to find out what is the problems.)

                                After that I have continually called to Samsung customer care & website mail. But still they don’t provide any kind of solution.

                                What kind of service is providing a big company??/

                                Please help me on this matter.

                                  regarding consumer satisfaction and quality product,but I am so sorry
                                  to say that it didn't last even 2yr,the type of customer service you
                                  people are providing for your mobile phone is substandard and a lot
                                  is required to improve it other wise very soon you will lose large
                                  number of your valuable customer specially when the competition is cut
                                  throat.

                                  2 . my phone has two issues :
                                  (a) I open any application may it be my contact ,sms,
                                  google play ... I mean any application it automatically goes back to
                                  home screen without touching any key and it is so frequent that
                                  it can really make any one go crazy .
                                  (b) Phone automatically captures screen shots and the
                                  quantity is between 24-30 screen shorts in a day,which gets stored in
                                  my gallery .

                                  3. I have been to your customer support at INDORE (Star Mobile
                                  Service Center MZ-116, Mezzanine Floor Yashwant Plaza,INDORE MP Ph
                                  no:[protected]) on 19/11/2012 with complaint no [protected] to rectify
                                  the above problem.My phone was returned back to me in two days stating
                                  that it has been rectified, but problem still stands.

                                  4 The same problem started within two days only, and as I do not
                                  have the luxury to visit cities as often as OTHER CIVILIANS have. I
                                  have to live with same irritated piece of handset for next 3 months
                                  (till the time i returned back to civilization) and it really kills
                                  you when you want to speak to your dear and near ones but you can't
                                  because the hand set was just returned to me without rectifying or
                                  better to say just after formatting the hand set which was not the
                                  solution.

                                  5 I again visited your customer support on 16 JAN 13 (WORK ODER
                                  NO:7258) with same problem and my phone was again returned back to me
                                  stating that it has been rectified but to my surprise i have to go
                                  through the same suffering again .I called up your customer support no
                                  for the above mentioned problem with ref no.[protected]Mr Navneet).
                                  He told me that i should make him speak to technician once i will be
                                  at the customer support (though it is your job to speak to customer
                                  support and not mine). Once i reached customer support on 09 Feb 13, I
                                  called up your customer support but the person there was unable to
                                  connect me to technical cell. He told that he will arrange a call for
                                  me but i haven't received any call till so far from your side .

                                  6 Finally for the third time my cell phone is again with the
                                  customer support with work order no HHP-ST-1-7634 dated 09 Feb 13. To
                                  my surprise the technician out their told that he has never seen any
                                  phone that clicks automatic screen shots .So when your technicians are
                                  totally unaware how the problem is occurring, then how will they
                                  rectify it.I am pretty sure that in next two days customer support
                                  will call me and try to deliver the same set after formatting or may
                                  be updating the firm ware .

                                  7 To be very frank,i know and i guess till so far you also must
                                  have realized that this is not any software issue other wise after
                                  updating of installing new firmware ( that was done in first go only )
                                  the issue should have been resolved. I am sure that there is some
                                  kind of manufacturer defect in this particular hand set and i am not
                                  saying such defect could not occur in a phone, it may occur but then
                                  it is your moral responsibility to take that particular set back.So i
                                  request you to please change my hand set as soon as possible and issue
                                  a new hand set to me and direct your customer support at INDORE about
                                  the same as i will not take this faulty hand set at any condition, and
                                  if require i will approach all other law full channel to do so. But i
                                  am pretty sure that being very renowned and professional firm you will
                                  not create any situation that i have to do the same.

                                  8 I also want some strict action be taken against all the employees
                                  who were involved in this type of severe negligence and who were not
                                  able to discharge their duty honestly and responsibly for which they
                                  are paid .

                                  9 I am hopeful for positive response from your side and hope that
                                  you will provide a reason to me to trust your company once again .

                                  Samgung Refrigerator — Sub Standard Quality

                                  We had a bought a Samsung refrigerator in August 2005. In the last three and a half years the service engineers have visited our house atleast ten times to repair some complaint or the other. Last year in June we had the freezer unit changed and then again in August we needed to have the compressor changed. And today, in less than one year, the compressor has stooped functioning again. Either the parts being provided by Samsung are sub standard or the engineers who take the fridge to their workshops for repair are using spurious parts.

                                  I think Samsung needs to address this issue on an urgent basis. But I for one, am never going to buy another Samsung product.

                                    My self Samiran Biswas purchased a Refrigerator (model no - RT2735TNBSZ/2012) from Khosla Electronics on[protected]. At the time of purchasing I know that one assured gift (Mobile) is there & the representative of the shop convinced me that it will be delivered in 2 months maximum from the date of purchasing. They also gave me a Samsung representative phone number who actually taken care of this gifts.
                                    It is quit embarrassing to me that Samsung such a big company & carrying a excellent goodwill can cheated their customer on this way. I have a good faith to your company & used lot of things of your brand, but facing the current situation this time I bound to say such words. When I didnt received this gift on time, regular followed up with your company representative ( Mr. Rathin - [protected]) & he assured the gift will delivered within 7 days. They asked me to give the invoice twice of time. After all thing are happened one day I received a call from your customer care & she told me the same thing (delivered in 7 days) & gave me a dead line date[protected]. But as usual date are passed, again I follow upping with them & again they gave me the date[protected]. When I faced the same thing ,called your representative to make sure of non receipt they didn't picked up my phone.
                                    I told you the actual scenario which I facing, its not just a matter of a mobile phone but its seems to be a cheating. As for the good faith I send you this mail to you & not to the consumer forum. Think you understand my situation.

                                      I have purchased Samsung S duos and I have issues in mobile data.. I Have connected the mobile data from Sim2 but the bill of data usage is sent from Sim1.. What kind of defect is this?? May I Know Please.. we are getting bills from both the service providers.. why?? we are not going to pay the bill for your issues
