I am not sure which department i am contacting. But i just want to let you know that you(Samsung) are about to loose customers who are using your products for more then 15 years.
I purchased 2 galaxy s duos mobiles in September and recently one of that gone bad, i went to Samsung repair station (Nehru place, Delhi) and received no help, because they said "it might" be a water damage.
So here's the description if issue: my phone takes lot of time to start, it hangs frequently, and when i dial number the screen goes black, even though i can make call and listen but nothing is on display. so for this i went to repair because i thought i got warranty.
But no help received, all they want is more money (6100.00 INR) for repair.
I am really very disappointed with this, so i am not begging for help here all i want to say is years after using Samsung Refrigerators, TVs, Washing machines, Mobiles etc all we are receiving is this from you, there is no goodwill gestures.
So i will write mail to Samsung CEO also and i will start uploading my reviews on social media telling and bewaring them that don't go for Samsung appliances because their warranty its fake, when you gonna have some issues they start giving to excused like this/that is not covered, no one tells you about that at the time of purchase. i'll never recommend Samsung again to someone.

Samsung Mobile — POOR SERVICE & CHEATING
I PURCHASED ONE C-160 MOBILE PHONE BRAND SAMSUNG FROM AUTHORISED DEALER ON[protected], AND SOON THEREFATER I STARTED FACING IMPROPER PERFORMANCE . WHEN WE APPROACHED THE DEALER HE JUST MADE SOME CURSORY ADJUSTMENTS AND ADVISED THAT IT WOULD WORK WELL.BUT IN AUGUST THE PROBLEM INCREASED AND THE MIC STOPPED FUNCTIONING COMPLETELY, (THAT IS WHAT I SPOKE COULD NOT BE HEARD BY THE CALLER).
EVER SINCE WE APPROACHED THE SERVICE CENTER, WE HAVE BEEN GOING THROUGH HELL. FIRSTLY THERE IS NO TIME DISCIPLINE. THE CENTER IS A SUBCONTRACTOR, WHO OBVIOUSLY IS NOT SO MUCH INTERESTED IN CONSUMER CARE RATHER THAN MAKING MONEY OUT OF GENUINE SAMSUNG CUSTOMERS. LISTED TIMING OF 9 TO 6 IS NOT FOLLOWED. THEY HAVE A CONVENIENT TIME OF 10:30 TO 6:30
ON MY SECOND VISIT (WHICH MEANT TAKING A HALF DAY OFF) ON 3RD SEPT 2008, I COULD GET MY PHONE SUBMITTED, WHERE THE PERSON ON THE COUNTER OPENED THE PHONE AND VERY CRUDELY STARTED SCRATCHING THE PARTS TO FIND OUT THE PROBLEM (WITHOUT THE USE OF ANY INSTRUMENTS). THAT PERSON DETERMINED IN A COUPLE MINUTES THAT MY PHONE HAD BEEN SOAKED IN WATER AND THEREFORE IT WAS NOT ADMISSIBLE UNDER WARRANTY. IN SPITE OF MY PROTESTS, THEY INSISTED ON BEING RIGHT, AND DEMANDED ME TO ACCEPT PAID SERVICE.
HAVING NO OPTION BUT TO GET MY PHONE OPERATIVE, I SUBMITTED MY PHONE UNDER PROTEST.
THEREAFTER, I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO CONTACT THE SERVICE CENTER, BUT STRANGELY NO ONE PICKS UP THE PHONE. THE ONLY WAY YOU MAY CONTACT IS BY PERSONALLY VISITING THE CENTER (BY SKIPPING OFFICE !). EVEN THE SERVICE MANAGERS (NEERAJ [protected]) & AREA SALES MANAGER (RAJEEV [protected]) PREFER TO EITHER KEEP THERE PHONES SWITCHED OFF OR NOT PICK UP THE PHONE AT ALL. AFTER CONTINUOUSLY TRYING FOR 21 DAYS, I FINALLY WAS ABLE TO GET THROUGH THE SERVICE CENTER AND TO MY SHOCK FOUND THAT THEY HAD PREPARED AN ESTIMATE OF APPROX Rs 2900/- FOR A PHONE THAT I BOUGHT FOR Rs 1900/- . THIS SHOWS THAT SAMSUNG SERVICE IS FOCUSSING ON BLACKMAILING CLIENTS INTO UNSCROUPOLOUS SERVICE AGENTS AND FLEECING THEM FOR MAKING EASY SERVICE MONEY. WHY ELSE DOES A BRAND NEW CELL PHONE, IN INTACT CONDITION AND USE DETERIOTE WITHIN 3-4 MONTHS, AND INSTEAD OF FEELING SHAMEFUL, THEY SHAMELESSLY DEMAND A SERVICE FEE 33% HIGHER THAN THE PHONE COST ITSELF !!
THIS IS A EYE OPENER FOR ALL CELL PHONE CUSTOMERS TO BE WARY OF SAMSUNG PRODUCTS AND AVOID PATRONISING SUCH UNSCRUPOLOUS BUSINESS HOUSE.
