Hi All,
i am prasad, i have purchased galaxy S advance I9070 mobile phone 2 months back...for the first 2 days it was not showing network...then by giving it to customer care...they have updated the software and i come to find the network signals on my phone...but the signals are very weak...always it is showing 2 or 3 towers....that too when i put GPS ON it is giving wrong directions and the status of roads are not updated as we pass...

I Went samsung service center(ratana electronics ) in Hyd and i asked a new mother bord for my samsung note book but they gave some used old laptop mother board .now its not working so they did not change my mother board . they are cheating customer so i want complaint about the employee and manger of ratana electronics ..please help me slove this problem my mobile number is [protected]...

I have got a fake email regarding being selected for the job interview in SAMSUNG India Electronics . Please take some action regarding these people otherwise they are not going to stop scamming and fooling innocent citizen. Here is the attachment that the fakers mailed me-

I did transaction using HDFC BANK CREDIT card of 15561rs from Samsung India e store to buy Samsung mobile and the transaction was Failed.
Above amount was deducted from my account.I contact to hdfc bank they told me that transaction was Approved.than again i contact to Samsung customer care , they told me that transaction was failed and for payment reversal you will have to wait 15-21 days.Today more than 21 days had gone but still...

I had recently purchased 40 inches LED TV from Singapore and within few months the display panel shows a band on top which disappears after 15-20 mins but picture is hazy / unclear.

Samsung engineer visited and have insisted that support under warranty cannot be provided and have to replace the panel at substantial cost (Rs. 23000) which shall carry only...

Still i want thankful to samsung people.
My camera was having shutter problem since date of purchage.
First time send to samsung centre,returned unrepared.
Second time,a reply returned,after registering a complain.
Reply is realy funny,but heart breaking.Estimate of repair {approx 4000Rs} is near to coast of camera.
