Issue with Fridge
I have a Samsung Fridge and have been facing issues with servicing for last 1 week - it is disappointing to have a bought their product as it seems that they are not bothered - poor representation of the Company values.

They are supposed to get a part that needs to be replaced and have not been able to do so and hence the simple thing is to ignore the customer - they do not call to give an update - it is only me who is regularly following up with them. I fail to understand why them call themselves customer centric - it is the customer who needs to run in circle around them.

I have even written to the CEO desk mail ID - and the response from there has also been shabby - I get an email today stating that as per discussion over the "call" - "when no one called me" the service center will look into it - and this is when I went to them to state that Service center is not able to help.

And to add to that the "Samsung Service Center" employee tells me that although Samsung is not being to service my fridge he can do it on his own accord - their employees also show the level of loyalty towards the organisation

I hope they wake up soon - this a a market run by customers not by producers

    I had made 2 orders on 08.03.2013. The order nos. are 1071704 and 1071698. I had received the confirmation call on 8th of march’2013. When I received the call I enquired that since Samsung delivers in 5-7 working days are Saturday and Sunday both not included in working? The person replied only Sunday is a holiday for us. On the 10th of March (Sunday), I received a mail stating both the goods have been dispatched via Blue Dart and the Airway bill no. was given for both. The airway bill no. for order id 1071698 is [protected] and for 1071704 is [protected]. The same could not tracked in Blue Dart’s website and when I called they claimed they have received no such goods from Samsung. To my surprise, when I called up Samsung estore helpline no., I was told there is some problem with blue dart as there is some technical issue so their website is not updated. I confirmed with Blue dart and they said they had no such issues. It was very shocking to me and I wondered how Samsung being a big name is demeaning another company. After this on 13th March I was promised by customer care I will receive the good on 14th March. Once again Samsung failed. After calling them again they kept apologizing and when I wanted the matter to be escalated to a senior they refused and said ‘Mam, no seniors are available today. U can call tomorrow and escalate’. My complaint was noted on the 12th of march, 14th of march and 15th of march and every time they promised they will revert back but never did so. On 15th of march I was promised that on 16th of march (Saturday) that is today I will get a revert by max 1pm and then I can escalate the matter and also cancel the order if no solution is given because they refused the cancel the order on 15th of march. The person I spoke to, Amit told me I am noting down all ur remarks and Saturday is the deadline for u. Every time I spoke to a person he told me different stories. On 13th I had spoken to a guy and he claimed he was the senior executive himself and told me 14th is the deadline for u. On 15th I again got no revert so I called back and spoke to jai this time. He again said mam we can only revert on Monday. This meant from the 11th to the 16th I was regularly told tomorrow and that tomorrow never came. Samsung promises to deliver within 5 to 7 working days. If Samsung could dispatch the phones on 10th which was a Sunday and the guy who gave a confirmation call told me Saturday is working then as per all of that today is the 7th working day. But now all the people I spoke to changed their words and said Monday 18th is the last day and Jai commented he cannot commit if on Monday also I will receive the phones. It is astonishing to see how such a big brand is so casual about it’s delivery. When I asked Jai what does a person do if he/she does not receive the goods within 7 days maximum, his reply was as casual as this,”nothing mam, we at Samsung ask them to keep waiting and keep their patience”. This is the approach Samsung has to deal with its customers? It is really astonishing. The attitude with which all the customer care people spoke to me was so casual and carefree. When I asked them to make me speak to a senior they refused and everytime they told me ‘mam tomorrow you can talk to our senior if tomorrow u don’t get a revert and we are very sorry’. This was the same story I heard everyday. The next day I would neither get a status reply nor be allowed to escalate the matter nor be allowed to cancel. It was only on 15th when I spoke to amit and yelled at him he owned up that the phones were still in Bangalore hub. How is it that Samsung mailed me mentioning it has already been shipped? It is shocking to see how your company is running if this is the pathetic service ul provide to ur customers. I am sure ul will continue to be pathetic if I have problems with the phones once they are delivered to me. I want Samsung to compensate to me for all the harassment and for not living upto their words that they deliver in 5 to 7 working days.

    Same problem here. I also ordered samsung tab2 P3100 (Order No.1073513) on 8th march. I received a tracking number which cannot be found on bluedart database. Tomorrow I'll blast them on phone and then wait for two more days to move to court.

      I am Jahangir Ahmad. I have purchased mobile phone online from the mobile company GoldenMOBILESCOMPANY from NewDelhi that was priced at 24000/= including charges.
      I have deposited the all cash in their accounts including all charges including the custom tax ,flight charges and so on.
      With this, i have deposited 33,700/= and they are neither delivering that courier not are refunding money back.
      Plz tell me what to do now.

        I bought Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 on 25th December 2012. Since the very first day it keeps on hanging while making calls and playing games, I took it to the Samsung store from where I bought it. They told me that it’s new that’s the reason just keep on using it for next some time and it will be fine. Now just after two months on 26th February 2013, when I woke up one evening there was a battery symbol on its screen and it was not working even the touch was not working. I tried to shut it down many times but of no use.
        Next day I took it to Samsung store; they gave me address of some service centre. I went there, they checked it and told me it will take 8-9 days to make it running fine or if you want to make it fine right now you have to go to third service centre ,then I went to third service centre.
        The executive told me it will take only 5 minutes to diagnose the Tab and after around 90 minutes, they inform me that I have some kind of water log problem in it. I asked how is it possible ?
        Then there technician told me that complete mother board is corrupted because there was water in there since last 4-5 months. I said how is it possible I bought this only 2 months ago. I even didn’t unwrapped the outer polythene and all. I asked them to get me to there manager.
        The manger was not even interested listening to me; he was treating me and other s as piece of . I asked for his visiting card so that I can inform this to their supervisors , but he said he don’t have any visiting card. God knows he was a manager or not. I asked for his email address as well, he denied that as well.
        Then I mail regarding all this to Samsung CEO help desk many times. They used to call me. I have to repeat the things to them many times. But of no use. I am working professional and I don’t have that much time to follow them and all. I have a lots of important personal and professional stuff in that Tab but all goes to vain.
        I asked them to refund my complete amount to me. They just keeps on calling me and trying to pacify me that’s it. Nothing else.
        Please help me and take some strict steps towards this. I suffered a lot because of all this and please ask them to compensate all these.
        I would never ever think of samsung in my life again. Consider this a case of forgery, cheat, deception, miss commitment etc.

          I an having many problem in my phone. My phone is in under warenty. At the first time i visit the samsung service center i have aproblem of hanging after 10 days they return my phone then .i check my phone it has a problem of no outgoing voice and no incoming voice coming and speakers also not working. Then i submite phone on same day the change motherboar than after 15 day they return my phone but it is having same problem as before .then i submited my phone at smae day they said to change my 3.5mm jack and they retun me after 10 days and then i check my phone than android market is not working then i submited at second day they say that they will now change mother bord and then return me after 15 days and now also i am suferring for that problem my case is sarted from 28 jan 2013 and till now my hanset is not working properly

          I need help with my situation with Samsung Mobiles India. My name is Sanjeeve Pandey from mumbai. I would like to share my Worst Experience with SAMSUNG MOBILES, I bought a Samsung Galaxy note 2, Serial/IMEI No. 44/6 around 15 augst 013. First of all i was unable to access bluetooth & WI FI, than i went to Samsung Authorized Care Centre for replacement of that product, 1st time they told me that was just a minor software problem, they tried it twice to reset the data which made my device to loose all the data. m, in addition to that i was unable to connect internet, and was completely unable to listen Music, then i went to Same Samsung Care Centre again NONE of the above mentioned problem got resolved but in addition to that there was a new Problem with Screen. As the Product is under warranty and i want Samsung to take Responsibility of that DEFECTIVE PRODUCT and Replace that Defective Product or either Refund my Money Back as i spent 30k on this, I tried everything in my hand but No Support From Samsung Customer Care team. Please take action against Samsung Mobiles for Selling Defective Products in the Market and Samsung Customer Care for totally poor customer service. THIS WAS A GIFT FOR MY WIFE ON my retairement, I m really pissed offf... I Simply Don’t Understand What Kind of Company Samsung is ? Its been only few days i purchased that Phone, .Samsung First distributes DEFECTIVE DEVICE In the Market and AFTER that They Give TERRIBLE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.             Hello,

            I bought my new Samsung grand duos last week from chennai mobiles at coimbatore.
            Infact this is the first new samsung mobile i am buying and i am vexed with it.

            I had some software issues like the phone freezes many times. But i didn't consider as this is usual in every android devices and other smartphones

            The biggest issues i have is on hardware side. During my calls,the other person can't hear me for a second and the line breaks and after a second they can hear me. i have no problem hearing to the callers, but they cant hear me sometimes for a second, which is quiet annoying my new phone. I tried with other mobile and i dont have any issues but with my grand i have this call issues.

            i am frustrated to have this kind of problem for a 5 days old phone. Is there any replacement policies ? I dont know . please advice

              I hv bought a samsung glaxy grand mobile phone on 25/02/2013 & getting problem in ringer spikars & hand free spikars not working properly , i'm nokia users since last 14 years & now i replace my set with one of the renowned company samsung . i bought my hand set glaxy grand in rs. 21500/- from samsung dealer , M/S. SILIGURI CELL TEK, VENUS MORE , HILL CART ROAD , SILIGURI-734001 VIDE BILL NO. SCT/2012-13/5089 DATED - 25/02/2013 IN MY NAME PANKAJ AGARWAL CELL NO. [protected].                 I Shiva kumar had purchased samsung lcd 32 from bajaj finsery loan with zero percent intrest.Amount Rs24000/-my loan account no 4000CD00228075 and emi amount Rs 1334/- every Month, total 18month and 4 Month I Had Payed in advanced. when i purchased they had not informed about any insurance. every month 1525/-had been Deducted in my account i had Payed prompt without delay every month.
                when13month I Have enquired that insurance amount Rs 191/- Had been added every month with emi so i had stoped my 13th emi payment and informed customer care at somajiguda to cancell my insurance and refund it, they had agreed to send message to head office and refund my amount in 45 days. and i had payed 13month emi amount . next last 14th month emi i had spoked to mr vamsi reddy manger from bajajfinsery somajiguda had agreed to refund my insurance amount i had wrote my cancellation letter in written and send it to mr vamsi reddy withe my 14th month emi payment withe a recovey boy. till now in my account amount had not been refund.

                when all my payment Had been Cleared theey had not been responding about my insurance refund amount.


                i had told that i had stoped 13th and 14th month emi payment because of insurance amount which had been added to my emi every month. and informed theat ill not pay my check bounce payment because they had agreed to refund before next 14th emi payment.and till now amount has notbeen refunded.

                Samsung LCD 32 — Screen gone in 15 Months

                I bought 32 Inch Samsung LCD TV from Vijay Sales Hub (Goregaon East). First the TV's Internal circuits failed in 2m , which after lot of struggle got it replaced (which I doubt they gave me a refurbished one). Now after 15 Months the screen is gone. Samsung has quated that it will cost around 25,000 bugs to get it replaced as the warrant is for one year(12 months). Can you beat this, they have no clue why the screen is gone .. No help from Vijay sales.... I think people like us who walk in a big store like Vijay sales hoping to ger the best product and services are fooled..we first pay more from what we could get in smaller stores, secondly companies like Samsung who think they are world leader sell cheap..low quality stuff in India and they know they will get away, actually they make stuff which can last only 1.5 to 2 yrs..


                The fight is on dear friends....

                  With deep ingratitude I would like to bring into the notice of Samsung management about the irresponsible act of their personals at Bangalore Service center.

                  A month back my Samsung notebook has got its display damaged. From samsung customer care I could get the service center details. I did call them and inform them of the issue and also mentioned that I got to replace the display hardware. They asked me to visit there service center which is 20 KM away. On my visit they informed me that hardware is not available and I should come next week. I really do not understand, when they knew my Notebook's model number and also well aware of the problem that I explained them over phone, just to say the hardware is not available, they should not ask their customers to travel all the way across the Bangalore.

                  I again received a call from the same person and he said the hardware is now available and I can come any day before 5:30 PM as by then the service center closes. The next day I had taken half day leave from my office and visited the service center to get the hardware replaced. I was there at the spot at 4:30 PM and the personals asked me to come next day giving the reason that store is closed. I could still had understand their problem, but the way they behaved was more troublesome.

                  Now I do not have courage and time to keep visiting the service center just to know how bad these guys are doing their job. Neither I will think to buy any other Samsung products in future.

                  Samsung being such a huge brand, just can not imagine that their service centers do not care for their customers. Atleast Samsung higher management should evaluate the behavior and commitment of their engineers before authorizing there service centers.

                  my camera stopped working on 20th of Nov 2009
                  I given my camera to the service center on the next day[protected]!
                  since then they did'nt even called me and gave any feedback about my camera!! I called them after 14 days and they said they will replace one

                  of my camera part and give it to me after 20 days!!I visited samsung service centre in two times ,but their service person told they don'nt

                  know the status beacuse one of their service staff is leave.Then after 30 days I called them but they did'nt respond and never give a proper

                  answer,now they will not take phone,what shuld I do! Please.....

                  Samsung — Irresponsible Service Centre Staff

                  Hello,
                  I bought my samsung Mobile (GT 2130) on 12th october 2010 and after almost 6 months it got turned off and would not turn on.

                  I approached the samsung customer service(Address mentioned below)and they kept my mobile for amost 20 days and gave it back to me after they did an update

                  on its software.And after a week the same problem occurred.I went there 3 times for the same problem and they did the same software update and gave it back

                  to me.

                  The last time i went there I told them very clearly that the problem was recurring and couldnt be solved by a software update and they should send it back to

                  the company for a manufacturing defect.

                  I even told them that my warranty was ending in a week and I cannot get a warranty after that.They neglected it and they updated the software and gave it

                  back to me.

                  They even wrote some kind of note on the back of my bill saying that they will service for free till one month after the warranty period.

                  The same problem occurred with the phone again and when i took it back they updated the software and gave it back and now the problem has occurred again.


                  Now that my warranty has expired due to the irresponsibility and non responsiveness of those service guys ,what am i supposed to do now ?

                  Is this the kind of service that samsung gives to its customers ?!
                  I am never buying a samsung product again !
                  They have disrespected the time and patience of a customer.
                  I had to go to the service centre more than 10 times that too for the same problem and no stable solution has been delivered.
                  When I explained them my problem they act like dumb and ask me what more they can do.
                  And when I told them they should have sent it to the company for a replacement they ask me why didnt i send ,when they were the ones who neglected it !
                  If this problem is not solved then Im going to the court and will fight till their licence gets cancelled !

                    I went to dawar open world showroom today for just enquiring about how to connect my Samsung s3 wid laptop. The phone was purchased from dawar only. The dealing executive over there was so casual n unproprofessional that he hardly listened to us at the first place n later without explaining properly to us regarding the settings he simply deleted the existing data of the phone. I had many important files in the phone which were deleted by him without proper explaination. This has created a lot of mess up at the store n harassment to us. The executive was very casual n smiling even after messing up with the customer.

                    I fail to understand that for the owner of the showroom is it not important to make sure that the customer is satisfied n leaves the store with a smiling face. This has been the most pathetic experience of my life n in case no action would have been taken against that executive u would surely go to consumer court for his absolute improper n ridiculous behavior.

                      We needed to get our AC serviced and as our yearly routine we called Samsung service centre on 9 March. Two executives came to our house on 10 march, Sunday evening.They told us that their was leakage in gas so our AC had to be taken. They told that the next day executives will come in car nd tak it.On Tuesday we some people came to our home and collected the ac. Our mistake was that we did not check their IDs. These were not the executives of Samsung. We got our ac back but our issue is that. how did that private co got to know any our ac problem. Wen we asked from them he told that his brother worked in Samsung.( Danish). I just want to know why was our problem leaked from Samsung.

                        When purchase the samsung duos the seller claimed about the Android facility and many other good features, But later it was found that is no android facility and the mobile gets automatically restarted and got hanged also frequently.

                        Samsung Duos — hearing speaker not working

                        hearing speaker not working is t problm.i gave it to hi tech solution for services,but they r not repairing propely.keeping the mobile for 1 month.not responding to the coustomer.this happen for 3rd time....they r not giving the proper information ..........you at least plz do the need full.

                          I purchased a refrigerator model no RR2015SSBSZ from elctronics centre pvt ltd Benachity Durgapur, WB on 10/07/2012. the refrigerator is not working properly. on 02/03/2013 I lodged a complaint to your customer care on toll free number . your engineer visited and made a hole in back side of freezer but failed to correct the fault. please look the matter immediately otherwise i will move to consumer forum.

                          Refrigerator — non cooling

                          It is to mention here that my attendant has purchased a refregerator of vediocon company from a dealer but unfortunately its cooling is pathetic it doesn't form the ice. Already she has complained many times but no action is been taken yet, her last complaint reference no. is Luco[protected] on 08/06/09. Please do the needful and take necessary action as soon as possible.

                          Refrigerator — Non Cooling

                          I had a complaint on 22.10.2009 about my fridge Confirmation Cod is 287df. I have not received any reply. I would like to further inform you that the person from whirlpool company had contacted me on 22nd Oct and informed that the gas of the refrigerator has leaked for the fifth time and they will inform me about the next course of action on 23rd by 1.00 P.M. Since I got no reply from them, I contacted Area Manager Mr. S.K. Singh on 24th October in the morning then whirlpool people contacted me on phone and informed me that there was some internal leakage in the fridge and it has to be changed but I will have to pay Rs.4000/- as depreciation. I would like to bring to your notice that I bought the firdge in March 2007 and the gas leaked from the fridge in August 2008 and since then it was not working properly and from August 2009, it has literally stopped working. Every 15 days I have to call the Whirlpool company and inform them that the fridge has stopped working. They repair it and it again stops working. On 30th September they took the fridge to workshop and kept there for one week and gave me back on 7th October and again in 15 days it has stopped working. Lot of my eatables and milk has been spoiled. I have to keep them calling again and again which is a great mental tension. And now they are asking for Rs. 4000/- as depreciation for changing the fridge. What is the assurance if I pay Rs.4000/- as demanded by them and again I will not face same kind of problem and what about my suffering. They kept the fridge in workshop for one week and could not find the fault and after 15 days when it again stopped working they are saying that there are some internal leakage. Also they have damaged the fridge from inside and outside when the fridge was with them at the workshop about which I had informed them on the same day when the fridge was delivered at my home. Kindly help me in solving this problem.

                          Refrigerator — NON Cooling

                          I given a complaint to LG customer care on 29.03.10 at 8 Am regarding non cooling of refregirator, the request ID is C[protected], I was told that within 24 hours they would call or attend to the problem, but till now I have not received any communication from your side. Please let me know the present status of the complaint.

                            It is pretty Shameful to see that corporate like Samsung are falling short on their commitments.

                            I bought a Samsung Smart TV from Thailand, Model No. UA32ES5600RXXT with Serial No. LFCJ3DGCA01075L.

                            I paid an extra amount since it said that the box included the smart TV Wireless Dongle in the box, however when I opened the sealed box I did not find one. I am not too sure who I should complain to, however I plan to visit the consumer redressal forum incase I do not get a satisfactory reply.

                              Hello,
                              I purchased a Samsung mobile S-6102 in Sept. 2012 with 1 year warranty. Its Second Sim card slot was not functioning regarding this I went to Samsung service center(Samsung India Electronics Pvt Ltd., CC/28, Nehru Enclave Kalkaji, New Delhi - 110099) for My Phone repair. There I was informed that Sim card tray was damaged. For this Fault the customer care executive charged Rs. 360 saying that it is the cost of sim tray. I paid the bill and bought my phone but today i saw that the charge of sim tray was only (Rs 22+tax) and they have charged extra in form of labor charge(300+tax extra) during warranty period.But I think there is no service/labor charge during warranty period only the cost of part is taken from the buyer.

                              Please do need full ASAP

                                This is kind your request that i have bought a samsunng smart LED 3D TV (UA46ES8000) From Seven Wonders Electronics Tr.LLC, Dubai on 29th Jan,2013, but within few days after installation done by samsung technical person my TV is not working and i made online complain and the person came to my house and took photo of the bill of the purchaser. After few days he calledup and said your request for the replace of the power socket was rejected due to the serial no of the TV is from Behrin instead of Dubai.

                                I made many mail communication with the support samsung india, but they are not ready to solve the problem even after i have submitted the international warranty card also. it has already one month by making mail and waiting for the support.i sent all the details what they wanted but no reply till today

                                  My Samsung Galaxy Note - purchased on 6the May 2012.
                                  Since last 3 monthes :

                                  Reference no. for my complaint at Samsung is [protected]

                                  17 visits to service center since day 1.

                                  2 motheerboards changed.
                                  Screen changed.
                                  Connector changed.
                                  Software upgraded 5 times.
                                  Data cleaned and re-installed.
                                  Battery changed.


                                  YET - my problem remains the same!

                                  Battery drain, overheating, phone auto-switch-off and Kies firmware detected.

                                  And no one at Samsung is willing to help!
                                  Mr. Pramod has called twice.
                                  And he just lies to me right on my face!

                                  He says piece is ready I have checked - when I go theere - theey say piece will be ready not before 5 pm.

                                  He lies to me and tells me theat Note gives battery backup of only 10 hours. Your piece is fine use it!
                                  Even theough I had attached screenshots.
                                  I am not dumb. My wife, my brotheer-in-law, my 3 friends all have a Note. They are all getting at least 19 to 22 hours.
                                  I also used to get theat much. Since 3 monthes my phone has developed problems.

                                  And Samsung is just making me run around. Keeping thee phone in service center. Changing software and giving answers.

                                  My Note is UNUSABLE!

                                  I wish for a replacement or even a paid upgrade to some otheer Samsung phone.
                                  But theey have totally spoilt my current phone.

                                  Samsung — Company is irresponsible

                                  Respected Sir/ Madam,

                                  I have purchased a Samsung Fully automatic washing machine worth 19,000/- , It have damaged under the warranty period, But the Company authorities are not responding even though i have reported the complaint in my dealer shop, Customer Care Center via phone(3 times) and i itself reported the complaint in there SERVICE CENTER. But they haven't shown any responces..Now it has becoming more than 9 months it become dead..

From last few days it is my duty to call your 24 hrs customer care office and send mail to Samsung support and you (CEO) also and receive a call from your customer office. I already spend my lot of working time and money also for this mobile service.

                                    For your information, from the starting:

                                    Total Mail: 6 Nos.
                                    Service Center Visit: 6 times in Asansol and 3 times in Chennai
                                    Money Spend: 3 day salary for leave to reach your service center (Now I am in probation period, no leave)
                                    Rs. 1478.80 x 3 = 4436.00
                                    Car fare: Rs. 430 x2 times = Rs. 860.00 x 3 days = Rs. 2580.00
                                    Call charge for Customer Care: L/S Rs. 100.00
                                    Total I was spending: (4436 +2580+100) = Rs. 7116.00

                                    **all the documents (Leave Letter, Car Fare) I will send to you with consumer forum.

                                    Now I am not interest in this phone, better I will parches one new mobile of others brand. Otherwise I have spent more money and time for this mobile. So, my request you to please pay first these amounts which I already spend for this mobile to contact you and reach your service center and then whatever you take dissection what do you want to do about my phone.

                                    Samsung — Service with warranty time

                                    This is “Ravi” from Hyderabad, I bought a Samsung window A/C on 2006, so I have 5 years warranty, A/C stopped working on 10th April 2009, so I logged a complaint on 18th April 2009 through Samsung help line, my complaint number is [protected],

                                    No service man come for repair or even not visited to my home, so I called to customer care on 20th April 2009 for finding status on my complaint, they said “here we have a feedback from our service center i.e. already visited to customer house. Need to take his A/C to service center.

                                    This is very very fraud and misguiding the customers.

                                    Even after I told ever thing to customer care people through phone and even I had emailed also.

                                    Still now 24th April 2009, they not yet responded.

                                    And one more thing we can find out from customer care is, when ever you call to Samsung customer care it will delay like anything to connect executive, suppose after connecting to executive immediately it will discounted.

                                    I think they purposely they manipulating those things.

                                    For this complaint, I have spent my valuable time and money.

                                    How to go through consumer court, please help me.

                                    Samsung Mobile (samsung Star) — very bad services in warranty period

                                    I bought Samsung star few months back and its still under warranty period. The problem is that its hadsfree is not working, when contacted the service centre of samsung in ghtakopar (MUmbai) they said they dont have in stock. I been calling them from last 2 month and get the same answer that they dont have in stock. I even called up customer services of samsung then the guy said that technical people are busy and they will call me with in 2 hour, but today even after 2 days I did not received any call from them.
                                    The hadsfree needs to be replaced by new handsfree.
                                    Now please let me know what to do?

                                    Today i went to Samsung Service Center at jawahar char rasta, Maninagar, Ahmedabad.

                                    The persons of the company respond me that this key pad change will not come into Warantee

                                    Before 1 month i went over there for the Speaker and battery of the same phone the same reply i got from them.

                                    So, I and other user of the Samsung phone of my friends want to get clear from the company that what is your policy

                                    What are the things come and not comes you must have to clearly state on the sale of their phones at all the shops

                                    Very bad services provided by the people they embarrass all the customers.

                                    Samsung — Poor Service provided in warranty period

                                    I bought a Samsung Microwave oven in first week of July'10. In a month only it had some problem. I called customer care and they sent a person to diagnose. He diagnosed and said it need some part to be rplaced and he is going to come in 2 days. He never turned up. I waited for a week and called customer care again. They said they will send the engineer after two days. The day when engineer was supposed to come I called the customer care 5 times and every time they said that someone will contact you in two hours. That day was weekday and I took leave for that. The problem has not yet been rectified.

                                    If they don't provide the services in warranty period, what is warranty for? Kindly, help me.

I have suggest to all to not purchase any product of samsung due to very poor service from the compeny side.

                                      Every time I call I received a message that your complaint will be attended in 24 hrs. but not more than a false commitment.

                                      I have made a mistake that I am using Samsung product in future I will take care..

                                      Samsung India — Problem in Refrigerator

                                      We have purchased Samsung Double Door Refrigerator 7-8 years back. Since last year the lower part of Refrigerator stops functioning. We had called Engineer from Samsung Service Center, Ichalkaranji and they did sent the Engineer. Thrice in this year he came and replaced some Timer for which we were charged around Rs.900/- every time. This is ridiculous, I mean, same part going off again and again for what reason he also dont know. This is the 4th time we are calling today. If temporary solutions are to be provided for a renowned company like yours, WHY WE HAVE TO CALL ENGINEERS FROM YOU COMPANY? and whats the promise of service we get from you....

                                      Please look into matter seriously before we take any step for consumer court.

                                      Complaint for not Installing the New LCD TV
                                      I have bought a Samsung 40" LCD TV on 27/06/2011 from Croma, Faridabad,India .While Croma comitted me to get it installed within 48 Hrs. and when It was not done within this period, I called up the Samsung Customer Care for installing the TV and nobody has turned up so far .It's amost more than a week.
                                      I am really Frustrated with the Customer Care. If I have to wait for 10 days for a new installation, I am really afraid how many days I have wait for a Service Call !!!!.
