Mobile phone is not working as per user manual. Many times about 8 to 9 month continuous follow up, there is no satisfactory response given by Samsung.

Samsung company is completely against the consumer....

I have Samsung Galaxy I9003 model which i purchased last year in Dec 19 2011 from Mobile store. My touch pad for Samsung Wave 2 is gone faulty. When showed to Samsung Service Centre (Borivali-West) they said that it is water damage. I have purchased a 32 inch 5th series LED TV but unfortunately we are unble to listen the sound when we consider the samsung service center please give us the international warranty card to repair the same but i dont understand how to get the international warranty card.
