[Resolved]  Samsung — not working

with due respect that i have a lot of complaint, my refrigerator last Aug -08 is not working & i complain your company they visited & our do our work after one day fridge is not working & i again complain your company .
dear sir, i complaint your company 5-6 times but they do our work & now present condition is
not good, i complaint to you very disappointed so you do my work very strictly & do action our
company members, otherwise i action your company & i complain consumer forum

In 2008 August i have bought Samsung refrigerator frm Vijay Sales Borivali Branch Mumbai, it is giving me problem continuesously and I have logged complains many times their technician comes for the formalities but the problem is as it is. the company is neither giving me proper services at all and not replacing the product. customer care department ignoring my problem since last year in this hot weather where living with not working a refrigerator is horrible.
I just want my refrigerator replaced as soon as possible though my refrigerator is still in guarantee warrantee period.
Pls help me out company has not left any further way for me

My Mobile Model No E251 hs been caused problum of Networking and Atomotic on and off and i handover my handset on 10th April but no result has been fund yet now . so plz find some result on it as soon as possible beacuse i am and Engg. student i have to go Bangalore . so plz immedeately solve my problem.

I purchased Samsung 340 LTR refrigerator on 17.05.2009. Within a week of its purchase it developed snag and syopped working. After making several calls to Complaint Centre the defect was rectified. Subsequent in the current summer it again stopped cooling. We made a compaint on 12.05.2010 and it was not resolved. Again a complaint was made on 29.05.2010 which is still to be resolved.

From August17, 2013 onwards my system not working showing fault E16-4 Service is Currently Scrambled.Already informed your Maharashtra customer care office, first they said they don't recognize my Smart Card number and then I produced all purchase details, then they give me a new Smart card number ie: [protected] my old smart card number was: [protected]. My customer ID: CR-7897446 .So far no action has been taken from your end, still iam keeping my set in ON position channel No; 102 KTV as they told me.Pl: reply the latest status and also take an immediate action to solve this problem.

I had bought Samsung L.E.D model no. L19 from M/s Neel Kamal's, near Prabhat Chowk, Civil Hospital road, Hoshiarpur vide bill no. 2007 dated 29.9.2014. We regret tto inform you that it not working. I have visited many times to the dealer but they are not paying any heed to my complaint, As my son living in abroad (canada), so I am facing difficulty in contact with him on web cam. I have given my LED alongwith adoptor for rectification as It is in the warranty period, but they did not response properly. They say it is not our fault. I am in a fix what should I do. Kindly look into the matter and do the needful, otherwise I have no other option to take legal action against you.
