Hello Sir/Madam,
I purchase Samsung Galaxy Y (MODEL NO: Gt-s5360 ) (IME: [protected]) on 06/14/2012.My phone was dead in less then a month from the date of purchase, I hardly used it for 3days during this period. I shocked with the performance of Samsung mobile service center, as I approached Samsung service center they first informed me that there is a problem with software on 10th july 2012. I was filled complaint against my mobile with Samsung service center with complaint no:[protected] & Bill no:[protected] (IME: [protected]) at MOBI SERVE , Shop No F1 , !st Floor,Elephant House,Ameerpet X Roads, Hyderabad-500016. Phone No:[protected]
On the next day I came to know that there is a major problem with the board they promised to change the board and they said that this problem will not arise again. I brought my phone back on 17th july 2012,but to my surprise the same problem has been arise on the same day of delivery(i.e., on 17th july 2012). Next day as I approached the service center they are not in a situation to explain the cause of failure. So I demanded to replace with new mobile they are not in situation to replace my mobile with new mobile, But i want my cell phone to be replaced by new set since it is a major problem it may repeat the same problem even after service . I was filled the second complaint against my mobile with Samsung service center with complaint no:[protected] (IME: [protected]) at MOBI SERVE , Shop No F1 , !st Floor,Elephant House,Ameerpet X Roads, Hyderabad-500016. Phone No:[protected]
I will appreciate the urgent action regarding the same complaint to replace of the Handset as there is production or manufacturing defect in the handset.
Kindly take the action in the same matter and arrange to change my handset

SAMSUNG COLOUR TV — Colour changes(shade) on screen
I have bought one SAMSUNG COLOUR TV 21 inches @ trichy. two times i registered the complaint.. they have done service also... first time @ my home on[protected] and second time @ servivce center[protected].. After the second service they said like, picture tube has gone, we just replaced it here after this thing will not occour... but after that i had same problem.. then i called to customer care( 3rd time) on[protected] and registered my complaint, but still i didnt get any reply from your side ...please make a positive solution for this problem as soon as possible..Details
