i purchased cell phone samsung y 5360 from reliance digital on 16th oct 2011 the phone started giving trouble like,automatic charging without charger,hanging of touch panel etc,i gave it to mangalmurti enterprise authorised sevice centre of samsung in thane city,on 13thjuly 2012,they kept me waiting till 16th july without any feedback,they also promised me of back-up data,they hushed up while giving me delivery now when i got the phone after repair,they refuse to take call on my back-up data and also camera which was working is not working now.
inspite of several calls to the centre incharge mr kamlesh,they promise to call back to me but are not responding,and behaving in a unproffesional , i have lost patience and have no time to keep calling or visit the service centre time and again.
ive had the most nightmerish experiance with samsung and the service centre after spending 7500/rs and face this experiance inspite of complaing the samsung head sevice centre.
kindly advice action as above.
