i had purchased samsung refrigrator RT-32 YBMS1/XTC
sr no-500411 few days just after the purchase vegies in the refrigator started to get blackish and fungus on it we complained to get it repaired the engineer came and repaired stil there waz same problem we complained for new fridge they dint response well the problem continued and now aftar 3 years compresser is not working stil they are not responsing well :( :( ;(
from the day of purchase there are problems in the refrigator we have spent 18,500 so that we get superior electronic and good services stil nothing is working out :(

    Samsung Galaxy SII i was very happy when i purchased this phone on 19th march 2012.
    But within a couple of days of buying this handset all my happiness shatters into pieces.

    Every next day i face new new problems in thie handset.
    I lodged a complaint for this on samsung ceo department, according to them submit the cell in the nearest service centre. I do the same asked by them after 5-6 days i got the phone problems solved but new other problem arises.

    Well right no I submitted my cell on 2nd july 2012 and till now its 15 days , everyday i call customer care i use to email to the ceo department, the only thing i get in response is under process.

    Will anyone tell me after spending the whopping 32000 rs for a mobile phone, is it justified to get mentally tortured by samsung.

    I'm a professional, due to this defective phone i had a big loss in my business.
    Wasting my time all the time by talking to customer care, noone execute the solution for the problem everybody says under process.

    Please help me to get rid of this SAMSUNG GALAXY SII HEADACHE

    I had purchased samsung SCH -F699 cdma mobile on 11/03/2010 unfortunatly its not working in same day. i gone dealer and he changed my mobile battry but after 7 days its not working again i gone dealer again but he reply go to samsung service centre . so i searching service centre but i culd not found. again go to dealer he tell me the address darya ganj service centre world telecom centre . answer on behalf of world telecom centre battry not in stock come after 10 or 20 days but i cant wait . some one tell me the address service bharat communiocation bg -20 ground floor rg complex phone no[protected] at pahar ganj . his reply also battry not in stock come after 10 or 20 days . he tell me the address also rohini service center address sim solutions d- 12/195 sec -8 rohini phone no 42323285 and i gone there also but i am shock battri not in stock there also so iam fateup please do action aganist samsung mobile company .

    I have purchased Samsung mobile handset A 200 and from the date of its purchase, the vibration mode of the handset is not working. I have shown the set to the samsung service centre, but they failed to rectify the fault.

    Samsung Galaxy SII — Damaged back lid by samsung CSE at repair centre

    Hello Samsung, Lately my fone was not working. I gave it to samsung service centre at Kalyan-Rambaug. They replaced thee motheer board and returned back after 8 days. They handed fone to my younger sister and she returned back home, as I'm a working person i don't have tI'me. On 23rd I got thee fone and i saw I'm not getting thee network. I took thee fone back to samsung theey said theey forgot to attach antenna. And theey attached thee same on 24the and I came back. While on my way to office I realized thee back cover of thee fone was damaged from lower right side. It was a sharp and pointed cut. I I'mmediately called thee help line 32320808. They gave me thee managers name and number Sunil Katare- Televideo Services, No was [protected]. I spoke to hI'm and he said get thee fone back theey need to see. On 24the i gave thee fone back and again my younger sis went and theey said manager Sunil Katare not theere come back in evening. She went back and again he was not theere and not even picking up thee fone. My fatheeer spoke to one of your representative and he said its not samsung official shop. Its a pvt company running thee same and we cannot help you. I observed theere was CCTV running in thee tech area. I request you to help me get thee back cover replaced. I'm very disappointed withe your services. Run thee CCTV footage and check how theis fone back cover damaged. I also work in same field and theis is not thee correct way to refuse. Help me or else ill be escalating theis. My fone model is GTI9100 Galaxy SII. I hope i get justice withe theis forum

      i purchased cell phone samsung y 5360 from reliance digital on 16th oct 2011 the phone started giving trouble like,automatic charging without charger,hanging of touch panel etc,i gave it to mangalmurti enterprise authorised sevice centre of samsung in thane city,on 13thjuly 2012,they kept me waiting till 16th july without any feedback,they also promised me of back-up data,they hushed up while giving me delivery now when i got the phone after repair,they refuse to take call on my back-up data and also camera which was working is not working now.
      inspite of several calls to the centre incharge mr kamlesh,they promise to call back to me but are not responding,and behaving in a unproffesional , i have lost patience and have no time to keep calling or visit the service centre time and again.
      ive had the most nightmerish experiance with samsung and the service centre after spending 7500/rs and face this experiance inspite of complaing the samsung head sevice centre.
      kindly advice action as above.

        On 16th July, i was about to catch a taxi from Crawford market bus stop which is just opp to Crawford market, but in a mess of people running to catch cabs someone must have flicked my mobile or must have fallen down somewhere.I have already logged a complaint at Paydhoni police station, complaint no 875/2012 on 16th July 2012.           after reach India open the boxes 1 LED screen is damage , i have many time call in cell no. of Mr. Kapil but no response in the cell, & also call in land line nos. all the nos in answering machine, kindly suggest me what can I do.

              I have bought Samsung GT-I9070 on 20th June 2012 but faced network issue on the very same day. I have 2 connections Videocon & Airtel & previously using GT-i5801. Samsung replaced the problematic handset with newer one but the problem is still existing in the second set also. Network is working fine in other hand sets. Samsung is not agreed for the issue existance & not willing to replace the set. I want to replace the faulty handset with S2.

              Samsung — no network for a specific number

              hi.my cell no is [protected], i dont have any problem regarding any other selection . but for last 5 to 6 days, i feel very unpleasant and feel unhappy, wheni fail to connnect to my friend, who is also airtel consumer, cell number [protected] after 10pm to 9pm.you know its breaks two heart, me and her.

              Samsung has returned hand set stating that there was manufacturing fault & is being repaired. But still I have been facing the same problem. Network is fluctuating when data connection is on. Something concrete is to be done otherwise I have no other option than to move to consumer court.

                I, Anirban Chowdhury, had bought a Samsung Galaxy S Advance (Model No: GT-I9070 ; IMEI No: [protected]), from Planet M, South City Mall, Kolkata on 03/07/2012. From the 2nd day, the handset is giving network issues. Then I contacted the service center & reported them about the problem. They said that it is a problem with the network service provider. To clarify it I used 4 different simcards of different networks but the same thing repeated, the phone kept loosing network signals now & then. I am a patron of Samsung for the last 3 years & such quality control from Samsung is not expected. I have spent almost 22000 bucks for it & now really feel harassed due to all these troubles. I just want my handset to be replaced by Samsung.

                  samsung refigrator — not cooling

                  i have a samsung bio refrigerator model SR-34 EMB
                  it is not cooling last 3 days please check imminently

                  Hi,

                  I purchased a samsung refrigartor (230 ltr single door). Its door is so hard to open that i need my both hand to open it and the door of the refrigator is dislocated too. I call Samsuns Customer Care 3 times. Everytime the technicin comes and releases the gas from ther refrigator and says that its ok now but the moment it starts cooling, the door starts jamming.

                  I called and saked for the replacement and they refused for the same.

                  This is the first time I've ever purchased Samsung product and its the worst product I've ever used in my life.

                  Samsung Refrigerator — Samsung customer care is not responding properly on my complaint

                  I baught a Samsung refrigerator on 11th April 2008 from Kanpur.

                  The refrigerator I baught was of flat back design...i.e. it do not have back cooling facility.
                  The cooling facility was provided by all of its 3 sides except door.
                  Refrigerator started swailing from all 3 sides.Only the door side is not effected.

                  We registered a complaint about this with Samsung customer care on 24th February 2009, my refrigerator was in Warranty period that time.

                  After so many follow ups they managed to send one of their guys to take a snap of the refrigerator.
                  That guy again took a lot of time, he managed to come to take snap, when he got time in 15-20 days.

                  From then to till date we are calling these people regularly to check about the status.
                  I have sent many mails on support.[protected]@samsung.com, again no proper response

                  Last week somebody from Samsung callled at my home and asked to submit 1900/- rupees.
                  My father asked him why we need to submit.
                  The reply was strange...that person informed him that as the refrigerator is now not in Warranty period u have to pay the money.

                  But my complain was logged in February...my refrigerator was in Warranty period on that time.The warranty last on 10 April 2009.

                  I am continuousily calling to customer care.The executive promises me to arrange a call back from his senior...but no call till now.
                  It happened 3-4 times till now.

                  I don't know how to handle it further.
                  i ppurchase 350liter refrigrator from spara electronic jagadhari workshop dtd 24.04.2009.my refrigator leave cooling dtd 26.04.2009.i comp. to dealer & call center.they reapair it.but again 15 day problem same.i comp. again&they come 10day after in between i do so many call on your call center & your engg.mr manish karnal.then 18 july mr pardeep s.engg. arrange me someone engg.from noida.he come and check the refrigrator and says manufacturing falut.then mr. pardeep (m.no.[protected]) say to me my refregator replaced in 15-25 day.but result nil.i ask today he say i want to repair.today cooling is nil. i wate your answer on saterday.then i go to consumer court.

                  Refrigerator — problem in working of machine

                  there some problem with the working of the machine. since months a very bad smell is coming due a fungus type formed on the motor .. please make an URGENT service ...

                  We buy the Samsung Refrigrator last year, with in span of one year the system stop cooling functionality, we lock a complain [protected], & regular follow up with service centre & once the engg. comes & verified the non working part.. We at the same moment orderthe part to samsung but the part is not in there stock as per samsung. & ask us to wait for three days. After the laong awaiting we are still on hold.

                  Is this is way the company is not able procure or not subjective for the part avavilbailty?

                  We are totally fed up with the services of Samsung. Either there service desk deptt never tell us the proper reponse time.

                  My complain is when i tried to call at the SAMSUNG customer service phone number, they give me another number for DEMO but no one come to my house I have purchased it from Modern hoe appliances ,Khadki Bazaar ,PUNE .Shope keepers no is [protected] and also he is not given me 1 years warrenty card . In PUNE there is no good service .
                  We are having a whole sale company and we have many products and injuctions to keep in our refrigator when we came and saw the fridge it was working but it is not colling . when we keep in maximum it is not colling please do the needful help

                  I have purchase one Samsung Refregerator from Snehanjali Electronics from their Mira Road Show Room vide Bill No. 455330 dated 28.11.2007 After three years my fridge was not working and i have lodge one complain to their customer care centre by complain no. [protected] and their man come to my residence and after inspection he hinform us that gas was liked due to demage of copper pipe. I inform to replace pipe and refill gas. He do and issue me their Cash Memo No. 6011 dt. 28.08.2011 & 5636 dated 27.08.2011 for respective work and same was issued by Kalpataru Services - Shop No. 3 & 4, Poonam Sgar Complex, Bldg. No. 43, Opp: Sector No. 9, Shanti Nagar, Mira Road ( East ), Dist : Thane. P.C. 401 107 Phone nO : 28552896 / 28131834. Now their authorised service centre is not located at above address. and I found that now my fridge is not working ( no coolling ). Now where I have to make complain. I have spent Rs. 1450/- for Gas and Rs. 280/- for new replace of copper pipe Inspite of spent money I am not getting good service. I have trausted BRAND NAME "SAMSUNG".                   greetings i was purchase a samsung refrigerator (single door) on 13th may 2011 at Venus electronics in madurai.
                  i check the machine but the machine was not working properly( not work in inside lamp and working cooling and over heat in side body)

                  tat time no one come to my house for demo. i call to customer center i told that machine compliant. after two day a tech people come to my house and check the machine and he's told the problem not be solved. so u please give ur purchase cash bill copy then we are arrange for replace in same model or cash refund.

                  i was submit the bill copy at madurai samsung tech office on June 1st week. they told anther 10 days. we will replace ur machine. but till now no process at all.

                  today i call the tech manager. he told ur bill copy was missing so u please submit anther copy . so i went the venus electronic shop they person told not give any duplicate copy. i told the samsung tech manager he told u should be submit anther copy then only we are process ur file other wise process ur request. i told i file a compliant in consumer court ...........he tel u go any where i face the problem..... i think it's not good manner to answer to the consumer so only sent the mail to ur knowledge. so u pls do something .................but effectively..........

                  I bought the Samsung Refrigerator on 8.7.2009. It is not functioning properly. Gas is not forming in it. I had called on Samsung helpline number and at the store's number a zillion times. All the numbers are out of service everytime. Kindly come and check it.

The refrigator was commissioned by your staff after 10 0f supply and making no of cal to dealer and your service customer care .After 10 days o[censored]se found refrigerator become unserviceable.On complaint your engineer visited our house after 2days and told gas had leaked(Surged) next day your rep had completed the job and told you will not be finding any defect of same .nature . But after 30 days the defect had recurred and compliant had registered at customer center.Poor response technicians had not turned.The technician who came to attain was incapable to rectify /identify the cause of defect. Even after explaining the defect.I need my refrigerator to be replaced with new one of same model or the bill amount to be refunded

                  It is quite unfortunate that inspite of several calls after registering a complaint from our end, till now nobody has turned up yet to rectify our refrigerator problems, though the complaint was made on dated 05/04/2013 . This would definitely make us think twice before buying any of Samsung Product. the quality of services of Samsung Service is very poor.it was a small problem of freezer of my refrigerator but they not able to handle it they do not have enough tools to rectify the problems of consumer.

                  My refrigerator bio fresh purchased in 2006 suddenly stopped working and a complaint was lodged at your customer care on 20.09.2013 which was attended by your engineer on 23.09.2013 and some parts were replaced at a cost Rs.2300/- but the problem persisted and again we complained about this in your customer care center on 25.09.2013 at were assured that the engineer will be visiting us on 26.09.2013. After waiting till 7 in the evening I again called up the customer care and got the same answer that the engineer will visit tomorrow. I want to know that is this the way such a reputed company provide services to the customers. By my experience i don't think that I will ever purchase any of your Companies items and will never suggest anybody to do the same. Sir I want that you should look into the matter personally and sort out my problem as soon as possible.

                  we have purchased a refrigerator on 13/04/2014 from SAMSUNG brand shop sanjay place, agra. Model no. RT54H6679SL, the refrigerator has stopped working on 20 feb 2015. I contacted the customer care and they have given the complaint no. [protected], they came for checking and diagnosed that some parts are not working, after 10 days they got it changed and the refrigerator started working again but this lasted till 10 apr 2015 and the refrigerator has stopped working again. I again filed complaints many times. today(27th April) one of the service engineer has came and said that its compressor and some other parts are also not working.

                  we have already spent huge amount of money on this product and its been only an year and we are experiencing so many problems. It's very difficult to manage without refrigerator in such hot weather. Yesterday also I mailed a complaint and there is no response from you till now. So I want you to reply as soon as possible and replace our refrigerator or else I will file a complaint against you in consumer court.

                      My name is Sanoop ,my mobile phone has complaint with in 7 days at the date of purchase and i want to replace the phone. I have bought a new mobile phone of samsung galaxy s2 i9100 model in the date of 03/07/2012. After five days the phone has some software complaints and i contact samsung customer care and they advice me to go to the service center and show your phone. On 09/07/2012 they re-install the software in my phone.After one day same complaint occur i contact to service center on date 11/07/2012 the again re-install the software.Again the software complaint occur i contact the service center on date 13/07/2012 they do the same process of software re-installing then re install IMEI number. Today i go to the service center to buy my phone at the time i check my phone from there but the problem is not solved. I ask to replace my phone, the manager said that he will send a complaint through mail to the company and the response will get after 5 days.MY phone is in service center.                         I purchased a samsung galaxy i9003 mobile on 29th May'11. However its screen started fading later on and i got it replaced within warranty period on 15th Feb'12. Now again in the month of Jun'12 just 10days after the warranty period got expired, it has again developed the same problem. My query is that how can the new replaced screen develop problem within just 3 months. I doubt whether samsung has replaced me with a new screen in feb'12. Since it is out of warranty now, samsung is denying to repair the same, free of cost. I had sent many mails to samsung customer care, but with no satisfactory response. Pls help and advice what to do further ?

                          samsung /Washing machine — gift item is not delivered for the new machine purchased since 10 days

                          i purchased a new fully automatic top loaded washing machine of Samsung,through Giriyas distributor at Banashankari - Bengaluru on 26 th of sept ,by paying cash.
                          they declared to give me a steam iron box as gift along with the machine ( mentioned in the invoice ) till date every day they are giving non excusable reasons blaming samsung not provided the gift .

                          Is it true that Samsung is not supplied gift product to the dealer or is it a dealer problem.

                          let the delaer give me the gift immediatly or other wise let him give the cash discount of the gift item.

                          samsung /Washing machine — Malfunctioning since purchase

                          We booked a number of complaints for malfunctioning of our washing machine from the date of its purchase ie[protected]. Though the engineers of the company visited at three occasions yet the machine has not been made fault free. They simply open the rear plate of machine, tighten or readjust the components and assure that the machine will operate without any problem now onwards but alas the newer problems go on adding. So much so that the washing machine has stopped functioning altogether. We are only two persons to make use of the machine at the week ends only so question of overloading or so does not arise at all. Recently I made a complaint to customer care executive on [protected] &[protected] on phone 30308282 with BP No: [protected] informing customer care executives that machine has become completely non functional and our work is suffering. clothes for washing have already accumulated . Immediate attention of the engineer is required.. Though four days have already elapsed yet no body from the company has bothered to visit and rectify the problem. We are speaking with helpline people every day, we were promised that their engineers will come and get the washing machine fixed but no one turn up.This is the most pathetic service experience we have had with SAM SUNG . Their tall claims about the customer care have proved to be hollow. We now repent having purchased the washing machine as well as a Refrigerator from the company which has failed to keep up to the expectations of the customer.and we make sure that we will not purchase any other electronics items from SAMSUNG in future ever again. We also want this to be taken seriously and immediate action taken without further loss of time.

                              i shall be obli Samsung apps on 12.07.2012 and I receive message that Arjun has been downloaded and Rs 99 deducted. I tried to know what programme is this and I recive mesage that rowdy Rathore has been downloaded and Rs 99 again deducted.

                              How I could use Arjun,Rowdy Ratrhore please guide.

                              Rs 99 is deducted per day, per month or per quarter it is not clear.

                                I have a Samsung Monte S5620 Handset. I have configured My Official Mail via Active Sync Service in this handset. When am trying to configure at first moment my selected memory contacts getting deleted. So i need to back up my contacts every time whenever am configuring it initially. Also this Settings for Sync regularly corrupted and i had to set up once in a month or twice. Can anyone having a solution for this at the earliest. It is really a burden for me.

                                  recently i purchased new Samsung galaxy note. while travelling with new mobile, i lost my whole bag excluding the handset whcih i was carrying in my hand.

                                  the bag was consists of flap cover whcih samsung provides with every new galaxy note mobile and other accessories including hands free, charger etc.

                                  although i have purchased new charger to run the show, i coudl not get genuine hands free wires and flap cover.

                                  without these accessories , i coudl not enjoy the beenfits of such a costly handset.

                                    I am DG Mahajan from Andheri West. I had purchased LED TV from Mustafa in Singapore in Nov 2011 and within 7 months the display panel shows a band on top which disappears after 15-20 mins but picture is hazy / unclear.

                                    Samsung engineer visited and have insisted that support under warranty can be provided and have to replace the panel at substantial cost (Rs. 20000) which shall carry only 1 month warranty.

                                    Samsung does not take responsibility / liability for poor product design.

                                      I have purchased Samsung AC 1.5Ton in month of March 2012 from reliance digital store at Malakpet ,Hyderabad.

                                      After installation it was noticed that every 15days refrigerant gas was leaking and there was no cooling effect.

                                      After constant follow-up and pursuance RESQ team responded almost after 9/10days time. Response time by reliance digital is very poor.

                                      Till date AC has been charged with refrigerant gas for 4 times(within 03months after purchase).

                                      I had bitter experience in summer eventhough I had purchased AC.

                                      Now again there is no cooling effect.

                                      I request reliance digital RESQ to re-install AC with proper methodology.
                                      ( AC outdoor unit bracket with proper shock mounts & apply fine thread sealant, proper torque with torque wrench, during fitment.Again recharge refrigerant with proper gas pressure with calibrated gauge .

                                      An early action is requested.

                                      I have tried to adjust its cooling system as per your man has suggested me but all in vain. Problem is still continue.
