I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy GT I9003 in April, 2011. I experienced the first problem in October, 2011 and the phone had its first visit to the service center.
The problem was rectified and I was told there was some software problem. Since then, the phone had been working fine till June, 2012. I have started experiencing the problem where the touch does not responds. Initially the problem was for a day and the phone was working normally the next day. Now the touch does not respond at all.
My complaint is regarding the product quality, a product which was priced at approx. 20K does not work for one full year without going to the Service Center. Why was this product sold in the marketplace, a sub standard product.
Can we expect a response to this complaint.

    I have a samsung corby mobile, purchased before one year. It has a typical problem that in rainy season its touch screen does not work . I have faced this problem with my previous mobile also. This time I was on tour to Durg,Chattisgarh on 4th July 2012 at that time I visited samsung workshop who told me that it will cost rs.1300/- for replacing new touch screen. I have given it for replacement but unfortunately there was no touch screen chip available in workshop. So I take it back and given to Samsung workshop at Dharampeth Nagpur. Here employee of samsung has taken 2 days for identifying problem and asked to pay rs.4500/- for replacement of touch screen chip as well as motherboard also. Also they have taken rs.150/- towards service charges for checking handset. Since repair cost was very high and there is no gaurantee of touche screen, i have taken back my handset. I want to know how can two different workshop of Samsung can identify two different problems. I have doubt that Nagpur's samsung staff has damaged motherboard of my handset and took 2 days and hide the mistake done by them. I want replacement of new handset.

    i gave my handset samsung corby for repair to a samsung service centre in ludhiana near shingar cinema.....the person named charanjit singh who owns dat service centre does not knw how to behave with customers he is very rude nd does knw hw to tolk politely.....i want that some action should be taken against him

      we purchased the Samsung Model RFG297HDBP/XAA last August (2011); the ice maker went out so we called under our warranty; we were told that they have no service personnel in our area and we could exchange or get a refund, with this sorry service we opted for the refund, as of this writing nothing, as far as I am concerned this is Deceptive Fraud and Trade practice and this company should be stopped from doing business in this country, it should not take a lawyer to get your damn warranty work done

        On 15th July the Dealer given us a Samsung fridge which was totally DENT in the front door, and also told (DEALER & COMPANY ENG) that he will replace immediately, Now its almost 25days the dealer Name:SUPERTEK Electronics, Mahavir Enclave, Palam-Dabri More, New delhi-110045, telling us wait till the stock we get from the company. Though we paid him cash full amount.

        He knew and told my family that was dent piece, Just to take the cash.he delivered the dent fridge.

        I live in middle east , My family is facing problem everyday begging the dealer to replace, and he cares for nothing, Should i Complain through embassy ????????

          I purchased a Samsung galaxy s3 on the 24th and after 10 days the phones mike was not working properly. So took to the service centre and it took them 11 days to replace the mike. they delivered the phone on 18th and still the problem was persisting and even worse.so on 19th I too it again. To the service center and then they said that the mother boArd has problem and it needs to be changed. Now I am not mentally prepared to use this phone further as it has been taken for repAir twice in just one months time. All I want now is either a new set (replacement) or my money back which they are refusing. And the amount of stress that I have to go through for getting this done is un explainable.pls advice as to how to go about. I am sure it is my right to have a defectless phone.

            Samsung Mobile Phone — Bad Handset

            I have purchased Samsung mobile Model SCH S379 (CDMA) on 31.7.2009 from reliance web world Rajahmundry, Andhra Pradesh. Its a nasty handset. all my friends are compalining that they are not getting my number (Poor signal). The battery is getting discahrged within 6-7 hrs without even using the phone. When I took the phone to the Service centre (Ultimate Computer Services) Jampet, Opp.Ananad Regency, Rajahmundry 533 105. I got very poor response. I advice that no one should buy samsung mobile model SCH S379.
            I HAVE SAMSUNG SGH-X820 HANDSET. WE HAVED CHENGED RESENTLY THIS MODEL MOTHER & REPLACE THE KEBOADR WITH KEY PAD FROM PRIVET SERVICE CENTRE. NOW I HAVE A PROBLEMIN THE PHONE. BLUETOOT NOT ACTIVATED, CAMERA & VALLUME BUTTUN IS NOT WORKIN, MY PHONES BATTARY IS ALSO HAVING PROBLEM. NOW WHAT I DO?

              I PURCHASED A SAMSUNG MICROWAVE CON28L CE1031LFB VIDE INV.[protected] ON[protected] FROM CROMA STORE BELAPUR. I PURCHASED AN EXTENDED WARRANTY OF 2 YRS ALSO.

              THE EXTENDED WARRANTY CARD INDICATED A MANUFACTURER WARRANTY OF 2 YRS AND EXTENDED WARRANTY OF ANOTHER 2 YEARS. THEREFORE AS PER THE DOCUMENTS AVAILABLE WITH ME THE WARRANTY WOULD BE VALID UPTO OCTOBER 2012.

              THE OVEN DEVELOPED SOME PROBLEM THIS WEEK AND I APPROACHED THE TOLL FREE NO. FOR EXTENDED WARRANTY SERVICE AND I WAS SURPRISED TO HEAR THAT THE WARRANTY EXPIRED IN OCTOBER 2011. THE MANUFACTURER WARRANTY WAS ONLY FOR ONE YEAR. WHEN I APPROACHED THE STORE IN BELAPUR YESTERDAY , THE STORE MANAGER-Mr.DAVID TOLD ME THAT IT WAS A MISTAKE ON THEIR PART FOR HAVING INDICATED ON THE CARD THAT THE MANUFACTURER WARRANTY WAS FOR TWO YEARS AND ACTUALLY IT IS ONLY FOR ONE YEAR. THEY ALSO SAID THEY COULD NOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT AND I WOULD HAVE TO GET THE ERROR RECTIFIED BY A PAID SERVICE ONLY.

              AS A CUSTOMER, I FEEL CHEATED BECAUSE WHEN I AM GIVEN TO UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE THE PRODUCT SECURED UNDER WARRANTY TILL OCT 2012, I WOULD LOOK FOR ANY MALFUNCTIONING ONLY PRIOR TO THE GIVEN DATE. HAD I KNOWN THAT THE WARRANTY WOULD EXPIRE IN 2011, I WOULD HAVE CALLED FOR THE SERVICE TO CHECK FOR ANY PROBABLE DEFECTS.

              AFTER HAVING PURCHASED FROM A REPUTED STORE LIKE CROMA, I FEEL THE SERVICES ARE ON PAR WITH ANY STREET VENDORS. FURTHER THE STORE MANAGERS ARE NOT EMPATHETICAL TOWARDS THE COMPLAINING CUSTOMERS AND UNAWARE THAT THIS COULD BE A BUSINESS DETERRENT.

              EVEN THOUGH THE WARRANTY MENTIONED ON THE MANUFACTURER BROCHURE COULD BE ONE YEAR, I GET A EXTENDED WARRANTY CARD ON PURCHASE OF THE ITEM. IF I AM TO LOOK AT THE PRECEDENCE OF DOCUMENTS, I AM ELIGIBLE TO SERVICES AS MENTIONED IN THE EXTENDED WARRANTY CARD.

                This is with reference to that I have purchased a samsung Lcd on dated[protected] but with in very short period of time (with in 1.5 year) I am facing display problem in pannel of Lcd. I have spoken with your Cs executive on[protected]ref no of conversation is [protected]) but not get any resolution.Samsung service centre has given us reparing estimate of such problem is 15k.I am very reliable customer of yours and using every product of samsung but very much disappointed with your pathetic services. I am not going to pay any penny for this rediculous fault
                I want this fault to be repair without any charges otherwise replace it as I am your preferred customer and want proper resolution for this inconvinence to me otherwise I have to esclate this case to grievance cell.

                Samsung — LCD display problem

                Dear sir,

                complaint about LCD 22 INCHES 4 Series ,i v.surender Reddy IAM staying at Navi mumbai , i purchased LCD TV From Reliance Digital, Maithali Signet ,Mumbai,it cost Rs 16000/- with one year warranty .Date of Purchase: 28.05.2009

                The instrument is out of one year Warranty(Exceed 3 Months) .on the day of 27.08.2010 the instrument gives problems like the video is not coming only is audio is playing.
                On next day we call the customer care they send the service engg, with reg. no [protected] he visited and checked the instrument and told that the display panel is gone out and has to be changed and it cost about 12500 Indian rupees . and the new instrument cost 16000 Rs .ia m not going to invest with in short period . with immediate action

                And do needful.

                  i have purchased samsung galaxy s3 (I9300) on 10/07/12.its imei no.[protected] on 22/07/12 my phone is locked automatically.i have registered my complaint on authorised service centre in kanpur and my token no.is 13657.they have ask me 170 rupees for phone unlocking.and company provides me one year warranty then why should i pay170 rupees when it's not my fault.actual problem is that my initial letter of passcode is v but when i press on v .letter t appers on screen.it is clear that the main fault apper in mobile i have not done anything with mobile and i have complaint this whole matter in service centre.so please take some action as soon as possible.

                              1.0 hanging problem
                              2.0 auto switched off
                              3.0 liquid damage problem as per service centre mahavir enclave dwarka 110045
                              4.0 there is no manager level authority in service centre who can resolved the problem
                              5.0 there was no liquid was gone to the mobile set neither the service centre staff able to show the liquid, even they are not able confirm which kind liquid had got
                              6.0 we have observed that, staff of service centre have a tendency to make how can they free without taking any responsibilty
                              7.0 there is manufacturing defect in galaxy s II and which should resolved without take any charges
                              8.0 there is big mistake/blunder in this phone manufacturing,
                              9.0 there is no moisture absorbing resistant in the phone
                              10.0 instead of company's manufacturing defect company is not interested in resolving the defect,
                              11.0 company's only motto is to make consumer guilty at any how/ at any cost


                              we need company's accountability for providing services

                                problem: i have bought a c3222 in 22nd dec 2011 but it has many problem in that i facing like internet is not working properly,restarted and hangs,phone call volume is not coming etc .since i take this mobile to samsung service center at thane_mangal murti enterprices for software update for 9_10 times but problem again are coming then again i go samsung service center and tecnical expert changed motherboard for 5 times but again are problem are coming then again i go service center and tecnical expert changed ic of display for 2 times but again problem are coming .......i am facing lots of problem in thatand this problem cant solved ,so i request to samsung give me mobile refund back......

                                    I have purchased a refrigerator from Navrang Electronics vide model no –RT31HCRR11, S.R.No –R0464TAB300632J Samsung in the month of September last year. With in two months of date of purchase we started facing complaints at your service centre. Your engineers visit our place and claim that they have rectified the problem but the problem is still there and as you know in summers things like vegetables,milk,cooked items are getting spoiled due to non functioning of the refrigerator .I think either your engineers have not been able to find the exact problem or the refrigerator is defective. Your engineers have visited us in the month Jan 2012,March,April,June and thrice in July 2012 but still it is not functioning properly You are requested to do the needful at the earliest because we are suffering a lot due to this. On 19-7-12 your engineer has minutely examined the entire refrigerator with no success and later assured us that he will discussed with seniors and get it replaced as it is not going to rectified, as this particular model is always problematic

                                      ON 09.05.12 I COMPLAINT TO SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER NUMBER FOR THE REPAIR OF MY 1 ½ YEAR OLD PURCHASED (THE MAIN CAUSE OF MY UNFORTUNE) SAMSUNG 32INCH LCD. THE LCD FRONT PANEL HAS BEEN DAMAGED FOR “NO REASON”. YOUR SO CALLED SAMSUNG ENGINEER VISITED MY HOUSE (THAT TOO AFTER I EMAILED SEVERAL TIMES TO YOU AND AFTER 15-20 DAYS FROM DATE OF COMPLAINT) AND TOLD TO REPLACE FRONT PANEL WHICH COST AROUND[protected]* (*PENALTY FOR PURCHASE OF SAMSUNG PRODUCT). I THEN EMAILED FOR DISCOUNT AND THEY HAVE GIVEN ME “BHEEK(HINDI WORD)” OF 35% (THAT ALSO TOO AFTER SEVERAL EMAILS). DUE TO LACK OF FUNDS I HAVENT CONTACTED FOR 15 DAYS. AS SOON AS I MANAGED MONEY ON 27.06.2012 I CONTACTED YOUR VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, EFFICIENT, HARDWORKER (SORRY I DO NOT WANT TO USE ABUSIVE LANGUAGE HERE OTHERWISE……I AM FAMILIAR WITH THAT TOO) SERVICE MANAGER MR.ANAND (MOB NO.[protected]) AND TOLD THAT I WANT TO DO REPAIR OF MY SAMSUNG LCD. THAT TIME HE SAID OK. ONE DAY LATER HE CALLED AND SAID YOU HAVE TO RESPOND TO EMAIL WHICH OFFERED ME 35% DISCOUNT, I DID THAT TOO ON 30.06.2012. HE SAID PART WILL HAVE TO ORDER FROM NOIDA AND WILL TAKE 6-7 DAYS TO REACH IN CHIPLUN, I SAID OK. ON 06.07.2012 I RECEIVED A CALL FROM SAMSUNG CARE CHIPLUN (MOB NO.[protected]) AND THEY TOLD ME THAT REPAIR COST WILL BE AROUND[protected], I TOLD THEM ABOUT DISCOUNT OF 35% OFFERED BY SAMSUNG BUT THEY WERE UNAWARE OF THAT (REMARKABLE CO-ORDINATION BETWEEN SERVICE CENTRE AND SERVICE MANAGER). THEN I CONTACTED ON THE SAME ON 07.07.12, 09.07.12, 14.07.12 FOR WHERABOUT OF PART BUT EVERYTIME THE ANSWER IS WITHIN 2-3 DAYS IT WILL COME. IN THE MEANTIME ON 10.07.12 & 11.07.12 I ALSO CONTACTED YOUR SERVICE MANAGER “MR.ANAND” BUT THE ANSWER IS SAME AS ABOVE. I AM QUITE AMAZED THAT EVEN AFTER 10 DAYS OF SENDING EMAIL ON 30.06.12 DIRECTLY TO YOUR CUSTOMER CARE ADDRESS TO START REPAIRS IT WAS NOT YET REACH CHIPLUN ( MAY BE MODE OF TRANSPORT WILL BE TORTOISE). ON 18.07.2012 AT AROUND 5.15 PM(THE DAY OF HEIGHT OF NUISANCE/HARRASSEMENT) IN HEAVY RAIN I VISITED YOUR CHIPLUN SAMSUNG CARE AND THE OWNER TOLD ME THAT YOUR PRODUCT HAS JUST CAME (ISNT IT SO CARELESS APPROACH) AND TOLD ME THAT YOUR REPAIR WILL BE DONE BY TOMORROW MORNING AS ENGINEER IS NOT AVAILABLE NOW. I AGAIN SAID OK. AFTER JUST TWO HOURS I HAVE RECEIVED CALL FROM CHIPLUN SERVICE CENTRE AND TOLD THAT YOU HAVE TO AGAIN CALL SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE AND REOPEN YOUR REQUEST TILL THEN WE WILL NOT DO YOUR REPAIRS (CLEAR HARRASSEMENT). I IMMEDIATELY CALL YOUR RUBBISH SERVICES ENGINEER MR.ANAND AND TOLD THIS BUT HE WAS THE FATHER OF ALL THIS NUISANCE, HE SAID YOU HAVE TO CALL AND REOPEN YOUR REQUEST. THIS IS FOR YOUR GOODSELF (MY FOOT) AND BEHAVING LIKE HE WAS DOING A GREAT FAVOUR TO ME. I SAID OK AND CONTACTED YOUR SERVICE CENTER AND TOLD TO REOPEN COMPLAINT NUMBER AND SHOCKED TO HEAR THAT THERE IS NO COMMENT ABOUT 35% DISCOUNT, NOW YOU TELL ME WHY I SHOULD NOT FILE A CASE AGAINST SAMSUNG IN CONSUMER COURT FOR MENTAL HARRASSEMENT AND CLAIM COMPENSATION FOR DELAY IN REPAIRS, FOR INAPPROPRIATE, IRRESPONSIBLE BEHAVIOUR OF SOME RUBBISH MANAGER. PLEASE REPLY WITHIN 24 HOURS AND REPAIR MY LCD IN 48 HOURS OR THIS EXPERIENCE I WILL SHARE WITH MY COLLEAGUES, FRIENDS, RELATIVES (TOTAL APPROXIMATELY 100 PEOPLES, ISNT THAT ENOUGH) AND MAKE SURE THAT THEY DO NOT BUY YOUR SINGLE PRODUCT. AND YES WOULD LIKE TO SHARE THIS ON YOUR AS WELL AS MINE FACEBOOK TOO.

                                      I had purchased refrigerator of samsung company from vijaya sales before two years.
                                      Now my refrigerator not working . and I had complaint several times to samsung to repair my refrigerator but they could not repair it because they don’t have particulars parts of this refrigerator.
                                      And everyday they delaying to repairing of my refrigerator.
                                      I am feeling very uncomfortable without refrigerator and I am very frustrated due delay in repairing it. i request you please tell to samsung people to repair my refrigerator as soon as possible
