SBI debit cum ATM card — Unsuccessful transaction

I swap my card in SR garments Nagpur. But No slip was generated and transaction was unsucessful. I made written complint in SBI branch as Rs 2275 ammount was debited from account. I have all details from SR garments that they didnt recived any ammount from my card. Now after 45 days of locking period SBI said that the transaction was sucessfull. But SR garmnets show me with proof that the no transaction was done on 30th and 31st July 2008 in there account with SBI card.

Pls advice me what has to be done in this case. Where to complaint now.

Railways — ATM Card Not working

my atm card no[protected] which is jointly with meand my uncle sri panchgunla srinivasa murthy. i was minor when it was isued . now i am 20 years old which was recorded also in the bank records. but reently it was damaged and could not use it . hence knidly issue me new atm card with the following address K.SAISRINIVAS C/O K.SRINIVASA PRASAD H.NO.42-2-3 3RD LANE RAMAKRISHAN PURAM, VIJAYAWADA -520 003 KRISHNA DISTRICT ANDHRA PRADESH CELLNO [protected], [protected] . Gateway for Payment not opening — On line Booking

I have been trying to book a ticket on line for the past 3 weeks aor so using Ids:

crr_1620 and lakshmi_CR. But when the stage of opening the Bank portal for payment ; that Window does not open. For allthe banks for which I hold credit/ debit cards ( HDFC/ ICICI / SBI . Only the following link opens for ALL banks...like for example:

I called IRCTCChennai and New Delhi[protected] and told them to check. They advised me to check my system/ PC etc. I deleted all cookies/internet files etc etc / restarted the system etc and of no use. Finally some one from the Chennai Line told that he would check up.Many days over since and still the same fate.

If there is any overall problem there should be a mechanism to inform your clients. They do not give their Name or a complaint number for follow up. How to redeem the complaint then?

If it happens on a Sunday / out side office hours the ordeal is more. No way to contact your corporate office also.

Please look into the complaint now atleast and tell me where the problem is? All other websites and IRCTC upto this stage works ever since the day and even now.

the problem is not in d card tha it is showing invalid brand.

it is that your card is not of main SBI CENTRAL, means i[censored]r card will be of SBI INDORE or BIKANERor smthng somthng.

it only accepts main SBI central card which dont hav additional name like above SBI INDORE.

We are facing problem with online irctc booking. our transcation is not being aceepted. and in the payment confirmation page instead of valid from option it shows expiry month and year. we are using SBI-ATM-CUM-DEBIT CARD.
card no is[protected] and valid from 10/2005.
Please help me in this issue.

Yes, the same happened with me...it is not allowing me book my ticket.and showing some idiotic error PY-20006 something like tat only.

I want to know that has irctc removed the system of paying cash through sbi debit cum card because today while I was booking my ticket I could not find the sbi debit cum card payment checkbox .

It is the only way through which I book my ticket and if that is stopped then I will not be able to book my tickets through net plz. reply.

THEN I HAD WRITE A COMPLAIN LETTER TO BRANCH MANAGER.92,ZERO ROAD ,ALLAHABAD AFTER MANY REMINDERS BRANCH MANAGER TOLD ME THAT YOU BUY ANY GOODS OR SERVICES AND PAYEE SAME AMOUNT BY YOUR ATM. BUT WHEN I ASK HIM FOR DETAIL HE UNABLE TO CLARIFY THE REASONS THEN I REPEATED ONCE AGAIN TILL DATE I HAVE NOT BUYING ANYTHING BY ATM.

THEREFORE I REQUEST YOU TO TAKE STERN ACTION IN THIS REGARD .

SBI Card (IRCTC) — I not able to use, decline message showing

Dear sir,

I got the SBI Card (IRCTC) two month before but when I used this card for purchase any thing, it showing decline message.
I have try to call number of times but your number is allways busy.I have sent two times mail with my card number but still facing the same problem.Could you please help/call me?

Mainly the Toll free number is not at all working and From my account [protected] on 24th june, 2010 Rs. 500/- has been debited, till date i dint receive it. I have given complaint at my branch also.
How many years SBI debit card is valid. On my card only Valid from is there.

first of all the railway should invest in there servers
as the counters open at 8 am all bookies and people are rushing to make there tickets
but the server cannot handle the load sadly poor buggers eating up the money.
