I have applied SBI credit card through executive He has taken my documents with my application. My SBI Card application no. is[protected] I received one message stating that "We regret, we are unable to accept your request for SBI CARD as it does not meet our internal policy requirement(s) for card issuance". Please let me know why i am not eligible for SBI Card as I have submitted valid proof of residence and PAN no. If there is some problem, please let me know or return back my photocopies.     on 4th august i went to ATM of State bank of Patiyala, Baddi (H.P) to withdraw cash but cash did not dispensed niether transaction slip nut later i found that my account is debited by Rs. 40000 AT SINGLE TRANSACTION. i lodge complaint in my home branch i.e State Of India, Sector-11 , Rohini, Delhi-85, and its more than a month i still haven't got any satisfactory reply. they are not telling weather i will get my money or not and how much time will take??

      In Restaurent Cloud nine Bhosri, purchased for 180Rs dtd 08.0913 but i have lost 1610 rs extra in that hotel, but they are telling they have not received that amount, we got messgae in mobile also, but they strongly disagreeing.         My name is manoj patel and i am puting this complaint on behalf of my father(G S Patel),i requested a cheque book in a form of written application of my father saving account on 8th august 2013 by my hand in a SBI HET Bhopal Branch,one of the sbi employee assure me that it will deliver at my home address within 7 days but we didnt get it. I call SBI BHOPAL HET Branch on 29th of aug 2013 for checking status of cheque book they replied its been dispatch 26th of aug and will deliver to you within 2 or 3 days then i check my postal office for the same after a week nothing is there. Again i call them and the answer is different this time,they told me your check book is issued on 4th sep 2013. then i thought its a government bank and this is how they work. After getting a non sense and irritating answers from a very valuable and intelligent employees of sbi i decided to call the toll free number again i get nothing. My father is retired from his services and comes in a senior citizen category so i just want to know is that a way to treat customers. Help me in that. Thanks Manoj [protected]

When i was submit the payment of 210/- at the time of final process show error java script error messing and payment Debited form my account but not transfer to Airtel e recharge. I was complained to my home branch State Bank of India Berhampur Sharda Road Meerut Meerut City 250002 for refund my money back. Number of time go on home branch but no result.             Recently I lodged an online complain with the banking ombudsman of RBI, about the counterfeit note (Rs 1000), I withdrew from State Bank of Mysore (Bangalore) ATM on 14th of this month.
            And in the morning of 17th Sept I got a call from some MOHAN KUMAR (Mobile # +91-[protected]), posing to be a State Bank of Mysore employee, to refund me the Rs. 1000.
            In the due conversation he gave me another call from the SBI Customer Care (+[protected] [call waiting], to assure me that it is the call from the bank to authenticate the issue.
            I am amused that he had my card number & cvc code.
            He assured me that the amount will be deposited to my account by 1130 Hrs today (17/09/2013).
            To my suspicion when I checked my balance, Rs 3750 had been deducted from my account, & I am left with a balance of only Rs. 240.
            When I called up the number, from which I got the call (Mobile # +91-[protected]), they produced their helplessness over the matter.
            Now, my issue is how come a person have access to the banking ombudsman mails, & if has access, how did I get the call from the bank customer care (+[protected].
            This I suspect is the involvement of some bank employee.
            Sir, I request you to look into the matter & solve the issue.
            And today I got a mail from the Manager of my branch citing helplessness & washing hands off the matter, citing the customer's fault, But the customer is always at the receiving end.

                Hi, my name is Nirmal Singha and I am a genuine SBI customer having my account in Sonai Road Branch, Silchar. I had full trust on SBI untill I came to know that this revered bank has for no valid reason deducted Rs 5000 /- on 5/7/2013 from my account([protected])) which shows as lien amount on my net banking account and set hold in my passbook. I therefore urge you to kindly help me getting back my money... Thanks!!!!

                  I Nitin Sharma. Account Number- [protected] in SBI. I want to say that I have taken a loan previous year on 11 Sep 2012. There was a Insurance Policy- [protected] with it.
                  Then a call from one of your employees came to tell renew the policy But I refused to renew it for 15,000 rupees. But they deducted without my permission. I have recorded the call of your employee. I have evidence. I complained to Manager Mr. R G Roy he told me to meet Bhawna Khandelwal who is an employee in SBI PNB Branch, Ratlam. She told to complained about her and talked rudely to me. I want my back my money back in 5 days. Otherwise I will complain in police.

                    Respected Sir,

                    I Shirsendu Sarkar, a Sb a/c holder of Rahara Station Road Branch, deeply disturbed and upset by facing humiliation,insult and inhumane attitude from a Rahara Station Road Branch staff toady dated 17th Sept. 2013 when I went to withdraw cash.

                    Around 2.25pm. I have reached branch and collected a token from Branch and then over 30 minutes passed when I was denied to call in spite of fellow customers who have come after me also withdrew cash then I inquired why it was happening to staff who were sitting is cash payment counter.

                    As soon as I told her, my name Shirsendu Sarkar, fellow staff, who did not have any business regarding this issue, but the staff started canvasing to all the other fellow customers and also staffs, charging me,that the person namely SHRISENDU SARKAR, occasionally sent mail to CGM & GM and since very fist occasions his attitude towards me was very nasty and I was being ill-treated like a convicted person. Can you imagine what was my feelings during that period even without done any fault? It was a terrible experience. When I asked him, it was limited between branch and me, then why were you doing such unacceptable thing? Unnecessarily he deliberately badly tortured me mentally. I almost broke down inside branch compound.

                    During that period other customers withdrew amount and due to that staff mis behaved I was denied to withdraw amount and when I contacted my elder brother Mr. Krishnendu Sarkar briefing the issue, he told with whom were you talking and surrender mobile to him(concerned staff) and he would manage to talk with the higher authority and if necessary branch would send report as per choice to higher authority. Even he added branch would decide when I would get cash even it could be much more longer upto 4pm. Whhen I asked his identity and he was reluctant to provide it.When I once again submitted my token no 182 then the cashier told me your no was already called and now it was not possible payment and advised me better collect another token number.

                    I was repeatedly insulted and abused by the barbaric attitude by staff of Rahara Branch. May I know sir, how many times I have registered complaint against this branch and I hardly visited the branch concerned. But today's incident really compelled me to think whether I should any longer continue in this branch or not. Before, that I must know who give him the authority to humiliated me such manner in front of all staffs and fellow customers like a culprit. Even, I have called RM North 24pgs but hardly got any co-operation from him also. Is it the culture of SBI towards customer and may I know whether now SBI is truly in the position to claim that Banker to every Indian. SHAME,SHAME & SHAME. It is beyond of my imagination that how a innocent customer were being treated like a convicted. Even the staff was dame care of any one of SBI top official whosoever it could be when I told him that matter would be escalated highest authority.

                    Henceforth, I am submitting to both of you, after ongoing my serious complaint, kindly investigate the issue, and take stringent action against the staff who UN-necessarily misconducted with me to huge extent. I need written apology at the earliest. I am really ashamed to think me the customer of the Rahara Stn Road Branch.

                      Dear Respective, I think i don't have any other option left then placing a complain against SBI Credit card. The brief senerio: i have requested to cancel my Credit card by calling Customer Care, they accepted my request and replied that when cancelling any credit card the customer will get final settlement notification letter within 10 to 15 days of cancellation. i received two letters twice a day after this request around 11th day. the settlement notice clearly mentioned me to settle the SBI CC Account with Rs. 1563 point something before the due date mentioned in the notification. I have made the payments as mentioned in the Notice before the due date through online banking. No other communication was made to me via mail or telephone regarding the settlement or any thing. suddenly after two months I started getting email and sms notification specifying that my email statement for SBI CC has been generated and i have to pay the amount before due date. when i communicated this thing to customer care and rigorously followed up with Nodal Officer they told me that i have to clear my dues as the balance amount is more than i have paid. and as the remaining amount was not paid the interest is levied and now it is amounting RS 2000 around. I just need help and guidance that if i have received the notice with signature of Nodal Officer for the settlement why again i have to pay. so till date i have not paid any amount to SBI CC after settlement amount. As per my concern, if i would pay this time, again after some time they start sending me mails and sms and again tell me that settlement is not clear and you have to pay certain amount to clear it out and cycle will go on and on. I am also worried about CBIL. Please help me to resolve the issue.                         Sir,My name is Paoshimla Zimik wife of Mr.late Saila Marak.That is Mr.Late Saila Marak is an Assam Rifles,he bear a PPO No.[protected],and he got a retirement in the year 1991.After the retirement and death of Mr.Saila Marak the family did not process regarding in the matter of pension for many years and till now.
                        I visited the Head office of Assam Rifles,Pension cell,Shillong,Meghalaya,and The State Bank of India,CPPC,Guwahati,Bhangagarh,Assam,has suggested to concern office of the SBI,Phulbari branch,Code 02101,Garo Hills,Meghalaya-794104.But there is no proper response from the branch manager.In the year Saila Marak retired there was a person who had process the pension till 2006,but after the transfer of the manager the person could not process it again,because she was not an authorize person to hander that.Therefore,the new manager takes an advantage of the particular act and had done this.Thank so much for considering for the difficulties of the family I shall remain thank foreever.

                          i am a defence pensioner drawing my pension from sbi sector 30 Chandigarha/c no.[protected] code no. 1443.Ihave requested CPPC CHANDIGARH to transfer my pension a/c to SBI Badshah pur Gurgaon Haryana.                             sir I retire on 31 jul 2013. My PPO no 09/097/B/S/001208/2013,dated 10 jul 2013. same dispatched from CABS (Navy) on 11 Aug 2013. Already submitted live certificate on 29 Aug 2013. Other bank already has published pension. May I know bank will give market rate of interest. Request please issued my pension as possible. my account no. [protected] and I approached to my branch naval base visakhapatnam , they are telling due to software non working . SBI is larger bank this is silly answer. however please issued my pension for that my family should not trouble. thank u

                                I losses 10000rs. by the problem of ATM machine on the date of 10/08/2012, I also complaint on line on the same date. but bank says, your transaction was successful, I requested please give me cc TV puteg, but bank not gave me any cc tv putag. I am sure in this putage, I am not receiving any rupees. so please help me for return my money.

                                  i, yuvraj thakorj m a having a SB account number in SBI, M.S.University Branch, BARODA, have lost my sim and mobile number. The same number was entered in my internet banking account and now i have to change that number. I know for every transactions a security password msg will be forwarded to that number, but i am not possessing that number. Now may i please request you to change my mob number to [protected] pl.

                                    I have a Volkswagen Vento Highline 2011 renewed with SBI General Insurance in January, 2013. My car was damaged in February, 2013 and i registered the claim for it in September, 2013. I paid a premium for one year and therefore any damages caused to my car after the renewal of my insurance is supposed to be covered under the policy. I have been denied claim just because i did not register a claim earlier. Also, a survey is conducted at the beginning of the one year tenure in which photographs of the current condition of the car is taken. Any damage caused to the car there after is supposed to be covered under the policy regardless of the date on which the claims are made. This is pure injustice as i have paid a premium for a whole year and if my car is not covered up for damages during that tenure then the whole purpose of insuring my car is defeated.

                                      R/S as per my request the branch set auto debited the housing laon installment from my account but by system emi operate every day .and total amount debited from my saving account. from the branch was find solution of this problem but they take action on this problem but not solve .this is system problem pl.guides to me and also my branch for me and my branch. my complaint are not about any person. they cooperate to me very sincerely. but they are not find the correct solution thanks your faithfully HEMANT U.                                         I, Samim Hossain, A/C holder of SBI Katabagan(7147) and A/C No [protected], I tried to withdraw Rs 1000(one thousand) from Axis Bank ATM (ATM ID: CWDW 16309) which is attached with the Lal Dighi Branch, Berhampore, Murshidabad, Branch ID: 163, MICR Code:[protected] and IFSC Code: UTIB0000163 on 22/05/2013 but for an unknown reason the ATM gave me this attached slip (Record No. 1392) only and no money but it deducted Rs. 1000(one thousand) from my above said SBI account. I have been submitted complaint application twice to the Bank Manager, Katabagan(7147) branch but. And it was almost five month of my complaint and I still not getting my money back.

                                        I did not get my money back as because they did not process my application properly although I have filed it on time. Not single time I have done it several time.
                                        The office personal kept my application aside. The overall thing is that due to their negligence I have lost my money.
