[Resolved]  SBI Online Net Banking — Money Debited

Dear Sir,

I have acct in Sec -2 Noida SbI Bank with net banking enabled. I booked rail ticket at 2nd march. today i check my account.
In my account rupees 1914.00 debited at 2nd march with transaction called

"POS PRCH
[protected] [protected]"

I want my money return. What can i do for returning my money.

Hello Sir,

I am SBI Customer of Dadar Millenium Branch mumbai, my account no. is [protected].

My complaint is that i withdrawal money (500 rs) single time to SBI ATM on 10-jan-2010 but money debited to my account is twice time.means 1000 rs.

I comlaint it to SBI customer care but they gave me a Ticket no.AT35331673
But still no money in my account due to this i am very tens.
kindly request that please do needful and return my money as soon as posible.

I used my SBI ATM card at Bank of Baroda ATM machine situated at Gokul Bldg
Bhuleshwar withdraw Rs. 10000.00 on 07.01.10 . I did not receive cash but ATM
Machine display processing time out. Later when I check my SBI A/C No.[protected] I noticed that the amount of Rs. 10000.00 was debited from my
A/C . When I contact to SBI they tell me it will be done reverse automatically . Till date I did not receive.
one railway ticket was booked on 14 / 01 / 10 from jammu to howrah in sleeper class for the date 28 / 01 / 10 in favour of

After lot of perusal & complaint by registered post my complaint is not being addressed. My commuted portion of pension is not being re-stored. My particulars are as under:

At the opening of my account I deposited Rs.3000 I have received my passbook 28th january 2009 17th December
But on 17th of February Rs.2500 had withdraw from my account
In the withdraw form some body have written my name ( not signature ) and withdrawed Rs.2500

Dear sir,

I am your card member [protected] from so many years.and i paid all your dues in time

without any break and delay. This time by mistake i have not written the date upon the cheque.

I requested to the customer care for not to charge any late payment charges or bouns charges etc.

But in statement they have reverse only Rs.300 /- Only while they have charge the late fees of Rs.600/-.

you are requested to reverse the late fees charges also becouse it happend suddely not intentionally

you can also see my payment track record. please do the need full i will be very thankfull to you.

Dear Sir,

I already submit my complain with atm id no[protected] and sbi a/c no [protected] for wrongly debited of Rs 40000/ . I have get a feadback from Bishnupur State Bank (0044) that, they are unable to refund my cash as there is no excess cash found by them. but I still confirmed that I have not collected the cash and my atm card and pin no always in my safe custedy.I tried for balance enquiry only and not gone for any withdrawl option, and not getting any printed advice for balance enquary though I have still waiting for this.That is why I request You to solve my problem and do the necessary action.

i want to know the statement for my account in sbi Khonsa A/c No.[protected]. kindly mail it as soon as possible to my e mail id. i am waiting.
While doing RTGS from my account in my business place net banking, to my business partnes bank ( i.e ABN AMRO BANK, Kolkotta - IFSC Code ABNA 0100311 ) the option of RTGS is not availabel. Only NEFT is available for tht particular bank. Refer my account no. [protected] in State Bank of India. But to avail this facility i have to SBI bank personally.

dear sir/madam,

i have withdrawn 400 from sbi atm but slip came out nd written over it tht ur trnsection has beedn declined and the same i made withdrawn from other sbi atm of same amount where i get 400 withdrawn but when i saw my account detail i found tht the account is debited twice

i several times londge complain about it bt no action taken by any authority
so i wana knw tht wht i have to do knw i talk everywhere frm bank to the customer care executive
