Dear Sir,

I have an SBI A/c No. [protected] (SBI, Delhi University Branch).
Yesterday i.e. Sunday, 13th April, 2008, at about 4:15 pm, i was making a transaction with SBI ATM Shakti Nagar, Delhi. In between the withdrawal process of Rs. 17, 000, when the Machine was about to dispense the cash, the ATM machine got restarted and then stopped completely.
I then went to a nearby canara bank ATM to check my account and found that Rs 17, 000 transaction was made and amount deducted from my account. I called the toll free number of SBI, they told it will be back automatically within 24 hrs. But until now, after 36 hrs, amount is not reverted back and I have lost my hard earned 17, 000 rupees. Please tell me a resolution if possible.

This is a general problems an usually happen with SBI ATM.

Go to your Branch with am application with the time when it was occured .
The ATM manager of your branch will rectify the transcation and cr. the money of 17000/- to your a/c

Problem faced during Cash withdrawl using SBI-ATM
Respected Sir,

I, Arjun Kumar Sah holding S/B Account No.[protected] with State Bank of India, Sitalpur (Code - 5786), Chhapra (Saran), Bihar to withdraw Rs.10, 000/- from HDFC Bank ATM, ALWAL, Secunderabad (AP). ATM ID S1ACHY21 at 19.22 hours on 01/02/2011, ATM Card No.[protected] but I do not receive any ammounts and any reciept. Due to some problem in the ATM. I have reported this matter to my related branch 01& 03/02/2011. But I have not gate any wel sugession about this resolved problem.

Therefore, I would request you to help us to resolve the matter and arrange to credit Rs.10, 000/- to my above savings account urgent please.

Dear Sir,

I have an SBI A/c No. [protected] (SBI, Goregaon mumbai branch).
On 15th feb, 2012, at 13:47, i was making a transaction with SBI ATM CARD TO CARD TRANSFER From Fort Market Branch, mumbai for 500/. After Completing the transaction, transaction amount will be deducted from my Account but still now not credited to beneficiary account. i'll complain to the SBI call center but not solve my problem. Complaint no. was AT[protected] ON 19th Feb 2012. and After send msg in sbi happy room maharashtra he give me branch manager contact no [protected]. i'll call to manager atleast 2 or 3 times per week since last 4 to 5 weeks but every time manager told me nothing to be happened just wait 2 or 3 days more.

So please told me what should we do and Solve my problem.

    Sir/Madam,

    This is to inform you that I keep getting calls from SBI Bank creidit card collection dept. regarding pyt overdue...
    I have never received any credit card from SBI, I have also received an SMS regarding the payment due..
    If this continue I will have to file a sue against SBI for torturing me to pay against a creidit card which was never issued in my name.
    Pls take an immediate action against this ASAP.

    I am angry for SBI member's. Its is located in gandhi nagar. Today i m going for to take a letter head about me that i have account in SBI for the last 2005. But no body have a time to tell about to how i get this. Nobody have the knowlege that how can its gave him. The bank manager also not have the time to talk about this. They have no time. He told me that " I have no time to talk you are come on monday".
    POOR SERVICE LALBAUG VADODARA IN GUJARAT. WEEK ME 4DAY ATM BANDH RAHETA HAI. MANEGAR KAI JAVAB NAHI DETA HAI BABA ATM KE BOL CHUKE.WEEK ME BANK 3 OR 4 DIN BANKPARTY HO TI HAI. SAB LOG JALAS KARTE HAI.

      i applied so many times to atm card.but they are not providing atm card.i already applied more than 5 times.the reason they are telling is you are age of 18 years only.atm wnt give to minors.then why theyy accepted my credentials.
      in another branch i enquired.they told me that there is no problem about age.they will give at any age if you have an account.i opened my account in september.but i didnt get atm card.what i have to do i dont know.

        This is krishna.i opened my account in sep last month.but upto now i didnt get my atm card.i applied more than five time.but they are not giving my atm card.

        i am 18 yrs old.when i asked the reasaon they told me that you are 18 years old.we cany provide atm card to you.then how they accepted my credentials when i was opening an account.they created my account if i am minor.but not proving atm card.

        i enquired in another branch of sbi.they told me that there is no problem about your age.there is no condition about age in terms and conditions of sbi atm.WHAT I HAVE TO DO I DONT KNOW TO GET MY ATM CARD.

          I am using SBI card since last 16 yrs. but i am not receiving statement on regular basis hence there are many time charge late fee and other charges which is unnecessary. It's not my fault so why should I pay such charge. I also received collection call from their side at unexpected time and talked very rudely language.
          I am requesting you that Please Provide me full statement of my card ( deduct late payment charge and other insurance charges etc) . I wish to pay all amount and closed the SBI Credit Card .My card no is [protected]

            Hi,

            This is Prasad, from Hyderaba, AP. My friend GR Murthy is a defaulter of SBI Crdit cards. He used around Rs.15, 000/- and forgot to repay the same. As usually SBI cards authorities charged for late payments and penalties. SBI card authorities send onetime settlement letter for Rs.24000/- some change in Oct.2007 to the address, which is my friend mentioned in his application.(He is settled longback in Argentina). I found the letter in 1st week of March, 2008. And I have his money of Rs.20, 000/- with me. I have approched Mr.Giridhar (Hyd local officer of SBI Cards) for onetime settlement for Rs.20, 000/- . But they didnt accept my proposal. I can agree for Rs.25, 000/- to settle account.
            Anybody of SBI Card high official will look at this letter, please pass orders to Mr. Giridhar to settle the case below Rs.25, 000/-. Thanks in advance.

            After 3 month follow for the statement, now they come with statement & asking to interest & late payment charges .

              On 2nd March 2008 I went to ATM installed at Sector 24 NOIDA for wthdrawl of cash for an amount of Rs.10, 000.00 through mu SBI ATM Card No.[protected] through SBI CGO Complex Saving ATM Slip No. [protected]. The ATM Machine did not delivered the case. But the ATM slip has shown withdrawl of Rs.10, 000/- I lodged the complaint report to the guard on duty. Nothing has been done so for.

              No reply has been submitted and I am suffring for the loss

                Unaddressed Dispute Form for Unauthorized transactions; Misplacing of documents sent by me
                My personal details are -

                On 5th November 2007, I witnessed unauthorized online transactions from my card for booking online tickets worth over 50, 000 Rs. Immediately I blocked my card.

                On 8th November 2007, I have faxed the Dispute form to SBI Chargeback department. I kept following the fax and SBI customer care told me that they are taking action and it takes about a month to solve it. However later, SBI representatives told me that they have not received the form. They asked me to fax it again (or email it to feedback.[protected]@ge.com). The representatives also said that they have tried my number and they received no response. I have been available all the time (except once when I was in a meeting) and have been following up to sort this issue.

                I had emailed all the scanned copies on 19th Feb 2008 (email sent attached). I also sent them the scanned copy of the successful fax sending report. 'CaseID=[protected]'

                After being really fed up of the way SBI has handled this issue and the daily mentally harrassment that I was going through with almost daily calls from SBI's Collection department people (who wants to meet up to sort this issue and do not understand when I try to explain about unauthorized transactions).

                For these transactions, I have also raised an FIR (scanned copy attached). The police have already done some work on this case and they have identified the agency responsible for the disputed transactions used to book air tickets. I even offered to help SBI with the basic findings the Police has done. I had agained sent them an email about this issue.

                Today I got a letter from SBI that they are unable to process the credit for these unauthorised transactions. The reason they have given is that the transactions was done more than 2 months and they have not received the dispute form from me. They mentioned about closing this case due to this reason.

                Its not my fault that they have misplaced the fax that I have sent for the dispute form, which I have sent on 8th November 2007.

                The collection calls from SBI's Collection department are nothing less than harrassment. Despite my proactive sending of fax and email, I am told that the time is over for any action from them. Please help me in solving this issue. I really feel cheated due to mis-handling of documents from SBI department.

                I had purchased a Jeans for Rs510/- from Kapoor garments # 5-8-553, Kapoor plaza, Abid Road, Hyderabad-500001, phone:23202700.on 12-1-09 vide tax invoice cash no:17908, However, the monthly statement shows Rs510/- twice for the same date. please check and avoid any double payment for the purchase done only once for Rs510/-.

                  My name is Jaishankar S Vishwakarma and I have a savings account in State Bank Of India, Khar (West), Mumbai. My a/c no.is[protected]. I had withdrawn cash of Rs.15000 from a SBI ATM outlet located in Chattrapati Shivaji Terminus (CST), Mumbai on 21st of March'08. Now in my account details, the same transation is reflecting twice with the same transaction number. That means according to the bank I have withdrawn Rs. 15000 twice on the same day i.e. Rs 30000, which is absolutely incorrect. Inspite of complaing severel times, giving application letter till date nothing is been done. And on top of that whenever I asked th Branch Manager about the same, the only answer I get to hear is, ' We have forwarded your complain and thats all we can do.'

                  I have a Savings Account[protected] in SBI, DumDum, Kolkata-700028.I had withdrawn Rs.20, 000/- from
                  ATM Outlet of SBI, Manipal(Karnataka State) on 24-03-08, however Statement reflects Twice Rs.20, 000/- withdrawn on
                  25-03-08 although no Transaction carried on the 25th March"08.
                  I made a complaint with my Branch however the attitude of the
                  Branch Manager was very casual as well as non=cooperative.

                  I am a SBI Accounts holder S.B.A/c No. [protected] in Nuclear Fuel Complex (Mallapuram) Code No: 9071. I given the application on 05.10.2008 for my ATM Card is not working to Branch who is the the ATM Card incharge, saveral time i personaly went to inquir my ATM card is not reciving, so lastly i got the ATM card on 04.12.2008. But till date i not got my ATM PIN number, i personaly went the branch and i met the branch officials no responce, and contact the local phone no:[protected] & [protected] no one is giving the responce for ATM PIN no. They says Contract is chainged may wait till PIN number coms.

                  Sir aftral this small ATM PIN number takes this much time why, whare is the mistake takeing six months time to issu the ATM card and PIN.

                  So cocedred my case and issu the ATM PIN number.

                  This is absolute sarkaari banksith all the sarkaari saand working in this bank.
                  They actually do nothing forthe whole day. I have also lost Rs. 5000/- in a similar way.
                  I have account in SBI Palam Vihar Branch.

                  Actually we are fools because with their attitudethey are telling us for so many years that please dont come to us(SBI) but still we feel going back to sarkari banks.

                  I have transferred an amount of Rs.4, 025/- (Rs.5/- Your Transfer charges) online to Mr. N. Siva Pandarinadh into State Bank of Hyderabad account No.[protected] on January 19, 2009.

                  The amount was debited to my account the same day, but it is not credited so far to Mr. N. Siva Pandarinadh’s account in State Bank of Hyderabad Vijayawada branch Branch.
                  I made an online complaint to the Customer Care Hyderabad and sent several emails to the Customer Care Hyderabad eamil ID: helpline.[protected]@sbi.co.in. I was given an Complaint Ticket Number : CC[protected].
                  In spite of my repeated requests there is no response. I feel it is better to go for some other Bank instead of depositing and making transactions through State Bank groups.
                  I have seen several customers fed up with State Bank of India.
                  Hope atleast now the concerned people will respond to my request.
                  I very eagerly await reply and also information about the transaction I made.

                  Bankers Cheque. Till date I have not received the Salary.I found it difficult to run the Family. If the
                  issue is not settled within 3 Days from today I will prepare Leagal Assistance to overcome my
                  Financial Strain as well as mental Agony.

                  I had withdrawn cash of Rs.20000 from a SBI ATM located in Ludhiana (punjab) Terminus (CST) on 13.10.2009. Now in my account details, the same transation is reflecting twice with the transaction number. That means according to the bank I have withdrawn Rs. 20000.00 twice on the same day i.e. Rs 40000.00 which is absolutely incorrect. Inspite of complaing severel times, giving application letter till date nothing is been done. And on top of that whenever I asked th Branch Manager about the same, the only answer I get to hear is, ' We have forwarded your complain and thats all we can do.'

                  Then i checked my account by mini statement where my account found is debited by Rs.5800/-, when i have not received the cash how bank can debit my account, if they debited and if i have not received the cash, automated system should reverse the unsuccessful transaction within 10-15 minutes but it is not seem happened.

                  Secondly As per instruction printed on atm slip, I approached to my parent branch SHAHAPUR (THANE DISTRICT) and feed the form for reversal as per their instruction, inspit of repeated request to Shahapur (Thane District) branch to Mr.Ajay Agrawal ([protected]), my Rs.5800/- not given back to me.

                  I would to bring to your kind notice that I am also a banker & working in ATM cell, As per RBI Circular, while withdrawing from ATM if any customer not receiving the cash, his amout to be reversed within 12 days. If any bank is delayed beyond 12 days has to reverse the transaction with penalty amount of Rs.100/- per day.

                  Now already 40 days are over, If the issue is not settled within 3 Days from today I will prepare Leagal Assistance to overcome my Financial Strain as well as mental Agony.

                  It is to inform you that State Bank of India has charged a lien amount of Rs 6000 as an ATM withdrawl while at the time of withdrawl no money has been given. Even my account statement is showing 0 debit but they have charged a lien amount of 6000 on 24 dec 09. They are not solving my problem and has freezed my account i can not use my account. Every time they are telling that it will take a couple of days its now more than 25 days Please bring this into notice and resolve the problem

                    Myself, Sanjeev Kumar Suman, Assistand Director, Central Water Commission, Ministry of water resources, New Delhi had applied for an SBI Gold Card in 2006. I am also an SBI savings bank account holder (R.K.Puram Branch). Till date i have not received the same card and instead i am getting threatening phone calls to submit the outstanding dues which is ridiculous and mentally harassing. The last call of this type was received at 10:59 AM on 08/04/2008 from[protected].

                      SBI Credit Card — receiving harassing SMS

                      Hello Sir/Madam,

                      I had settled the outstanding amount for my Sbi CC 5264 XXXX XXXX 2256 of M Rambabu (of Bhubaneshwar) by coming to your GE office (Delhi) at infinity towers. But i am still receiving SMS on my mobile phone that i have outstanding amount every month. Can you please look into this and please help stopping the harrasing SMS being sent. Since i the son of M. Rambabu had personally gone to your GE Office and met Mr YP (Manager) i suppose and he personally signed the settlement letter and handed over to me. I have the settlement letter as well as the receipt that i have paid the settlement.

                      I had talked to the executive at Bhubaneshwar and he told that the SMS would stop within a month. Buth the SMS are not stopping and being received every month. I had also talked to the manager at GE Mr YP and he told that i have the talk to the Bhuvaneswar people and got it resolved. Please, if i have settled the amount then why should i receive SMS and for stopping SMS why should i interact with people whom i do not want to.

                      I had also sent a email to their feedback email (feedback.[protected]@ge.com) on 15th of May and received a automated response that i would be contacted by them within a 5 working days. Even after 5 working days i have no contact on phone or a email from a person the ticket which was sent to me with the auto resopose is 'CaseID=[protected]'.


                      I would be greatful if you please look into this

                        I applied for a home loan at SBI Adyar branch. I supplied all the documents on March 1st, 2008. Whenever I call the person for getting the status, he says it is under process. On[protected], when I called, the person said there was some clarification to be done in the legal report. When I asked for what it was, he said only after receiving the report I can tell you. I said OK, and till[protected], they didn't receive the report. But one person after contacting the processing office said, we can't process it as there was some problem with the valuation report (Initially they said it was problem with legal report). I am not worried of loan getting not sanctioned, because I applied only in SBI hoping that everything will be looked clearly only in SBI. But they still don't assure me when they can give the report to me. they always say it will either be in the processing office or in the bundle which we receive. When the report was ready in the processing office why is it taking this much time to come to the bank. Atleast they should have told me on 18th itself that loan cannot be sanctioned. That day they told me that there is only some clarification. I don't know what is delaying them in getting the report. I had paid for that. Finally I got the valuation report, but still[protected] I didn't receive the legal report. When both the reports come to same processing centre, why is one report ready and the other is not ready ?

                        i was sanctioned a home loan for rs. 50 lacs from coimbatore. but due to some reasons i could not buy the property as planned. it will take further 30 days to settle. last saturday, from my bank people(coopertion bank) called up and tole my manager that a cheque from ICICI bank has come (processing fee) and since myself and my maneger was not aware of presenting this cheque before utilising the sanctioned loan, my manager didnot take much interest. i came to know about this in the evening (saturday) and by that time, the cheque has been already returned due to some shortage in the balance. since then i am ttrying to contact mr mariamuthu thru him applied the loan. at first he told me he will call back. now he is not picking up the phone. pls let me know what should be done. had i known this would be the service, i would never have aproached your bank.

                        SBI Home Loan — New reason for not giving home loan

                        I have asked for home loan from SBI for renovation of my house. It has been approved but they keep me on halt by saying we dont have funds rigth now we will give you as soon as we got the fund. Now when the interest rate further reduced and they are providing loan to HUDA plot under 100% finance scheme I get back to them for asking my loan status but now they have new rule for home loan that is they need registry of last 35 year that I think is not possible as only fool one buy so old property. So its simple they are not in mood provide home load as its interest rate is reduced and recession.
                        I applied my Home Loan on 25 Nov'2008 SBI PB Branch, ramganga vihar, Moradabad, all documents submitted by me, Bank Survey, Legal fomality has beem complted but I did'nt any inormation by bank, whenever i had folloup for a long time To Mr vneet shkla .

                        State Bank of India — Did not get the interest

                        SBI Bank( Barabanki Main Branch) received a cheque of Rs.134200.00 on 13.09.2008 after fulfilling all the formalities. But the amount got debited in my A/C[protected] on 19.11.2008.
                        Rs440 were credited from my A/c as S.C charge. and I didn't received any interest of time period 2months and 6days which should be Rs806.27 @3.5p.a

                        I've submitted the same letter on 4.12.2008 to SBI Main Branch Barabanki. Neither received any response nor interest from Bank. Kindly help me.I wiil be highly obliged for this act of kindness.

                        I had taken a Housing Loan for Rs.4 Lakhs from HDFC five years back and have been regularly making the repayment. When I got the loan the rate of interest was 8% and it has been on the raise and now it is more than 12%

                        Now due to cash crunch and economic slow down, due to RBI regulations though the Nationationised
                        banks have drastically reduced the Housing Loan interest rates, private players like HDFC, ICICI has not
                        done anything. In view of this, I have decided to switchover my balance Loan amount of Rs.2.75 L from HDFC to State Bank of India, where I am having a SB acccount with them.

                        Today when I visited myI branch and I was surprised to learn from the Manager that the minium amount for transfer of Loan from anyother financial insitututions should be Rs.5 L !!! You will apprecaite that my original loan amount with HDFC itself was only Rs.4 L and people will take loan as per their funds requirement and also their ability to repay the same and not as per the minimum requirement of banks.

                        In view of this my request for switchover of loan from HDFC to SBI has been rejected outright and I am
                        unncessarily continue to be burden with higher interest with HDFC.

                        In view of this I would like to know why there is no control on the interest rates charged by the Private
                        players and also why State Bank is having such funny policy of minimum requirement of loan amount which is affecting the salaried class like me.

                        SBI house insurance — Rejection of House insurance

                        My name is pranathi from hyderabad, I am not complaining against any one but couldnot find a solution for my problem so writing to you with a hope that you will help me.
                        My case is as follows::

                        My father suffered with minor heart attack in 1981 and under gone bypass suregroy in 1998.

                        My father took house insurance in SBI in 2004. We are not sure what he wrote about his health in the insurance form, to my bad luck I lost my father in 2009 due to "cardiac arrest" (which is not heart attack). When life insurance people came my mother gave all details. Then they asked us for leave report of my father from 2004 to 2007. Before we could submit the leave report, they send us a letter saying our claim is rejected because my father didnot mentioned about his health in the insurance papers.

                        I read in some article that "The state Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission announced that an insurance firm cannot reject a claim merely on the grounds that the deceased withheld correct information about his health at the time of applying for a plan". If this is true can you suggest me what can I do further. Is there any way that my mother can get this insurance claim.

                        Please help us, as no one is there to help or suggest us

                        I applied for loan to purchase Bolero SLE from SBI branch Jai Narayan PG College Char bag Lucknow, and after two weeks it has been rejected by SBI on the basis of you are not living in luck now.
                        My Question: My home district is lucknow rural(Village: Navinagar, Post: Nagram) and rural areas near Nagram don’t have SBI branch.
                        Am I eligible for SBI car loan or not, if not then why? If yes then why my application rejected.

                        State Bank of India — Prolonged response for the home loan processing

                        I have applied for a home loan from SBI, Prince Anwar Shah Branch, Kolkata on 14/07/2009. It has been more than a month. But so far I am yet to receive a call from SBI. I tried to get the updates by calling the customer care number several times. But so far they have not provided any necessary feedback. I also have talked to the loan officer at the SBI Branch. But she also could not provide me any valid updates.
                        Would it be possible for you to provide me some updates regarding the loan status.
                        Seems like the processing have not yet started. I met to the people at RACPC a week ago. But I was informed that the respective person is on leave and I was told that the processing would start within two days. But so far the processing have not yet started.
                        I tried to log a complaint. But it seems that the customer care # does not exists!
                        I am totally lost at this position and I don’t know how long the processing would take. I am really getting frustrated with the anxiety and harassment I need to suffer due to this prolonged time.

                        We need every month our loan account statement will come on my mail i.d which is mentation on above & also display now what is the rate of inerest rate is apply in our remaning amount.
                        we recently had a burglary at our house while asleep upstairs.
                        I called the police who came out in due course and investigated the crime as an ammount of proprty was stolen from the house amounting to around £3000.00 the thieves also stole my house & car keys then went on to steal my car which is only a year old.
                        I was given a crime No by the police this was passed on to my house insurers and my car insurance. The car insurance have already authorised payment for my car but the house insurers are refusing to pay out because they say that the window the thieves got through was left open. my wife is convinced she left the window ajar on the secondry lock which she always did as it was a wc window but the insurers still refuse to settle with us. we are bothe retired and not in the best of health surely this cannot be right after an aggrivated burglary

                        I had applied for a housing loan of Rs 10 lac on 22/08/09 to purchase a flat at Ghaziabad. But on 11/09/09, Branch Manager of SBI, ADB Harduaganj told me that your loan documents have been returned/rejected by RACPC,Ghaziabad/RCPC,Aligarh mentioning that Mr. Anil Kochhar(partner of M/s Vishwas Builders,III-F-79,Nehru Nagar, Ghaziabad) have no right to execute the SALE DEED whereas Mr. Adarsh Kochhar executed and registered a general power of attorney of the plot in favour of Mr. Anil Kochhar on dated 1-1-2002 entered in book no.-IV, volume no.651 on pages 299/300 in serial no 157 dated 1-1-2002 in the office of Sub-Registrar-IV Ghaziabad.
                        So, I request to let me know by whom it have been known to SBI that Mr. Anil Kochhar had no power to execute the Sale Deed of MIG- G1, Plot no.-II-A/45,Sector-II-A, Vaishali, Ghaziabad(UP) and why my loan have rejected.

                        Hi,
                        I am an IT Professional. I have visited SBI hinjewadi branch for home loan application. I want to apply for home loan of 20 lacs but everytime i visit there, they will come up with a different set of issues with my application. Sometimes, they will say, you are not eligible for 20 lacs. Sometimes, they will say, you are eligible but we need some more documents. I do have a complete list of documents required for home loan issued by the same branch but don't know why they want to delay things. I have to give my first disbursement by 20 December, 209 but they say that it will take more than a month from the date of application. I am not sure why more than a month is required if i have all the documents ready and reviewed by them. Please help.

                        State Bank of India — Wrong entry of home loan rates in system

                        To state bank of india,

                        Dear state bank officials, i have taken a home loan from SBI in 2007, under the corporate scheme and max gain as the account type.

                        I had been offered 9.25% as the floating rate. over the period of 1 year when the interest rates started falling i did enquire for my account rates to be reduced down (this took me 4 visits to the branch). After all such visits i was told that my account being max gain it cannot be reduced.

                        Again over the period of 12-16 months i observed that my interest was drastcially uplifted from 9.25 to 10% and above, eqnuiring this with the branch - more than 6 visits over 3 months, finally one fine good day i insisted them to show this interest rate on the system and to my surpirse, my interest rate from day one was entered as fixed for 10% - Hurraaaayy and hats off to SBI for their mistakes as usual. The brach official politely in a goverment emplpoyee fashion said "we are sorry, and this kind of things do happen dont worry we'll adjust the amount in next month". months after months nothing happened, i visited the SBI brach more than i visited my office a week, finally got hold of the manager after 8 visits. the manager politely said "SBI see itne acchi service kee umeed karo bhai ...we are SBI".

                        What a mess, every time when i go to visit this branch they ask me to come the day after next and this goes on.

                        One day finally the clerk gave me a index showing some other persons loan charts taken in the same time and asked me to compare myself for any arrers, on checking i found that all this indexes are wroing myself. Last month when i finally visited the branch the manager was retured and the staff is transfsred to other locations, the story has to be started again.

                        God bless all individuals like me who have taken loan from SBI. re-think 100 times of the service rather than product, that is the reason why competitors like ICICI having very bad name for home loans take adavantage.

                        My home loan for 8 lakhs was approved in 2008 for 20 years under 8% filoating rate of interest.
                        1) But in their computerized system data show it for 10 years.
                        Due this overdue is shown in my account, as I give my EMI -Rs.7400 regularly as per agreement on Hard copy of Loan agreement papers.

                        For this correction, required to give the application in hard copy to main Branch & after that regular follow-up is required up to one month.

                        2) I required the Provisional Certificate for Tax submision in January Month for the period of April to March loan repayment, as per company policy.

                        I regualrly call to branch, but they give excusses with following reason--

                        1) It is not SBI policy to provide Provisional Certificate for Tax submision in January Month for the period of April to March loan repayment.
                        2) General Manager is not available for the providing the Certificate.

                        All other bank( HDFC, LIC, ICICI Bank) provide the same certificate in January month also.

                        I have applied a home loan SBI Erandwane Branch PUNE.I supplied all the documents on January 6th, 2010 even my valuation report and search report has been completed.Whenever I call the person(Mr. Adaekar) for getting the status, he says it is under process.It was really a painful experience of my home loan application with SBI. I have wasted 2 months of time without even having success. Till now 5th March 2010 there is no improvement in the process of sanctioning the loan. I dont know why there is delay in processing the loan. Are they looking for bribe or any recommendation for giving loan, I am not sure. I dont know how to get the home loan as soon as possible as they are not at all responding or sanctioning loan.
                        Can you please solve this issue in sanctioning the home loan.
                        SBI process is very bogus, they provide the pre-senction letter which is use less irrespective to other banks like HDFC IDBI ICCI they give you senction letter after veriftyng your all records and documents. This claims you can take loan of amount *** and you can go for builder agrrement easily.
                        I applied to SBI Baner branch for home loan 1 month back, they said it takes 21 days to process your home loan and provided me eligibilty letter i.e. pre-senction letter now i have done agrrement and applied with full documents.. 35 days has gone i did not reciveve any communication from then when i try to follow up they say its under process. I don't know how much time it will take more I am fed up.. SIB is bakwaas

                        Not at all satisfied with the SBI home loan process. I have applied for home loan at HSR Layout, Bangalore and it is more than a month but did not get any update. All the inquiry is been completed 10 days back but still agent is not giving any update. He is not giving even application number by which we can check ourself. While calling agent, he is not lifting the phone, later sending msg that he is out of station and he will be back after few days and then he will give status. They don't understand other's situation and god knows what is happening their end.
                        I too have similar experience of home loan for extreme delay in process.Not only the delay but non cooperative nature and trying to avoid the customers is biggest problem.To my opinion no one should go to SBI for any kind of loan. The biggest pity is NO one has time to check the file.They keep on asking for the documents which already exit in the file.I have applied for the home loan in Ahmedabad through polytechnic branch.Allast I was tired and took away my papers. I lost Rs. 10, 000 as there charges for processing.

                        Can I ask them to refund this money ???

                        I have similar apathetic experience like many sufferers. I applied for a home loan at SBI Nandanwan branch. I supplied all the documents on July 15th, 2011 to Adv. Whenever I call the person for getting the status, he says it is under process. On[protected], when I called, the person said there was some clarification to be done in the legal report. When I asked for what it was, he said only after receiving the report I can tell you. I registered my grievance filling in on line complain form. They offered complaint No called ticket. My plot is in the prime locality where a colony is established. Everyone, house owner in the colony had sought loan from one or the other bank including SBI. But they (SBI personnel) still don't assure me when they can give the report to me. What is causing delay or whether SBI will offer loan to me, no one is in a mood to tell me. Already the plinth is constructed for which i have expended money.
                        Such a prominent bank, and handles affair in this way! Other banks jump for disbursing loans. A few persons have monopoly in it and they have no work culture and desire to serve the customers.
                        This is high time. We all should approach consumer court and make SBI responsible for their non co-operative and harassing behavior of staff. If they can not change let SBI stop this division and stop making claim of biggest bank of India.

                        I just want to ask them...why there is a different ROI for the same loan amount with same tenure.
                        I have taken a homeloan in 2008, the ROI was 10.5, After couple of months, they introduced a plan for the new customers "8% fixed ROI for the first two years". I requested them to move me into that plan, but they said, it is not possible as it is only for new customers. I maintained mum...!!!
                        Now my ROI is 12.5%. I was very embarrassed to see the interest per month in 2008 and today is almost equal where my outstanding amount is reduced by more than 3 lacs. I have a burden of more than 35000 per year.

                        Can somebody throw some light, can I go for a RTI ?

                        I the undersigned is residing in Durg (Chhattisgarh state). I have retired from Dena Bank in March 2011 and now I get the pension from the Dena Bank after retirement. I booked one Flat in Mauza Mondha which is being constructed by Vishal Infrastructure Nagpur, Subsequently, I approached State Bank of India, Nagpur and applied for house loan Rs.8.30 lakhs. The State Bank of India is provided one room in the office premises of Vishal Infrastructure located at Ajni Square Nagpur-15. Shri Vijay Satpute is looking after the house loan cases in that room. I have submitted the required documents and papers whenever demanded by him. The bank even charged Rs.1500/- for documentation.

                        Since last 6 months, I have submitted all papers required by the said bank for loan purpose. The Officer of State Bank of India, Nagpur Mr.Ghasate referred my case to SBI Durg-Bhilai Main Branches for verification. Even after receiving confirmation SBI Sector-1, Bhilai Branch. I could not receive the information about my loan case.

                        Then finally I came to Nagpur and visited SBI Divisional Office Kingsway Road, Nagpur on18/04/2012 to enquire about my house loan case. Senior Manager loan deptt. getting information regarding the rejection of my loan application. I was totally shocked. Though I am capable to pay the loan in due course of time. I did not get the house loan from the said bank. Thus the concern authorities of the bank have troubled me mentally and physically since last 6 months and even after that I could not get the house loan for my flat. Therefore, by letter I condemn the negative approach and activities of State Bank of India, Nagpur for not sanctioning of house loan.

                        SBI, Kilakarai branch (02223) worst approach with customer, and the branch manager is lack in knowledge on process and procedures. single window process is not applied and also required repeated visits to the branch for completing a transaction.

                          Dear sir.
                          My new SBI credit card was despatched from delhi on 2.4.08. Today afternoon at 3:45 PM ELBE courier men came to our house address. As I was not there they demanded the Photo Identy Card. When my parents told them that they cant...then the courier man demanded money ( RS.200) . When refused by my dad, he threatened to impose a fine on me of Rs.5000 and also misbehaved with my aged parents. Please tell me whom should i complain about this ?

                          SBI Credit Card — Misbehavior by delivery boy of courrier company

                          My new SBI credit card was despatched from delhi on 22.05.08 with ref no. SB[protected]. Today afternoon at 5.00 PM ELBE courier men came to our house address. As I was not there they demanded the Photo Identy Card of my wife. When my wife wanted to show her ID proof as voter Id card, he asked my wifes name. when he heard my wife's name as Kanak lata Sinha, he told that how can you be wife of Krishna pratap, since your title is Sinha and not pratap. In the mean time he was told by me over phone that we are going out of station for four five days.After some argument, the delivery boy left the place and said that he will come after five days when your husband will be at home. In this way he misbehaved with my wife. Please tell me whom should i complain about this ?

                          i am waiting for my renewed CR. Card from SBI and i do receive a sms with details but from last 2 months no one visited at my address to deliver the card... and i am paying my dues and not able to use the facility at all.. i talked at Customer care and they are only giving conatct no 0f ELBE or just a new case ID.

                          got very irrate now.
                          I received SMS from SBI CARD on 2nd Nov 2008 and that I will be receiving my SBI Card in 7 days. Till now I haven't received any card from ELBE ref no SB[protected]. Even I haven't got any call from them. I received the password on my office address but not the SBI Card. What the hell is going on.
                          I also recieved a msg from sbi stating that my new card has been dispatched through ELBE reference no SB[protected] and would be delivered within 7 working days. On the 3 rd of december when checked with the sbi help line I was informed that the courier had come and found the house locked which was totally not true as I am always home, and the courier had not left an abscence note in case of not being there. I fail to understand that a bank as large as sbi can trust such a courier!!!
                          My Credit Card was dispatched through ELBE courier some 15 days back .I am yet to get the card.When I tried to contact their executives over the telephone the message "All the executives are busy .Please hold the line keeps coming." Pl tell me a way out.

                          My card was dispatched around a week back. I called their Delhi number to verify and check the status and they told me that I am shifted to a new address (surprised). I had not seen any delivery slip that their delivery boy tried to deliver and did not find us there. I asked her to track that delivery boy and Re-Try, and she tells me that she will call me on my mobile when she can track and she told me my mobile#. I am surprised why did they not call me when they didn't find me at home or why they did not leave a message slip under my door. Its poorest services considering that its a Metro; it SUCKS.
                          From SBI they have issued credit cards to most of our staff members.After that they asked to take the cheque for Rs.6000/- to get good credits.Once they received and paid the amount the statement came with the insurance and other delay payment interest.Without asking for any money they are compelling to take cheque amount.After that they used to sent statements of their own as to paymore amount.Whether the govt is taking care of this type of misbehaviour in the name of good reputed bank.Allpeople have the belief on govt andgetting these credit cards.But it is cheating all.So kindlytake actionon this matter and protect the public from their mental harassment.

                            Dear Sir,
                            This is to bring you kind attention to the malpractice and harrasment of SBI credit card department.
                            I, Tapan Bhattacharyya had been a customer of SBI gold card (Card no.[protected]).Due to irregular statement posting by the bank, I approached them for the full and final settlement with the bank execuetive, Ms.Rani Choudhury(mob no.-[protected]) from SBI Gurgaon office who was given the charge of the case.My wife signed and paid a cheque amount of Rs.70, 000/- which got debitted from her UTI account on 14-02-07.Thereafter, Ms.Choudhury agained called and claimed a finaloutstanding of Rs.399/-which got cleared on1-03-07and assured to send the Final Settlement letter as soon as the cheque got cleared.However, no settlement letter came and a statement of interest stared coming.Talking to her further, she reassured the letter andtold to neglect the statement as the proceedure, she said would take some time.The statement kept coming, her Number was either unanswered or switched off.Going to their Minto Park Office in Kolkata, nobody was ready to respond.So, I left the matter.However, today after an year, I received a call from their advocate, Mr.Virendra Sehghal who Threatened me of Delhi Court and police if I do not pay an Year's interest.I appeal to you to do the needfull to punish such malpracticeing bank departments.I fail to understand what should i do?It is a grave harrassment to a gentlemen!

                            Even after paying the full and final settlement amount the so called jokers from SBI Card are calling up to pay more, which I am not going to do at all.
                            Pls let me know what legal steps I can take. Also can I lodge a FIr at the nearest police station for the same.

                            Actually what is this statement, what for it is being circulating, what is the matter no where it is mentioned . Don't you think ashamed of your activity in this regard.

                            Regarding the above debit statement full particulars no body knows, actually i came to see Mr. Sreenivas Reddy on Saturdayi.e on 4-10-08, but he was not
                            available in his office, on behalf of him Mr.Hari was trying to explain that this particular due is for the premium amount due for "SBI Life Super Surakshw".

                            Then we told your officials that we understand that no such application was filled in for this type of insurance, then Mr.Hari was telling he will get the fax copy of application
                            of the same will get it from the your SBI Gurgoan office on 6-10-08 Monday, still it is not being got the same.

                            Hence we request you and your officials not to indulge such this this type of cheap activity to harass the people, if you and your officials try to repeat the same the matter will
                            be serious, and it may be taken up to your higher ups through on of your Bord of Director, if necessary the matter will be referred to consumer forum on judicial basis. I hope you
                            will understand our serious problem and we here by we humbly request you to do the needful.

Continiously I have refuses & make them aware that I do not require any Credit Card, Inspite of my several request to not giving me any call or disturbe me any more they heve not stopped. They are giving me call every after a alternative day from their different no. Here I would like to quote 2 no's ie.[protected] &[protected].

                            The way SBI Credit Card Department willing to do business is totally unexpected,

                              .My only son is working with a Pvt. Firm at Delhi and it is very difficult for him to take the leave from his job all the time and being an old lady I can not go anywhere alone.

                              My father was having a pension account [protected] and he passed away in May 2001. The pension has been successfully transferred to my Mother’s name account [protected] and it is regular.

                              My complaint is that the balance amount of my father’s pension account has not been transferred to my mother’s account till date. We did lots of follow-up with local branch but the matter is still pending since last 8 years. We had re-applied 3 months back but still nothing happing.

                              Many time the concern person not available on seat and while we approach to the branch manager he was also take the issue casually and no proper response we get which heart badly.

                              Requesting you to please treat the matter urgent and resolve the issue at earliest, if you have still any queries please let me know.

                              I find that pension of July 2009 credited in my SB/AC is a total of Rs. 18022.00 (which appears as basic pension Of Rs. 14690.00 + D.A. 3232 + M.A. 100) This shows my basic pension has been fixed at Rs. 14 690.00 only. w.e.f. 01.01.06. In this connection I want to draw yours attention to the following facts :-

                              1. I retired as professor of ophthalmology, Rajendra Medical College and Hospital, Ranchi ( Now RIMS) in the A.N. of 28th February 1990.
                              I joined Bihar Medical Service on F.N . of 01st Jan 1960. Vide Govt. letter No. II – B2 – 2-6/59- 36440, D/ 12.12.59. (gazette notification 37359 of 18th Dec.1959). Hence my Government Service in from 01.01.1960 (FN) to 28.2.90. (AN) ie, 30 years 2 months. I am receiving pensioner from 1st March 1990. The last pay drawn by me was Rs. 5500.00. Total pay 4250.00 +CLA 1190 + MA 40 + City Allowance 20.00) and Pension at that time fixed was 2015 . 00 w.e.f. 1.3.90. (copy attached) of pension book and A.G. letter No. pen. II ST. (91-92) – 3373- D/25-9-91.

                              2. That before the present fixation of pay I was drawing total pension of Rs. 4177.00. (Pension 2332.00 and family pension of 1575.00 vide A.G. letter No. Pen.[protected].D/23.12.98. (Photocopy attached) As per Pass Book SBI RMCC Ranchi total pension paid in 1977.was Rs. 4177.00. Revised scale of pay commission recommendation w.e.f.01.04.97 was Rs. 14 300 to 18 300.

                              3. The finance department Government of Jharkhand Resolution no. 660/f, dated 28.02.2009, published in Jharkhand Gazette Extraordinary has clearly indicated the revised pay structure of professor of Medical College on page 77 and 78. (serial 14) as detailed below.

                              (b) In note 1, that revised pension of those who retired after completing maximum required qualifying service (ie, 33years) before 01.01.2006. Cannot be less than the pension indicated in column 8 above (ie, 50%of the sum of minimum of pay Band and grade pay/ scale corresponding to the scale of Pensioners held at the time of their retirement). The Pension in column 8 above will be reduced to Pro-rata when the pensioner has less than max. required qualifying service i.e, 33yrs for full pension as per rule 49 of CSS pension rule - 1972 as applicable on 01.01.2006.

                              5. That computation of pension (Page 144 of notification) only part A has been taken in account and part B has been ignored; according to which my pension should be Rs. 20, 954.00 as I have service of 30 yrs 2 months only.That on Page 9, of the gazette notification in Para (b) Medical Allowance @Rs. 300.00 p.m. will be admissible to the state Government employees, w.e.f. 01/09/2008 which has not been complied with.

                              As stated above, I am entitled to a basic pension of Rs. 20, 954.00 (Twenty Thousand nine hundred fifty four only) which may please be paid to me along with corresponding D.A. and medical allowances accruing as arrears.

                              Sir, I retired from Indian Force on 1 Aug 2007. My post retirements arrears (as per 6th Central Pay Commission) were to be paid to me. My Original PPO No is 0814/B/[protected] dated 11 Jul 2007. The Corringendum PPO No 0814/B/Corr/60085/2010 dated 19 Jan 2010,circulated vide AFRO/2801/717259/07/07/PW/(SP) dated 31 Jan 2010 was received by me on 5 Feb 2010. The main copy of the letter was addresses to State Bank of India, BHUJ (KUTCH), Gujarat-370001 Branch Manager. Till date the amount is not credited into my account. I visited the branch 4-5 time. Delhi-92 Branch code 11561 ) I have spoken to the Branch Manager several time and have also written to him but all the time he is only saying he has already sended all the papers at CHandni chock Sbi head office till now noresponding any Transaction – Central Pension unit and from their only your pension will be transferred in your account but even this things I am hearing from last 4 months even then no body is giving me any reason that why my family pension have not yet started as I am running from one office to another but no one is telling me the reason .

                              .My only son is working with a Pvt. Firm at Delhi and it is very difficult for him to take the leave from his job all the time and being an old lady I can not go anywhere alone.

                              Regarding Original PPO No.CR/10718/155438 in f/o Shri V.P. NAIDU, Pwn.a/c No. [protected].

                              My father Shri V.P. Naidu went missing from 30.08.2005. He was drawing pension from State Bank of India Daund Branch, Dist Pune. He was working for Central Railway, He retired in the year 1981. After my father went missing my mother has applied for Family Pension and opened an account in Jogeshwari Branch Mumbai.

                              The Central Railway Authority sent a letter to SBI Daund Branch asking the Bank to return the original PPO so as to issue family pension to her. If the original PPO is not traceable a undertaking may be submitted to DRM(P)SUR on the letter head with stamp and seal of the bank.

                              The SBI Daund branch has stated that the Original PPO is not with this branch it is at Headquarters at Belapur. Accordingly SBI Daund Branch has written to Belapur on 22.2.2010 and sent it by speed post but it is regretted that none of the staff in SBI Pensioners Account Belapur is responding properly. I have visited the office several time and have also sent some or the other person to enquire in the matter. But our words are falling on the deaf and dumb staff of SBI.

                              It is surprising to note that the letter sent on 22.2.2010 is not yet reached the Belapur Office.

                              I would therefore, request you to please look into the matter and issue letter immediately without further delay as it is causing lot of inconvenience to my mother.

                              1. That my late husband Sh. Chandan Lal Rajpal had been working in the Defence Deptt. As VMM, CVD, Palam Delhi Cantt. retired on superannuation on 30.4.1986 and subsequently expired on 29.11.1989.

                              2. That after the death of my husband, I had been regularly drawing the family pension being widow of the deceased employee till 24.09.2004 but after that no family pension has been paid or credited to my above said S.B A/c, the reasons best known to the Bank or concerned authorities.

                              3. That I have sent numerous representations to the Branch Manager SBI, Tilak Nagar, New Delhi-110 018 but all have fallen on deaf ears, what to talk of action no body cared to acknowledge as is evident from one of the receipted copy dated 23.11.2008, copy enclosed for ready reference (Marked Annexure-B), but it seems that even then the callous authorities have not woken up to guide or intimate the reasons for non payment.

                              4. To add insult to injury, I am still running from pillar to post at fag end of life for redressal of my grievance. Although on two / three occasions Bank staff visited for personal verification and told that a week would take to complete the investigation of the matter and every time assured that from next month family pension along with arrear o[censored]npaid pension would be paid/ credited to my above said SB pension account, but till date neither the same has been credited nor any reasons therefore given / communicated.

                              5. This is a serious violation of Pension Rules. The Bank has no authority whatsoever to withhold the Pension / family pension indefinitely citing case in point, the power of withholding pension in full or part rest with the President of India only and non else.

                              Prayer:-

                              In view of the foregoing, it is prayed that:-

                              i) Get the payment of family pension along with arrears expedited and,

                              ii) Stern action be taken against erring officials who are responsible for causing mental agony and harassment to the widow (aged 75 years) of deceased employee for about more than five years (i.e. since October, 2004).

                              iii) Any other relief considered deem fit for the financial loss and injury caused to the undersigned.

                              I want to draw your kind attention that my father Bhim Bahadur Thapa (Bhim Lal dhakal) has died on February 10, 2009. He was a pensioner of SBI bank and his pension was deposited in Maharajgung-NAUTUNA SBI branch. He was retired from PATNA-SBI Branch BANKA. After his death my mother submitted all the necessary documents for the family pension. She completed all the formalities, but she is not receiving any amount/family pension till date.

                              For your kind information, I already wrote you many times but I could not got any response from there. I think mail address may be changed. Again my mother had been following up with Nautanawa office on last Saturday but Nautunawa SBI Branch told that there still no any pension amount released from head office.

                              As it has been more than 2 years, my mother has not been receiving any information about it and old mother is very much worried about it. Therefore, you are kindly requested to assist us by following up with your concern offices for the release of pension of my late father Bhim Bahadur Thapa (Bhim Lal Dhakal).

                              I deeply apologize for the inconvenience but I like to know what is the reason? Where the documents file is pending that Nautunawa SBI Branch mailed to Head office for approval? If you required any further information or any documents, please do not hesitate to advice me. I need your advice, where should we go? for solved this problem.
                              My father was SBI retired staff so why this has happening that with your own staffs family we could not understand? If there are no any system for family pension then inform us without any hesitation !

                                At the time of applying for the SBI credit card, the representative had informed me that there was no compulsion for regularly using the card, & that the card would remain active even if it is not used for a long period of time.

                                However, recently I received a letter stating that since I had not used the card for the last 6 months, the card has been blocked for security reasons.

                                I would like to know the reason for this contradictory procedure.

                                Also, I would like to know whether my card is active or blocked at present.

                                In case the card is blocked, I would like to get it terminated. I request the concerned person(s) to kindly do the needful & oblige.

                                I applied for sbi gold card .All the verifications from your department was completed and all the formalities for applying card was completed by me. As such i applied your card through card to card basis . I am holding citibank card whose limit is 80000/= which is a good limit according to me . My application for credit card has been declined by your department . So it a request to consider my application again and kindly issue me a gold credit card of your bank.

                                  I have requested SBI to cancel my insurance a lot of times however they are forcing me to pay the amount and are not ready to cancel the same. Inspite of giving me a complaint number several times nothing is proposed as a solution.
                                  The worse scenario is now i am on a defaulter list due to this mess and worst i was not informed.This harrasment is going on for last 6 months.

                                      Sbi credit card company is the worst company i have ever experienced they people are not at all bothered about customers
                                      I made a purchase on internet on site ivaluemart mentioned in sbi credit card monthly statement for a camera.
                                      the amount was debited from my account and no camera was sent to me. Now the sbi credit card is asking for money. and the ivaluemart contact no.s are all falulty and no replies for the mail sent to them. I told to ivlauemart that now i dont want the camera and pls credit my account from the same amount
                                      but they are not responding to my mails.
                                      pls register a complaint against them.

                                      Agree, these guys fool you like anything. Govt. should do something about it.
                                      One example is Say if you made purchase of 20, 000 INR and you make payment of 10, 000 before due date, next month they will still charge you interest on 20, 000 only.
                                      I have ordered on camera with ivaluemart, Mumbai. Out of 25 phones only two are working. I have also sent more than 100 e-mails to email ID in their website. Sometimes the website is also not working, its getting directed to some US website. When I called on 4th April one Mr. Jack(whether real name or not) assured delivery within 4-5 days, again today, when I called one Dipten assures again the delivery in 4-5 days. I have told his that the stock is available in JJ Mehta & Co in Mumbai itself and asked him to buy from there and supply. I wanted to speak to the top of the ivaluemart, but they were not available. Moreover SBI wants wash their hands off. I have complained to SBI also on this. Let us see when I get this. I have also asked them to cancel the order.
                                      These ivaluemart guys are real frauds.

                                      I ordered for a Nokia N95 which was Rs. 8750 and they did not deliver it fro 30days even after my repeated calls to them.

                                      The product delivered was a china mobile called TECHNO which is a very inferior product.

                                      They specified NOKIA N95 but it was TECHNO (China mobile which is very cheap in market)
                                      They specified 2.0mp camera but it was only 1.3mp camera
                                      They specified 512mb card but it was only 256mb card
                                      Blue tooth is free but it is not working
                                      Headset is not matching with the Cellphone

                                      Tried to contact them 100 times but none of the lines are working.

                                      I need to file a case against them and get my money back. They should be fined for doing fraud business.

                                      I purchased from Ivaluemart due to offer from Barclay Card on 8th November 2008 and my order number is 6034. Till date i have not received my product from them and they dont reply my emails. Also they dont reply properly on phone.

                                      It seems Barclay Card people are also involved in this Scam.

                                      I purchased from ivaluemart due to offer from Barclay Card and found that Barclay Card and Ivalue Mart both are cheating with customers together. They seems to be a partners in all frauds like i heard about SBI and Ivaluemart before.

                                      I purchase on 8th November (order no. 6034) and so far i received nothing from ivaluemart. their customer service guys are fools who dont know anything. I tried calling Barclaycard but they says they cant help which means they are also involved in this Fraud.

                                      Can somebody help me how to file a legal complain against both of them? Please email me. Thanks.

                                        I have savings banking account in SBI main branch, Kurnool, AP. As per SBI claim, that their bank is having internet banking, I approached SBI branch and applied for internet banking. After one week of followup, I got the internet banking kit.
                                        But not able login thru https://www.onlinesbi.com/login.html (personalbanking).
                                        When I try loging in, it says Invalid user name or password.
                                        I am following up from last 6 months, but not able to get the access. Thinking that there is some problem with the kit, recently (20days back) I took another kit. But it is the same with new kit. From the SBI help line, I got the internet banking incharge department phone numbers. When I dial those numbers, hardly I get the response to my call. If at all some one attends the call, they simply say they will get back to us & will take the phone number.

                                        Whom should I contact to get this resolved. Is there any way I can escalate this to the right person who can really take seriou action. This problem is not only for me, I think many have the same problem.

To further the woes most of their staff's are inexperienced in handling such cases.                                         I have a joint account in SBI, Kalighat Branch, Kolkata. I was provided with User ID and net banking password. I tried to open my account with the user Id and password as supplied SBI, Kalighat Branch. But, I have never been successful in entering my account. I think there is something wrong with SBI net banking system, I never face this kind of experience in net banking with Standard Chartered Bank or with HDFC Bank. Will the SBI take an honest initiative to make their system operative? Alternatively, let them close the net banking facilities to their customers. There is no fun in providing USER ID and Password for the net banking, when in reality the your system never works.

                                        HOW CAN I ACTIVATE INTERNET BANKING

                                        I opened SBI Internet banking recently. I have some biller payments which is LIC of india. There is facility that I can pay my bills through the Internet banking.
                                        By following the help, I tried to add Biller to my list, but it is saying I don't have permission to add biller and need to take permission from the bank branch office. I followed this with NRI services Manager, how to resolve the problem. He is not able to solve that because of enough knowledge.
                                        Finally I managed to raise a issue using the Enquires in the Internet Banking option. They never turned back with the solution. Can any one suggest the right person or email address to contact, to add the biller details. I am also not able to find any technical support for internet banking. This is really frustrating spending hours of time and delaying from months.

                                        i CHANDAN KUMAR recieved user I.D and password for my saving account dated[protected] but till today account has been not activated .so kindly activate the same as early as possible.my a/c no-[protected].kit no-G[protected].packet no-G0134.circle code-09serial no-24.sbi belaganj.code-12603
                                        my internet banking is not working properly after activating it, after entering the username and password there is always dialoge box that " invalid user name and password"., I think so many persons are facing this type of problems, kindly help me anybody to resolve this problem.
