Dear Sir, I have acct in Sec -2 Noida SbI Bank with net banking enabled. I booked rail ticket at 2nd march. today i check my account. In my account rupees 1914.00 debited at 2nd march with transaction called "POS PRCH [protected] [protected]" I want my money return. I have applied for student loan for Rs.4 Lakhs. I am studying B. Tech(ECE)
second year at SRM University, Chennai.
My father N. Ashok Naidu is my guardian and he has signed as surety.
I have also provided the estimation details provided by the university.
I have submitted the application on 11.06.2010. Last date for payment of fees
is 31.7.2010. you have rejected the application on 28.7.2010 on grounds false and
unsustainable.
1. As per the CIBIL scoring, the applicant is not eligible for the loan. I do not understand
the reason for my ineligibility. Please explain the details.
2. Original estimation letter not enclosed. This is false. I have provided the estimation
letter in original along with the loan application. Any way, if that was the reason, you
might have pointed out the same at the time of scurtiny and the same would have been
settled then and there.
3. The conduct of his loan accounts is not regular. I am the applicant for the student
loan and my father is a surety. His loan accounts have nothing to do with my loan.
Any way, if his loan account isa defaulted one, the same could have been mentioned
at the time of serutiny and so far, no notice has been issued to my father about his
alleged "Irregularity"
4. 'Using filthy language' my father is a gentleman and he has been making all afforts
to get me loan. He has only made repeated requests and we are aware that argument
can never get me the loan.
5. "Not trust worthy as he has disposed off a property while it is alerady under
mortgage to us'
This is a white lie. I fail to understand how a property under mortgage to the
bank can be disposed off. And if such a "miracle" has in deed taken place, what the
bank authorities have been doing, why legal action has not been initiated against my
father so far.
I presume that the Manager, for reasons best known to him, has rejected my
application, that too, at the last moment to jeopordice my education and career.
I request the authorities to enquire in to the stated reasons behind the rejection
of my loan application and initiate disciplinary action aganist the officer concerned
for deriliction fo duty and causing wilful damage to the career of a girl student.

This is a white lie. I fail to understand how a property under mortgage to the
bank can be disposed off. And if such a "miracle" has in deed taken place, what the
bank authorities have been doing, why legal action has not been initiated against my
father so far.
I presume that the Manager, for reasons best known to him, has rejected my
application, that too, at the last moment to jeopordice my education and career.
I request the authorities to enquire in to the stated reasons behind the rejection
of my loan application and initiate disciplinary action aganist the officer concerned
for deriliction fo duty and causing wilful damage to the career of a girl student.

i have account in State Bank of bikaner & jaipur, gogunda. i use d axis bank atm, sector-4 hiran magri, udaipur on date 12/08/2010 at between 9:30pm to 10:30pm. i done the complete transaction process from the atm bt for the network problem my transaction was canceled. i dont get any amount but when i check my account mini statement it shows the amount of 10, 000 is debited...

The attitude of staffs are matter. They are postponing 3 times.
Why not a Deputation Manager through a current account ?
Spending lot of rupees for a new branch, Service is very poor. Kindly guide me to open a Current a/c with Net banking facility.
SBI gives lot advertisement for tax remittance. But An Auditor is also waiting for this simple matter . What a wonder. I shift from small town . I don't want any quarrell with staffs of SBI .
