[Resolved]  SBI Online Net Banking — Money Debited

Dear Sir,

I have acct in Sec -2 Noida SbI Bank with net banking enabled. I booked rail ticket at 2nd march. today i check my account.
In my account rupees 1914.00 debited at 2nd march with transaction called

"POS PRCH
[protected] [protected]"

I want my money return. What can i do for returning my money.

I could not under stand that the deduction of my below sip.the deduction date of my sip is given below. AND it was deducted fro my sbi a/c inlast month ondt 10/06/08.So I am facing to much problem.Kindlly look this problem and solve it as soon as posible.my sbi sb ac no is [protected]

On 14.5.2009. I had used my ATM card draw Rs. 8000/- at state bank of indore, Narmad Bhawan Bhopal ATM under TXN No. 6161 But Rs. 8000/- debited twice from my sb account [protected] my ATM card No.is[protected] .
Therefore, I request you to credit Rs. 8000/- in saving Acount at your earlist .

Dear Sir,
SBI, St.John Road Branch, secunderabad(Hyderabad ) managerial staff are very uncooperative and arrogant towards its customers.

The Problem is ATM placed at that branch is malfunctioning and my co-brother from Kolkata who had visited hyderabad in May had this harrowing experience in swiping his Debit ATM Card (SBI Debit Card NO:[protected] and (SBI AC Number [protected] in the name of Kuharon Mukhopadhyay)for Rs.7000/-on 28th May 2009 at that branch(St.John Road Branch, Secunderabad).

The said amount of Rs.7000/- was not received due to the ATM malfunction but debted to his account.

Since then we have been sending our representatives to request the Branch to reverse the entry but to NO AVAIL. The Branch manager and the cashier and the ATM officer(Mrs Jhansi) have bluntly and very arrogantly refused to cooperate and asked us to complain at any level. Till now she is consistent in her reply to say that it will take its own time and we need not disturb her. She is overloaded with work and cannot concentrate on this matter. The lady keeps shouting at us saying go and talk to Kolkata branch, its not our Problem. My Co Brother is unable to come to hyderabad and sought my intervention because the SBI batanagar Branch clearly said that the amount has to be reversed from SBI St.John Road Branch. We are really caught in this quagmire.

In the days of Modernsation and advancement the representative of the biggest and the Largest bank SBI is giving ambiguous reply, is really pathetic.
We do not know how long it will take for the branch to reverse this entry. .In the absence of any firm date, we are terribly aggrieved about this matter. Hope people at the right quarters will listen to our appeal.

The representative of Bank told me that the internet banking would be activate within 48 hours.But till today(10/07/2009) their is no reply from bank in relation of internet banking .They only activated a/c on 03/07/2009 but alloted user ID and Password are not activated till today

I did ATM withdrawal of Rs. 500/- on 5 th June 2009 at SBI(Chennai-Kellys ATM) and I got the cash amount one time. Later, when I checked my account, the withdrawal amount was debited twice from my account. The reference numbers for the debits are same for the 2 transaction. Till now, the extra money debited from my account is not yet reversed. Herewith I attached my A/c# and transaction reference number for your reference.

I gave written complaint in SBI Tidel Park branch on 13th June 2009 and they informed that the amount will be credited into my account within 2 days. Still amount is not reversed.

i would like to take ur attention towards a big probleam that took place with me, atually a false transaction of rs. 10000 is made through my atm, which is not actually made. I complaint about it in police station, after inquiry they told that ur money has been transacted from chennai however it can not be possible because live in chandigarh and i have never been to chennai, actually the money was transacted on 17th june and on that day i aws in chandigarh and i was having my atm then h0w could money get transacted from chennai.so i hope that u will take action towards this complaint.

On[protected] i tried to withdraw Rs.7000/- from Union bank ATM (Kottarakkara branch)SBT Account No: [protected]. But Received an error message stating "Transaction Declined unable to process". But the amount had been deducted from my account on the same trasaction id that was in the ATM receipt. By the next day i complained to the SBT bank (kottarakkara branch) (Attaching scanned images of the complaint given to the bank, and ATM receipt). The manager asked to wait for a period of 15days. But after that they were saying that they can't do anything about this. Till after 3 months i don't received any reply from the bank. Pls do needful...
