I am retired army officer, JC 488403 N EX SUB CHATUR BHUJ CHAUDHARY,
Sixth Pay Commission was implemented on 31 Aug 2007,

My original PPO No. S/033649/2007/ARMY
According to Sixth Pay Commission, revised PPO NO- S/CDR/064547/2007/ARMY released on 28 May 2009
and I received same on 19 July 2009.

Required PPO Documents were sent by My pension branch- JUGASANA (MATHURA-U.P.) on 11 Aug 2009 to your pension department.

I didn’t receive the arrears till 03 months, so I sent one objection/complain letter after consulting my branch manager,
but still not received any revised arrears payment in my AC NO [protected]- SBI JUGASANA, MATHURA-UP, CODE-07838.

Request you to send revised arrears in my account of SBI JUGASANA, MATHURA-UP Brach earliest.

Central Bank Of India, Chembur Branch — Non Receipt of arears 6th Pay Commission

I Major Kute retd in Nov 1989 and I am having my pension account inthe said branch for last 20 years
As per the Govt Of India instructions all the Retd Army officers have received their total arears in their respective Branches but I have only received only 40% of the entitlement in January 09 when I enquired about the same they say they dont know how to calculate the same or the old staff has gone we dont have knowledge etc. I just dont know what to do. It is not only me but many others are also waiting to get their arears. People like me who are dependant on pension only are badly suffering because of this lack of interest and incompetant staff.

I would earnestly request to take serious note of this complaint and resolve the matter on top priority since pensioners depend on Central Bank Of India, Chembur are only suffering and their balance of 60% are still not credited in the account all the other Banks have done the needfull longtime back.

An immediate action in this regard will be highly appreciated.

This is to inform you that my pension did not transfer from last 4 months.When i went to confirm to tregry office's babu, He said that he has transfered my pension and check SBI Bareilly main branch, but when i confirmed to SBI Main Branch, They said you should check to Tregry office.
Sir, before few days i wanted to transfer my pension account from Bareilly to Lucknow, but Tregry babu said to me that he can not do it because he has to do a lot of work and he did not know where is complete documents of pension because pension is very old.So i said to him that i will complain to your boss for the same, hearing this he was very angry and did not transfer my pension till now, and did not give full information about my pension.

I, Rohtash Kumar Jain S/o Sh. Moti Ram Jain, have resigned DMW Patiala on technical ground. My parent organization is accepted my technical resignation on dated 10/10/2007.

vide referred (i) above, Diesel Loco Modernisation Works/Patiala has been issued PPO regarding the pension as per revised scale. Detail of pension is as given in table below.

Monthly Pension w.e.f. 11.10.2007 as per old PPO:
Rs. 2907+Rs. 4845 x 47%= Rs 5185/-
Monthly Pension w.e.f. 11.10.2007 as per revised PPO:
Rs. 4676+Rs. 7793 x 22% =RS. 6390/-

Till now I have not received the revised pension and pension arrear.

May please review the monthly pension & Pension arrear as per revised PPO and arrange to pay revised Pension & pension arrear as early as possible.

My pension branch Manager SBI, Kashmire Gate has already send my pension file to Manager SBI, Chandni chowk against file no 127, Letter no. PEN/134, Dt.25.07.09 to revise pension as per revised PPO.But no action has been taken so far.

The above said amount to be deposit (Transferred) in my Saving A/C No.[protected] of State Bank of India (05715) inter state bus terminus, Kashmere gate, Delhi-110006.

I would like to draw your kind attention that I am retired person from bihar government in the year of 1999.and I am getting my pension from state bank Of india, Rajbansi Nagar Branch, Patna { Bihar}

Since Bihar government had announced to give arrear of sixth pay commission as given below

So kindly request to you please provide me details of arrear of 15% and 40% so that

I can know that why I have not get proper arrear and I can take appropriate action.

I had retired from education department, pondicherry last year September. The revised gratuity payment was announced last year on 11.10.2012 but the amount Rs.26, 763 has not yet credited to my account. After several visits to Directorate of Accounts and Treasures in Pondicherry, they had informed that the amount is not yet released from CPPC (Central Pension Processing Center), Chennai. With reference to the above, I was retired from Bank service at Visakhapatnam Main branvh(0952) on 29.02.12.

In this connection, kindly arrange to send PPO copy to the below address, as Branch or myself have not received earlier and it is required to submit for all concessions in different institutions to avail the benefit of senior citizen.

Further an amount of Rs 25959/- was deducted from my SB account [protected] on 27.09.12, towards excess interest paid on PF balances.
In this connection, I am sorry to say without intimation / option, you have directly deducted from my SB account as balance in my account is available.
The said amount was kept in the SB account is meet particular commitmments and cheques were already issued. I donot understand who is responsible for the bounced cheques which were already issued.and how a pension account will be debited without prior information .
The PF Department, if they are correct, should have asked me an option requesting to deduct in a phased manner instead of deducting total amount at a time.

Now I want clarification and work sheet to know how and why interest was paid in excess.

From Nov 2011 pension an amount of Rs 9482 was deducted as Incom Tax .When I viewed my 26AS I do not found above amount It seems it has not been deposited to IncomTax even after 10 Months.
It has been already informed to SBI branch SBIN0000642 Ghaziabad Main.
and talked to concerned officers including Chief Manager.
On filing my return I am to get refund of the tune of Rs.20000/- and odd which I cannot get untill all TDS comes to my 26AS
