No body to reply from sbicapsec customer care Hello sir, Since last monday two to three hrs. daily in day time i am traying to access the representative of sbicapsec customer care over their toll free no.[protected] to inquire about wellcome kit which is awaited for last 15 days but always failed to get any body on line except computer recorded reply which says that all the business executives are busy in attending another call try later. If in very initial stage we are getting such type of inconvenience how can we expect that this organisation will be able to satisfy their customer in long run specially in intraday trading wherin every moment is precious for a daytrader. Hence I would like to suggest the apropriate authority of sbicapsec to check and moniter their customer information system to win the trust of their customer. Was this information helpful? | |

SAME PROBLEM I AM FACING
I have received message as my demat account is activated ut i didnot received any mail from regarding details of demat 30734986

Frusted over the state of affair, I submitted the requisite forms for closure of my above demat account with you as far back as on 2nd May 2017.On my enquiry with people concerned today (10 May'17) I could understand that no action was initiated till date.Your officials here also failed to clarify the following issues:
1. the reason for the inordinate delay in crediting the proceeds of my selling 10 SBI shares @Rs.294.80 on 18.04.17 and that too after repeated reminders.Rs.2452.73 was credited to my bank a/c on 03.05.17 when the traded value amounted to Rs.2948/-.I needed the break up
2.The proceeds against my selling 14 Bata shares @ Rs.585.45 and 20 SBI shares @ Rs.289.10 on 02.05.17 (total traded value : Rs.13978.30 )did not see the light of the day till the time of writing.
Awaiting a fruitful compliance at the earliest

EVER SINCE THE INTRODUCTION OF SBISMART, REPLACING SBICAPSEC, I FAILED TO LOGIN, DESPITE FULLY KNOWING MY PASSWORD AND PAN NUMBER.THE PROBLEM IS THE LINUX ENVIRONMENT AND I DO NOT LIKE TO WORK ON WINDOWS ENVIRONMENT. IT APPEARS SBISMART, HAS CUSTOMISED IT, BASED ON WINDOW PLATFORM.
I HOPE THAT THERE EXIST, SOME SENSIBLE PEOPLE WHO PREFERS TO WORK IN LINUX ENVIRONMENT, WHICH IS MUCH MORE STABLE, SECURE AND FREE FROM VIRUSES WITH WHICH WINDOW IS BADLY AFFECTED.
HOPE TO GET PROPER RESPONSE FROM SBI-DMAT.
