Dear Sir/Madam,

I have purchased one Houte Curry wallet (Cost Rs. 799) having 3 months warranty from shoppers stop, Inorbit Mall, Vashi, 3 months back.This product got tear out from stitches and got many cuts even after keeping that product in bag continuously. since the product was under warranty that time, so I went to Shoppers Stop and told them the problem. They said product can't be repaired, they will be replacing that but told me to wait for maximum 10 days. I received no call from their side within 10 days so I started following up with them .Finally they replied that such product have life of only 2-3 months, they can't repair the product nor will they replace.
Kindly help me resolve this issue.

shopper stop — cheating in product

I purchased cosmetics of Rs1400/- for which they gave a product (eye liner) with no liquid. Sales girls were talking tricky which was ridiculous to trap customers. Need to take action so that other customers are not fooled.

I am regular customer of stopper stop and done stopping every month min Rs.[protected].On 16October i visit under given Stopper Stop store for stopping.

I have witnessed and happened with me unusual behavior from Rajiv Tiwari (Emp id - S20139) 1st floor, he speaks to me in very rude manner and even person standing besides him convey him that be polite and speak in good way. Matter is only that I ask him why I need to sign at back and he speaks to me in very rude way that I can not help "jo karna hai kar lo etc...” I understand that need to sign at back of debit card but to convey this is this is a way? And what right he has to speak to the customer like this. Moreover he kept us waiting at cash counter for more then 45 min to reach to the place where we standing at. This even not happen to me one another customer standing besides me the people at cash counter behaves like this inline instructions from Mr. Rajiv Tiwari (Emp Id - S20139), and person at cash counter even said that I will loose my job if I speak again to Mr. Rajiv Tiwari (Emp Id - S20139). Then that customer convey to them - is this is a "Pan ki Dukan"- How's to speaking to me or customer standing across to me (referring us), unfortunately he not logged any complaint for this.

Then i ask him where i need to logged complaint regarding his behavior and Mr. Rajiv replied www.stopperstop.com, still I reconcile my self and ask him can I speak to your senior, he again replied there is no senior apart from me. Then again i said i need to talk to someone who understand the industry and speak in right sense then he said Manager Corporate communication and I ask him to call him. I appreciate this person as he just took 7 min to reach to us listen us very politely and ask us to logged a complaint so that some action can be initiated. He even discloses to us that about this 1st floor, even in past we have received complaints but very few customers like us come forward and tell us formally. I have given him a written complaint Regd. Mr. Rajiv Tiwari and he assured me that some action going to be initiated with in 48 hrs, but he also said he belongs to different department so can not make any commitment. That a reason i am also passing on this written complaint from email so that my efforts should not be wasted and he (Mr Rajiv Tiwari (Emp Id - S20139)) given some right message. Now as said above, i appreciate to take some action against "Rajiv Tiwari (Emp Id - S20139)" so that Stopper stop value (customer friendly) remain interact in market’s think you should see this, such bad mouthing can hurt your business and try to address my concern.
This email was circulated in our internal group which has about 7000 members, out of which 4000 live in NCR. Almost everyone in this group is your potential or current customer. They are in the right age group, have the spending power and care about quality of healthcare and service, because we represent a service based industry. Such emails within the IT community spread from company to company and have unimaginable reach. I know you can chose to ignore this, but so can your potential customers/guests. There are choices available to people now. My sincere request is to kindly take this up within Stopper Stop and try to address my concern. Appreciate to see some concrete things happen to this so that everyone can have wonderful experience with in Stopper Stop.

SHOPPERS STOP LTD. — Rs. 899 worth of Pant stitches (both sides) came out in first wear

I have purchased the clothes worth of Rs. 4,294.00 at Shoppers Stop Ltd. KRM Center, Survey # 2, Egmore Div. Harington Road, Chetpet, Chennai – 600031 on 06th March 2011 (Sunday) for my cousin marriage. The horrible thing is I wore the pant first time (which I have purchased) and standing on the stage it’s alone worth of Rs.899. What a shame for me when I was on the stage the pant stitches came out step by step which I didn’t realize, one of my relative pointed out and teased me then I realized my pant was 50% stitches gone, my inners and legs were visible to every one. What is this? What kind of product they are selling? If we go and buy in the road side shop at least the cloth will come for a month. But Shoppers Shop such a branded name selling the pants which are worthless I didn’t even given for first wash then how the hell this pant stitches gone like anything. In my life I never come across such a bad incident and insult. I tremendously need a justice… Shoppers Stop has to answer for their fault or else they should close the stop I am scared for other dress materials altogether I have lost Rs. 4,294.00 and my image in front of my all colleagues, friends and relatives… Please help me to get a justice…

    I have ordered Adidas show on shoppersstop official website with order number 438579 on july 26,2013. I have paid my amount through credit card on the same date. but after a week the cancelled my order informing stock is not available. but still this product available on the shopperstop website. I have taken this shoe on discount but now they removed discount on this item.I feel they just cheated me. Please look into this issue.

      I had ordered for a dress(Item Number:7815979_9418) from www.shoppersstop.com on 05 June2013 and received a wrong product(Item Number:7809361_9101) on 10 June 2013. Which I had returned on 14 June 2013 when their executive came and collected the product. I have received the product again on (22 June2013) which is again the wrong product (Item Number:7809361_9101).

      This is the second time I am receiving the wrong product. When I contacted their customer care the executive said that they don't have the product anymore and he wasn't that polite while talking, and when I asked him to connect me to higher authority, he just put me on hold and later disconnected.

      They have wasted nearly 1 month of my time and lost my trust.

      One more thing I would like to point out is that the product that they had wrongly send me has a MRP of Rs. 3299 on the tag attached to the dress and when I checked their website its stated as Rs.5500. When I pointed out this to the executive that they are cheating people like this, they just removed it from their website.

      Till now I haven't received my refund or exchanged product.

      They have wasted lot of my time and trust. And I haven't received the refund yet.

        Hello,

        I bought foot wear from "Shoppers Stop, Gopalan Signature Mall, Bangalore" on 23rd Feb 2013. It was a sale item from company INC-5 and at the time of buying I was told that it has 3 months warranty.

        After using it 45 days the sole came out. Unfortunately I lost my receipt/bill within this period, but I was lucky that I did the transaction on credit card so I have transaction ID for the same.

        When I went to the "Shoppers Stop, Gopalan Signature Mall, Bangalore" I got response that we can't do anything for this as it was sale item. After discussing they agreed on searching bill for the same and sending it to company for repair. After 2 days I got a call that we do not have bill for it (which is impossible as it is computerized) and it can't be repaired and even if we repair cost will be charged to customers.

        I am not happy and satisfied with service from a well known chain like Shoppers Stop.

        Shoppers Stop — plastic bags

        I am writing with regards to new rule on charging Rs 5 or 7 for carry bags.

        1. If retailers are so concerned about the environment you should start 'giving' or 'selling' Non plastic bags made of paper or cloth without branding. All your life you have ONLY given plastic bags. Now suddenly you have a new found love for the environment?

        2. If you cannot absorb the cost of the higher micron plastic bag, it does not really justify to pass it on to the customers in the shallow guise of environmental protection. You should have in any case advertised about the pay for bag scheme before you started. (I have recently billed items and discarded the cart and walked off).

        3. You are obviously trying to make money out of this and hoping that customers are fools and we will not see the truth.

        4. Also remember that if we buy your bags with your logo, WE are advertising for you so what this means is...you want customers to pay to advertise for you...that is really disgusting. Why cant you SELL bags without logo?

        In any case I have sworn I will not walk into Shoppers Stop or other retailers like Westside and Lifestyle who are also cheating customers on this. Thanks.

          I have order product from shoppers stop ( ORDER NO 3658249) online website 3 months back 3 items in that in i have received on 2 from them because 1 item was out of stock from their side. i paid money online while purchasing product. Then i complaint to shopper stop that i have not received 1 item. When i called them on there toll free no always they are saying call after some time system is not showing data right now or product is already shipped but i[censored] don't received we cannot helped them. When i asked them to transfer the call to manager they said MANAGER comes after 12. Still till date i have not received my money or product. I have continuously took follow up with them by mail n call there is no reply. When i asked for complaint no they said we dont track then how should i track??? and how i will get my money back??? Really VERY frustrating service from SHOPPERS STOP.

            I want to raise complaint against shoppersstop.com
            On 25th jan I placed order:3961193 for adidas barracks shoes, these shoes were shown as available on website at that time.I thought of ordering the product from website because size-9 was not available in my nearby stores (althought it was available in few stores). After placing order I sent the mail to estore also that please let me know whether you will be able to deliver this product.
            for this mail I didnt get any reply till 5th Feb, on 6th Feb suddenly I got reply saying your order is cancelled due to unavailablity/faulty pieces. I got too much irritated :@ with this reply.
            Now I couldnt get this product from any of the adidas showrooms because offer is finished and also this piece is not available.If these guys were having info that they dnt have this product then why the hell did they put up this product in display.
            I have incurred 2000 rupees loss due to this faulty behaviour.
            Also one more order:4070105 was placed by me recently for some other item, after some 5-6 days i got same reply that order is cancelled.
            I think this is not coincidence, this is consistent faulty behaviour of shoppersstop.com.
            You can get many such experiences on mouthshut.com as well.

            Request you to please take strict and stern action against such branded organisation for such faulty practices.

            Yes. I have experienced same thing for my Churidar set order . I think they are not able to handle online shopping in-spite of being into one of the good brand names.

            Please take some serious action as its frustrating at the same time disappointing when the order is getting cancelled after making choice.

              Shoppers stop are openly flouting rules by charging VAT on all discounted items. If you read the price tag of the garments carefully it clearly says 'inclusive of all taxes'.

              However after deducting the advertised discount on that sale price shoppers stop again imposes a VAT on the discounted price!! This means as consumers you are paying tax twice. So it means either they are taking double tax from customer which is a scam or they are involved in wrong advertisement where they advertise for X% of discount but give less, which again comes under fooling the customer fraud.

              This simply fools the consumer as many people think its X% discount but gives 5% less than the marketed discount.

                Dear Mr. Shrikhande

                We visited your store ( TGIP Noida) and did some shopping there on Monday Jan 28th 2013. I want to bring to your attention the kind of experience we had. This single experience had things gone wrong on 3 fronts. I hope you realize that your organization should be way better than giving customers such experience.

                1. We found display of “First Citizen” card to get 5% additional discount- we opted for it, yet at the time of billing were told that this will come only when we have done shopping of Rs. 40,000.00

                2. We were charged additional 5% VAT describing it as a charge on sale items. I bring to your attention that it was not properly conveyed to customers in the store and after our investment of substantial time on finding, trying and short-listing it came as a shock at the checkout time The checkout clerk very clearly told us that every store in the mall is charging this, hence we grudgingly agreed to this, though it was in bad taste and a first for us to see that same items can be tax included or tax additional to trick the customer.

                3. We later went to Lifestyle for further shopping and to our shock, there was no such charge by them. So here, in your store, we lost on 2 accounts, first the presumed 5% saving and later additional 5% slapped as the VAT.

                4. We were given a time to collect our suit after alternations on 30th Jan 2013. When we went to the store, it wasn't even ready and we were promised to visit again after 1 hour. We requested the service desk to call us when ready and it took good 3 hours for them to call us. We ended up driving 50 KM and spend 4 hours to be on stand-by to collect our item

                Mr. Shrikhande, I want to ask you and very keen to know if we assume that this kind of trick, service and delay are a norm or we were chosen to melt out an exemplary treatment by your organization. I hope you understand how a customer feels after such an experience and how he shares it with people in the know and the word does spread fast, especially in this age.

                  I have bought CLOTHES from Shopper stop of around 5000 Rs and they have charged me extra VAT on the discounted Apparels
                  On asking them that is this rule of extra VAT APPROVED by Govt of India , they said that " No , it is not approved by Govt Of India , It is the textile association which has decided on it

                  Ultimately it is the consumer, who has to pay for everything. The first instance was, where Govt banned use of plastic bags. So, what shops started doing is, they stopped giving plastic carry bags and started selling these. I dont understand, if something is not good for environment, why it should be even allowed to be sold. Why these retailers are not being asked to stop selling plastic begs and instead provide paper bag to the customers without any charge.

                  Now, it is the VAT issue. Retailers say, 50% discount...VAT extra.
                  In this case, VAT is already included in the MRP. If you buy it without discount, no additional VAT is to be added. So, what happens. They give you the discount and then again charge you 5% to 12.5% (varies from shop to shop, seems) on the discounted price. This means, actual discount you get is less than 50%, which is misleading advertising.

                  Can Govt department come up and stop these malpractices.

                    This is regarding order no 3912721. I received the product but I was shocked to see that the trouser under the blackberry suit belongs to some other size. The size of the trouser received is 91 cm where as the actual size is 86 cm. I wonder how could Shoppersstop do such a blunder. This is absolutely a case of cheating.

                    Also this is not the first time they are fooling the customer. Before this I placed an order for blackberry coat order no 3914273. They cancelled the order giving the reason that product is not available. But I shocked to see that the product is still available on your site.

                    Shoppersstop.com — Parts missing from the product

                    Order no.3443849, paid in full by my side, Product- Mothercare feeding starter set.

                    Inspite of many complaints by phone and email, i'm not receiving the missing parts if the order. Customer care or any concerned department has not communicated any status update on their own even once till date and are least bothered to give me any proper response. The only statement I'm hearing from last 1 month is " That it will be shipped in next two days" ...

                        I have purchased a suit from online store of shopper’s stop. At the time of purchasing the product i was confused in between 2 size of the product , hence i called customer care helpline and asked my doubt , That time they clearly told me if there is any issue with the size i can go to the nearby store of shopper’s stop and can get the exchange without any payment.

                        Finally my suit has arrived and i have done a trial , the size issue was there hence i called online store number and asked them what to do now. They told me that i can go to nearby store. I went there and got quite surprised that they did not accept to change the size of suit [The have the suit of same brand , same code .. same everything , just size change was required] They asked me that i need to pay another 2500 to change of size.
                        I then contacted online store , finally .. they wasted 3 hrs of mine kept my busy in talking with Store manager + online store staff. I told them clearly that i have a function on 24th for which i need the suit as you made wrong promise at the time of purchase , now change the suit. Even i have given them option to give me the suit from store and send this suit to your online store at mumbai.

                        They didn’t accept anything.

                        things which i cant understand ....
                        - When they made a promise at the time of purchase that i can exchange the suit if the same brand and item code thing is available on the store , why they were not accepting that.
                        - Why i should made another payment , i am giving them my suit and taking another of same price. They can earn money from the suit given by me
                        - If there is any issue with customer then rather then solving the issue why they are telling customer their own rule book

                        Not even this , they have not sent the entire order . I suppose to get a tie and cufflinks with the suit , which has not been arrived yet.

                        I am very disoppointed with the CSD and Online store response. Not a professioanl way + they hae commited something wrong to customer and now not providing solution to that.

                        One more very interesting thing is here. They have told me a theory that they exchange on current day price of cloth[ as we are purchasing the Gold ] like if you purchase anything in 5000 rs[at time of sale] and then if you go for just size exchange and by that time the sale has gone , now you need to pay the difference of current amount. will they allow this on reverse also.

                        GOD knows what kind of policies they have.

                          On 12th Jan 2013, 18:04 At Shopper's Stop Ramee Mall, I purchased a dress of Allen Solly worth 1385 and to make Payment of it i have given my Citibank debit card but it was showing an error so i have given Oriental bank of Commerce debit card but the cashier Revathi told me that it didn't worked she said it was showing "Host Unavailable" she swiped my card twice for that and after that i bought my dress from my friend's Citibank card and amount got debited from her account and after this i went to ATM to check my balance of Oriental bank of Commerce card it showed that amount got deducted from that account also. So it shows that i have payed twice to Shoppers Stop for one thing. I Called Shopper's Stop around 10 times to resolve this issue but they are delaying it again and again and they even pick my phone and then disconnect it and i spoke to a guy dheeraj who works at back end he said it will take him around 3-4 days to check accounts. I don't know why it is taking so long if i am providing them date as well as time and that too details of the bill like cash memo register and all that.Please resolve my complaint as soon as possible .

                            Dear Sir/Madam,

                            I had ordered a product from Shopper’s Stop (SS) online and the product that was delivered to me was not the same product so I returned it following their instructions in 2 days.

                            Order No: 3824617
                            Shipping date: 08/12/2012
                            Invoice no: [protected]

                            After calling them, I was informed that the product which I ordered is available and they will exchange and send the correct product.
                            I was waiting for it and suddenly I get a mail saying that I will be getting a cheque from SS. I called SS and I asked why the cheque. They told me that the product is not available. All this happened over a period of 20 days.
                            As this was COD basis, I was to get back my money via cheque as per their rules.

                            I was waiting for my cheque but I never received it.Nor did I get a call from Bluedart.

                            I called SS couple of times and then started recording names. I spoke to one Mr.Suresh who said that they have received back the cheque from Bluedart. I requested him to resend the cheque to me but to my office address instead.
                            He said he will have to consult his manager and will revert back. I never received call.
                            I talked to Mr.Amandit but with same result.
                            Then I talked to Tanya on 7TH Jan ’13, who said they received the cheque and I repeated my story. She told me (after consulting some manager and I insisted to be kept online) to send a mail to SS giving the reason for change of address and the new address details. I sent the mail immediately.

                            There was no reply. So I called SS and again talked to Tanya who said that they received the cheque today! They have not been verifying and have been giving wrong information all along.

                            Then she said she will follow up with the courier details and in 48 hours I should be getting a mail. I didn’t get any notification and called SS again and spoke to Mr.Milind this time who told me that the cheque is with them and he had to talk to his manager.
                            After consulting, he told me that in 24 hours I will get the details.
                            I have lost my patience and have informed him that I don’t have any option but to approach consumer court.

                            The problems I have faced are:
                            • Getting wrong product
                            • Promised correct product which was a lie
                            • Was not notified about the cheque details
                            • Was kept waiting for product
                            • Still kept waiting for cheque
                            • Pathetic customer service
                            • Was lied saying that they have received back cheque
                            • Wasted my time in follow-up
                            • Uselessly spent more on mobile bill by calling them 8 to 10 times and many times was kept on hold


                            I would not only like my money back but I would like compensation for having kept me waiting and for deplorable and pathetic service and for deceiving customers showing products online which are not in stock. It’s been more than a month and I would really appreciate your help in closing this matter.

                              I bought Titan watch from Shoppers Stop (Prozone Mall) Aurangabad MH and due to manufacturing problems (twice) the watch has been with the stores from last 1 month. I am not satisfied with the product and the type of after sales service the store is providing. I want my full refund.

                              Bought TITAN (Octane series) watch, model no: NA9308KM02 on 22nd November 2012 for Rs 7100/-
                              After wearing it for 4-5 hours (within a week) the plating started to fade and a mechanical (timer hands of chronograph) related problem appeared
                              On 26th November 2012 I went to Shoppers Stop and they told me that it may be due to perfume used by me (which I didn't) there was problem in the plating, but they would still replace it. I insisted that I don't need this model, so please get it replaced. But they still provided me with the same model. I told them that it will have the same problem and asked them what will they do if it happens again? They said that it was a rare problem and this would not happen again, but if it does, the watch will be sent to service center and will take 15days
                              Same problem appeared with the second watch and I told them to replace or get me a refund on 28th November 2012. They again suggested that it can be due to the perfume I may have used (which I didn't) but they will send it to service station to get it checked and I will be updated regarding the same within 15 days
                              By the time I contacted Titan corporate office (as Titan website don't have details in the contact us tab) regarding the problem and requested a refund. Ramesh from Titan customer service responded me that they will get back to me soon and provided contact personals in Bangalore to get my problem solved. I contacted Bangalore personals but no one replied to my email
                              No one updated me about the status of the watch even after 15 days so I personally went to the stores and requested for the status. When I didn't get any concrete response, I asked for the store manager (Mr. Mujheb Khan) and he came to review my problem. Who is the most unprofessional person I ever met. While communication with Mr. Khan I was continuously projected as guilty of the whole situation and told that they did me a favor twice by replacing. I reminded him that it was in warranty and it's something company should stand by, not as a favor, but as a service. But he constantly referred it as a favor and talked in a kind of a rude way (not a way a customer should be treated). He then increased the service time needed to 21 days from 15 days. After insisting for a refund and due to some personal calls we received from a Titan personal (Mr. Vishal Titan customer care from Pune) he gave me an option to select a different brand (other then Titan). I selected a different model (Fossil) and was told that they will get back to me once they get a official confirmation about the service.
                              Later recently I received a call and was told that I have to select any other watch from stores. So I went to the stores and asked for the Fossil watch I selected but was told that it was not their and they didn't receive any orders to keep the watch aside for me. Frustrated I went to the stores and asked for a full and final full refund and asked for Mr. Khan. Mr. Khan again changed and told me that I now have to select any watch from Titan only.

                              At the first place, I am frustrated by the type of product Titan provided and on top of that I really feel offended by the type of after sales service Titan and Shoppers Stop are providing me as a customer. I would have happily selected any other watch, instead of cash, before. But after having the first hand experience of type of after sales service provided I don't want to keep any of the watch or its service related to Titan or Shoppers Stop.

                                Delaying the delivery of exchg product with reason saying Address is unable to locate

                                I totally regret to say that service that i had from online shopperstop is very very disappointing.
                                if you trail my mail down you will realised that it is not the first time i have this bad experience.
                                coming to what made me feel bad First: Order #: 3712649 - I had purchase Zod shirt on 2012/09/29 and was delivery little late which is fine as other product which was ordered wasn't in their inventory causing delay for this product to ship but when i realised that size is an issue and requested to have exchange for Medium size... initially customer support informed that she has raised request on my behalf but after a week when i had to follow-up realised request was not raised for exchange so it was raised on my second follow-up call.

                                I also read on portal that exchange is possible if i visit nearby store even if i purchase thru online shopping which is totally wrong because when i visited SS @ Juhu they denied to provide any such services... please keep policy same across and publish which is feasible

                                Now during this incident i raise another product i.e Order #3756457 on 2012/10/23
                                This was delieveried as usual late than what expected

                                Now i am repeatedly getting sms saying that for my order regarding exchange is shipment (tracking #: [protected]) but is pending with them due to consignee not available or premises closed which is utterly wrong...can accept for first visit but all other visit are illogical

                                Reason 1: when i called customer support they informed product was not delivered as person was not available - Agree as it was the case

                                On second visit i had my family member 24/7 at home and had no package received although i had sms saying premises closed

                                then i had 2 more times same message saying premises closed etc etc...

                                Now when i call they keep saying unable to locate my address and need more landmark information.... HOW IS IT POSSIBLE TO LOCATE MY PLACE FOR ALL OTHER ORDERS ON COD MADE TILL DATE.....

                                PLEASE CHANGE COURIER SERVICE IF YOU HAVE TO SAY THAT IT IS NOT YOUR FAULT..... WE PAY AND KEEP TRUST FOR SERVICE THAT WE RECEIVED....

                                AND LASTLY REMEMBER CUSTOMER IS A PERSON WHO GIVES BUSINESS, IF IT WOULD HAVE BEEN GIVEN FREE OF COST AND THEN LOCATION WAS HARD TO FIND... IT WOULD NOT HAVE MATTER MUCH TO ME... BUT SINCE I PAID I NEED SERVICE.

                                  I left the job from shoppers stop on 3rd july 2012 and our HR promised me she would grant me my relieving letter after 2 months(3rd sept. 2012). I asked her for my relieving letter on after 20th sept. 2012 she promised me again she would send my document after 3-4 days. Again, when I had not got my document I called her and she was telling that she had sent it through first flight courier service and gave me consignment number. I asked courier office for my courier, they told me it was received through Punit(I don't know who is punit). I asked all around my colony that who is punit but there was no punit. I am still waiting for my letter. I don't know who is responsible for this problem.

                                    The Shop which I would not like to visit any more time as they don't value customer as per my experience at the perfume counter there were 2 executive who are senior where the uniform of brown trouser & beige shirt were not as the regular ones as they are in white & black. I was admiring both of them as 1 of them was attending a lady customer & other 1 who was tall & black in color was distracting the senior executive who was attending a lady customer where he was misbehaving with your executive he was distracting him from guiding the customer. You have placed camera's on all floors & every customer contact point kindly check the recording of 8 pm ground floor opposite Lakme counter I was standing there with my wife where we took Lakme product's a organisation like Shopper's Stop are keeping such employee's its quite strange.
                                    Kindly look in to this issue very seriously as your Brand name of your store is getting effected

                                    Shoppers Stop — trouser get holed

                                    Dear Sir,

                                    I purchase a trouser of INDIAN terrian company from SHOPPERS STOP, after a wash there was a hole occurs on thies of trouser, immdiately i inform shoppers stop about this, they put the trouser for observation for few days and then refuse my complaint. As per there officials it was not a manufacturing defect. I am not convensed with them.

                                      im john worked for my esteem organisation of shoppers stop for 2 years,on august 7th the deparment manger was so rude and treating us like us slaves.before him the environment was so friendly and we happy.MR DINESH the department manger put all the blames on shortage of stocks to the emplyoes this time ll the senior staff of shoppers stop resigned their job.i was thinking of my family problems stay in the same organisation.but everyday treat the staff like animals.once i was trying to escalte this issue to general manager.

                                      he took a revenge on me he told me in front the customers to resign my job and go to home.

                                      im the person responsible for my family the company till now cleared any settlements and reveling letter.

                                      i keep calling them no response from their side.

                                      please some one help me

                                        My name is Manish Poddar. I am presently employed in Citi Bank. Previously i was in Shoppers Stop Ltd. (Kolkata). I have left that organisation on 15/03/2009. While leaving the organisation i have given FORM 13, so as to transfer the PF amount to my present employer. But after waiting for 6 months, since i didnt recieved any communication i started following up. After continous follow ups from different department for almost last 2 years it didnt end up to anything. Request help to get this resolved asap.

                                        My PF a/c no# MH/13484/7219. Also plz find the mail trail which i had with the HR of the organisation.
