I ordered US polo jacket and payment was done . Got email for order confirmation and was mentioned will be shipped in 5 days . After 2 days they cancelled or reason given Price mismatch . But I payed what was mentioned on their website and they debited my account with order amount.

        Today around 4pm i went to shoppers stop at junction mall durgapur and selected a kurti on which 40%discount was given and for availing that discount no terms and conditions was written over there. But when i went to payment desk, the guy told me to produce shoppers stop card which i didnot have. On hearing this he was forcing me to get the card by paying Rs. 300/-otherwise i could not buy that kurti with discount as discount is available for dhoppers stop card holders only. I left that place without purchasing my favourite kurti. My complaint is how could a company force its customer to get a card by paying Rs. 300/- ifhe/she does not want to have it. Moreover, in its advertisement regarding discount shoppers stop never mentioned anywhere that discount is available to card holders only or to have discount u have to purchase a card. This is nothing but misleading and lie.

            I had ordered two products and just got one. Called up their pathetic customer care and they just registered a complaint. No update for week. Again followed up. Just got update saying it will be delivered in 3-5 days. Still no delivery. No response on emails also. Have sent at least 10 mails on [protected]@shoppersstop.com, [protected]@shoppersstop.com, [protected]@shoppersstop.com but no response. Without even checking with me they cancelled the order last week but I am yet to receive refund. I was told it would be done by Monday 14dec. But so far I don't see anything happening. Mr Aniket was responsible for responding on emails and calls. But no body showed any courtesy to reply also. I need my refund back and a response from them but I am fed up following with them. Never seen such a pathetic customer service.

              I have ordered a Formal shirt from shopper stop website on Sunday, November 29, 2015. ( Order #[protected]. Shirt was delivered by shoppers stop on 4th December 2015. When I opened the packet I found that shirt was different from the shirt which was ordered. I called shoppers stop customer[protected] care on Monday 7th December and I told the whole incident to customer care executive and asked her to cancel my order and to return money in my bank account. she accepted my cancellation order and told me that delivery boy will pick up the shirt with in two days and after verifying the product they will credit the amount in my bank account with in 24 hours. But I have not received any response from shoppers stop regarding pick of my product. Then I again called on the same number mentioned above on Saturday 12th December, 2015. She apologies for the incident and told me that there was technical glitch and your cancellation order was not received. She assured me that delivery boy will pick the product by Tuesday i.e. 15th December. But still I have not been communicated by shoppers stop team yet. Regards, Vinod Shah [protected]

                I have ordered two items from shoppersstop.com and already paid online through credit card and gift voucher on 29th oct. 2015. And till date have not received the item . I got a mail from them that item has been delivered and after that from last 20 days I am calling to their customer care 15 times and also mailed them and am not getting any response from them . Every time thery are telling item already delivered and we are arranging the proof of delivery. They are totally cheating to me and as I have already paid for that item . So please suggest me now how to recover that amount from them . PLS DONT BUY ANYTHING ONLINE FROM SHOPPERSSTOP.COM.

                    had a gift voucher by number E-GV [[protected]] worth 1, 000 rupees . I tried using it online on[protected] around 11:30 pm (INDIAN time) to purchase two items (i) BACK TO EARTH WOODEN CHOPPING BOARD product code :9465933 worth 799/- rupees. & (ii) IVY DUSTY T -LIGHT HOLDER product code:9527623 worth 199/- rupees. I entered all my details correctly and I payed using gift voucher .Later when I checked I didn't get reply message of whether the products are sent or not it's then I had doubt and I checked my card balance it showed only 2 rupees left.

                        This is regarding order no. 7681278, which was cancelled on 14th Oct'15. However, there is no refund credited so far . There are 9 calls made to shoppersstop customer care but every time they say it will take 24 to 48 hours. One of the pathetic service i have seen.

                          Hi, I have try to order Woodland sandals worth 3295 in shoppersstop.com on Nov 25th 2015. When i clicked on Place Order button the page was hanged, not responded but my money was deducted from my gift cards and from my first citizen points. For the transaction, i have availed a coupon of SSREFRESH for 20%, then the total amount i have to pay is 2636. I have used 2 gift cards worth 2400 and for the remaining 236 i have used my first citizen card points. I have contacted customer support team, then sent me a mail with Drop Transaction format. I have replied with the complete details to them. They told me that within 24 hrs your order will be generated manually. I am okay with it and i hanged up the call. I have waited for 48 hours but i didn't get any response from them. Again i contacted the customer support team, they told me that we are forwarded the complaint to to corresponding team the are working on it. It will take 24 hours more. Again i am okay with that response and hanged the call. But i didn't received any response from them. So i have called them daily, every time i contacted the customer support team, they are telling the same old story of Within 24 hours your order will be generated. It is under process. Today is 09th Dec 2015. 2 weeks completed. But i didn't get any response from them. This is the most worst service that i have faced till now. Please don't buy from this site. This is my advice to all of you.

I am really pissed of with the service of Shoppers stop, nobody is there to follow up against my ordered.                               I have ordered few dresses for my daughter from shopper stop website, my order ID is 00513561... the order was placed on 25th of NOV 2015 and today is 7th of DEC 2015. They have not even processed the order and not even bothered to give me a call back..I have called their customer care 5-6 times...they just say we will process the order is another 2 days and then they never call back. they charged me 2000 Rs and now they are saying it will be processed as we want and if you want you cancel the order...this is rubbish... DO not ever go and puchase anything from online shopperstop

But now when i am trying to return it, their site is not at all responding. Webpages are improper. So i am not able to place a return . Infact their contact us page is also not working.                                   I ordered few items from shoppersstop.com on 30th Oct 2015 and till 20-Nov they were trying to gather the items for shipment. Call center response was pathetic and they used only ask for 2 more days everytime I used to call up. Once I spoke to the senior person in call center thinking that he/she will take it as escalation and act on it however he was least bothered and suggested me to cancel the order if I wish. Still I waited for 2 more days and did not get any delivery confirmation. Frustrated with this I sent a mail for cancellation of order which was not addressed until I called their call center again. Its more than 7 days now still the order cancellation is not done. So No product delivery and No order cancellation also... WORST shopping experience I ever had...

                                    Hello! Just want to share my frustration and disgust with Shoppers Stop online. I had placed an order on Nov 2nd 2015, the order no.[protected], the order has still not been delivered. First of all, the team did not update me on the status of the order at all after the order was placed. Upon me writing to them, they shared a tracking number of Delhivery.com, which was a WRONG TRACKING NUMBER!!, Since then, they have been incapable of sharing a correct tracking number. It takes painfully long to connect to the customer care number, after many painful attempts I could connect and learnt that the courier used was BlueDart, so I fail to understand how they gave me information of a wrong courier company alltogether!!! Today is Nov 26 2015, and I still dont have any update on my goods.For each email I write to them at - [protected]@shoppersstop.com, the response comes only after 5-6 days, that too stating that their team would connect with me - Nothing has happened so far!! It has also been an extremely frustrating experience to speak with their customer care representatives, would just provide a few disgusting exchanges - 1. Upon telling them the Delhivery.com tracking number is wrong, they replied "Its not our policy to share wrong tracking number". 2. To explain that the tracking number is wrong, asked them to check it on the website (which pops up the wrong tracking number message), the person said - Delhivery.com is down, cant check - though the site was up and running. 3. Told them that the site claims to be shipping the order in 3 working days, it has still not been done - reply from customer care : Our website is getting upgraded (for a month), so we are not able to work!! Should I cancel your order. 4. I asked to connect with the manager of the customer care rep, so that I can speak with someone more responsible, reply - Manager is extremely busy and can't speak with you!! To put things in a nutshell, Shoppers Stop online does not have any professionalism and sense of delivery. I dont know if my money has gone in drain!! It is for the first time I am experiencing such frustration from a service. In today's age of service, their replying to my emails in 5-6 working days is very alarming!! That too with no update/information. Really can't understand the working model of Shoppers Stop Online and with what face they are doing this business... My experience with them has been extremely frustrating, disgusting, disappointing.

                                      HI, iam mamatha I worked shoppersstop 9 years 6 months I applied PF I got only half amt still half amount its showing 0/- rupees.I don't any details about that.If ten year finish only pension scheme will start no. if PF office sended pension scheme I don't want pension scheme if anything u guys pension scheme. Kindly transfer to my card that amount.

                                        As the security check rays are harmful for pregnant women. I requested the security to give me a side way where there is no rays. They didn't allowed me in.We asked them to call the manager he took so long to appear that we left.They should close the kids section if they r not gonna allow pregnant women.
