This fraud was committed by Shoppers Stop, Citi Centre, on 01Sep10.

I bought a Wrangler Jeans from Shoppers Stop along with some other clothings. All of these clothes and the jeans were from fresh stock. As per the price tag attached to the Jeans, its cost was Rs.1595/-.

Due to the discount offer running at that time the place was over-crowded and the queue at the counters were quite long. Standing there at the queue for 20 minutes I managed to pay for all the clothes. I paid the entire amount asked by the cashier - Ajay Kumar. Since the place was over-crowded and I had the faith on Shoppers Stop about being fair with the customers, I did not check the bill for the cost of the individual items.

One week later when I was about to send the jeans for some alteration then I found out that instead of charging me Rs.1595/- they have charged me Rs.1695/-.

Had I not checked the bill for alteration I would have never known that Shoppers Stop has committed such a fraud with me!!

    This is in regards to an interview given by me for a senior position at Shoppers Stop. They took 7 rounds of interview stretched over a period of 20 days and kept on asking the same questions every round. Doesn't they understand the candidates work profile at one go....HR kept on setting rounds for several interviews...and it was such a pain to sit for hours.....finally they refused.....They are certainly the most unprofessional bunch of people to work with.......If this is the way they harass the new joinees, then who knows what happens to the existing employees....Very frustrating experience, would request you all to avoid Shoppers stop as far as possible....

      Dear Customer care Representative,

      Myself i am Blessen Cherian. A first Citizen member of Shoppers Stop and my Card number is [protected]. I was in Dubai for several months and i came few weeks before.

      I have been in Lucknow Shoppers stop in fun mall in Lucknow on 30/04/2010. My wife had bought me a wallet of BLUE&BLUES from your Lucknow Shoppers stop for my Birthday as a gift.And its a precious gift from my love. Now its one month from the date of purchase and its outer skin finishing started going on the folding area and other places and black is getting little bit white shaded.

      I went to the customer care in fun mall today evening and one Mr. Imran had attended us. He had argued a bit and finally he said okey wait we will change it and made us wait for 10-15 min. After that all it happened. A person who was called as Floor Manager his name is Dhoom Singh( His ID. 513900) had attended and he started to arguing us. He is telling us normally leather wallet is like this and he started to show his old purse to me and again arguing that his purses is also having the same problem.

      My wife and me, we were so insulted in front of other customers and he mocked me and challenged me that he cannot do any favor for me. And it was a biggest insulation in front of my family and i cannot tolerate it...

      Now i need to change my purse and i need a reply why he behaved like this to us and i need a reply from the high officials. As this letter is a petition and i am going to the respected consumer court after getting your reply and i need a solution for this as soon as possible. I had traveled to 8 countries so far. I[censored] need a proof i can bring my passport as a evidence. I never had a insulting word from any store like this. Its my first and hope it will be my last experience??? I request to the so called famous company to remove such staff who don't know to respect the customers and to talk. Customers are your valuable asset.

      I am looking for a answer from your side with next 24 hours and after that i want to give this same letter to all the websites like consumercourt.in, consumercourtform.in and to all other blogs and will try to canvas other customers to beware from such cheap experience from shoppers stop shops. This same letter will be done for respected police station as FIR and with proof will be submitted to the respected consumerscourt in Lucknow to file a case against the employ and the shoppers stop.

      Its not about Rs. 1088/- but its the value you give to the human being. Man can earn anything but when he lives this world nothing he will take but love and respect will be there and it will be ever lasting. I hope this experience happened to me will never happen to any one.

      STOPPERS STOP — CHEAP TREATMENT TO CUSTOMERS

      I agree of bad service at SS. My sterlizer stopped working after 2 months of purchase and am struggling to get a replaced piece for last 3 weeks. I don't get any information from SS customer care or department manager on the status of my product. This is saddening

        I had bought IDEE Sunglasses from Shoppers Stop of Garuda Mall, Bangalore. I had paid some where about 1500 bugs and had used for the 3-4 times and one fine day i saw that the left side glass had come out of Frame unknowingly. Since the glass was under warranty i took it to Brandfactory Shoppers stop and the guy from there fixed it and gave it saying this would not happen again sir......This happened 2 times again and when i had been to them for the 3rd time. I requested them to send the glasses to service centre as this is happening again and again. They denied it saying we will send it if it happens again. 4th time when the glass had come out. I had kept the frame and the glass in the glasses box and the box was in bag. somehow the frame got bent this time by mistake and when i took it to the Service center which is at Bangalore Central. They asked me to take it to the Shoppers stop from where i have purchased and they have to send it to mumbai for servicing. Finally after alot of fight i gave the glasses from where i have purchased to send it to servicing and got the receipt from them.

        After 15 days i recieved a call from a person saying that its not manufacturing defect its an handling defect so they wont service it free of cost. They suggested me to change the frame which would cost me 50% of the sun glasses price. I dint agree for it and asked him a question IF THE FRAME HAS GOT BENT WHNE THE GLASS WAS IN THEN THE GLASSES COULD HAVE BEEN BROKEN OF ATLEASE IT SHOULD HAVE SCRATCHES BUT NOTHING HAD HAPPENED TO THE GLASS. He dint had an answer for it. So he said he will speak to shoppers stop service centre again and will call me back. But i receive call from them again only after 10-12 days. Saying the same old story i asked them the same question again and the person said the same thing will call me back after some time. Its already 8-10 days and i have not received call from them. I am going to Shoppers Stop tomorrow lets see what they say there...............

        I have purchased one IDEE sunglass on 7th March
        from korum mall, Bangalore, Near Kormangla.

        The sales boy said u have 1 year warranty, if you have any
        issue then u can give anywhere in the INDIA.

        But unfortunately after one month it’s having some colour cote issues and now I have submitted it in Central Mall Thane, Maharashtra.

        No one responding it, sales man said u have to go Bangalore again particular purchased showroom.

        I am staying at Mumbai, this is such a stupid services I have never ever seen.

          Hello,

          It is with great regret that I am writing this letter to you, as i am completely unhappy and unsatisfied with the behavior and the service which the Shoppers Stop Person provided me.
          I bought a Casio Edifice Watch on 14th February, 2010 from Shoppers Stop outlet in City Center, Saltlake, Kolkata. And within 2 months the back side of the watch is catching rust. When I took it to the sales person first he told its not a rust then he verified and checked and he said yes its rust and asked me to come after few minutes, when i returned he told we cannot help you as rust is not covered under warranty, I said its not a physical damage that have occured due to improper usage, rather its a damage occurring due to sweat so that means i should only wear this watch in Air conditioned room, What is this?
          If I had any fault from my side I would have never went to you. But its an expensive and brand new watch how can it rust, it should not happen at all when we are paying so much of money for the goods. I need it to be changed, Please change the back panel, Its not my fault at all, I have also spoke with the floor manager there, he said the same thing then i asked to give him it in writting, that you cannot help me in this matter, then he said we cannot give it in writting. But this is truly intollerable and I have purchased so many things from Shoppers Stop apart from garments like Sony mp3 player, Digital camera but this time it was a bad experience that ruined my loyalty towards Shoppers Stop. I need a solution for this and I do not want to pay.

          Hope you will help me in this matter.

          This is very unfortunate. I just bought a casio edifice today. So that means its not made of SS rather MS which catching the rust. Very sad.

          shoppers stop is such a cheap and low profile brand with their worst custmorer handling people out their.

          Well Casio watches are really good...see G Shock n stuff...however, my friend bought an expensive perfume from shoppers stop and it left a mark on his shirt. P.S. any expensive and good perfume will never leave any mark...hence the conclusion is what they sell at shoppers stop is not always original...and thats for real..else they would have given you in writing because all these watches are waterproof...forget about sweat and edifice series is their flagship model...so that can be that sad to start rusting...
          Its been resolved now.

            Charging More than MRP this time it is Shoppers Stop.
            Invoices Details: -
            Cash Memo: - 4479 Date: - 11/04/10, Cashier: Niraj Time: - 16:22, Register: -005
            Incident Occurred in Shoppers Stop Outlet - Vashi Inorbit Mall on 11/04/2010
            Had bought Baby Bibs and had observed that they had charged INR 499.00/- where the MRP is INR 495.00 /- i.e. INR 4. 00 above the MRP .
            Spoke with the cashier who said the price has increased. I told him but the MRP says 495.00 and you cant charge more than the listed MRP. He didn’t care and said that is the updated price and he cant do anything about it.
            This is the second instance of customers overcharged than the MRP . Can someone please do something and provide details of action taken.
            I presume it is time to act for I have even seen instances where the original bar code is tampered.

              I have purchased the following items from shopper stop, Malviya Nagar Jaipur (rajasthan) on Dt[protected] in evening(between 7.30-8.30). At the time of purchase, I got the confirmation from your executives to change the item ( reason – It was a gift ).
              The Same day, my purse and mobile was lost (Stolen). The bill was in purse so bill was lost too, I conveyed all the things to your executive (Mr Vaibhav ) but he was helpless.
              I did the purchasing from Debit card, you have the record and you can issue me the duplicate bill or exchange my items by get the information from your database.
              As per Mr Vaibhav , he is Manager and Team Leader. When I asked for his senior , his words “they are helpless too”. I am very much surprised that how people can draw the limit about their senior.
              When I am giving the time, date, amount and if you want to support your customer you can easily exchange my items.
              I did my purchasing from shopper stop because it has value and name in market. Your support is required urgently as 3 days are already gone.

              shopper stop — BAD SERVICE AND REFUSE TO RETURN BAD COMMUNICATION AND WORK AGAINST CUSTOMER RIGHTS

              Dear Sir,
              I was new customer of shopper stop and i have purchase a jacket Rs. 1950/- on 17 dec 2009 first time in my life this heavy jacket from shopper stop hyper city jaipur . when i go for payment to cash counter the cashiers and other staff said me sir " plz take our member ship card sir plz only in Rs. 200" i asked what benefits i will get from it they all said me many thing and promise me many types and said you can exchange your jacket if you found and defect, like collar fade etc. Than i have taken a card but after first wash i found that collecr has been fade of my jacket i go there immediately for return. Than the sales man accept the collar really fade compare to other similar jacket than i go for exchange at customer desk they refuse to return. After half hour discussion Mr Ravi comes and said i m the manager here and said get out. we will not exchange this because collar is not fade any where in this jacket and talking with very bad way. I said him ok no problem sir plz give me in writing that you can't exchange it because it is ok and collar has not fade any where in this jacket., but they refuse it also. i told him i'll check it our by any quality checker but they refuse it also and said again i am the manager here who you r ? i said ok and again after 1 hours discussions Mr Ranjan ( Rome ) comes and said i am the in charge here and we will not give you in writing any thing you can go and do anything.
              My complaint is only sir if it is mansion in bill and return policy of shopper stop that you can exchange if you will found any type of complaint or collar fade than why the staff of this store not talk to this type customer as a normal customer and why they was not ready to give me in writing that they can't exchange it for so and so reason. it means they are faulty

              I have all recording or all discussion as a proof

              Plz help me if possible i have purchases from there first time and never visit again in my life.this is my promise

                Sub: Harassment by you r managers and executives at Shoppers Stop Lucknow.

                Today on 3rd Feb 2010 an incident spoiled our relation and for which I will be dragging you yo consumer forum and will communicate this incidence to media and newspaper very soon.
                The incident took place at Shoppers Stop, Gomtinagar, Lucknow where we have shopped for around 20K worth things. In this it included 4 shirts of “Mario Zegnoti” brand for which your executives told us that there is an offer going on in which we were entitled to have two Mario Zegnoti ties worth Rs 699 each.
                When we reached to billing counter your executives asked us to wait for a while as their system was not having offer code. For this he tried for at least 20 min to call there manager to know why this has happened but your managers named “ Ms Rachna Singh” and “Mr.Saurabh Singh” were more than bsy to answer there call. After that the person at the billing counter went to meet them personally leaving us behind. In all we waited there for at least 45 min there at the counter. After that they let us know that there is no offer going on. Not one of your executive knew about it and the offer was also displayed on the counter. We also let them know that my father is cancer patient and he has just visited there because of my marriage to purchase goods which they took lightly and we still waited there. After that I got furious over your managers named above at which they very rudely asked us to behave and maintain the decorum. These managers were laughing at our face and told us that the offer displayed on the counter was mistakenly displayed and according to them there customer should be embarrassed for their mistakes.
                Such a rowdy managers at your store embarrassed us and for that I will surely drag you people to court once my marriage gets over. I will also let the media know that such a renowned store keeps such badly behaved staff who are good enough for sweepers job.
                If you want to avoid court We demand that the above mentioned people should be sacked with immediate affect and we should be informed regarding it. If this is os much to ask for your loyal customers then we will sort this out at consumer forum where the embarrassment me and my father has faced will be paid by you both financially and reputation wise.
                In future I will make sure and will ask people to avoid shoppers stop as you people cheat your consumers for false offers.

                  Order #2513505 was placed and i returned two salwar suits item numbers 4349024_9565 and 4326928_9111. i need to get refund for 1222. but they refunded me only 611. they sent me an email saying they received only one suit. and dupatta only from other suit. complete lies. and then they don't reply to my emails or phone calls. WORST COMPANY TO SHOP WITH. all this for being golden glow customer. i requested them to open a dispute with courier if they didn't recv the suit. they do nothing about it and i lost my 611rs. shop at futurebazaar and not shoppersstop. futurebazaar has great customer service.

                    I was visiting family and friends in India and my wife insisted that I buy a watch, as I had was almost 4 years old. She took me to Shoppers stop and I was attracted to a "Fossil" watch. I checked the price it was 9750/= and I was informed that it was a Global price for the watch. I trusted the guy and purchased the watch. I went back to Hong Kong and showed it to my friend, he started laughing loudly .. that I was a big fool and was cheated. I went home and checked the prices. The same watch in Hong Kong is prices 1065HKD, which is around 6000INR and in US the same cost around 135USD to 85USD. I feel like a big fool now, to have trusted Shoppers Stop to give me a fair price. I checked the Indian Import duty, and it comes to 35%, which again when added to 6000HKD does not come up to 9750INR that Shoppers stop charged me!!!!

                    I vow to never shop from Shoppers Stop.

                    I visited the Home Stop ( Magrath Road, Bangalore ) shop on[protected] and placed a order for a KABINI SIDE BOARD worth Rs 26000.00, unknowing that after payment of the amount i shall go through a extremely unhappy experience.
                    ( Store ID : 710, Csh memo No : 810, Cashier : Padma, Date : 16.10.10, Time : 19:01 )

                    First, i was told that as per a ongoing offer i am eligible for a set of cups ( Worth approx Rs 1500.00 ). Then i was told that since the same is out of stock, the gift shall be delivered with the Side Board on 13 Nov 2010. And then i am told on the date of delivery, THAT THE STORE SALES REP was wrong and we dont get the gift that we were PROMISED ... if its the sales guy fault, WHY SHOULD I SUFFER ... Anyways ... Then

                    Then, on 13.10.2010 ( almost after a month of the date of purchase ), on me calling the shop, i am made to understand that the delivery cant be made and that we will have to wait for another few days ... So, after spending half the day at home waiting for the delivery guys to show up, we then come to know that the delivery will not happen ...

                    Then, the the date 16 Nov, 2010 comes, again since morning i have been calling the shop rep ( Mr Joseph ) for the delivery of the Side Board and calling atleast 5-7 times a day to the shop, i get to know that the delivery will be made on 16 nov 2010 around 07.45 PM. I leave soon from office and come home awaiting the Side board. Every time i call Mr Joseph in the shop, i am told that the delivery person has already left the shop and shall reach my place in 15 - 20 min. And every time i call, i get the same answer. And telling Mr Joseph at aroung 09.30 that it is very late, he again says that the delivery will happen in 15 min ... AND NOW THE TIME IS 10.30 PM ... AND I AM STILL WAITING ... :-( . and then as expected, NO ONE ANSWERS THE CALL ... Also Mr Joseph does not have the mannerism to call the customer and tell if the delivery is not being made after promising the same on every call that i made to him ...

                    Let me know WERE AM I WRONG ... MAY BE THE ONLY MISTAKE I MADE IS BEING A LOYAL CUSTOMER OF YOU ... :-(

                    Hoping to get some response from your sales rep tomorrow ATLEAST ...

                    I DOUBT I CAN BE A CUSTOMER AGAIN, BUT ATLEAST RESPECT THE CUSTOMERS RIGHT TO GET WHAT I HAVE PAID FOR ... Its not a favor that u r doing to me ...

                    ... AND THE WAIT CONTINUES ...

                      1 month back i was shopping around in shoppers stop at inorbit mall,vashi.One of the staffs there asked me to make a membership card saying that you will get a FREE car/bike parking in the mall where there is a shoppers stop outlet.For this I will just have flash the shoppers stop membership card to the parking guy.Considering that I am a frequent visitor of that mall i decided to have this card.Today when I went to inorbit mall(which has a shoppers stop outlet) and as told to me i flashed the shoppers stop membership card to the parking guy.He asked to me pay the parking fee for now and get a receipt from shoppers stop which when shown on my way back i will be paid back the parking fee.when i went to the counter of shoppers stop to ask for the above said receipt the guy says that you will be given the receipt only if you purchase anything from here!
                      and that someone might have given you false information earlier.
                      --To save 20/30 bucks do i have to shop for 500 bucks??

                      Similar case happened with me as well .
                      At Bangalore airport, shopper's stop guy fooled me same way saying that, being a member of this, u won't have to pay any parking charges at any mall where there is shopper's stop outlet.
                      Bt it doesn't work the way he told.
                      Today I had purchase perfume from Shipper Stop Vashi, they are just fooling the people, I had asked him to show me Skin of Titan but he reluctant to show me the other perfumes brand, as I am not the regular user of Perfumes used to go by the brands as they had the good stuff, he keep pressuring me to take the Comoany name Salvadone Ferragusso ( Blu ). And I get it purchased of the MRP.3800.00 as it’s a new one for me I check the brand and found it the value of Rs.2850.00 in Mantra & Amazon . It’s not the difference of 950.00 but it is of trust which is breached. If I am paying more than the product should be of that level.
                      I am residing in Koperkhairne from last 20 years will share my experience in my society & community also.

                        I had a terrible experience with Shoppers Stop in Bangalore. For one, i never imagined that I shall ever face any issue with their products and when I did, i was quite sure that they will do the needful to sort my case. I had picked two set of Salwar- Kameez during their discount sale at Garuda Malll in Bangaore on 15th Aug. Both belonged to Biba (another prestigious upcoming brand) and did not use the product right away. As I has no reason to doubt the quality of the product I threw away the bill and did not give any second thoughts to it. two month later after having worn the product twice I decided to wash it, and paid careful attention to the instruction which read- cold wash separately and drip dry. Which I did , only to find the color run into the duppatta and salwar. When I went to the outlet, they asked me the bill which Idid not have, but gave them the card details which I had used to buy the items. They kept me waiting for nearly two hours and pretended to locate the details and after all the wait they came back to tell that nothing can be done as they could not track the transaction with the details I gave. When I insisted to meet the Store Head they said as a last resort they will send it to the BiBa company and ask them to exchange the product. They told me it would take two weeks. I waited and called back, nobody had anything concrete to tell. after another weak and a half I finally got to speak to the executive who had taken my complaint and told me the item could not be replaced by the manufacturer, I did not have the bill therefore they were not sure I purchased from them, their computer could not trace the transaction (given the card no.) and moreover, items bought on sale had no gaurantee. How big a crap is that. I am a faculty in Marketing and I teach at a premier business school in Bangalore and while this has become a live case study in my discussions in the class, but what is confounding is the sheer indifference of the staff to a customer complaint. I have tracked the transaction through my bank account and I wonder how the shoppers stop system could not reach the transaction details. Next time I will buy more carefully from shoppers. For now I need to know why my transaction is not featuring in their information system inspite of giving the exact date and time of transaction along with my card no.

                        The brands should be more alert towards complaints because once the confidence of the customer is shaken, the brand will lose it's reputation. As everyone knows that the apparels cost next to nothing in cost to the manufacturer to the selling price. Even if the dress is to be replaced, the manufacturer is not losing anything but definitely gaining a permanent custemor.

                            Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                            I am really very disappointed with the quality of products produced by Pepe. I had bought the above mentioned sunglasses on 15nth June'09 and within 2 months I noticed that there are small little marks on the glasses besides proper storage. I had bought these from Shoppers stop( Fun Republic, lucknow, bill no 2548). I tried to get my glasses changed from Shoppers stop( Great India Place, Noida) however there was pathetic response from the manager (Tarun Ghindiyal). They told me that it would take 20 days to know whether the glasses would be changed or not. On the complaint receipt they wrote " as per the customer there are scratches on the sunglasses" as if they were blind and hence, unable to acknowledge my complaint.

                            This is my second such experience with Pepe. Before this i bought a pepe T-shirt from hyderabad and in the very first month there were boblins on a small patch of the T-shirt. As i didn't have the bill so i couldn't do anything. I still own that T-shirt. This time even if i have the bill there is such poor response. I would seriously consider before buying any other Pepe product in the future depending on the action taken by you this time.

                              Dear,

                              Recently I bought a “wrangler” denim worth Rs. 2200 from (very reputed !!!) Shopper Stop (mulund). In the first wash within 5 minutes it lost so much of color that all water looked deep blue. I took the jeans out and its color was completely changed and didn’t have any resemblance with the original one. I went to Shoppers Stop customer care and shown them the condition of jeans. Initially they gave many utter non-sense logic and finally became ready to compare it with the new jeans….. as usual it was not where near to that…. Then again they started to argue….Finally I decided to leave the jeans with them and they have given many nice suggestions (free of cost) e.g. if I don’t like it I should give it to some charity or u just leave it here we will put in lost and found etc.!!!
                              Anyways at last (after one and half hours) they gave me a slip (receipt of jeans deposition) but din’t mentioned anything in “description of complain” column….. when I asked, why they didn’t write anything in that column??? ….they started misbehaving and made crossed the whole column…. It was really humiliating…at last one of them wrote “costumer is not satisfied “… and said “don’t come here again” !!!
                              Its really sad that Shopers Stop people don’t know how to behave with costumers…. Does costumer satisfaction really matters for them…. Is it the write technique to do bossiness in completive environment…..
                              Just for the readers information, I am a student of IIT Bombay and was a regular costumer of Shoppers Stop….
                              I request all readers, never humiliate themselves by contacting Shoppers Stop costumer care, if they are not satisfied with the product they should give it to charity or whatever…

                              shoppers stop has not been living up to its reputation...

                              i bought a police automatic wrist watch in feb and the watch stop functioning jus aftr 4 months. the time when i bought it, the staff din even tell me that there is no after sales service available for 'police ' watches in india. they were just busy in selling the product.

                              that is just awful.
                              dear all, i m anushree from bombay, malad, i went to shoppers stop a month back at malad inorbit., heard from my friends of getting good sandals..i went towards ur ladies footwear dept.and was very disapointed to see the staff..esp from the brand catwalk and inc.5, i was browsing ur show window for atleast 15 mins bt the staff was busy talking among themselves., and chating was smthng very abusing for a lady..                               I have been in Lucknow Shoppers stop in fun mall in Lucknow on 30/04/2010. My wife had bought me a wallet of BLUE&BLUES from your Lucknow Shoppers stop for my Birthday as a gift.And its a precious gift from my love. Now its one month from the date of purchase and its outer skin finishing started going on the folding area and other places and black is getting little bit white shaded.

                              I went to the customer care in fun mall today evening and one Mr. Imran had attended us. He had argued a bit and finally he said okey wait we will change it and made us wait for 10-15 min. After that all it happened. A person who was called as Floor Manager his name is Dhoom Singh( His ID. 513900) had attended and he started to arguing us. He is telling us normally leather wallet is like this and he started to show his old purse to me and again arguing that his purses is also having the same problem.

                              My wife and me, we were so insulted in front of other customers and he mocked me and challenged me that he cannot do any favor for me. And it was a biggest insulation in front of my family and i cannot tolerate it...

                              Now i need to change my purse and i need a reply why he behaved like this to us and i need a reply from the high officials. As this letter is a petition and i am going to the respected consumer court after getting your reply and i need a solution for this as soon as possible. I had traveled to 8 countries so far. I[censored] need a proof i can bring my passport as a evidence. I never had a insulting word from any store like this. Its my first and hope it will be my last experience??? I request to the so called famous company to remove such staff who don't know to respect the customers and to talk. Customers are your valuable asset.

                              I am looking for a answer from your side with next 24 hours and after that i want to give this same letter to all the websites like consumercourt.in, consumercourtform.in and to all other blogs and will try to canvas other customers to beware from such cheap experience from shoppers stop shops. This same letter will be done for respected police station as FIR and with proof will be submitted to the respected consumerscourt in Lucknow to file a case against the employ and the shoppers stop.

                              Its not about Rs. 1088/- but its the value you give to the human being. Man can earn anything but when he lives this world nothing he will take but love and respect will be there and it will be ever lasting. I hope this experience happened to me will never happen to any one.

                                  I had placed an order for a ladies hand bag from Shoppers stop (website). Since I was in India only for 4 days, I called up Shoppers Stop to check the availability of the item and if it could be delivered to my in Bangalore on or before the 20th February 2009. I was assured by the customer care (Mr. Akbar) that the item was in stock and could surely be delivered on or before the 20th February 2009. I was asked to place the order and then send an email with the order details so that the item can be expedited, which I did.

                                  On the 19th February 2009, I was replied as "Your order will be dispatched today and you will receive by tomorrow". On the 19th February 2009, I was once again told by a customer care representative that I would get the item as promised on or before the 20th February 2009. However since I did not see the sign of the receipt, I called up shoppers stop and was given the airway bill number and once again assured that the delivery will be there on 20th February 2009. I called up TNT with the airway bill number and was shocked to hear that they did not have the details of the order which means that I would not receive the item for the next five working days.

                                  The details of my order are as follows:

                                  Due to the inability of shoppers stop to meet its commitments I had asked for a refund of the entire amount. I received an email response from Shoppers stop to my complaint on 20th February 2009, with the followig message

                                  We apologies for the inconvenience caused.
                                  The delay in shipment was due some issues in our logistic partner TNT courier. We will be processing a refund of Rs. 655.18 to your credit card. The refund transaction will reflect in your statement in next 2 working days.

                                  When I received my credit card statement I was shocked to see that Shoppers stop had only refunded me Rs. 599.00. There has still been a refund of Rs. 56.18 which has not been credited and is still outstanding.

                                  It is highly disapointing to know that I had to deal with Shoppers stop, which I truly regret. I feel cheated by them. Inspite of a series of communication and repeated reminders Shoppers stop has made no bones to do the needful.

                                  Hi Totally agree, as i also had same experience with my order # 2506625, theyh ad no clue where the order was, after constant request for timely delivery and several emails no response
                                  staff is just not efficient no manners to talk, when i asked wher isthe courier explaiantion was given we sent through govt courier hence delay, are they trying to potray goct sector donot work where as i believe that they dont wok, they had no naswers to my questions their supervisor meena has no customer service skills, i had asked to speak to some else she couldnot arrange that, there was no response to my emails

                                  i wish if some one can really take action against such an unprofessional behaviour

                                  Their experience is true. This is my worst experience buying online . They donot send the items in time . I am still waiting for my Items to be delivered to my address. my order no.2575857. I would not recomend my enemy to buy using shoppers stop. We can call the credit card issuing office to blacklist shopperstop . Doing such act will save others falling as pray for shopper stop.

                                    I'd purchased a product from Shopper's Stop, Malad on 02/10/2008 worth of Rs.1799. The cashier asked me to swipe the card twice because she thought there was some problem in the first chance. However in the process the amount got debited twice from my account.
                                    They gave me a letter saying that they've received the amount only once and said that I can collect the money from any SBI branch in Mumbai. However SBI, Mumbai has also refused to help me because my account is in West Bengal. Meanwhile SBI Kolkata hasn't responded to my complaint for a week now.
                                    When I spoke to an employee in Shopper's Stop about it she asked me to write a mail to her which she would forward to the customer care id and refused to give me the id instead. She also said that she would cc me the mail and forward me the reply from customer care. However very conveniently she didn't do either and now she says that Shopper's Stop won't do anything about it anymore.
                                    My account balance at the moment is Rs451 which is below the minimum requirement and hence I've to pay a penalty anyways. Not only that I have to bear an extra loss of Rs.1799 because of such irresponsible behaviour by Shopper's Stop.

                                    Shoppers Stop — Defective merchandise & footwear

                                    Dear Customercare,

                                    I've made around 4 calls to your Mumbai & Delhi office but have not recd any satisfactory response.

                                    I bought 2 kurtas out of which one is defective.
                                    I bought a sandal yesterday which is agin defective.
                                    I had very bad shopping experience yesterday from Rajouri garden shopper stop. My money & time was all wasted.

                                    No body has registered my complaint & have not given any complaint no.
                                    In turn, they are asking me how come I took the defective piece. I have not used it even once & the tags are intact at their place. It's as it is as bought.

                                    Shoppers Stop — Loss of article from the Baggage deposit counter

                                    I had deposited my article at the baggage counter of Shopper's Stop but on returning back just within an hour, I found my article being missing and the concerned authority was not able to give my article back to me on producing the token.

                                    It was surprising to find that such a famous shop does not have any provision to follow and tackle such a situation, though it is not a very unique but a very generic situation/problem. It completely shows how good "SHOPPER'S STOP" is at their Risk Management.

                                    The worst part was to see the reaction of the management team. They could not come up with one solution but kept their terms and conditions changing every 10 mins. At last on the request of the concerned authority of the shop, I provided an application to them as per their terms and conditions, word to word what they said which they accepted with their signature and seal. But then again after half an hour, they requested me to change the terms in the application. This was really a very big mismanagement and had caused me a lot of inconvinience.

                                      As per the instruction given to me by the consultancy which handles the clearance of PF for the shoppersstop employees my PF amounts cheque was issued on 26 Aug 08 But till date the amount is not credited to my AC, Yes it was said to me that it would take a months time to reflect in the AC but its not yet deposited can u pls let me know how much more time it will take it has been to long.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        i bought a pair of sandals from Shoppers Stop Bandra/Linking Road outlet on 22/07/08...the sandals are of the brand 'Class Apart' and were bought during an offer period... within two to three usages one of the shoes had some issue with the heels..ideally the bottom of the heel wears out, while in this case it came off which clearly was a manufacturing defect.. when i called up the shoppers stop people they said that it will be sent to dehradoon for repairs and i will get it only after a month...i was about to leave mumbai and shift to bangalore and so leaving it with the store was not feasible..hence when i asked them that whether on producing the bill in bangalore, they will take care of the repair etc, the customer care person agreed and said its not a problem and i can get it repaired in bangalore.. just in case i was wrong, i called them up again and this time the customer care executive said the same thing about the repair taking a month and that it will not be an issue to get it done through a bangalore outlet...

                                        on 21st September 2008, i went to the shoppers stop outlet in garuda mall where the person said that they have not been keeping Class Apart shoes for a year and they cannot do anything about it..when asked about the reason given to me by the mumbai store people, the person in this store just had a sorry to give me. when asked for a number of someone from class apart, the person gave me a number which clearly did not belong to a person who had even heard of class apart (i had called up that number to find this out)

                                        after this i called up the bandra outlet people again and they came up with a sorry again and an explanation that they had no idea that the brand is being discontinued and that the decision was taken all of a sudden.. they agreed to repair it for me if i send it to mumbai, the time period of one month to get it repaired stays intact...

                                        i am angry because there is so much information mismatch between the two outlets in such major cities.at this point when they are have terminated the contract, i do not think that it is worth sending my shoes to them and there is no assurance they will get it repaired...but such bad service is definitely not expected from a big brand name...please look into this...

                                        Ms Bhawana first appoved the reparing and then suddenly she went to P S Rawat, Who was totally out of his mind and started talking arrogantly.He says " Boys do whatever you want.I cannot listen to your request.Sorry sorry please go.

                                        Ladies Tshirt — Misleading customers

                                        Yesterday, I stepped into the Woodland Store on New BEL Road since there was a Sale. I picked up a Ladies Tshirt under the category 'Flat 40% off'. The MRP for this product printed was Rs.595/- However, when this item was billed, I was asked to pay Rs.400/- When I told the cashier that it should be Rs.357/- (595 minus 40%), he told me that the cost was already reduced before printing the amount on the label and the original price of the item was Rs.668/- and he is charging 40% on this amount. This amount, he picked up from his computer system. When I argued with him that he should have displayed the factory price (original price) on the label or displayed that the flat 40% was on the factory price which is not displayed on the item, he did not have any answer but said this is the Woodland rule. This is not ethical practice and is outright cheating. Since my daughter liked the tshirt very much, I did not want to disappoint her for a difference of Rs.162/- and ended up paying the amount. But I would like to get a justification from a competent authority of the Aero Club as to why they are taking the customer for a ride with false promises.

                                        I had purchased a crushed black dupatta from your store at South City Mall, Kolkata on 21st September( Item code:[protected].To my utter dismay, when I opened the packing, I found it to be torn at both the ends- big holes at both ends and hence a damaged item. I was outstation at that point of time and visited the store yesterday at around 1:15 pm, upon my return, for a replacement.

                                        The customer service staff at the store were not only uncooperative, they even went to the extent of accusing me of having damaged the dupatta and then demanding a replacement. I am a First Citizen Gold member and have been making regular high value purchases. It is rather humiliating to be accused of begging for a replacement of a dupatta worth a measly Rs 299.

                                        I was under the impression that Shoppers Stop took pride in being one of the best retail stores in the country and expected the customer service staff to know the basic ettiquette of customer service. Not only do they lack basic manners, the staff at the South City mall store are extremely reluctant to help customers.

                                        Shoppers Stop — Poor Quality of Product

                                        On October 25, 2008 I bought an Esbeda hand bag from Shoppers' Stop mulund for Rs. 900. I have barely used it for 7 days and the handle screw came out. Also i realised that there was a cut on one of the handle of the bag.

                                        I a really horrified at the poor quality of the product.

                                        I visited the store again on November 07, 2008 for replacing the bag... the customer care personnel just refused to replace it and instead want to repair the bag, by replacing a screw in the handle... For which I flatly refused. I would obviously not want to risk carrying such a bag because if the handle comes out say in a bus or train I may just lose the bag and all its contents.

                                        Also it appears to me that Shoppers Stop is not interested in retaining its customer... Inspite of hilighting the problem their personnel are not interested in solving. I am totally disguted by the attitude of such a big store.

                                        I will advise all never to buy anything from a store like shoppers stop which has neither quality nor customer service just a big price tag... for nothing in return.
                                        I went for shooping in Shopper Stop (in Great India Place, Noida) on March 24, 2009. At that time, there were no other customer (except me n my husband) and available Shopper Stop Staff. I lost my cell phone there and i came to know immidiately, just within one or two minutes. but I didnt find my cell from there shop. Shopper Stop Staff told me that they ll find n return me if it is lost in their shop only but they didnt return my cell phone back.                                         Firstly im curious to know why You Tube says "This video has been removed by the user" cos im very keen to see what your experience has been as i have had a similar experience with Shoppers Stop regarding a bad quality product but hear this -
                                        In 2002, my friend bought me a very cool looking hip flask with a leather exterior from Shoppers Stop. I fill it and see it trickling away from the underside. I finally made it to the store 2 months later to return it and ask them how such a poor quality product made it to the shelves. I mean with a huge admin like that and there's no one to do quality control?
                                        anyway, after voicing my 2 cents i leave to come back in 10ish month's time and find myself browsing with a friend (just to kill time before a movie close by), saw a similar hip flask from a distance, went to have a closer look and find myself holding the SAME piece sitting there with other similar flasks with the RETURN NOTE STILL ATTACHED from the day i returned it, dated: 24th Nov!!!

                                        MORE shopping centre — Bad security

                                        The security at MORE store (At Mudichur Road, Tambaram) is very bad.

                                        Once I have left a bag containing some things worth 1000 with the security and went inside the store for purchase.

                                        After, we finished shopping, we asked for the bag and that security told us that some one has taken it!!!

                                        We complained to the store manager in Tambaram... But he said i have to get the money from the security man.

                                        I took a skirt with me for matching a top with it and tht skirt i bought it from Bangalore central .It has some security tag which the central ppl done remove at the time of billing.so when i entered with that skirt in my bag the entrace door did not beep at all.Then I did some 3000 more worth of shopping and came out.Then at the time of exit their stupid exit door beeped.And shoppers stop ppl thought that i shoplifted that skirt.I told them that its my personal and that i took it from bangalore central and I have the bill too if you wanna see.But nobody listened to me and took me to their office and I was kept waiting for like half an hour.Then I told a guy named Mr MURTHY ( most arrogant and rude person i ever met)that you can call bangalore central people and ask that they had the same skirt and that they can check the bill too.But to that MURTHY says this skirt is only availabe in Shoppers stop.I said please if you dont know your facts dont say before conforming, to that he replies that we will see and e know how to handle you pleople.Then he told me to come in one small room so that we can talk and that room was dark and small and like a small storage place .Any decebt girl wont even like to enter such ikky room.So i stayed outside and I waited.after like half and hr they say yeah you are right you can take the skirt to Bangalore central and get that tag cut off..Then MURTHY didnt even had the guts to show his face to me neither he had a bit of shame to applogise...so i asked him to do tht..and he says something more rubish that my manager said that this skirt is only in Soppers stop...then i asked his manager to come and see..then the manager says that i have not told him anything.                                         Anup this side from Delhi, i bought a watch from your TGIP (Noida) store on 11/05/10, for a amount of Rs4, 995.00. This is a Parry Cardin watch & from the very first hour it doesnt work properly. It moves slowly like 50 minutes in one hour. From 12th to 20th i was not in city so when i came back i'll visit C.P. with the watch but they said that replace this watch from where you purchased, then i go again to TGIP (Noida) & they said that this is rarely happen so please give us some time we'll repair it, after 2-3 days they dealiver the watch & said that we change the whole machinery of the watch & if the same will happen again with you we'll exchange the watch.

                                        The same problem happen again from the very next day, i am a businessman so its not possible for me to visit daily your store so i'll visit on 03/06/10 with watch they said that please wait for 5 minutes, company person is coming. I wait there almost 40 minutes after 40 minutes the company person came & told " sorry sir, please give us some time, we'll call you tommorow because our expert will cheak this & inform us that the problem is genuine or not." they issue me a acknowledgement note & the receipt no is 2075. But i told him that when i repaire it last time you told that we'll exchange it if the same happen again, But he replied that " i'll do my best & we'll surely exchange the watch."

                                        On the next day, i got a call from TGIP (Noida), they said that your watch is repaired & we'll dealiver it to you on 07/06/10. but i told them i dont want the same watch, you can give me same model but please exchange the pcs.
                                        Then the store manager replied sir, please coprate with us if the will happen again then we'll exchange your watch immigetly. I told him that's ok with me but please give me all this in written, But he denied.

                                        I went to the customer care in fun mall today evening and one Mr. Imran had attended us. He had argued a bit and finally he said okey wait we will change it and made us wait for 10-15 min. After that all it happened. He is telling us normally leather wallet is like this and he started to show his old purse to me and again arguing that his purses is also having the same problem.

                                        My wife and me, we were so insulted in front of other customers and he mocked me and challenged me that he cannot do any favor for me. And it was a biggest insulation in front of my family and i cannot tolerate it...

                                        Now i need to change my purse and i need a reply why he behaved like this to us and i need a reply from the high officials. As this letter is a petition and i am going to the respected consumer court after getting your reply and i need a solution for this as soon as possible. I had traveled to 8 countries so far.                                         I bought some items from shoppers stop located at 'Shipra Mall' Ghaziabad (NCR). One of the item was a T-Shirt worth Rs. 795 /-
                                        It is hardly one month, T-shirt was torn off while washing only with hands (Without brush) from the button side.
                                        I took it customer care, instead of either repair or exchange, they said you have torn it yourself then took you (means we) it to us(shoopers stop) for exchange.
                                        I insisted and told them if you cant replace just repair it, they said you have torn it by some of your behavior and we cant do anything.
                                        I told them during selling of the T-shirt I was assured that this is 'WRANGLER' T-shirt, in any problem of tearing or discoloring it will be exchanged.

                                        Both WRANGLER and SHOPPERS STOP are here to loot people of India.

                                        I have been a loyal shopper stop customer so far. However, after a recent incident, I plan to switch. Recently, I purchased a handbag from shopper stop, lifestyle(malad)-Mumbai, and I was to make the payment via my brother's visa gift card which I generally use during making any purchases and I've done the same in the past few purchases with shopper stop. But, recently I was not allowed to do so and was been told that the card holder needs to be present. I told them that I've used the same card many times on my own but they failed to believe me despite of me requesting them to check the past purchase records of mine. However, they did not take pains to do so and were not very co-operative. I then talked to the floor manager but he too seemed to have nothing to say. The saddest part here is that the employees themselves don't know what their policies and procedures are. They don't even know the basic difference between embossed and printed name on the card. they argued that when the name is embossed, it can only be utilized by the card holder, however, the name was just printed and it did not even appear on the purchase invoice. I agree that this could be a policy to adhere to but my only concern is that why was I allowed a purchase on the same card before????Do their policies keep changing overnight???????This is ridiculous...Earlier, I also used the first citizen card of my brother, but now they say his presence is important to redeem the points on the card..offcourse their attitude was as expected "rude".I request you to kindly look into the matter and make them realize the importance of having knowledge about their policies (same knowledge in all departments)and offcourse a good customer service.

                                        Sir i recently bought an insense ladies tunic @587.51 from Shoppers Stop on 16-03-11, the next day i got the tracking no of the courier service aramex. i tracked the parcel to Kolkata on the 21st but after that the shipment was returned back to the shipper without any prior information. On the confirmation email they made a mistake about the shipping address which should have been Mohanpur-741252 instead of darjeeling. I wrote to them for correcting the mistake thrice but i did not get a reply even once. I also asked them about the status of my parcel since it had already reached Kolkata but still then they did not respond to my Emails. I am so disppointed with Shoppers Stop which i thought was highly reputed. I just want a refund back even though its a small amount. PLEASE HELP.....

                                        I had ordered following items from SHOPPERSTOP.COM on 23/08/2011, while they were running the 50% sale on some of the items. Items did not got delivered in the 5-7 working days,

                                        Remanika Mix and Match Top (Rs. 588.00)

                                        So I logged in Email complaint. I did not get any response from customer care for few days. Finally when I called customer care from aborad(I live in abroad) they said that these are out of stock and money will be refunded. To my shock I could STILL SEE the items on shopperstop.com at same price (that means they had the stock but did not want to give at that price..why put on sale in the first place).. either their marketing is screwed or IT is screwed(no link with Supply chain)

                                        After two three days I saw that same item was double the price(obviously Sales & Marketing is screwed)..This is cheating. I had to spend days to search for right gift for my wife and I had paid online, so it caused me an anxitey whether money will be refunded or not..Though I got my money back in next 15 days or so SS.com still owes me an explaination, as to why this screw up happened??..specially when it was a gift for my wife`s B`day(who was in India during holiday that time)

                                        Shoppers Stop — Regarding First citizen Shoppers stop

                                        I am using Shoppers stop First Citizen Card.
                                        For the card i have paid 250 Rs/ .
                                        But as they said for the next shopping you will get 200 return and 2% off on the shooping.
                                        But this is not happened with me.
                                        I had a very unsatisfactory experience, finally I had to cancel my order. I have been following up on the order number almost 4 times in 7 days.
                                        None of the time I was happy speaking to the customer care executives, especially Ashutosh sharma, who without intimating anything was muting the phone, which gives obviously gives a negative impression of what the executive intentions are.

                                        And more over my feedback's/request are never considered. I even did not receive a mail or call in response.

                                        Shoppersstop online shopping is definitely not the right choice. Please do not go for it.

                                        Recently i bought a skirt and a formal shirt online from ShopersStop. I received the order I was very disappointed to see the condition in which the clothes were sent.

                                        Both the items are extremely dirty and crumpled. Stitches are stretching at some places, and full of creases.

                                        It looks like some old set of clothes which has been sent. I thought Shoppers Stop would maintain the quality of its products despite ordering it online, but looks like since its been ordered online, where i cant see the quality of what i purchase, any old piece is being dumped upon us.

                                        It has been a very disappointing experience shopping with them, and would not attempt online shopping anymore with Shoppers Stop anymore. There are many other online shopping portals which offer much better products which come with much better quality.

                                        I bought two products having order no:4033393 on 12th of feb, My account showed that one product is completed(billed and shipped) on 14th of feb but not get that product yet. I contacted them many time to there phone no. Every Time they assured me that it will delivered next day but not got it yet. They cancelled my second product order after a week and said that it is not available in stock, we checked in all stores. Though I saw that product today in ss store. After cancelling my order they not refunded me full amount. Don't know why they deducted 100rs. When I called customer care again I was said that It was by mistake, please wait for two days for remaining amount. After 4 days I didn't get any refund.                                         Never do shopping from shoppersstop.com. The biggest cheater of century.
                                        I'm a First Citizen regular customer of Shoppers Stop. This time I went to Shoppers Stop at South City Mall, Kolkata and is highly offended by the behaviour of your sales executives. I demanded for free size clothes and they looked down upon me. Such kind of behaviour from Shoppers Stop is unexpected and highly untolerable you should hire and train your staffs properly and better give them some behaviour management classes. I'm terminating from being your customer.
                                        I'm a First Citizen regular customer of Shoppers Stop. Someone had gifted my baby a graco high chair from mothercare section of shoppersstop GIP noida on 2nd of june 2013. It was purchased on 1st of june 2013. When I assembled it after 3 days I found that a strap was missing from that high chair. From a customer perspective its a defective peice and its the fault of the person who packed it at the store. Yesterday, I went to the store with the chair and told them its a defective peice and I need a new peice or give me a store credit. They called Mr.Ankit - DM of the store and the guy just asked me when was it purchased and told me its over 14 days nothing can be done without giving any solution. He was quite rude.This was not expected from a senior staff and that too for a regular customer. I lost my cool over his attitude and tone. I told him I am not taking this peice back keep it here. He didnt respond and I left the store. Few minutes later I realised he was rude and if I visited the store again in same regard he can even say which peice are you talking about. I went to the store again and read in the store policy (point 3) that defective peice can be exchanged withing 90 days. I called Mr. Ankit again but he was rigid that its over 14 days for me its a defective peice and for the manager its just a missing strap. What a rigid guy he was. If the strap is missing how can I let my baby sit in that and for me its a defective peice. I told him I need a written note that this peice is at GIP SS store. He was not even ready to help me with that. After an hour of argument a gentle guy at the customer service desk told him to give in writting. Then he wrote in the back of the receipt about the faulty peice.

                                        This was the worst experience for me with the stoppersstop store at GIP noida. Worst staff, non-cooperative staff, rude staff, no courtesy for their first citizen golden card members. Will never shop from shopperstop again in my life.

                                        The peice which was bought from their store and they are not ready to help in any situation. This will only degrade the brand with time.

                                        Shoppers Stop — complaint about uneducated people....

                                        i undersign would like to give some attetion about this complaint... at last floor food court there are few seats to sit over there ..people are not able sit there because of the more population..and one more thing please dont allow uneducated people to entry...
                                        I am a stylist and I bought a pair of shoes for my dancer, he tried it on it was too big for him. Went back to Select City mall (Shopper's Stop), but was in crisis of time. I was refused to get a size smaller size saying it has been used. it had a little dust on the floor thats all. I had no time to discuss so i left.I will be visitng the store tomorrow and getting it changed or if i dont get the same excuse, i am going to consumer court. I am a frequent buyer.
                                        SHOPPER's Stop -- It doesnt even deserve a single star rating... These people are fraud and never shop from shopper stop... The have cancelled the order their own and is not refunding the money...They will learn a lesson once get a legal notice...

                                        I did place order[protected] on 22th of march from shopper stop and did pay from debit card..when did i track my order it showing that my item has shipped but it is not showing any tracing number related to my parcel . so please provide me my order detail..                                         It's with great disappointment that I have to bring to your notice the most pathetic service I've ever encountered. Let me start by briefing you with the issue I've faced, my wife had ordered for a pair of pants on 19-05-14 which arrived on 21-05-14 and on 22-05-14 she had raised a replacement request which was to be fulfilled in 3-5 working days as per your organization policy. However, the pick up has still not happened even after repeated requests and phone calls to your customer service team. Every time me or my wife have called we've got numerous assurances from your team (Suraj/Sharon/Aparna etc) but none of them have been fulfilled. Mr. Suraj even went to the extent of asking my wife to arrange for a courier drop of the product to your warehouse. Sharon Martin, arranged for a fake call from Aramex on Saturday 07-06-14 saying that the pick up would be done between 3 pm to 5 pm, however, when the pick up didn't happen and we enquired with the courier company we were given to understand that they work only till 1.30 pm on Saturdays. A follow up call to your team got us responses that there are no supervisors on shift and the call cannot be transferred. Even today after a lot of arguments from Sharon I was able to get your email ID. On being asked about personally visiting your store to change the product Sharon reminded us that there was a 14 day exchange policy which we had lapsed on. This for no real fault of ours as the delay was from their end still there is a completely non cooperative attitude of the Customer Service team of shoppers Stop that I have reached out to you at a personal level.

                                        I would appreciate your intervention and revert on this matter.

                                        BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE. I had ordered a watch online from the shopperstop online website. First, it was received in a very bad watch case. Secondly, I wanted to have it returned, so I had called their customer care to check. The customer care lady said, it can be returned and raised the request for which I had received an email confirmation. She told me that it will be collected in the next 3-5 days.

                                        At the end of the 5th day, one of their executives calls and says they cant take a return for watches as it is against their policy. They should have told me this on the very first day. They shouldn't have raised the request. Their own associates don't know the policies!! They had cancelled my return. Meanwhile, their logistics person was at the door to collect the watch for return.

                                        Horrible customer care and bad service!!
                                        Dear sir/madam,

                                        This is the worst ever online shopping experience I ever had with any company.

                                        My order of 17th October is still not delivered.

                                        As you can see in the Image 1 attached the shipment have reached your courier partner agency local office at Surat on 25th October, 2014.

                                        As seen in the map (image 2) attached herewith the distance of the delhivery's local office from the delivery address is hardly 15 min drive, so what is the reason of failed delivery though it has been more than 10 days & why is that the shipment was out of order 3 times & was not delivered.

                                        I called the delhivery people on 31st October, but they didn't bothered to reply me any satisfactory answered. The reply received was this 'You can contact shoppers stop people and its not our liability. There some issue in your shipment. You can complain wherever you want'.

                                        Followed which I called to the toll free no. of shoppers stop & talked with Mr. Manish. He assured me that my shipment will be surely delivered on Saturday 1st November. But as expected it was not delivered.
                                        Than I was given an assurance that it will be delivered on Monday the 3rd November. But again I received a msg on monday from delhivery that your order was out for delivery today but it failed to be delivered.

                                        Than between 3rd to 9th November I have called minimum 10-12 times to the shoppers stop office. Talking to customer care representative Mr. Manish, Floor supervisor Mr. Kanhaiya & also Finally Hina the executive manager on 7th November. But each of them just could let me knew my order status as also seen by me online on delhivery website. Miss Hina assured me that she is following up with senior manager. There is some issue with delhivery office but she will 100% make deliver my order within next 24 hours. But again on 8th November (Saturday) the order was not delivered & no one could give me a satisfactory answer from Shoppers stop.

                                        Finally being fed up I collected my order personally on 9th November evening from Delhivery Office at Surat, assuming that it will not be delivered. And seeing the situation at the delhivery local warehouse I am glad that I collected it personally. Hundreds of parcels from flipkart, myntra, snapdeal, shoppers stop where lying there on floor without any accountability or maintenance of fragile items like mobiles etc. The local personal there had no accountability & could give no reason for not delivering the parcel for 15 days. He was also not sure that if I would not have collected it personally, when would he have delivered the same.

                                        But more than the logistic agency, I am perturbed by the shopper stop people & their attitude. A big brand name with zero customer relationships. The items were diwali gift for my father & the entire charm of it was ruined.

                                        The day I placed an order from shopper stop I also placed an order from Jabong. Jabong people have also same delhivery agency as their logistic partner as seen in Image 3. The shipment had received the delhivery local office on 26th october as seen in image 4. As the parcel was delivered by 28th of october, even without my inquiry, I received an email from Jabong on 28th October a assuring the delivery in next 72 hrs as seen in image 5. And the jabong order from same logistic partner on same address was delivered on 29th October. Now thats what I call customer relationship & accountability. I have recorded and saved in my cell all the communication with shoppers stop people

                                        As per my knowledge the delhivery has only one office in Surat, so why was the jabong order delivered and not the shoppers stop?

                                        I can see only one reason. Shoppers top has zero accountability to its customers. As it was a prepaid order, once they received their payment, they don't care. I have never even received a call from their customer care representative following up with my order. Even today I haven't received a call. If I had been a manager there at least I would have arranged a call back, a follow-up call, some discount or would have even shipped the order again through other courier agency to save the brand value of my company.

                                        I was a loyal customer of shoppers stop since its first showroom at pyramid mall in mumbai. But what I can say is that you have lost one customer forever in this competitive market.I don't feel if you even care for this, neither I am expecting a reply from shopper stop.

                                        After all what can one expect out of a careless, negligent, irresponsible, only profit oriented brand.

                                        I visited the Gopalan Mall SS in KR Puram Yesterday, they have a horrible Customer service .I had to wait for nearly 25 Minutes in the billing counter to get 3 products, especially when there was no one else before me & the responsible executive ignoring customers who have come first, least bothered!!! DIGUSTING!
                                        Shoppers Stop -- Illogical rules on exchange/ return

                                        Shoppers stop should shut shop in India if they do not know how to handle customer grievances. I recently picked up a watch from (Fossil brand) their outlet in Total Mall, Soul Space Arena, Nakundi, Bangalore. I wasn't too sure of the model I picked but I was miss lead by the sales representative at the store saying that I could exchange it to the model I want when it arrives at the store in two days time. However, when I went back to the store for exchange, I am being told that they do not accept exchanges on watches. Could someone please let me know what legal action can be taken against this.
                                        This complaint is regarding a very awkward situation that I faced in Hyderabad, Inorbit mall . Top floor- house hold section- of shoppers stop. I went up and was searching for my husband as he went to Shoppers stop first citizen customer support . I asked at the billing counter so they guided me with the way, I just took few steps when I saw four of the staff chitchatting amongst themselves .All of sudden they saw me and measured my vitals head to toe. I felt awkward and I gave them just a bad look, since our stupid Indian society says girls should ignore these things which I obeyed and ignored but the moment I crossed them they discussed something about me and started giggling, which I could not tolerate. Being a girl I am sorry to write in such language but I am dead sure they discussed my Vitals only. Getting the feeling of indirect molestation I couldn't hold my nerves and went back. I saw one guy's name and his name was - Mr illyas mirza bai.I could have given a tight slap on his face then and there but I didn't want to create a scene there . Even when I was asking him his name he didn't cross question me the reason, as he himself knew the reason. It was really disappointing, I have never seen such lameness before in any of the stores. All I can say is if you guys don't take any action regarding this then I believe shoppers stop has really degraded their staff quality, be it because of any factor.

                                        The reason I am giving my details is, all i want to see what action you guys take regarding this.
                                        I had purchased an item on Shopper stop online on 28th Feb 2015. The amount got deducted but the website was stuck. I had reported this on 28th Feb itself.

                                        I have no resolution on this, today is 7th day.

                                        I had requested to send the item by COD, there is no response. Repeated mails were sent which gave a reply that it will take 2-3 days of time.

                                        No doubt this is very sad experience with Shoppers stop on line shopping.

                                        No doubt that I will never use it again and advice others about it too.

                                        No wonder Flipkarts, Snapdeal, Myntra and E-bay etc are much better, as its not about the problems but what you do with the problems. Let your Customer Care Head, Finance head and Logistic head know of this too.

                                        I have purchased Kenneth Cole wrist watch worth Rs. 12, 796 on 23rd March 2015 from Shopper's Stop - Rajouri Garden. From very next day I have noticed that the timings of the watch was going back again & again, but i still continue to wear it in order to check the exact problem. On 31st March'15, I have put this problem to Shopper's Stop physically.

                                        I'm very clear to the personnel of Shopper's Stop that I'll not take repaired watch anyhow, either I want new piece or refund of my money.

                                        This is not at all acceptable that I will take repair watch, though i paid for new one. I'm shocked to see the quality of products Shopper's Stop has in their showrooms. You are fooling your customers' by giving them defective piece.

                                        This is not the first time I came across the defective product from your showroom, I have accepted many repaired products because of some defect in the products at the time of purchase. But I have never been campaigning for the same.

                                        But this time its heights, I'm clarifying that I'll surely not accepted the repair watch. Even as far as Kenneth Cole wrist watch concerns, this brand degrade their quality day by day.

                                        I'm not happy with Shopper's Stop products & services. Now, waiting for the revert from your end without wasting the time.

Shopper stop website guys never buy anything you never know when you money will get deducted and no order gets generated, following which you have to spend additional money calling customer care as toll free number no one picks up .

                                        On 24 th april 2015, i wished to buy a product from shopper stop website for the first time as trusted brand and all rubbish . As soon as i completed my order and made the payment no order get generated but my money got deducted . I immediately called there customer care to get response that we will sort the issue in next 24 hours . I tried to reach them after 24 hrs to get response that the issue has been forwarded to respective department and they will get back to me in 2 days . Now after 2 days no one knows what to do . Useless people . Never buy from site if you love you money .
                                        I placed the order for a pair of shoes from Shopper stop online, the order was supposed to be delivered in 3-5 working days. After seventh day, I called customer support who informed that the product failed the quality check and they procuring the same again from various stores in India. I sent an email at [protected]@shoppersstop.com, who took further 5 days to understand the situation, and after making me wait for 15 days informed me that there was some error with the system, and the product was out of stock the whole time, but was showing as available which was an error.

                                        Please don't buy anything from Shopper stop as they loot people anyways with high price and then earn interest via investing people's money and canceling their order. This is a big time scam!!!

                                        I have palced an order in Shopperstop site. My Order no:00341026. Its been more that one week, I am not getting any response from the authority. The product has still not dispatched. I have bought products for nearly 2000 Rs. They are not responding to the mails or calls. Very unhappy with the service...Dont trust this bloody site. Its waste of money
                                        I ordered a hush puppies shoes on[protected]. Stil not delivered on[protected]. Their toll free number and land line number just keep ringing. Nobody has picked it up over the last 2 weeks. Their contact link in the website does not work.

                                        I don't know. Pathetic customer care
