When I first visited shoppes stop Surat, people at billing desk asked me to purchase a membership card and said about its benefits among which parking charge waiver was one of the benefit . I agreed and purchased the membership. After that I went there 4-5 times and made purchase and presented the parking bill to make the waiver but it didn't happened. I made regular complaints about the issue and in return I didn't received any satisfactory answer. Every time they say sir it will be done we have mailed about your problem to our concerned department . We will reply as early as possible, but they don't care to reply.     The staffs of shoppers stop, city centre are very ill mannered. They sell products and when any issue comes, they never try to solve it. I bought a haute curry bellies on 14th December 2014 and after wearing for an hour, I realized, the shoes are coming out while walking. So, I went to the outlet and told them the issue, they didn't even tried to fix the issue. I was so very disappointed with their behaviour, that I left the bellies there itself. As its of no meaning of wearing bellies which can come out anytime while walking. I bought it for 1700 rs. And paying rs. 1700 for wearing a belly for an hour, is too much. It's an advice to all, never buy haute curry sandles from Shoppers stop, as they sell cheaper quality products. The material of haute curry bellies are very cheap. Never trust these brands. Your m

      I purchased these sunglasses on 11 December Order number 6464483. After receiving i checked these glasses were not same as shown in the picture and also of a lower quality than the original glasses. I had spoken to them a number of times but to no avail. They say it is non-exchangeable and non-refundable. Kindly assist me with this issue

        After being a loyal customer with shoppers stop it's astonishing to see the way the service is in shoppersstop vashi in orbit mall.. After purchasing a esprit watch in August 2014 as a gift to someone else for an amount of around 7000 rs, the watch has already stopped working. And after giving it back to ss to repair, it's been more than a week and no response. Is this really the service we get after being so loyal? Not only this, at the time of purchase, it may also be mentioned here that we asked to exchange another watch with the esprit watch for which we were misled that it was possible and after running around to the first floor and down again and after wasting so much time (at least 45 mins waiting) to process the exchange and after being assured it was possible, we were then told it was not. After arguing till 10 in the night we finally got the watch which is now sadly not in a usable condition after just 3 months usage. Still waiting for them to fix the issue and return the piece so that the gift would actually be used as intended!!! It's a shame.. This loyalty is now lost!!!

          I felt cheated by SS outlet at Rajouri Garden, New Delhi. Though I was never interested for so called sales and priviledge cards, I was somehow pursuaded by marketing desk on 26.07.2014 to go in for First Citizen card which offerenced freebies and offers like features like discounts, points, freeebies and blaw blaw... 1. Freebies in the form of booklet of coupons (my first shock came in while dining at KFC - First coupon - expired March 31. Huuunnn.- First priviledge 2. You will be given three points for every 100 Rs. purchase, I was categorically told while SELLING the CARD. Booklet differentiates between Classic, Golden and so on. ???? 3. And many more such lucrative offers which I feel was just on paper. I am not saying that I wasted Rs. 300/- for the card, but it was sheer surprise to me how a giant like SS is doing such cheap things just to increase its card base. Even email dated 16.08.14 and telephonic calls did not yield any results. Sheer cheating and lying. Planning to send notice through Consumer Forum.

            a few months back I had purchased a ladies hand bag of brand name "haute curry " from your Inorbit mall - vashi (New Mumbai ) store, it has been sad experience that after a few months only the outer skin has all peeled off even after using the bag sparingly. I know shoppers stop may say that - "there is no guarantee for such products..." etc etc... but the fact remains that we customers certainly lose faith ...that even after buying from such a reputed store the quality of the item remains the same as that from the footpath...and the answer we get will also be the same... no guarantee ! kindly ensure in future that such sub standard stuff is not stacked or sold through your chain else customers find their confidence smashed beyond repair. it has been a bad experience for me,

              i purchased some cloths from Shoppersstop.com my order number is 6342978.i file complaint for return of 2 of them. But even after 12 days no action has been taken.they are not serious about pickup. every time they say we will pick up in next 48 hrs.i want corrective action for this issue including an apology letter from there senior manger.

                Shoppersstop online purchase is a Big Fraud Company. They have got details of my ATM card and credited amount but not deliverd my Ordered Material. However have even contacted Customer Care no proper response given. Planning to take legal Action against the company. I strongly recommend not to buy online on Shopperstop Website.

                  I had brought a IDEE glasses on 19th OCT'14 at Shoppers Stop, Kukkatpally Hyderabad. I have used it for 4 times totally from the day i have brought. The Frame is so hard to open and close from the first day. The seller said that's how it works. But on 3rd Nov'14 when i tried to open, the Right glass from the frame came out and i loose the control and got too much angry on the seller and also on the brand. I have recommended the same brand to one of my friend which remains as one of my mistakes. The seller isn't much talkative on this. Probably he would have know this Please make sure about the product and i want quick response on this

                    Dear sir, on 15 Sept 2014 I ordered a hand bag from shopperstop of amount Rs.699 & my order id is 6224432. I had done the payment through credit card. The order was cancelled from shoppersstop due to unavailability of the product. But till yet shoppersstop has not refunded my amount till yet. Already I complained & mailed to them still there is no response. The company is simply cheating the customers. Though the product was out of stock, but still order was being placed.                     I have ordered for a "CAPRESE HANDBAG" (ORDER NO 6429299), yet i have not
                    received my order, but when i checked the status it shows that is has
                    been CANCELLED.

                    I was not informed about it when i ordered and paid it was successful
                    but now you say that it is stock out.anyways as i am a regular shopper

                    I have purchased one capresebag from Shopperstop, Saket worth Rs. 3500/- but to my surprise, after just three months the straps of the bag started torn and its stitching is withering from all the four sides. I have bill and I made several complaints on the email ID given by caprese but not receipt even acknowledgement. I am surprised and disappointed by the quality of the bag. Please help me to resolve the issue.

                        I bought a pair of puma shoes from Shopperstop.com in Thane. The shoes did not fit me properly. I requested a reverse pickup the next day I received the shoes as I was leaving country and the new pair would not have arrived on time. They told me the shoes will be picked up in 3-5 business days. It has now been more than 14 days and we have called them at least 10 times. The customer support department people keep saying sorry but nobody does anything about it. I really did not expect such low service from them. I am now worried if I would ever get my money back.

                          Hi I purchased a pair of jeans from shopperstop.com banking on the Shopperstop brand name. The jeans didnt fit and I requested for a reverse pick up and refund back as they didnt have another size - I was given a request no. and assured it would be picked up in 1-2 days - its been 14days+ and they STILL HAVE NOT BOTHERED TO PICK IT UP DESPITE 6+ TELEPHONIC REMINDERS AND MAILS again as I was expecting 2 packages - the courier person by mistake gave me another person's package - I called them back to inform about the mistake BUT AGAIN SHOPPERSSTOP IS LEAST BOTHERED ABOUT THIS MISTAKE OR THE FACT THAT SOMEONE ELSE PACKAGE HAS BEEN MISPLACED - ITS BEEN 14+ DAYS AND THIS TOO HAS NOT BEEN PICKED UP DESPITE SEVERAL REMINDERS TO THEM DO NOT BUY FROM SHOPPERSTOP ONLINE SITE - OTHER SITES LIKE MOMANDME.COM, MYNTRA, FLIPKART ETC ETC ARE much better extremely unprofessional service .! after reading the reviews i have to now worry if i get my money back !!!

                            my first citizen card [protected] is a god card, however I have not received the upgraded card since the past 2 years. I went to Shoppers Stop at City Centre Kolkata, more than 4 times in this 2 years only to complain abt it and get a resolution. To no use could the customer service manager help me.

                              Please read the letter i wrote them which has all the details- Hello Shoppers stop, I am a very regular online shopper, I’ve shopped from Various online shopping portals trending in the market and have had a really Good and satisfying experience but the experience that I had with your website is very very disappointing and Unsatisfactory !!! I had placed order# 5779102 on 31st of may 2014 after spending so much time and energy to select the product, I even went to your Hyderabad store (as I stay in Hyderabad) to check out the product physically. As it was much cheaper on your website I went ahead and placed the order. But as usual the order got “Cancelled” even after I paid money in advance. I have called twice on your helpline number and the reason that I got is that the product was not available. How can you give me this silly reason… the product was available when I made the payment, there after it is your responsibility to book it or arrange it from wherever you can… and for your information it is still available in your stores in Hyderabad. Adding to all this, few months back I placed order # 5365451 which got cancelled too, for reasons best known to you guys. I will pass on this feed back to my friends and family and to all the social forums that I am associated with. So that none of my people become fools. If you can’t deliver a product at a lesser price please stop putting up fake discount schemes on your website and fool the customer. I am at least expecting my paid money to be returned to my account ASAP as I never want to shop with you again!!! Thanks for your service, Jimmy

I left the Shopper Stop 7th Sep 2013 and Submit the PF form to HR on month of Dec 2013. But wheni check my PF status on shopper stop online portal which is (http://www.pfoutsource.com/ESSClaimStatus.aspx) is still showing pending and the last status is updated on the portal 26 March.                                   This is by far the worst online store, I have come across. Later my friends told me that they have faced the same issues. The order was placed on 27th April and today is 11th May and all the products are yet to be delivered. When you speak to the customer care, they tell you the status, which is of no use and none of them registers a complaint or take it forward. I shop online at a regular basis and everyone is so quick to arrange and deliver. I for sure know, that I would never ever buy from this store online.

                                    Complaint against Shoppers Stop staff, Shoppers Stop, In orbit Mall, Hyderabad I purchased Ray Ban Sunglasses (Receipt attached) on 5th February 2014 night. After couple of days I took them out of the case and wore them. After driving my car few miles suddenly one of the glass came out of the frame. I tried to put it back, but couldn't. I called up Shoppers Stop store and asked if I can get a replacement for the glasses. The store person said that the glasses would be sent to the service centre and I wont get a replacement. I was not happy with what the advisor has said, as no one likes to pay a full price for a repaired 'RAY BAN' sun glasses. I insisted on getting a refund. The advisor asked me to come to the store to get the replacement, as he has to get the refund authorised from his manager. I clearly informed the store advisor that I would only be able to come to the store after two weeks as I am outside the city. He agreed to it. I went to the store after some days. I asked the staff for a replacement glasses as promised over the phone. To my surprise the phone conversation was not lodged any where and the person I spoke to doesn't remember (of course he wont as its been quite a few days after the phone conversation). So, I had to tell the whole story. The staff said that they cant replace the glasses nor can they give a refund. They said it is a manufacturing defect and a small screw was loose. It went on to become an argument between me and the staff. After a long conversation, the staff agreed to speak to the management about the refund or cancellation of the order, as I didn't even wear the glasses once. Proof is my phone conversation with the staff. The staff agreed to call me back after they speak to the management. I waited for few days and, I myslef, called the store. I found out that the staff is still in the process of communicating with the head office for refund. Hoping to get refund I bought an other pair of glasses (I am afraid its not shopper stop this time). As I still didn't get a call from the store I had to chase the shop people. I called them up and shocked to hear that the glasses were actually sent to Mumbai for a repair without even informing me. I spoke to the staff and asked them why I have been mislead and has been given wrong information all the time I either visited the store or called the store. I didn't get any proper reply back. Why was my first call to the store not logged? Why I have been given wrong misleading information? Why there is no right point of contact? If there is a manufacturing defect in a piece then it is the responsibility of the company to replace it or refund it. But why not in case? I was given wrong information and then while testing my patience calmly the defective glasses were fixed. I had to buy an other pair of glasses. I have been fighting with the Staff to get a refund. But they don't seem to care about my concerns. I will see for how long they are going to keep the repaired glasses. After going through all this why should I get the glasses. I really need a full refund on the glasses and don't need those repaired glasses, as I have bought a new pair. The purchase receipt is attached and also the shop acknowledgement receipt is also attached. I had to resort to this email option as no one bothers to listen to me. I really didn't expect this kind of treatment from such a big shopping giant. What a pity. Kindly process my refund as early as possible as I don't want to speak to the store people, as it will just be a waste of my time. Thanks Satish

                                      Hello, i have bought i-walk formal shoes today at Shoppersstop-GVK mall, Hyderabad. ITEM No: 130247 i was in Hurry to go home and finally i chosen 1 and told them to pack. when i checked it after coming home, both are different sizes.:( :( :( How ridiculous it is..! i m on the way to my hometown now and will be back on tuesday only, and i must be there in office tuesday 9:30AM. Never thought SS wil do these stupid things, :( :( what should i do now ?????? shall i go with different size shoes to office ??

                                        i did place order from shoppers-stop on 22nd of march having order number[protected], on 23rd of march i did receive mail that my order has been shipped, but today is 27th of march but till now i did not get any tracking number related to my parcel.i did mail them and also call them two times but their answer was only that they will send me soon as possible. They are not doing anything in my favour, so i request u please solve my problem, otherwise i will never purchase anything from shoppers-stop.
