I made a purchase of one trouser at Shopper Stop in Kormanagala, Bangalore.
Later I gave it for alteration at same place as well. But somehow I lost the payment and alteration receipt for the same.

Now its been more than 15 days and they are yet to produce the trouser. Everytime I go, they make me wait for long hours and are not even serious towards this problem. The worst part is they keep on making different excuses...

This to bring to your notice that I had bought my RED TAPE shoes from your Pune store. The quality of the shoes was so bad that it had to be replaced and a CREDIT NOTE was given instead. I bought my shoes of ARROW from your R-City Mall Ghatkoper today. When i returned back home it turned out that the shoe lace was turned out to be damaged.
I stay at thane. Its been such a bitter experience.

I bought a pair of sandals from Shoppers Stop for Rs. 900 and within 1 week the beads which were fitted on the top of the sandals came off. The company is not ready to get it replaced for me.

They will only service it and that too will take 21 working days. People cannot waste their time visiting the shop 2-3 times just for getting a pair of sandals repaired which couldn't even last properly for one week....

I worked Shopper's stop for 2 years from September 2004 to August 2006, After I quit i have applied for Provident fund Settlement so many times, till now i have not recieved my PF settlement, Every time i visited to Shopper's stop met with BHR and told about it and they said it will get settled very soon but no use till now it is not settled yet. I have odered a red tape shoes via shoppersstop online services with order no:2951785 dated[protected] . I have paid the amount for it using my punjab national bank debit card. I paid an amount of Rs.1097.50 .But the order has been cancelled by shoppers stop due to the lack of product in their inventory. I made three orders (2995081, 2758953) separately in www.shoppersstop.com. After 10 days, i received an email that these orders were cancelled due to lack of stock. I didnt understand why they list products which are not availabl with them

I visited Shopper's Stop, Malad W, Mumbai on the 31st Aug 2011.

The Shoppers Stop store at Kolkata's Forum Mall is forcing customers to "buy" plastic carry bags in the guise of green initiative as per the government's regulations.
They are not providing and other packaging material like paper/jute/cotton bags for the goods sold and are asking customers to buy plastic bags from them else carry the goods in their own hands.

On 22nd Apr 11, me and my wife went to Pacific Mall, Tagore Garden, and bought some stuff, one of which was a scarf bought for Rs 400.00.
