I bought E-Gift card online via Shopper Stop website which was suppose to email me E-Gift card INSTANTLY but it never came. I checked Junk mail as well but nothing.

Email address provided was correct as i got my Invoice directly to my mail box which was same for E-Gift card as well.

I emailed Customer Support which said we are looking into this matter but no further response back.

    I ordered 35 items on 17 Jan 2016. After many followups, received 19 items on 25 Jan. Although it was mentioned online that delivery will be made within three working days. Out of 19 received products, 3 were old and dirty products (2-4 year). one product was not meant for Indian use. So I had to return 4 products.
    Out of remaining 16 items only 8 were received on 1 Feb 2016. Rest of 8 were cancelled, the reason was "out of stock products". How could a company sell something that is not even in stock. Moreover, shopperstop realized it after 2 weeks of selling the product and many followups.
    And now shopperstop is not refunding the amount of 8 cancelled and 4 returned products. I have already wasted my money, time and energy in all these processing on shopperstop online purchasing.

        I placed an order[protected]on Jan 17th and it got cancelled on 21st Jan for which i have not received an email . I called the customer care on Jan 29th and they said they processed the refund on Jan 27th and I will receive my money on Feb 3rd. But I have not received the money and when i call them once again back on Feb 5th they say they processed the refund on Jan 30th and I will receive it on 7th Feb. When I asked them to send an email with the details. They cut the call twice and now they are saying sending an email is a different department and they will raise a request for them to just send an email with the details.

        I am not sure whether i will receive the money. Shopperstop is the very worst ecommerce site. They cannot sustain with this level of customer service.

          Shopper stop has canceled my 3-4 order. i called to shopper stop help line number also they told you product will deliver 100% sure. they are providing and offer but when u will order they will take your money and after 10 day they cancel your order. just wasting time with Shopper stop. i have all the recording and order confirmation snap shot.

            Shoppersstop.com given me flat 250 off coupon(no min. purchase ).i ordered shirt worth rs.524 on 30/12/2015 order no: 00934017 using woohoo gift coupon & 250 off coupon, they canceled my order, then i ordered shirt worth rs.500, Order No.00685552, once again canceled my order, because of damaged product...now they making me fool..already 1 month gone...i ordered this shirt for gift my father birthday, now they canceled my order simply..please help me..i dont need coupon, i need 250 money..because i wasted my rs.250 on woohoo gift card...i never purchase anything from this website., i need 250 money in my bank..

              I bought a handbag on 20th Janauary, 2016 from rajouri garden store and after 3 days o[censored]se, its leather at corners came out.

              i went to replace it to customer care at same store, but one Mr. Vinod Kumar told me very rudely it cannot be returned and it is my fault that the leather came out.

              but when I said that I bought it only 6 days back and it is already defective, they should replace it.

              He did not agree and behaved very badly.when I was adamant that they should return it, then only they had no choice, but to issue a credit note for the same.

              To my surprise, his other colleagues including the manager were supporting him.and many other customers were there and they were behalving like this with all of them.

                Sir,
                I was order one product whose products id[protected]. But my product cancelled due to out of stock. The payment of this product given by two method rs250 pay through coupon and remaining amount pay through net banking. After cancel my product only net banking amount was refund and remaining amount pay through coupon was not given. So please refund my coupon for another product.

                  I purchased fastrack bag from Shoppersstop.com on sunday 17 Jan 2016 through debit card online payment . It was expected to be delivered within 3-5 days . I haven't received any delivery till now and when I called to customer service they said that your order has been cancelled . They didn't even trid to contact and let me know about this . This was my WORST online shopping experience and now they are telling your amount will be refunded within a week . I am fed up of this FRAUD people and don't feel safe to buy anything online .

                      I went to shoppers stop R-City store on 22nd Jan 2016. I liked one top & sales girl gave it to me to try it on. When I was going to the trial room one girl came to me & said, ‘if you don’t buy this top then give it to me’. I said ok, & I went to trial room. After coming out that girl again showed up and start snatching that top from me. It was shocking as that girl was pulling the top from my hand & was blocking my way. I told her I am buying the top. Then she started yelling at me that she has asked sales boy to keep the top aside for her & I took it. I told her that just before 5 min you were asking me that if I don’t buy the top then give it to you. On that, she was like what else I can say to you. Even after the sales girl & the boy confirmed that she has not asked to keep the top aside & it was hanged in an aisle when the sales girl gave it to me, she started yelling at me and created full chaos. But in spite of that the shoppers stop staff stood still watching the tamasha and latter one sales guy took the top from me lying that he just want to have a look at the top to check if they have another pair of it, and when I handed over it to him that guy gave a top to her & let her go with it. When I asked what’s happening here & that I want to talk to the manager, all the staff member said that manager can’t do anything and I need to understand that she is their customer. (If she was the customer, then I don’t know who was I for them??). When one guy came saying that he is the manager of the store, I told him I am trying to cooperate with your staff in spite of the fact that it’s not my fault, but your staff has just handed over the top to that girl & telling me to have patience. Then even that manager started yelling at me saying I am not cooperating with them & they are trying to arrange for another pair of top from some other store for which they don’t know how much time will take or I go to other stores of shoppers stop & look for the same top.
                      Through the whole incident, even when that girl was literally pulling the top from me & blocking my way when I was trying to talk to any of the staff member, all the members of shoppers stop shop was nicely standing & enjoying the drama. Without any of my fault I had to go through this humiliation. At last when I asked for complaint register or feedback form or contact number of in charge with whom I can raise my concern, the answer was ‘we don’t have any complaint register or any contact number’.
                      With this kind of attitude how can anyone feel safe & not discriminated?

                        I was trying to place order online on 8th jan 2016. The transaction was done from my bank account but order was not placed. I received an email from the seller (shopperstop) Saying the amount will be refunded within 2 - 4 business days. I still have not received the refund and the customer care is not Providing with data as in whom to contact or when will i get the refund.

                        I called the customer care and the amount was refunded shortly there after. I also received a call from 7053899381 and i was asked my card details over phone, which i didn't find safe to provide over phone. But later when i checked i got the refund amount.

                          Shoper stop is a worst website. they are just showing the offer so that people will spend more time in the website. after that you order any one product and and money also they will send you confirmation mail that order success. after 10 day again they will send cancel mail of that order and after some day you will get your money. it just wasting your time and providing your account details. i have order 6 item and all got cancel.

                              I had placed an order on 9th january and yet i did not receive my order. when i called their executive they informed me that they had cancelled my order without informing me and giving some absurd reason like it has been out of stock and providing me some false information regarding policy but yet i did check the same product online and it has been reflecting that their are still 7 products available as i am in urgent need of this product...

                                On 29 Dec 2015, 9:03 AM I ordered two product Order no.[protected] and[protected]. It was under offer prize. Amount was paid by net banking. Ordered get confirmed and It would be delivered by next working five days.Since it was confirm, I canceled same product from other e-commerce dealer which I had ordered earlier. After Three days, On 31 Dec 2015(Night). I got mail of cancellation of order. I didn't cancel it. On 01 Jan 2016 I made call to customer care. They told me product canceled due to mismatch of price and system error. If product is under offer price then what is meaning of mismatch of prize. I spoke with Manager "Kanhaiya" he also told me same thing. I demanded for my ordered product, he assured me problem will be solved and will get update on same day but since it has been 6 days to raised ticket, I didn't get any mail/response . Also they are not giving proper service. Whenever I contact them they assured me upto the end of the day they will update me. But still I didn't got any mail. I told them that I will go for Consumer court but they don't even care of this. They are giving false promises to the customer . Also not giving proper services. I ordered this product for one of my beloved for some promises for date 7th Jan 2016. The manager "Kanhaiya" has all idea about this issue. PRODUCT ORDER NO.                                   Date : 23rd Dec OrdeID : 00613131 Cancel Req Id : 00069786 Description : I have ordered Gift Voucher instead of E_Voucher by mistake, So I have cancelled order within 30 mins of order placed by contacting customer care of Shoppers Stop. They told me that I will get Order Cancellation mail within 24 hours as a notification and in next 24 hours I will get refund. on 25th I have talked with customer care executive as I did not get any mail regarding cancellation. I got that as 25th is holiday I will get mail on Monday i.e. 28th Dec. Again till 30th I did not got any mail or any progress on my cancellation and that Gift card is received to the person to whom I want to gift it, so I called customer Care executive and discussed on this issue with Akram Khan. He said that he will take care of my query by blocking that Gift Card after discussing with his team after that I will get notifying mail and Refund also, and it will solve till 31st Dec. But again it is not solved. Till 4th I did not get anything on it So I called them again and they are keeping my call on hold by saying that they will transfer my call to Akram Khan or Senior management and they are not transferring. Finally Priya Pande checked my query around 3.30 p.m. and told me that I will get notifying mail before 5 p.m. but I did not received any mail/message. Again on 5th I called them and talked with senior manager named Solanki and he is like they need more time to solve this query till 7th Jan. Not sure what they are doing and how they will refund my money Resolution : Gift voucher amount should be refunded. I have call recordings for 4th and 5th Jan

                                    I had purchased a leather Jacket from Shoppers Stop for my daughter from Junction mall Durgapur, West Bengle (INDIA) on Dec"2014 . After the Using the Same, It has been found that the leather of the jacket fully damage .as I am a middle class family I am not able to purchase another Jacket, So kindly Replace or change the same .I am waiting for your kind response .
