I have ordered a jacket from shoppers stop website on 19th July. I'm not registered on the site and ordered as a guest. Till date, 23rd July, the order status is same from the first day, saying 'product is billed & shipped'. I called the customer service and they provide no information at all, only says that it would take time to my pin code, which is of west bengal and my product is yet to be go through some kind of inspection. I have ordered online before and other sites never gave me this kind of issue.

I have a harsh feeling for this website and I'm worried if they would cheat my money. What can I do now?

    I just brought a LAKME ABSOLUTE SHINE LINE eyeliner from your outlet in seasons mall, pune...but when i came home and checked the price online it said 269and they charged me 375 almost 100 bucks more...i am totally dissapointed!!! I thought lakme has better service n products than maybelline or colourbar ...i really feel cheated! i want my loss to be compensated.

      Hi, I Placed an order with shopper stop on 25th June 2015. i was supposed to get the order in 5-8 working days .But when i called the shopper stop after 8 working days the shopper stop executive said that the order was rejected by me at my house, but it does not make sense because i paid the amount through net banking so why will i refuse to take the order. When i called the shopper stop for the second time the executive said shopper stop provided some wrong tracking number to the courier company due to which the order cannot reach my home. so i asked them to deliver it again. third time when i called the executive said it reached the warehouse because and we will try to deliver it again so i asked shopper stop to cancel the order and he said he is cancelling it. it has been more than 5 days now that i have not got any mail regarding the cancel of the order and even the money has not been transferred to my account. the amount is rs .4000. I have to call them daily and i have been harassed a lot. Please need your help for this.

        Order No:7126191 Order Date:09 Jun 15 Invoice No:[protected] Customer Name: Abhilash Lazarus. SKU No: 6866283 Iteam: Rayban Unisex Sunglasses - Wayfarers (rb2132 size 55). Purchased this Item on Cash On Delivery (COD) Item Cost Rs. 8999/- Fathers Day discount coupen Rs.1807/- I paid --Rs. 7192/- Received on 16 Jun 2015, I found its not new piece 1. It is having scratches.If it is New The glasses themselves usually have a Rayban Trademark label on the right glass. 2.A genuine Rayban pouch will have a Rayban trademark on the popper of the pouch. which is not there. 3. The outer box will come with a sticker which will give all the information of the item like Bar code, serial no and model no. which is removed. Based on these things I felt I was cheated. same day on 16 Jun 2015 I called[protected] and informed to the customer care executives. They asked me to take the photos and send it to [protected]@shoppersstop.com and I have sent those details. on same day 16 Jun 2015, I received reply to my mail on 17 Jun 2015 saying "Please allow us 24 hours to reply to you". When I called to the customer care and asked for the explanation, one of the executive told me that thats how the new and original item will come. I asked him to put it in words what ever he is saying but he said "no" he cant. for that reason, On 18 Jun 2015 I have sent a mail asking for the explanation. No reply. On 19 Jun 2015 I sent again another mail asking for the status.. On 20 Jun 2015 I got a reply with "Please allow us 24 hours to reply to you". After making repeated calls on 20 Jun 2015, to Vandana-- Employment Id No: 81756 zaid[protected]Employment Id No: 129142 Farzeen---Employment Id No: 105058 they finally told they will get it replaced by the new Item and they have already placed the order for the replacement. Once they receive the returned product to them they will dispatch the new replacement and will receive in 2 working days. On 23 Jun 2015 I received Mail "return request has been acknowledged" On 25th they picked the item Praveen phone No: [protected] picked it. Reference No: [protected] Recipt No: [protected] On 27 Jun 2015 when I called to the customer service for the status, Anikith employment id 124636, he told I will get the refund cheque. I told him that Farzeen employment id 105058 told me that I will get a new replacement and why you are giving me the refund? then he told I will get replacement. when I told I want to speak to his superior he transferred the call to Irfan employment ID: 124707, he told I will get a replacement in 2 working days, because he has to give order for the new item and send to quality check and then it will dispatch, then he told I will receive on or before 2nd July 2015. I received the Replace Item on 1 July 2015. I opened it, 1. the outer box has a bar code sticker and the information of the Item. 2. The pouch has the Rayban trademark on the popper. 3. the rayban label is on the right glass. But it has scratches and it is a defect one cause it is very loose where it is falling from the face. the original Rayban of same model and the same size is a good fit for me because, Before purchasing I checked one of the shoppers stop and few other stores and checked. either the glass is duplicate or a defect one. Now 1 july 2015 I again called and spoke to Irfan employment ID: 124707 and told about the issue, and I told I will go to the nearest shoppers stop store and I will get it replaced and please release required documentation or tell me the procedure to do so where I can check the quality and take the same item. Now he says I can not exchange with the same item because I got some discount. Ok, I asked for the replacement of my money they told I will get a cheque and it will take 10 days from the day they receive the item back to their warehouse. I asked them to give the refund cash then and there in one of their stores where I will surrender the Item. But they told they can only give a pre credited coupon of my money where I can only use it in one of their Shoppersstop store. I asked for the some compensation if I have to get a pre credited coupon where I have to use it only in their store. But no solution. just prolonging, Then he transferred the call to his Manager Clatty, I have given them my options. 1. I want the replacement from any of the shoppersstop store, the same Item. OR 2. Refund my money Rs. 7192/- in CASH same time when I surrender the item. They say they cannot do any of those things.. Its just dragging. clatty is either resolving nor giving the solution, I have to go to work so, I told her give a compensation of 1000/- plus my 7192/- Credit Coupon where I will pay another 1000 and take the same Item in their store. She told she will call back in one Hour and tell. She called after 3 hours at 6 PM and told I have to surrender the item and take the 7192/- credit coupon in the nearest ShoppersStop store and they will send a 1000 gift voucher through courier which will take another 2 days. I asked her the same to give in written (e mail) she told she cant do that. I told her I will let her know bout that. I called to Clatty's desk Phone No.[protected]. on 2 july 2015 at 9:15 AM some one picked and told she has not yet come. I informed them to give me a call once she is back. its 1:10PM on 2 July 2015 not yet received any call. Please help me with this issue. Can I file a case. my questions? Why did they sent a duplicate pouch? and if i asked they replaced with the original one, if i don't know how the original looks, then i was cheated. how many of them got cheated? why they cant give an exchange in one of the shoppersstop store?? because they know that it is a defect one??? even the second time I Did not receive the brand new one. they never told that the discount items are defect one. I am attaching all the invoice and the photos both First Item and the replaced item. with and without the rayban tradmarks Please help me.           After my shopping at shoppers stop as I was leaving the counter, a man approached me and said that the first citizen card that I am holding is a gold card and he will replace it with a platinum card. He took my credentials and made me sign a few papers. Only when the next day I received a call from Citibank that I realised that the form was for a credit card. Citibank people have been harassing me ever since. I stay away from credit cards as a rule. But this man had such an ingenious way of approaching me that I dint even realise what was happening. Please be careful when goin to shoppers stop.

            I purchased 3 blackberry trousers from shopper stop malad, mumbai on 15th march. 10-15 days back when i was wearing one of the trousers i realized that the fabric is peeled off. It seems the damage has happened due to the metallic emblem of blackberry. I went to shopper stop with the complaint, they just say it didn't happen because of that and that replacement is not possible. Attitude of the customer service person was like we had damaged it and trying to avoid us. I just wore this trouser once and i found the damage, i cant digest that fabric of such a brand cannot survive even single wear. I m seriously unhappy with this and i[censored] cant give a replacement, request you to take back this trouser as i don't want to use a damaged trouser and don't want to buy blackberry ever in my life again. I don't even want refund just take it back. I dont want this piece of junk at my home please.

            no refund of money in two months

            I ordered an product on 7 Jan 15 but I didn't receive it till 30th jan. So I cancelled the order and requested for refund. I have not received my money till date. It's been two months.

              Really disappointed service and behavior from shoppers stop, I really didn't think this type or service friends. I bought a homemade brand STOP formal trouser from shipra mall shoppers stop on last Saturday, wore it just for a day in last Monday, when washed on Tuesday the complete front side of pant faded and some white spots came, then today I went for exchange it from store, all the members said that they couldn't able to see any white and faded spots on trouser. I have spent more than an hour there, discussed same thing again and again to 4 persons but all are behaving really absurd and clearly said this couldn't exchange, we can't do anything. I really really felt very helpless and pathetic. I spent 1600 INR for this trousers and now my money waste. Now I don't know what to do, how to deal with these guys, but one thing I am requesting, appealing you please please do not go to shoppers stop for shopping, they are cheating us. Hope u my friends got my concern, and I really requesting you please buy anything from anywhere but not shoppers stop. I suggest globus and lifestyle for shopping but really ignore the shoppers stop please please. Rahul

                this is to inform you that i Rahul Agarwal a golden card memeber of shopperstop with registered mobile no. [protected] from kolkata wants to inform you that recently i have been to shoppers stop like always and i enquired about by points with arround 1740 (approx) as on 27tth april 2015 as checked by the shoppers stop help desk . Then i also made a purchase of Rs. 5200 so the points for this purchase was to be credited after 48 hours . As my card was going to get expire on 30th april, so i decided to shop again and made purchase of Rs. 5262 and Rs 1628 . I had Rs 1980 approx on my card as the points for purcase for 27th april was also credited to my account . So i used all my points on the purchase made woth Rs. 5262 on 30th of april . So the account became nil in my card . I was told the the purchase made on 30th april woth Rs. 5262 and Rs. 1682 and 2 hours parking fees the points for this would be credited with in 48 hours and i have to use this points with in 6 months and i have made purchase on the card expiry date 30th april . So by 2nd may 2015 the points should be Rs144 as per the points and Rs 60 (2 hours car parking fees ) which comes to Rs 204 . Then again i made purchase of Rs 1704 on 7th May and also gave 2 hours parking ticket in forum mall kolkata . I also made purchase of Rs 2302 and 2699 on 10th of may and 2 hours parking fees woth Rs. 60 . so the cheating that happened with me that this esteemed shop did was as i have used all my points on 30th of april and the balance on my card became Rs.0 by using my Rs1980 that was in my card as per my shoppers stop purchase bill and as per the amount deducted by the shoppers stop concerned person . So i should have points from the purchase made on 30TH OF APRIL TILL 10TH MAY as per the details provided . But i dont have any point available in my card . So kindly stop cheating customers by thinking that people forget about their purchase made and they dont have time to calculate the points in their card and they dont keep any record and you can cheat and play with their money or points . So this is a warning to your company to kindly add the points for the purchases and also add parking fees as soon as possible . You are such a company no one must have ever imagined and everyone has so much trust on your company and so you play with their trust . Kindly add the respective points and money as soon as possible . This complain will surely be forwarded to higher government necessary departments and consumer forum and i will see to it i will file a suit against this in consumer forum . The copy of this message is also forwarded to necessary media The Telegraph, Times Of India and Hindustan TImes so that all of your customers get to know what games you play with your customers by cheating them .                   I purchase 1 Lawman jeans on 16/06/2016 order No 05094243.Payment Done by HDFC Master Card Credit card. I don't receive any notification/confirmation after 20 hours of my purchase.
                  Hi, We have ordered some product from Shopperstop the Id -6386798 throught some delivery courier service airawy bill number-[protected].
                  We requested the courier service to get the parcel delivered between 5-7 or on saturday or Sunday which they refused to do now this courier is returned back to the ware house can you tell me what needs to be done to get this courier,
                  I placed an order for a t-shirt(order confirmation number[protected] on 23 Jul 2016 and paid for it online. I have still not received my delivery. Customer care number is just playing an automated message. On writing to customer support, one mail was ignored, post followup, the same message played on customer care number was sent on email, however no delivery date was shared for the product. Extremely poor service by Shopperstop for online orders. Thankfully I refrained from placing a bigger order to first check the service.

                    Hi team, I had ordered a watch from shoppersstop.com on last week of march, 2015 with order ID 6894421. The product was delivered to me on 6th of April. There was no similarity between the product displayed and the product delivered, the product displayed is of ceramic material and white in colour, but the product delivered is of metal and silver in colour) So I contacted with shoppers stop customer care, but they didn't co-operate neither did they accept that their is vast difference between product displayed and product delivered. After that I e-mailed them about the issue and tried to connect several times even on phone, but the issue was not looked upon and they didn't show any intention to replace the product. Almost 1 month has elapsed but the issue remains unresolved, in fact the issue hasn't been looked upon. Please look into the matter and resolve it to the earliest. I Am also attaching the picture of the product displayed and the product delivered. The difference is clearly evident and action should be taken for not replacing the product and in fact their non-cooperation and non-acceptance that they have delivered wrong product.                       Hi, I have done online shopping on shoppers stop online store on 4th April 2015 but havn't got any receipt or e-mail confirmation from them. My money has been debited from my bank account. I have contacted customer service dept for the same. They adviced me to write an e-mail to [protected]@shoppersstop.com. I wrote a mail with all transaction details and ask them to revert my money back bit In spite of rigorous follow ups on e-mail, I still havn't got my money back. Now I have got following reply in mail. Dear Customer, Greetings from the Shoppers Stop Team! We would like to inform you that in case of a failed transaction, the amount would be reversed to your account after the holding period of the card-issuing bank. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused to you. For further clarification you can reach us at our customer care number[protected] /[protected] between 9:00am and 9:00pm all days, or you may email us at [protected]@shoppersstop.com.                               Hi Team, I have did online shop on shirts and trouser, in shoppersstop, after some time i cancel my order by call, and as per the SLA, they need to refund the amount, but it almost went 18 days and my money is not refunded in my account, i need my money back, and also when we buy the product they are taking the money transaction in 2 mins, then why could the same process when they refunding the amount. please make this as complaint and do the needfull. my order no is ShoppersStop: Order # 6727673.

                              so plz do something and tell me how i can ask them to meet in court for compensation.
                              as they torturing us by money and mentaly too.

                              they just saying that we dnt capture your money and the money is in your bank holding period and bank revert your money and the time of bank is 5 to 15 days...now the period also expired and still my money not come in my account.

                                I have placed an order online for a belt from shoppers stop. Firstly what they show online and what they deliver are 2 different items. Unfortunately since i had opted for cod i had to pay the amount collect the product and then place a request for an exchange. It has been almost a month since i have ordered and neither have i got the right product delivered nor have I got my money back. Inspite of repeated follow up calls all these people have to say is give us time. They dont give you any intimation by mail or SMS. Even when you call you are given different information each time. Pathetic handling of customers. I am still waiting for them to respond to my request of money refund.

                                  Hi Team, I have did online shop on shoe, in shoppersstop, but they are have cancelled the product due to unavailability, and as per the SLA, they need to refund the amount, but it almost went 22 days, money is nor refunded and also No responce in custoerm care, simply droping the call, i need my money back, and also when we buy the product they are taking the money transaction in 2 mins, then why could the same process when they refunding the amount. please make this as complaint and do the needfull. my order no is Shoppers Stop: New Order # 6706992

                                    Bought a footwear of lemon & pepper from shopper's stop and within a period of 15 days the defect occurred. I took the footwear at shopper's customer service for repair. After 2 and half month they are replying it has been returned from manufacturer without repair. Is it my fault? Is it worth to buy from shopper's . Your logo is dedicated to customers. ..really? I faced embarrassing situation in party despite purchasing worth 1599party. Very much disappointed and for sure will not purchase from your outlet.

                                      sir, i had ordered one shirt on 28th jan 2015 on shoppers stop website, i had completed the transactions and order no. had been received. But finally on 3rd feb 2015, they had informed us that stock is not available.. This is not acceptable..Please support me in revert back the payment as well as this issue, Here after this type of issue should not happen to any customer...

                                        I purchase Vettorio Fratini products from Shoppers Stop after payment I requested for carry bag they refuse, Then I read the bill terms and condition which does not implies anything about carry bag, then again I requested still they refuse by the store cashier Mr Amrendra Store ID no 39334. Then I left the counter, I felt shame and harassment carrying the products open in my hands during the shopping hours in the Anzal Plaza Mall. This kind of treatment to customers is torture. I don't see any thing on bill in the terms and condition columns which mention that carry bag will not be provided to customers after shopping from shoppers Stop Brand. So therefore Shoppers Stop is a fraud company like to harass customers and sucks customers money. I attach picture of products and the bill copy with terms and condition.
