manufacturer defect in footwear

Bought a footwear of lemon & pepper from shopper's stop and within a period of 15 days the defect occurred. I took the footwear at shopper's customer service for repair. After 2 and half month they are replying it has been returned from manufacturer without repair. Is it my fault? Is it worth to buy from shopper's . Your logo is dedicated to customers. ..really? The staffs of shoppers stop, city centre are very ill mannered. They sell products and when any issue comes, they never try to solve it. I bought a haute curry bellies on 14th December 2014 and after wearing for an hour, I realized, the shoes are coming out while walking. Wrong and fake product

pathetic quality of goods-Ladies Handbags

a few months back I had purchased a ladies hand bag of brand name "haute curry " from your Inorbit mall - vashi (New Mumbai ) store, it has been sad experience that after a few months only the outer skin has all peeled off even after using the bag sparingly. But even after 12 days no action has been taken.they are not serious about pickup. every time they say we will pick up in next 48 hrs.i want corrective action for this issue including an apology letter from there senior manger....

Fraudulent Online shopping!

IDEE glasses broke a part

I had brought a IDEE glasses on 19th OCT'14 at Shoppers Stop, Kukkatpally Hyderabad. I have used it for 4 times totally from the day i have brought. The Frame is so hard to open and close from the first day. The seller said that's how it works. Not processing the return
