this is not my duty to call u again and again, its ur responsibility to update me the status.

Shopping.indiatimes is surely a online company set up for the purpose of duping people,they recieve the payment and cancel delivery on whimsical grounds,this has happened for the second time with me,the customer service agents are a bunch of incompetent 's,they never clarify any doubts but are quick to disconnect the phone slyly,sites like this portray other online sites in bad taste,the TOI being a reputed paper,should discontinue its advertisement and infact issue advisories against this malpractice by this fraud company. I paid 100% amount using my Credit card on 25May13.

But till date I have yet not received my goods. On website current status of this Order is under progress (To be Shipped).

I launched one complain on there website also with Case Id. 790304 on 7 April13 but still no results.

Please suggest how to get my materials?
