I bought 3 items from indiatimes shopping on 31.10.2012 vide order number [protected]. One of the items was delivered, another was cancelled by the agency without any information to me and the third one has not reached me even after 11 days, several calls and a few written complaints (the last being 502183 dated 10.11.12).

I ordered a Canon Digital Camera on 10th of October 2012 but still its not Delivered. Even i raised a complaint for the non delivery of product they still not providing me any proper reason for delay.On 5th NOV in my Credit Card Statement they claimed the amount of the product while yet not delivered...

Indiatimes online shopping service is most poor quality. They don't bother about their customers expectation/ need/ requirement, they are offering their services as they wish to.
