I bought 3 items from indiatimes shopping on 31.10.2012 vide order number [protected]. One of the items was delivered, another was cancelled by the agency without any information to me and the third one has not reached me even after 11 days, several calls and a few written complaints (the last being 502183 dated 10.11.12).
The service is extremely bad with no feedback or action from their side.
They are neither delivering the purchased good nor are accepting to cancel the undelivered good.
The worst online shopping portal that I have ever come across.

Indiatimes — Non-delivery or order and no refund

Hello,

Pleae do not order anything from indiatimes.com. I placed and order that they promised to deliver in 3 days. They did not do so, did not let me know anything abt the status of my order. I had to get in touch with them a lot of times to ask about my order status myself.

In the end i was told that i would be given a refund within 2 days and i still have not received the refund. This is outrageous. Please do not order from there. There are better sites to order from. Don't fall for any of their offers.

Indiatimes shop (Online Shopping) — No refund

Hello Sir/Madam

I ordered a gift pack 6-march-09, & after 10 days when it did not deliver. I cancelled this order. That time they said to me that ur gift boucher of this amount, you will recieve. But after one and half month I did not recieve any thing. Now they says that because you cancel this product we can't give you nither money nor gift boucher. For they give me the region that ur address is incorrect. But to correction of address I called them. And they varify the address to by a call.
Overall they cheat the consumers.
So do needful for this type of cheaters.

Indiatimes Shopping — Non Refund Non Delivery

I have paid 3000Rs for a ray ban sunglass, after one month they inform they have no stock, but still they did’t repay my money. I mail them still no reply. As I am working offshore abroad I can’t follow up for my money. I lost my money, so my advice is please don’t go to indiatimes.com

INDIATIMES SHOPPING IS FRAUD — NON DELIVERY OF PRODUCT EVEN AFTER PAYMENT 1.5 MONTHS BACK

I have booked for a pair of watches with India times Shopping on 19th June 2010 having the order number as[protected]. I have made the payment by my Credit Card and they confirmed that they have received the payment. Till today 29th July 2010 I have not received the product. I have communicated with them and every time customer care was telling that it would be resolved within 5 working days or 2 working days. Initially they promised that it will be delivered within 6 working days.Now they are not bothering to answer me with any update for last 10-12 days.
India times either you deliver my product or return me the money which you have taken.

I placed order no. [protected] in December first week for Godrej Refrigerator
Same is not delivered till date and no refund made despite my complaints to cancel it for last 1.5 months
On top of it they have updated status as delivered on their website and now not making refunds and when I called them they informed to my surprise that its been derived to wrong person

    Ordered for this mobile on 22nd Oct'12 using Indiatimes Shopping site. The listed price was INR 6520. After online discount the final price came to INR 5998.40. Was paid online using my credit card.
    My concern was to send me invoice for the amount INR 5998.40 which I paid against this product. This will be declared as my company asset so I need invoice with the exact amount I paid using my credit card. Indiatimes customer service confirmed that that will be possible and only post their confirmation I placed my order. After I places the order I have been informed that will not be possible hence I asked for refund.
    I have been advised that as the shipment is on it way through Bluedart not to accept the same and return the same to Indiatimes. Once Indiatimes receive the product back then they will process the refund. As per their advice the product was returned to Indiatimes using using Bluedart Waybill no: [protected] & [protected].
    I have been informed over mail that once Indiatimes received the product refund will be processed within 48 working hours after cancellation and I will be receiving the refund within 5-10 working days after cancellation.
    But to my surprise on 10th Nov'12 I received notification that they are sending replacement of my product using order no: [protected]. I am neither interested nor asked for replacement. I am asking for FULL REFUND immediately.

    I have purchased a green apple Ipod from indiatimes one month ago and the reference no is[protected].i found on receipt it is defective piece.after telephonic complaint the promised for replacement and i have sent the ipod vide docket no DO[protected] dt 14.08.10. and my replacement request no is 397501 but till date i didnt get the replacement nor refund and more over the i suppossed to get cash back voucher ,but after several remainders also the same is pending.i request to refund my amount i am no more interested in this product and the mental torture.

      I have purchase a Samsung Galaxy tablet on 7th Sep. 2012 through Credit Card EMI and after 2-3 days i cancel the order. Indiantimes shopping call executives confirm my cancel order & email it to me but they forget the inform their account / finance department for the same.

      And Now they deduct the 1st EMI from my credit card , Pls help me on this matter.

        I ordered a Canon Digital Camera on 10th of October 2012 but still its not Delivered. Even i raised a complaint for the non delivery of product they still not providing me any proper reason for delay.On 5th NOV in my Credit Card Statement they claimed the amount of the product while yet not delivered

          I had placed order (Order no. [protected]) with Indiatimes Shopping on 21st October, 2012. The expected date of shipment was 31st October, 2012 and expected delivery date was 3rd Nov, 2012. Since i did not receive any intimation of shipment i called up Indiatimes Shopping customer care no. and they informed that shipment has been delayed and will be shipped by 3rd Nov. I received mail on 3rd nov that order has been shipped through Overnite Express Courier service with AWB no.[protected] and expected delivery date of 6th Nov, 2012. I did not receive my order on 6th and so now I called up courier company to check the status. And i was shocked to listen their reply. They siad that this shipment was never booked with them and that their Gurgaon office has not registered any shipment with this AWB. I again called up Indiatimes customer care no. and informed about this, and they just replied that they will arrange a call back from the complaints department. But now i cannot wait any longer and i demand complete refund of the order amount immediately (including shipping and call charges that i had to make for follow-up). Can you please help me recover this from such fake company.

          My self varunjit my cocern to email is that i have bid for a product on you site http://auctions.indiatimes.com/ .500 rs were taken from my account by net banking from HDFC bank Cheque/Ref. No. is[protected]. bid was closed on 8 june, but i dont get my money back then i call you CC regarding this matter they told me to wait for 24 hour .I wait for 36 hour then i called you CC again they told me to wait for two days more. i call you CC he told me that we will refund your money todays but dont give any request no on friday. i call again then i hear same lines then i ask for request no he os she give me 648351 .I call them on monday and today i hear same line "we will call you" it is about 10 days after bid close i pay my money on 05 Jun 2008 but i have not got my money back.Also i want to know that if i have bid for a product on your site then there should be shown in my acount that you have bid for this product and if you have won that bid or not in my auction account .i am very upset with service of indiatime.you people are running huge bussiness you dont have any system that refund customer's money back in time.

          I have ordered an item on shopping.indiatimes.com on 26th August 2008 but I have still not received my order.As per the terms i was to get the delivery in 7 days but still havent received it and neither i know the status. Everytime i call them up to inquire the status they say i need to wait for 7 working days.They cannot even tell the status about my item.

          Indiatimes Shopping — Fraud- Charges money but no delivery of item

          Hi,
          I placed an order for a Epson Stylus printer with order #[protected]. Indiatimes shopping person came to the house and collected a cheque for Rs 4499 on 15-Sep-08 and the cheque was realised on 18-Sep-08.
          Till date, the order has not been sent. Also, on calling, they have been telling that the order is not in stock. On asking to return back the payment, they have been telling that they will do it within 2 days and for the past 2.5 months, neither the product nor the cheque has come.
          Their supervisor, Mr Thapa [dont know the complete name] keeps telling that he will call back and confirm the delivery of the cheque but there has not been a single call back.

          I guess, they are using the money to just gain intrest and swindle common peopl. Request you to take a look in to this

          Hello, This is Raghunandan here. I had ordered a product " Gorgeous Look collection ready to stitch salwat kurta duppata" on 30th september 2013. The respective order ID created was [protected]. Estimated delivery date was 10th October. From October 5th i was calling to Indiatimes customer care and was trying to track the product. By tracking it i found that it was dispatched with fed-ex couriers with AWB#[protected]. There the status was "INITIATED", till today it is same. After 10th October, i called Indiatimes customer care to complain about the product delivery, they created a Case ID:1117987. A person called Laxmikanth called & told that i'll get the exact information in 48 hrs. After that, I did not receive, a single call from Indiatimes. I kept calling every 2 days once. Everybody told they will forward it to senior officers and all.I also mailed Indiatimes CustomerCare 2 Times Its more than a month, i have not received the product, not even a proper information about it. This was not really expected from Indiatimes.com. I am really upset with the service. I requested for cancellation of the order and refund the money as early as possible if the product cannot be tracked or delivered. But no responses from Indiatimes. I have lost hundreds of rupees for std calls to customer care and previous time n peace of mind . Please oblige

            I order samsung laptop with order number - [protected] on 30 september 2012. My laptop was delivered to my neighbor instead of me on 9th october 2012. I can manage with this careless delivery. Then I opened box and found there is no invoice in the box. I contacted indiatimes and register a complaint with case number - 446855. They told me that it will be resolved by 1st november 2012. I had to register for extended warranty (promotional scheme) on samsung.Com by submitting the soft copy of my invoice. Indiatimes failed to provide me any particular answer for invoice in the given time. I lost my promotional 1 year extended warranty, faith and my reason of buying samsung laptop. Till now there is no response from them. And in any case, I can not get my extended warranty. I am planning to register consumer court case against indiatimes.Com because I need to get compensation for the time, phone bills, faith and my lost extended warranty.

                On OCTOBER 24, I ordered a netbook laptop with the order no. [protected] from www.shopping.indiatimes.com, and succesfully payed them as well got a confirmation email from them.
                But now when the date of shipment came they are saying that it is out of stock and they are cancelling my order.
                After that they are saying that they will return my money after 10 days.
                Now i want the consumer forum to ban such sites which take payment and then cancel the order and get the consumer's money away from them till 1 month or so.
                I want my money back as well as some compensation.

                    I had booked a philips induction cooktop from shopping.indiatimes.com on 9th october and payed the amount through my debit card and till now they have not delivered my product and every time they says that it would be delivered today but never happens now they tells me that i would receive a call back from there consultant but that also never happens. I have spend more than Rs250 just calling them. Now Its 31st and I can't believe them now. there courier partner aramex is also a big fraud they also says that it would be delivered today but that too also never happens. My order no:is [protected] and the awb no is [protected]. Now they tells me that this is an incorrect address I have told them this is a correct address and that told the land mark that I thin every one in Patna knows that place. I have told them that it is near Krishna Apt. and them my alternate no. too but they are not delivering my product and nor they are telling where its agent office but they don't tell me.

                      First of all the rate when i chose the product was RS.799/-

                      Next i applied their coupon "DIWALIOFFER" , then they rate was reduced to RS.559/-

                      When i moved to payment page, there also the rate was showing RS.559/-

                      After i made the payment, i got a Tranx alert message from my bank for RS.799/- at WWW.SHOPPING.IN and a mail was send by them.

                      Please check attached image, which i took for compliant purpose.

                      i have already complained abt this and even now they are maintaining the same status.

                        I have been following up with Indiatimes for 3 months to get my refund for a cancelled order and still haven't got it. I sent the card statement and still they say it's credited. Till date they haven't given me any technical information. For all cases that i raised they just closed the tickets without a word of confirmation. And they don't reopen closed cases and instead create new cases to please their management. Backend / customer care department at Indiatimes like most companies are only focused towards closing tickets and meeting internal SLAs without customer satisfaction. This is online fraud.

                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                        I had ordered for a Sony Cybershot DSC W270 Digital Camera + 8GB Card + Pouch + Tripod
                        with Indiatimes shopping .com through their website and I paid an amount of Rs.12,889/- towards the same through my Citibank Debit card on 23/12/2009 and the following are the details of payment from bank side:

                        PURCHASE SUBJECT: AUTH:601572 Card:5081XXX0XXXX3503 CCAVENUE S|CCA[protected]

                        Now, the payment reciept was confirmed by Indiatimes and verified on 24/12/2009 and then they status of Order Shipped on Dec 31st, 2009 and they even specified the courier and things like that. I have attached a snapshot describing the sequence of events that took place from their site. Then when I did not recieve the product for many days, I gave several complaints which took around 2 months. Then finally on Feb 11th, 2010 they Cancelled the order and issued refund of the full amount on Feb 13th 2010 which has still not been credited to my bank account. When I called them on 24th feb 2010, they said that I should first enquire at my Citibank customer care and then they would log a complaint. On further complaint they gave me a complaint number 149524 on 24th Feb 2010. Till date there has been no payment from their side. Please help me in this regard in order to get back the refund from indiatimes shopping.

                          I received a totally damaged item (samsung microwave) for 12k and my request for replacement and refund (Case Id. 391913) has still not been addressed for 3 months.

                          I am being always told my case manager is working diligently on the case but he does not even has time to call me nor attends my call. There is no way i can reach him or any senior executives other than the good for nothing customer care reps. The product has been lying at my place for 3 months now and even after numerous calls and followups online my request has not been answered.

                          I think this is the worst online company to buy even free products and is a total waste of time and money.

                          Never never buy from this company or else loose your hard earned money.

                          I had ordered one jwellery combo set which is published daily in newspaper - Hyderabad Pearl Set on May 13th 2009. However it reached my only on 9th day of ordering.

                          Outside the packaging was very good, not tampered but when I opened the pack, most of the items are damaged. They had showm two wrist watches (bejwelled & pearl) on the offer but only one bejwelled watch alongwith one local simple watch is there in the pack.

                          Like many other unhappy customers, I have also decided to do shopping only when u can actually see n check the product, no online shopping anymore.

                          Hi,

                          I ordered a Sony PS3 320GB with Medieval Moves Bundle (with in-built Blu Ray Disc Player) (Black); online through Indiatimes shopping on the 14th May. The expected delivery time given was 4-5 days. There is still no sign of the item.
                          I have sent numerous mails and made several phone calls but of no use. I finally cancelled the order on May 24th and also got my cancellation number 239142. Now I am waiting for my refund and that too is not coming. I have paid a heavy amount of Rs18991.00 for this item and now I am not even getting my money back. Everytime I write to them, they ask me to wait for another 2-3 days! Please help!

                              I am Sujith N P, I had purchased a Sony DSC-5000 camera from INDIATIMES ONLINE SHOPPING as per their news paper advertisement 11 Sep 2012, the advertisement was , some gift will get with this camera and the items are :
                              * 1 nos Sony pouch
                              * 2 nos Sony 4 GB memory card ( I got only one memory card)
                              * Battery Charger ( I got a duplicate one, its name is "I-music" )
                              * Reebok Watch ( very bad )
                              * 14 in one card reader ( nothing to say about it )
                              * 2 nos battery,

                              I have placed an order for the above said item on 30 Sep 2012 through online. After 2-3 week I got the item but unfortunately the items are duplicate except Camera. The battery charger they given it was unserviceable and useless since I received from the courier service, due to this I couldn't use the camera till the time.

                              I have raised a complaint to Indiatimes online shopping through e-mail as well as their customer care number but the till the time the issue is not resolved.

                              So this is my request to you, at least replace the battery charger and solve the issue . I don't care about the other items except battery charger because "without battery there is no use for camera".

                                    Indiatimes online shopping service is most poor quality. They don't bother about their customers expectation/ need/ requirement, they are offering their services as they wish to. They take as many days as they wish to dispatch the product. They play/ cheat with the customers sentiments, expectations. No one should book any product from their online shopping sites. In my case, Order No:[protected], dated: 2nd Oct'2012. for a Seagate 1TB External Harddrive Freeagent go flex model, paid the amount through credit card. I received the product on 10th Oct, but different model - backup plus model. I made a complaint (complaint no:442883) on the moment i receive the product and also conveyed the urgency of the same with my concern. After one day their team executive has called up and told me to wait for 20 days more to get the product dispatch, i asked for the money return- they said again it will also take 20 days. un believable, as all other service providers like flipkart dispatches the product within 2 days maximum. i made another complaint to the trailing mail for the delay in replacement. Till date, they are not responding on any status of product dispatch. Need strict action to stop this type of irresponsibility, not responding to customers requirements. Hope others will agree with me.I need the product at my address in 2 days max or return back the money in 2 days.

                                      I had ordered an product online with indiatimes shopping. The money for the the same was paid through ycredit card on 01/ 02 oct 12. The product delivered to me was not the one I had asked for. Hence, on 06 oct 12 I lodged a tele complaint and the I'd given to me was 437171. I have been interacting wIth India times shopping almost everyday but no resolution has been given till now. My money is also not returned.

                                        Dear Sir,
                                        I was ordered a Fastrack Women Wrist Watch having model No. 6031SM02 on 07.10.2012 through Debit Card in Indiatimes Shopping website (order no. [protected]), which was dispatched by them on 11th Oct & received by me on 15th Oct. When I was got that product from Courier Staff I found that the wrong product i.e. Fastrack Women Wrist Watch Model No. 6051SM02 was given to me. I immediately registered a complain against my order No. in Indistimes shopping website, which case ID is 450107. But after 4 days there is no positive reply is given to me.

                                        I want to please cancel the order immediately, return their wrong goods dispatched to me & refund my amount within 5 days & oblige.
