Indiatimes online shopping service is most poor quality. They don't bother about their customers expectation/ need/ requirement, they are offering their services as they wish to. They take as many days as they wish to dispatch the product. They play/ cheat with the customers sentiments, expectations. No one should book any product from their online shopping sites. In my case, Order No:[protected], dated: 2nd Oct'2012. for a Seagate 1TB External Harddrive Freeagent go flex model, paid the amount through credit card. I received the product on 10th Oct, but different model - backup plus model. I made a complaint (complaint no:442883) on the moment i receive the product and also conveyed the urgency of the same with my concern. After one day their team executive has called up and told me to wait for 20 days more to get the product dispatch, i asked for the money return- they said again it will also take 20 days. un believable, as all other service providers like flipkart dispatches the product within 2 days maximum. i made another complaint to the trailing mail for the delay in replacement. Till date, they are not responding on any status of product dispatch. Need strict action to stop this type of irresponsibility, not responding to customers requirements. Hope others will agree with me.I need the product at my address in 2 days max or return back the money in 2 days.

Indiatimes — Non-delivery or order and no refund
Hello,Pleae do not order anything from indiatimes.com. I placed and order that they promised to deliver in 3 days. They did not do so, did not let me know anything abt the status of my order. I had to get in touch with them a lot of times to ask about my order status myself.
In the end i was told that i would be given a refund within 2 days and i still have not received the refund. This is outrageous. Please do not order from there. There are better sites to order from. Don't fall for any of their offers.
