I TOTALLY AGREE WITH MANOJ...I'M ALSO A VICTIM OF INDIATIMES SHOPPING FRAUD

!! IS THE WORD FOR THE KIND OF DEALING & SERVICES THEY PROVIDE. I MADE A ORDER FOR HTC DESIRE S PHONE & PAID ONLINE IMMEDIATELY...BUT ITS SUCH A COMPANY THAT IT SHOWS THE PRODUCT IN STOCK BUT CAN NOT DELIVER BCOZ ITS NEVER IN THEIR STOCK...THEY TAKE ORDER & MONEY FROM PEOPLE ONLINE FIRST & THEN PLACE THE ORDER WITH VENDORS. HENCE IF THE VENDOR IS NOT ABLE TO DELIVER SO THEY CAN NOT.

THERE ARE SO MANY LOOP HOLES IN THEIR SERVICE & SLA. FIRSTLY, UNLIKE E-BAY OR OTHER ONLINE ENGINES/SHOPPING SITES, THEY DO NOT PROVIDE THE DETAIL OF SUPPLIER WHO IS GOING TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT TO THE CUSTOMER WHO HAS MADE PAYMENT IN ADVANCE.

I[censored] TALK TO THEIR CUSTOMER CARE EXECUTIVE...STRAIGHT THEY START FROM THAT THEY DO NOT MAKE COMMITMENT OF ANYTHING...BLOODY ...WITHOUT COMMITMENT HOW CAN U RUN A BUSINESS OR DELIVER. THEN AFTER SOME DAYS THEY GIVE U A CALL WEATHER U WANT REFUND OR TO WAIT FOR THE PRODUCT TO BE DELIVERED...JUST TO BUY TIME EITHER TO EARN INTEREST OF PEOPLE'S PILED UP MONEY OR TO OBLIGE CUSTOMER WITH THEIR LATE & PATHETIC SERVICE.

IN THE END I HAVE ONLY ONE WORD FOR THEM...ITS...PATHETIC.

NEVER EVER THINK OF BUYING ANYTHING FROM INDIATIMES SHOPPING ONLINE OR EVEN THRU PHONE OR FOR THE PRODUCTS THEY ADVERTISE IN PAPER.

THEY TAKE THE ORDER & MONEY FIRST FROM PEOPLE AND THEN ORDER IT OUTSIDE AND IF NOBODY CUD DELIVER IT TO THEM THEY DON'T DELIVER IT TO THE CUSTOMER.

I ORDERED HTC DESIRE Z PHONE vide Order No. [protected], when its was showing that product is in stock. But it was not delivered bcoz they never had it in their stock.

MORE OVER THEY ALWAYS TRY TO DELAY THE SERVICE EITHER TO EARN INTEREST ON PEOPLE'S PILED UP MONEY OR BUY TIME SO THAT SOMEHOW THEY CUD ARRANGE THE PRODUCT EVEN IF IN BAD SITUATION TO EVEN HARASS THE CUSTOMER FURTHER.

THIS WEBSITE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY.

PATHETIC IS THE WORD I WANT TO FINISH WITH

This is fraud and you have to go in consumer court against this company.
