I received secondhand mobile from indiatimes dealer. Inspite of complaining sever times to indiatimes, they are not solving my complaint or they are not even refunding me money back. From last 3 months they are irritating me. my order id :[protected]
I ordered a sewing machine and food processor. Both failed at first use. Placed a complaint with Times of India. They promised to replace...no action taken. Sent escalation mail. Still no response.

Its time to realize that TOI is polluting our country with cheap China goods (both the products I ordered were made in a village of china). This is affecting our Indian industries. Their after sales support and response is zero...their standard answer is "in 72 hours we will have someone pick it up from your doorstep". Also realize that, all you have is a call center number and a mail id...there is nothing you can do to take penal action on them.

Beware and stay away!

    I m a dis-satisfied customer complaining on the product that this company shoppingIndiatimes had
    sent me.
    I asked for a Sony Ericson Aino mobile cover but this company had sent me
    a wrong product,this cover which is attached is really a cheap quality product,they showed a leather cover on their site which costs Rs.795,but looking onto this cover it wont even cost more then Rs.50 and i logged a complaint on 18th of November but since now,no one is willing to help me
    from this company side.I called 100times till today.They have registered cancellation of product but
    nothing is happening.

    They sent me a pic-up kit also and then i packed that faulty product and sent it to the merchant but
    the merchant sent that product back to me.

    When i asked from the customer care about this thing then they said we don't know that product is returned back to you,
    "i said what is this,you guys don't have a proper co-ordination between you and merchant",then customer care said that they will
    send the pic up kit again and this time return back thing will not be repeated again.And lots of time they says that there is problem going
    on to there server so please call us tomorrow.

    And now 10days gone, no pick-up kit came up from their side.I don't not why????
    Please take my complaint seriously because i m getting pissed off.
    I request you to please look into this matter.

      I ( sanjay chaudhary) had booked Blackberry 9700 BOLD from Indiatimes shopping on 20.11.11. I had paid full amount through credit card. But I have not recd. the product till date. I have talked to their customer service on daily basis. The persons I talked in customer service centre- Mr vishnu mishra, Mr rajesh, Ms mona, Ms Anushka. But no body is taking care.

      Kindly halp me in the regard to get my mobile and comensation against harrasment i.e Rs 100000.

        with this e mail i would like to submit my regrets regarding poor functioning of INDIATIMES SHOPPING for the shipping of the item i purchased (order no[protected]
        1st issue, gift was delivered on 1 sep 10 after a gap of 9 working days as against 4 claimed by you thus defeating the purpose for it to be sent for RAKSHABANDHAN

        2 nd issue, the gift item did not contain all the contents mentioned by them i.e. it did not include the main item perfume

        in view of the above i emailed my complaint to them (India Times Shopping ) to expect suitable action within 48 hours by them
        in reply they suggested me to contact M/s Pearl Technologies New Delhi ( Third Party)

        Customer Support No :[protected] however the no is incorrect as no one picks up the no
        finally on lots of persuasion i got final reply that the services are time barred and cannot be entertained as per company policy

          my name is Dipikaa Sharma and I had ordered for a Electric Tandoor from Indiatimes Shopping on 18th of Nov and made an online payment for the same. while paying it was mentioned that I will receive the product within 4-5 working days. I received a mail saying that the product has been shipped by Bluedart courier on 24th Nov and on 26th when I called Bluedart they said they are waiting for an Invoice from Indiatimes shopping for cleareance. I called Indiatimes shopping and informed them the same they by 28th Nov evening I will receive the product however till date I have not yet received the product and today (1 Dec 11) when I called Indiatimes shopping the Customer Service girl said they will investigate and let me know in 24 hrs time when i will receive the product. My compliant is when they knew on 26th Nov that the Bluedart is waiting for the soft copy of the Invoice for the Product what are they still waiting for and delaying the delivery of the product and how many more times should a customer be calling and getting harassed to receive a product.

            I have faced some problem with the product, are as follows-
            i) when I am charging my handset, it is fully current,
            ii) I have been charged my handset near about 3-4 hrs in the night in switched off mode, but in the morning it shows 90% battery life remaining,
            iii) I have received an unsigned invoice having a product name "touchscreen mobile" instead of "Blackberry", dated: 09/05/11, but my actual order placed date is 22/08/11 and delivery date of draft is 25/08/11, so how can it is possible?
            iv) data cable was not respond at all in the desktop as also in the laptop, in the both system it is shows that "no device is connected",
            v) there is no warranty card in the box
            vi) It is a CDMA Mobile Phone, which was en-marked on the back side of it as "QUALCOMM 3G CDMA", how can it is possible in the GSM handset? But in the advertisement published on "Times of India", it was mentioned as GSM,
            vii) RIM selected as default Network, all the adds-on and core application is shows as RIM,
            viii) It was informed to me by a renowned owner of Mobile Shop in our city that its a case o[censored]nlocked CDMA handset i.e. lock was broken intentionally for the purpose of selling as a GSM Handset,
            iv) Condition of the battery is not good enough, status of it is always reducing whether I am using or not,

            I have send my product for replacement and reversed pick up was arranged by them, but today[protected] I have received the same product without any type of repair. Further they were unable to replace my product, so still I am facing the same problems as earlier.

              Hi!

              Try and register to Indiatime's 58888 Voice alerts service. I made the biggest mistake of my life by registering for ODI. Ever since, the nightmare started in my life.

              1. The alerts are delayed by more than 1 hour from the event happening.

              2. So, I decided to unsubscribe. I tried UNSUB <service>, STOP, options and it does not stop

              3. My number is in DND list. Still, I am getting these push alerts -- that too from Indiatimes when there is a new scheme evolved for the same with XX-NNNNN nomenclature.

              4. There is no link or support available on Indiatimes site and feedback is not responded to. I think its a hoax.

              5. Finally, the QnA link provided under qna.indiatimes.com to help user is not working.

              I think they are making money by just adding users and not letting them go away. What !

                Following is the product purchase details from indiatimes shopping, the times of india group..

                my order number is[protected] and i have purchased Seagate FreeAgent GoFlex 3.5 Inch 2 TB External Hard Disk - DESK

                (STAC2000300)........... on the date september 11, 2011.....
                obviously i have purchased it from axis bank account through debit card... the amount 4957.00 rs deducted from account....
                but till now after 15 days(10 working days) i dont get it.....

                i have asked my product delivery status through email, call & sms but still i did not get any reply from the company......


                now tell me what i do....???


                even through online chat facility on company's web site no one responsing me waiting for 1 hour to get response.......

                Indiatimes Shopping — Purchased product is not delivered

                I purcheded a book through indiatimes(Order ID:[protected]. Payment has done through net banking. After a week of puchase, they cancelled the order because of out of stock. The cheating thing is no option to refund and they forced to purchase another one within a short period to compansate our money. SO PLEASE AVOID INDIATIMES to do ur purchases. Once u do the payment, u please understand ur money has lost. Use ebay for ur online purchase. Good one and reliable

                The order was placed on September 15, 2011 at 9:12 AM. Already 4 working days passed (if I exclude Saturday, September 17, 2011). Today is September 22, 2011 and I have not yet received the product. While placing the order I specifically mentioned in the comment that "Please Deliver by Friday. I need it urgently as I need to gift it on Saturday." September 17th was my Anniversary and I wanted to gift that to my wife. However, when I spoke to their customer service agent, I realized that I was late in placing the order. They cannot deliver the product before Monday, September 19th and the customer service agent was politely explained me the reasons which was logical and acceptable to me. She told me that I would get the product by Monday or latest by Tuesday as it had 2 days shipping policy. Unfortunately, they were unable to deliver the product until today.

                Out of frustration, I contacted their customer support yesterday to inquire the status of my order. It was around 5:30 pm. The customer service agent informed me that the product was not even shipped by their partner/merchant. I was still holding my patience and politely requested for a solution. He said that he had registered a complaint (Complaint ID: 349070) and this matter will take 10 working days to get resolved or they will do something within 10 working days whatever. Now it was really annoying. Is this a Joke? I paid Rs850 to by that product with 2 days shipping and now since the product was not delivered after 4 working days, I have to sit and wait for another 10 working days to get a solution or may be more than that who cares in Indiatimes Shopping. They took 4 days to answer my email already, so I have no trust on them anymore.

                When I tried to explain this to the agent, he was not even able to give me any good rebuttal. Rather he was scared because he knew what happened was not correct. He was repeating the same thing like a recorder and he did not even bother to transfer the call to someone (supervisor/manager) who knows better. I have never seen such a careless attitude. They did not even bother to inform me that the shipment would be delayed. I had placed an order (different product) at ebay.in on the same day when I placed the order with Indiatimes Shopping. I had received the delivery yesterday and it was before the promised time. Ebay never failed to deliver products on time as of now (At least I never experienced it). They never gave me explanations like Indiatimes Shopping. Why should I bother if their partner or merchant could not / did not ship the product? It is not my look out. I placed my order and paid money to Indiatimes shopping, so it is their concern and they should take the responsibility to coordinate with the merchant.

                I am planning to go further and take further steps against this company. I was already paid a good compensation for my previous complaint against another merchant. Of course it is a little runaround, but honestly it worth taking actions against these types of companies, who make fake promises and earn money by showing fake adds.

                  The product was returned back since they had dispatched a wrong product a micromax Q 2 + instead of Micromax Q2

                  Also vendor sent invoice by the name of "21st Century" & indiatimes customer care "icare" have asked me to ship it to "Best Mobiles" & both seem to be unavailable at their regd. add due to which the courier company was not able to deliver & have lost 4 days searching for them.

                  till date i have not received the product instead they are further extending the complaint date by mentioning

                    I bought a new xperia x8 from shopping.indiatimes.com for Rs.8488/- on[protected].
                    The seller name was The Accessory Souk.
                    After 4 days i received the product but the following were the complaints.
                    1. The box was not sealed. It was taped from the seller.
                    2. There was no mrp sticker on it which specifies the box content, manufacturers date and serial nos.
                    3.After opening the box i found that the screen was attached with scratch guard but there are lots of scratches on it.
                    4. The headphone was replaced. The standard content of the box comes with in earphones, but i got normal headphones.
                    5. I couldnt find memory card in the box. When i searched for it, it was already in the phone and it was 1gb.
                    Where the standard box content is 2gb and it is also clearly mentioned when i bought the phone on their website that it is 2gb which we receive.
                    6. It was clearly mentioned on the page that the product comes with manufacturer warranty and what i received was a general bill which says it is seller warranty.
                    7. The courier which i received mentioned the name as Teknix. the bill says Circonia and the website says the seller is The Accessory Souk.
                    8. There are already many complaints on the seller in all the websites but still indiatimes is allowing to merchant to sell the product.
                    9. I called up indiatimes. They took my complaint and gave me a complaint no on[protected] and i received a call from them on[protected] for which they promised me that i would get resolution on[protected].
                    10. Today[protected] i called up indiatimes.com the executive told me it will take 10 working days to replace the product.
                    11. I bought the product on[protected] and on[protected] they tell me 10 working days for replacement then it means i am cheated.
                    12. We are fools who spend our hard earned on them and wait for 20 - 30 days to receive proper products.
                    13.I asked the executives to connect the call to higher authorities and the guy did his job. Some lady got connected and she started explaining that they cannot refund the money because it mentioned on the website that there is no refunds.
                    I started shouting on her and she kept the call and went off. I was just blabbering for 5 mins and then i came to know she is not online. Some else picked the headset and told thank you for connecting to indiatimes.com how may i help you. I guess that lady just kept the headset and went off. So it means the customer is cheated. These people are cheating us.
                    They send us fake products. They dont replace the product on time. They dont refund our money. They dont talk to us.
                    How are we supposed to take action on this cheaters.
                    I feel very disgraced about such companies existence in India who cheat customers and we happily get cheated.
                    Consumercomplaints please help.
                    I had returned the phone on 21/09/2011 by Aramex courier with Docket No[protected].Now i am facing much more problems than before. On 25th Ashwini from indiatimes called me up and told me that he has already gone ahead and sent a request to refund me the money. But the same day i received the mobile again. I called him up again and he told me to return it back again. So i returned it back on 28/09/2011 by Aramex Courier with Docket No:[protected]. I bought a new mobile here in chennai from poorvika mobile after getting it confirmed from Ashwini. Now i see in my credit card that 1st EMI has been charged by Indiatimes.com. I called up the credit card company and they tell me to speak to Indiatimes.com only.
                    I had called them on 13/10/11 and they told me that the SELLER says battery is missing. This is ridiculous, i didnt even open the 2nd box after seeing the same box has been sent me again. What the hell is happening here, these bloody Indiatimes.com are cheating the customers like anything. Till date they have not called me to inform that SELLER claims that battery is missing. It is me who called them and asked them what happened to refund. They have not refunded because of the fraud SELLER who has 100s of complaints on his name. Then they said that they will solve the problem within 48 hrs. I had blasted them on phone and they told me that they will try to clear the problem on priority basis.
                    Now it is 17/10/2011. Till now i havent received any call from them. I called them now and they the same thing that battery is missing. I guess they have not even contacted the SELLER itself.
                    Consumer Complaints please help.

                        Times of India has an e-shopping wing where its readers can purchase various things of different vendors. Actually TOI acts as a middleman. It advertise almost daily, in Times of India’s various editions about the products and always gives alluring discounts to its eaders. It is obvious that the reputation of TOI is the main USP of this business. TOI acts as middleman of various companies and the product is routed directly to the purchaser from the seller though payment is taken by the TOI.

                        Like many I was also allured by an advertisement in Calcutta Times dated 05/07/2011(an add on issue of TOI Kolkata Edn) to order a “Multipurpose toolkit with powerful Drill machine” for Rs1999+ Rs299(delivery charges). My order no. was[protected]. The offered price, it is claimed, is 56% less than the actual price of Rs4599. I made cheque payment of Rs2298 on 08/07/2011 through the collecting agent of TOI in Kolkata.

                        Incidentally, from 22/07/2011 the discounted price of the product has become Rs2290(instead of Rs1999) though and funnily, the TOI claimed that the offered price was 56% less, as earlier, than the actual price of Rs4599. This shows how TOI is callous in treating its readers.

                        After receiving the the product I found:
                        i) No receipt of payment was enclosed with the product
                        ii) “Multipurpose Toolkit with Powerful Drill Machine” are very substandard and not worth even the discounted amount not to speak of the claimed actual price.
                        iii) The drilling m/c is unable to take the load of even making small hole in a brick wall though it is claimed that it can dril on concrete, metal and wood.
                        iv) Drill bits are made of mild steel and got bent whilie drilling.
                        v) Callously printed operation manual iwithout any figure( though referred in it) will only misguide instead of guiding.

                        I made two complaints to TOI eshoppng via email address [protected]@inndiatimes. com. I also lodged a coplaint through their shopping website’s allocated page.
                        TOI didn’t bother to reply any. Contactng their customer service over telephone I argued that since I placed order with TOI and paid to them it is TOI’s duty to take my complaints but it replied illusive and given a contact number of the vendor. And unfortunately none replied to my calling of vendors number.

                        I am dismayed that while this media house was shouting loudly against corruption thorough all of their TV channels and News papers they themselvs are doing corrupted practice with their readers who relied on them

                          I purchased blackberry handset model; Storm 9530 through India times shopping on 14th Aug.2011. We recieved the product last week, the phone is look alike of Storm 9530, its a fake product, the touch screen does not work properly, the phone gets heated up on usage of 4~5mins. The software CD supplied with the purchase, when installed on PC does not recognize the handset. Host of applications are missing. The list is end less.
                          I lodged complaint to India times shopping customer service dept on 27th Aug., We have been given feedback that it will take them 15 days to investigate. This is all time buying tricks applied by these people, they knew that its a fake product, hence i dont understand what investigation they want to carry out. Companies selling fake products shall be sued and customer interes to be protected.

                            I attempted to purchase a pack of bids on Indiatimes's Kambola website. The first attempt at the transaction failed and the cash got debited and the bids weren't credited. Normal Issue, nothing to worry. I got the bids in the second attempt.

                            The next day when I tried to call someone regarding the same, I found that there seems to be no backend to Kambola. The only contact number provided[protected] was answered by someone who said they weren't related to Kambola but would ask someone from Kambola to get back to me (took down my details and number). I got no call back. I mailed their email address [protected]@indiatimes.co.in and got no replies. When I tried calling back on the same number someone picked up, cut the call and since then attempts to call back have resulted in being informed that the service to the number has been disabled.

                            I then got onto the internet forums and found another oft repeated number [protected] which no one seems to be picking up. Now I am seriously concerned.
                            I have followed this up with several more calls none of which were answered by anyone who had any clue of Kambola or its transactions. People keep saying someone will get back to me.

                                I had ordered an USB vacuum cleaner from indiatimes shopping. i received it broken with a pathetic packing. When i talked to customer care for the replacement, they dint say anything about replacement but said reverse pickup would happen shortly. i recieved a mail the next day having detailed procedure of reverse pickup. It was no where mentioned that when would i receive my original order.

                                in the mail they mentioned a courier company name at which i had to call and ask them to make the pickup happen. when i called the courier company, they did not have the office at my city i.e, kanpur so they asked me to call customer care back and tell them the situation. i mailed the concerned person who did not respond at all to that. when i called customer care, the CCE said i would have to ship the package on my own expense as of now and when the company(which shipped the product to me) would recieve the pack, indiatimes guys would know the amount through courier company for the shipment and they would give me the draft alongwith my fresh package.

                                i shipped the item through a courier company and provided them the tracking number and called at customer care and then CCE told me that i would have to provide proof of delivery to indiatimes guys and then they would take their own time to refund the money. which was not the same thing when i spoke to Customer care initially.

                                so far no one has been telling the correct time frame by which i would get my fresh package.

                                it has been a totally disastrous experience so far.

                                    I ordered a apple ipod vide order no.[protected] sub order no. 4052267 agt. which payment via credit card was made amounting Rs. 11748/-Online Complaint was also made to indiatimes customer care vide ticket no. SHOP-392983. Till date this is not delivered whereas at the site it is mentioned as shipping time one day. These people now says that this item is not available with the vendor and for this we are not able to process your order till date. I fact price of this item has increased on the site and shows it is available on the site till now how these people can say that this item is not available. If this is not available with these people we received a phone call on the next day for payment confirmation and confirmed us that it will be delivered with in a day to us.
                                    On seeing the increase in prices by just Rs.500/- these people says that we can claim refund of our money. Our complaint is when item is booked ,payment made , item available (as per site) they are not making the delivery. Seems a very good option to cheat the people by using their hard earned money (interest free) so many days , harass them as they continue to make phone calls to these people and in the last say we can refund your money. In this way they are having crores of rupee in their kitty without interest with them and customer gets harassed and inquired from them by making the phone calls.
                                    These people must get a lesson and we must get justice as per the law of the land.

                                    I am writing this forum in sheer desperation, and not sure if it actually yields any results. To cut a long stroy short, I made an order no[protected] for Sony DSC W200 digital camera on 1st Nov 2009. The site suggested that the order was shipped on 7th Novemeber by a mysterious courier service which the customer cannot trace. I have been calling ever since from that day till now to Indiatimes that I have not yet received the product.
                                    The CC agenets are trained to apologise and lie blatantly and confidently. Till 23 Nov I was beeing assured that the product will be arrannged for me. On 23 Nov I got a call from Indiatimes, and was infirmed that the order is cancelled and I will get my refund in 4 working days. Today is 7 Dec 2009, I have already recived the same promise 3 times during this duration, the latest being 5 days promise on 4 Dec 2009.
                                    I had been making online purchases in India for last 5 years, and had never encourntered such a situation.

                                    Can anyone advice me on legal action against Indiatimes. I am willing to spend some money to teach them a lesson in ethical and moral behavious along customers care.
                                    I ordered the pearl set combo. the items were not same as given in the offer. they even took rs.700 as extra delivery charges. goods delivered were unsatisfactry. this has been done for the second. the customer care people never show up neither receive calls. can anyone suggest me a way out of it to teach them a lesson.

                                        I ordered a Ultrasonic nebulizer on 13-Jul-2011 and still waiting for the product to tbe delivered. Whenever i call customercare of indiatimes shopping, they say they have noted down the complaint and ask me to wait for 48 hrs. This happened 4-5 times. I paid indiatimes through ICICI netbanking(full payment) Rs. 4740.00 including shipping charges.

                                        On the website it is updated as "Delivered" with AWB #[protected] Blue dart. I called up the Blue dart customer care quoting the AWB bill number. Thye told me that the AWB # is for a different person and different address. I again called up indiatimes customercare. Again the same answer...wait for 48 hrs. I aked them write the enite update in an email and send me...till now they have not sent me any mail. I feel like got cheated. Now that the order no says "Delivered", i dont know how to take up this complaint. Can you please help?

                                        I want to unsubscribe a subscription of actress per day, but this company doesn't provide any info about that. Also they give link to unsubscribe the subscription,but it's useless. why would I pay 30Rs pm unnecessarily?

                                        Indiatimes.com — Overcharging for the DVD

                                        This has refernec to my Order no[protected] for the DVD of 'The Last Emperor" . In the order, I've been charged Rs. 390/- for the DVD while its MRP is only Rs. 299/-. I have brought this fact to the notice to Indiatimes thru online feedback system and Helpline and requested for the refund of Rs. 91/-, but my refund has not been made yet. I'm even sent the scanned Incoive copy and DVD Cover in the pdf file Messages were sent even to the Operation Head but no response was received..

                                        My complain ticket nos are : SHOP-358791 and helpline ticket no 31754.

                                        Iam VIVEK CHATURVEDI from bhopal and iam regular customer of indiatimes shopping. On 26/03/10 i have placed an order for three cologne against order no:[protected] ,[protected] and[protected] order value 8269.00. I had received perfume against order no:[protected] and[protected] but still order no:[protected] is pending from INDIATIMES SHOPPING which cost of 3595.00. When i speak to their customer care executive he noted my complaint against complaint no:211580 and told me that his customer executive will call me in between 72 working hrs its already more than 104 working hrs and when i gave call to customer care they cant give me satisfactory answer they always told me to wait.

                                        Kindly suggest me what to do..??

                                        all online selling website are ment for making profit and maximum product are from china or duplicate, the mobile you get in 2000 in any city market you buy in 5000 rs from online selling site like indiatimes shopping, ebay, naptol.com and so on, actually most of the produc is sold by the people form local market only, like if you wantto buy battery for your mobile (nokia) it comes in 30 rs its duplicate and they sell it in 450 online, once buyer get the product nobody cares, so NEVER PURCAHSE PRODUCT FROM ONLINE WEBSITE ITS NOT AT ALL GOOD .

                                        Refer to above subject I would like to inform you that this was a very bad experience for me by buying a product from your company.
                                        My Name INDERPREET SINGH working as an AGM in a reputed company buys a BlackBerry Storm 9530 Mobile. First when I received Phone there was problem in charging. I try to manage few days but after some time it’s started HANG during calls also. Screen gone black and you have to re start again which takes minimum 15 minutes.
                                        And after few days it’s not charging. I made a complaint and received a long replacement procedure.
                                        Ok I manage I follow the instruction and send my phone by Aramax. After two weeks I received a set which was send by a customer for repairing his details enclosed in the phone box. I am surprise to see in which standard you people were working.
                                        This all exercise effect so much my business so please I request you please Take your product back and give me my money back. I have no more patience for having more bad experience after spending a such big amount.
                                        And if possible please give me one of your senior most person number so that I can explain what kind of experience I am facing.

                                        Today, i got a call from Indiatimes shopping (escalation desk) from Mr. Ashwin Rajput. After investigation, they found that BlueDart has delivered the product to a wrong address. Mr. Ashwin gave me two options - delivery of the product or refund. As this was a medical equipment (Nebulizer), i had to buy it from a shop because of the urgency. So i asked him to refund the money. I got a SMS from LM-ICARE stating that my order has been cancelled and the amount will be refunded in next 4 - 6 days. I am waiting for the refund and will update this blog the status after 4 days.
                                        Today, when i login to indiatimes shopping website using my userid and password, the order status shows "Refunded" after cancellation. But i didnt receive the money in my account. I again called up customer care. They told me to check with the bank. I asked him give me the ref # i can give to the bank to verify. He said he dont have any reference number and i have to wait for next 24 hrs to see the amount in my account !! I dont understand if the amount is refunded, why can't customer care give me the reference number !!!

                                        I just got a call from Mr. Ashwini Kumar from Indiatimes shopping escalation desk. He was kind enough to followup on the issue with me twice today and co-ordinate with the indiatimes shopping for resolution. The update is he is going to check with his finance team and get back to me on the refund status as the amount is still not reflecting in my account.
                                        Sorry for the typo. I had got a call from Mr. Ashwini Rajput (Indiatimes shopping escalation desk) on this issue.

                                        1. Compact Vegetable & Dry Fruit Slicer.( Rs. 148/-)
                                        2. Lock & Lock E-Z Lock Set. (Rs.729/-)
                                        3. Kadai + Pan. (Rs.399/-)

                                        Out of 3 above mentioned products two product are received at my home premises. But the Lock & Lock Set is not received till date. Every time when I call on indiatimes shopping helpline ([protected]).
                                        1.First Time i call on the helpline the agent logged a compliant with number 372843. But i did not get the result and don't even a single call is received from indiatimes shopping for the same.
                                        2. Second time i call on the helpline agent gives me the details of the Order number that your is shipped through Aramex courier with Tracking number ([protected]) and is received on your premises at Saturday( 8-Oct-2011). which is not received.
                                        3. Third time i call again at the helpline on Sunday(9-Oct-2011) i.e. Today the executive is saying that your order is delivered at your premises on 3-Oct-2011 and after that when i irate on the call fro the same that how come my product is delivered even i didn't received the same the agent disconnected the call.

                                        Please help me to get my product delivered.

                                        After almost two months of follow up, still I could not get my order cancelled and my money refunded. Every time a person calls me asks for the whole story in-spite of having email communications about why order cancellation is required. Every time they apologise and tell me that I will get the refund in 2/3 working days. Please help. If you need I can pass on the email communication I had with customer service desk.
                                        I bought a mobile phone in July 2012. I was charged octroi which was not mentioned on website. After calling Indiatimes customer care i was assured that it would be refunded. However refund never came. IO have calling their customer care literally every week for 4 months to get my refund. However, they just say it will done and we will call you back. This is worst of customer service i have ever seen. I tried emailing their escalation email id. But as i expected it git no response. One of the worst customer service experience i have had in my life.
