I had placed an order on Indiatimes shopping for Philips AJ3122 radio clock based on readers offer given in Times Of India dated 25.01.2012 vide order number [protected] dated 25.01.2012 . I paid for the item by credit card. The item has not been delivered till date. The problem is that I have tried all the channels in India times to get status and no one responds. I had tried voice calls, who will ask you to call back after an hour and then phone will not be picked up even after 15 minutes. I have tried chat and response is " Sales department is presently busy and would respond later by mail." I have tried SMS to 58888 (ORD [protected]) and e-mails to customer service, operation head etc. and no one cares to even acknowledge. There could be problem in order execution but the not providing response puts doubts on intent!

    I have purchased a Philips Food Processor. My Order no. [protected] placed on 27.01.2012. I should have received the item last Friday 3.2.2012 but till date when I checked my order on Indiatimes shopping website no despatch status reflected.

    I have been trying to get in touch with their customer care for 2 days and have also left a message on their IVR but reply or email from the company.

    I have purchased so many products online from Infibeam, Flipkart etc. and I must state that their delivery schedule is upto the mark. I thought by shopping online at Indiatimes which is group of Times of India expected that the items would be delivered on time. But am very dissappointed. I wanted to make another purchase but am in two minds now.
    Times Group being the largest media conglomerate and cannot provide good services to the people.

    Indiatimes Shopping — Late Delivery

    I had ordered for Rakhi Special Hyderabad Pearl Set. The offer was a Raksha Bandhan special offer and the delivery was promised before Raksha Bandhan (5 August). The payment was made thru credit card which was credited within 2 days of the order (27 July). However, even after constant follow ups for delivery, the only response i got was that the order is verified but the shipment is pending. I got no reason for why the shipment was not made. After a complaint on 5 August, i got a response that the order has been shipped. The shipment was made on the occasion when it was required.
    Error in last line rectified. The delivery was not received on the occasion when it was required.

    Take this from a customer who has been cheated by TOI...twice. The product you will receive will not be the original "Philips" brand. It will a cheap imitation from China. This product will fail during first use (if not, you are the lucky few who got to use it the second time). Then you will call TOI for replacement which they will sweetly say will be picked up in 2 days...after 2 months of frustration you will mail to the escalation email ID...you will surprisingly receive a response...and a call back from their call center. No replacement no refund after that. I am sorry to say that you will become the victim of a famous con that TOI has been running successfully for years.

    Non delivery from last 1 and half months

    order has been placed from 22nd April 2013 and till date order has not been delivered.Despite several calls they are not responding neither to refund nor for delivery.

      On July11of 2011 I ordered a Blackberry Curve 8320 phone order #[protected] ,the started giving me problems in the very first month,but in the last couple of months I automatically used to get switch off thus I contacted the customer service of Indiatimes.com Complain # 37008 and was promised that the defected handset will be replaced,it took them 20 days to take the delivery from my place for the phone after the complain,then after 4 weeks I got the same old phone and that too without the battery ,I have been following up for the battery since January 22nd of 2012 Complain # 99291 but everytime I m just informed that they are contacting the vender and the battery should be at my place in 24-48 business hours,its already nearly 3 weeks just for the battery and if I talk about the the total time frame then it has been nearly 2 months for me to be without my cell phone and the days are still counting.Not to mention the cost that was charged to me for the phone the phone box have a rate printed on that lower then that..
      I feel cheated by them as the price that I payed is higer then whats printed on the box of the phone plus going out without the cell phone for over 2 months.

        From last 6months without subscribing I m getting Cricket Alerts on my presently Idea no earlier it was Loop no,This sms r for all the cricket matches played in different countries,this sms disturb me day and night,and sometimes full my sms Inbox.Till date I m unable to chk the deduction done from prepaid balance I think huge amount has been deducted,I called up my service provider Loop and Idea and assured me that they will see that this stop.but till date I m receiving the sms on Cricket alerts.I request all the consumers who r facing same problem should unite and approach respective Police station and registered FIR and even go to Consumers Court against such type of Service Provider/Marketing Agencies involved in mal practice and cheating consumers.It has been now decided by me if this is not stop in 24hrs time I all along go to the proper concern Authority and fight it out as its limit to my tolerance after all its my hard earned money and peace of mind.

        BPL Mobile — Over charging for sms

        I am a BPL customer for 2yrs and i have noticed that i am being overcharged for sending SMS.
        I notice many time that for single SMS my two units are deducted that is double the amount of single sms rate even if the SMS is simple and very small.
        Earlier this problem used to occur 1 or 2 times in a month but lately this cheating frequncies increase so much that my every third or fourth SMS is charged double.
        This is complete robbery by BPL mobile.

        Indiatimes — mobile alerts

        Indiatimes sercive ipl alerts on phone.
        When i recieved the message regarding the service,it said 20 alerts where as i hardly recieve 5 alerts for a heavy cost of 3 rupees per day.
        I want to deactivate the service, but nowhere on the internet have they mentioned any way to stop a service or any toll free number to register a complaint.The company is simply fooling customers and minting money.

          I placed an order for Need For Speed : Undercover, PS3 compatible disc on January 27, 2012. I made the payment using my Debit Card online on their website.

          I received the confirmation of my order by email within seconds and was glad of the same.

          Today is February 4, 2012 and I still haven't received my order. When I try to contact the customer care, they tell me every time since 2 days that there is some technical problem and they have no information for my order number. At first they told me to call after 2 hours. But then every time I call, they tell me the same thing.

          Indiatimes people are actually harassing me and this has not only caused me monetary loss but I feel cheated and betrayed by the company.

          Even if I do receive the order someday, which I highly doubt by the way the customer care executives treat and talk, I would never again use their services and would also ensure that none of my friends and relatives fall into their trap.

            Before mentioning my problem,

            I would want to share my product details with you. My Order Id is - [protected]. I had ordered for a Bold Blackberry 9650,

            Since I got it by courier and I thought that Indiatimes shopping is a reputed online shopping place, I obviously had to receive it without opening it.

            But when I opened the box :-

            1. There was no bill inside.
            2. Secondly, it is an American phone, the OS is not the usual one which works in India.
            3. When I ordered, I was told that I will recieve a black conventional Blackberry magnetic cover (I have received some bad looking white cover)
            4. The phone is old and used, it has scratches on the backside.
            5. The plug of the charger is american, I will have to use a Indian plug converter to use it.
            6. Finally it is not even reading my Sim card, and the battery is duplicate too.

            I am feeling cheated, the courier person has taken the money and gone. There is nothing I can do now, I have been given a second hand set which is not even the original make and has scratches all over!! Its cheating!!!

            Please help me get a refund.
            I ordered a sewing machine and food processor. Both failed at first use. Placed a complaint with Times of India. They promised to replace...no action taken. Sent escalation mail. Still no response.

            Its time to realize that TOI is polluting our country with cheap China goods (both the products I ordered were made in a village of china). This is affecting our Indian industries. Their after sales support and response is zero...their standard answer is "in 72 hours we will have someone pick it up from your doorstep". Also realize that, all you have is a call center number and a mail id...there is nothing you can do to take penal action on them.

            Beware and stay away!

              I saw the ad for Motorola Atrix 4g in TOI on 21st of Jan 2012 and placed the order for the phone on the same day in shopping.indiatimes.com website. [Order #: [protected]]

              Issue Summary:
              I received the phone on 27th Jan 2012. But unfortunately, I'm not able to use the phone by inserting my BSNL SIM card as the phone is locked with AT&T.

              Technical Issue [Details]:
              The initial startup screen of this phone expects me to input my "MotoBlur" login credentials, which I do not have.
              As per the Motorola website, the first time when a SIM is inserted, the phone is supposed to give you two options :
              [a] Register with Motoblur [new users]
              or
              [b] Login with Motoblur id [existing users].
              But this phone does not display the first option since it is locked with AT&T and I'm trying to use it with BSNL SIM.. There is no way to use the phone without passing through this step. Also there is no way to bypass this step... Also I'm not able to create Motoblur id online as well... Ultimately the phone which I bought from your esteemed site is lying unusable. Also I find the at&t logo everywhere in the package, user manual etc..

              Complaint:
              I called the customer care and was informed that the phone will be either unlocked or replaced with unlocked phone and this will take 10-15 days!! When I asked how can you treat a customer like this [selling a locked phone] when I have paid the amount in full, there is a suggestion from your executive asking me to go to Motorola service myself or to contact the Merchant in Delhi!!

              This appears to be a very serious issue in the way business is conducted. I don't understand how they expect the customer to use the locked phone.. There is not a single warning in the advertisement that this is a locked phone.
              Hope you understand the frustration on the part of the customer who has paid the money in full in advance and yet is delivered a product which cannot be used. I don't think this is the way a leading e-retailer like indiatimes should be doing business and treating customers.

              I expect my phone to be either unlocked/replaced with an unlocked phone as soon as possible. But I've been asked to wait for atleast 15 days which in this case is really bad... as in the first place it is their responsibility to deliver the appropriate product, which obviously has been overlooked.

              India Times Shopping — The screen of the phone is loose

              Hi,

              i m working in news channel in noida but soory to say its was big mistake of my life to order from india times..My wife's birthday was approaching and she always wanted a blackberry phone, seeing you discount in the TOI i couldnt resist myself from calling your customer desk (I regret now why did i)

              Well, there was some problem in the server and it was not connecting to the payment gateway so the order was not taken for three days. Finally the swapped my credit card and processed my order. Following are the details:

              Item: Blackberry Storm 9530
              Order Number: [protected]
              since then I was waiting for the product finally at the 15th day of processing I got the phone through courier.

              Alas!! the screen of the phone is loose
              The camera quality is not as expected by 3.2 MP
              Did not get any 250 GC as assured

              I again called customer service and they now say that it will take again 15 days, what if the next phone also has problem...the chain of 15 days will go on I believe.

              Being a customer I am really disappointed want to aware every friend of mine not ever go with india times shopping, their service really sucks.

              M going to put all this on all social networking sites and forums so that none again gets disappointed like me....

              My wife's Bday is approaching and i cant give her what i thought would be better if i would have bought it through a store.
              services like yours have made virtual shopping a non trustable avenue.

              i m calling from 8 days to customer executive but everyday i geting same anser ,sir courier person will come today at ur home..i dont know that day when come...

              You may just trash this mail out but I still believe in humanity. Lets see how do u handle it.

                I have placed an online order on http://shopping.indiatimes.com/ for two items. I received only one. I placed an order on 6th Jan. While placing order on the web site the expected delivery date was 16th Jan. However I have only received one item till now. I have complained about this by call, email and chat. They have just created a complain number and do't know if they are working on this issue or not. As whenever I am calling them they are asking me to wait (because they have to get a confirmation from their merchant who will ship the item to me, but this is their internal problem). As they are not able to deliver the item to me. I again requested them to cancel the order for my item and issue me the refund. They are not even ready to do this. For cancelling the order and issuing refund also they are asking me to wait. I don't know why they are not able to refund my money back if they are not able to fulfill my order.

                I want to file a complain in consumer forum against the http://shopping.indiatimes.com/ to get my money back. Please help me with the procedure. So that I will be able to resolve this issue.

                  I ordered 1 twin soft toy pillow worth Rs. 199, order no.[protected] from Indiatimes shopping online on 6th dec 2011, thereafter i come to know that item order by me wrongly delivered to somebody else in New Delhi, thereafter i called customer care and launched complaint (Case Id: 39180) for the same and also i marked this order for cancellation. thereafter indiatimes shopping called me 2-3 times for confirmation of cancellation but they didnt take any action. then i called them many times but they used to say money will refund in 2-3 days and they used to keep phone on hold for long time. but till date i didnt received my amount refund from India times shopping.

                    I have purchased a Nokia BH-503 A2DP Stereo Bluetooth Headphones from Indiatimes shopping on 19/01/2012 on the nextday after reading reviews about the India times cheating to the public i cancelled the product complaint number 94754 . after giving the cancel request they deliver the product . on delivery time i was not available in my address they blindly handover to my neighbor with out my concern and they opened the seal of product and tested the headphone it is not working properly and the clarity is very poor and the volume is also very low . by cross checking with the same similar headphone one of my friend it do-sent look like a genuine one . now a days most of online sites are started cheating a public and earning lot of money from public no action is taken no body after sending so many complaints from many people on similar products on same company plz do something to change and has to take legal action against on such sites public should not encourage such kind of sites.

                    kindly request you to not to buy any products from such cheated sites it is my humble request .

                    i have good experience online purchasing , i always prefer the sites where you can buy genuine products letsbuy is the bet site as per my experience .

                      I have purchased 4 products from Indiatimes shopping.com on 12th Jan 2012 and paid through credit card online.
                      My order number is [protected] and amount paid is Rs. 1646.
                      I have not received any product as per service agreement of 7 days so lodged a call to Indiatimes.shopping.com and they provided me complaint number 93769. However since then following with Indiatimes call centre and they are providing me fake Airway Bill Number which is not traceable.
                      SInce 7 days I have not received products as well as AWB number is still non traceable and I am not getting firm response/ refund from indiatimes shopping.com call centre. Not even getting reply to there customer care mail address.

                      Kindly help me and would like to request you to make penalty to indiatimes.shopping.com

                        I placed order for 100+ Pcs Toolkit with Powerful Drill Machine Set on 19th Nov'2011 and paid Rs. 1799. Indiatimes promised me to deliver order in 10 days time, but after 10/12 followups I received my order on 5th Dec'2011, the order was in damaged condition and some parts (out of 100) found missing. I logged compliant on same day using helpline number, the customer care officer told me that I will get one kit and Indiatimes will pickup damage product in 24/48 hours times.

                        When no one turned up after 48 hours I called them again, and again he promised me that some one will pick up the order by 2/3 days time. I was continuassly following up customer service by sending mail and/or calling them up and I always use to get same reply that "Some one will pick up damage order in 2/3 days time".

                        Now it is almost 2 months and 7 days and I have not received my order in good conditions and no one turned up and picked up damage order from me.

                        Who can help me to resolve this issue. Please Advice.

                            Against their offer in the News paper I paid them Rs.2698 on 6th of Jan 2012 to order a Mobile phone K25 of Karbon Mobile. They immediately accepted the order sent me a mail saying delivery shall be within latest by 18th Jan 2011.

                            On 18th I get their mail saying I will have to wait 2 to 3 days more for the product to get dispatched and will reach me after another 2 to 3 days.

                            Then why did they advertise that the product is in "stock"

                              I had purchased from Indiatimes with order id [protected] but did not recieve the product.

                              I tried calling their numbers, also initiated online chat and sent an SMS to call back ( as that is a service committed by them) but there is no response.

                              I feel this is a fraudulent site not run by TOI. The owners are cyber criminals and should be booked under criminal offence to our nation. They are a big threat as the money they are siphoning can be used fror anti-social activities also.

                              All should unite and write to PMO. I am going to first meet ministry of consumer affairs and raise a complaint against them and meet DIG of New Delhi also.

                              I am very sorry to say that you are irresponsible in customer satisfaction. I have done a online purchase for Nokia 5800 tube Xpress phone through Credit card in 6 EMI, first EMI will be processed on 3rd of AUG but till now i havent received the product. The status shows as it has been delivered on 21 July, but till now I don’t have any update on this, either I don’t have the chance of cancellation, since couple of days when I call the call centre to find out the status, they repeat the same “ as it will get delivered in 2 days an its coming form UAE” bull , even if the do a normal courier it will reach India with in 5 to 6 days, its almost 11 days now(Aug 02, 2010), and there is no response either from India shopping times or from courier, today when call they say that for cancellation it requires 48hrs, it’s a shame on our part that we do give this type of customer service to our own Indians, that to from India shopping.

                              Its been more than a month that i ordered a apple green ipod 8 gb from india times and made the payment through creditcard.

                              I made a request of making the delivery only after giving me a call.

                              On 21st may I left mumbai and came back after 10 days.

                              On 4th june i called up India times and was told that the product was delivered on 22nd may and that i have collected the product.

                              But i havent and till date the product is not delivered.

                              On 4th june i made a complaint (My complaint no. 292917 with indiatimes) and was told that the product will be delivered with 7 working days. And till now i have been calling after every 2 days only to be said that it will be delivered after 48 hours.

                              During last two months i booked car utility combo and recently blodd pressure monitor from Indiatimes shopping.They booked my order,debited amount from my credit card and assured delivery within 10 days time.But on both occasion i was informed that your order has been cancelled without giving any cause and amount will be refunded.I felt frustrated and cheated as i wanted product and not the amount paid.

                              All those who have been cheated by this site, should unite and write a letter to Prime Minister office and seek help of CBI to catch hold of this cyber criminals. They should be given severe punishment in court of law for cheating citizens of India.

OF THE PURCHASE WAS [protected] & THE AMOUNT PAID WAS Rs.1045, IT WAS SUPPOSED TO BE DELIVERED ON 14TH FEB'12, BUT THE GIFT WAS NOT DELIVERED. ON TRYING TO GET IN TOUCH WITH THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE, CALLS WERE PLACED & TEXT MESSAGE COMPLAINTS WERE REGISTERED BUT WE NEVER GOT ANY RESPONSE. THE LEAST THEY COULD HAVE DONE WAS RESPONDED BACK & COULD HAVE EXPLAINED THE DELAY, BUT THEY NEVER BOTHERED, WE FEEL CHEATED.
                              The site is very much owned by TOI. Their after sales support is really bad. I have gone through it and now you are realizing it. Beware and stay away.
                              Nothing will work. They are well connected and your dreams of writing to pmo and cbi will never come true. They will continue to cheats the Indian public and ordinary people like us will watch and do nothing. The best you can do is stop their newspaper subscription and avoid ordering these Chinese fakes. Go out to your local market and buy genuine indian goods...that way at least you will help strengthening our country.
                              I ordered a sewing machine and food processor. Both failed at first use. Placed a complaint with Times of India. They promised to replace...no action taken. Sent escalation mail. Still no response.

                              Its time to realize that TOI is polluting our country with cheap China goods (both the products I ordered were made in a village of china). This is affecting our Indian industries. Their after sales support and response is zero...their standard answer is "in 72 hours we will have someone pick it up from your doorstep". Also realize that, all you have is a call center number and a mail id...there is nothing you can do to take penal action on them.

                              Our Company had placed an order for a Fujitsu Laptop (Order No: [protected]) to Indiatimes Shopping on 14/06/2013 (prepaid) with an "expected" delivery date of 22/06/2013.

                              On 18/06/2013, Indiatimes Shopping claimed that they have sent the shipment via BlueDart. Upon tracking the courier, it was untrackable. Initially, the Company claimed it is not trackable because of the courier company's fault.

                              Till date (27/06/2013) the shipment is untrackable and undelivered. Repeated calls and reminder emails result in a standard response from the Company asking for more time.

                              Neither is the delivery being arranged nor a refund. For what it's worth, this company had successfully delivered our previous order, which is a common business tactic to trap someone as their trust increases for future dealings (usually translates into bigger deals).

                              I have ordered 2 products namely Vinod Breman Saucepot 20Cm, 3 Ltr and Vinod Cookware Stainless Steel Saucepan- 3216_VS (order no [protected]) from Indiatimes Shopping, online by paying through debit card an amount of 1084 rs on 21 September 2013 to hanumangarh junction, rajasthan. i have received only one product worth rs 530 i.e. Vinod Breman Saucepot 20Cm and a bill mentioning that both products are delivered, on 28 september 2013. so on the same day, i called customer care of the website, they have given me the complaint no or case id 1102551, mentioning that they will call me within some 24 hours or so. but i didnot received any call. On 29 sept, i received an email from them that we tried to contact but you are not contactable so reply on this email or contact us through customercare no. or we will be closing this case in next 24 hours. so i again called the customercare no mentioned, and they said that you are not contactable and many such things.we are not closing the case but we are closing the case from some department and etc. first of all, i didnot received any call from the website, second if they want to contact me they can also email me about the delivery of the remaining product. the email mentioning the closing statement which was not clarified at all, also tensed me. the customer care no attendee said that tell us the time when we you are contactable, i said at 12 pm, so he said that will contact you 12 pm next day. they also didnot mention why they want to contact me. again on 30 sept, i didnot received any call but an email and a message on my phone that your item associated with the order no [protected] has been delivered. on 4 oct 2013, i wrote them an email that i have not received one item and am upset about your services. since then they are trying to console me by replying through emails and saying that our case manager is working and so on.                                 This is regarding Order No. [protected] placed on Indiatimes Shopping portal on Dec 13, 2011 for Blackberry 3G for the amount of Rs. 11798/-.On receiving the item on Dec 19, 2011, the phone was locked (defective) and a case for cancellation (Complaint Id 45509 ) was made on the same day with Indiatimes.

                                The phone has been returned to the vendor,and has been confirmed to be received by the vendor but till date the Indiatimes authorities have not cancelled the order neither have they refund the amount.
                                I further went as they cancelled my Complaint Id by giving me a false confirmation that the refund would be credited in a day.It has been further 5 days and now they are telling me that it would take another 6 working days.
                                I have again registered a complaint on their site Complaint ID 81205 but still no action.
                                It's been 30+ days and still the mental harassment is unbearable.

                                I shall be presenting the related documents at the Department of Administrative Reforms & Public Grievances office (Grievance Registration No. DOCAF/E/2012/00016 and the Consumer Rights Forum office.

                                Indiatimes Shopping — not refunding nor shipping the product

                                Sir,
                                I made a net shopping for Gillette shaver box set of 8 paying RS 699 using my credit card. and It was gracefully accepted by the shopper. However, after 3 days a mailing comes stating that my area is out of serviceable area and my order is cancelled and is for refund.
                                However, the times shopping says, they will refund the money only if its more than 2, 000 Rs, others they will give a gift certificate which I can use in times shopping.
                                1. I dont want any gift coupon. They have not shipped the item, and I want my hard earned money.
                                2 Eventhough I accept the gift coupon, I cannot order anything because Im in an nonserviceable area...!!!
                                3 They should have had the list/ shouldnot have accepted the money before confirming the serviceable area.
                                4. Im not living in a jungle and its their fault and they should pay back my money.
                                I contacted the customer care, they say I have to change my mailing address to some other serviceable area...

                                I am a dejected customer of Indiatimes Shopping.

                                I recently ordered( Order number :[protected] for a gift for my sister for delivery in Kanpur ( my home in Delhi) - 18th Nov 2009

                                On making payment i realized that the shipping address was same as billing address - I remember to have typed this correctly. - 18th Nov 2009

                                Called up customer care the following day and spoke to one of the executive who told me that this might be due to some technical error and since he can't update the shipping address now, he is cancelling my order ( cancellation number : 25331), and i should book a new one, also that i will get my refund ( Rs. 1749) within 6 working days - 19th Nov 2009

                                I realized on 30th No v 2009, that no payment has been transferred to my account so far, so i called up customer care again and Mr. Sunil Kumar from your customer care told me that this order could never have been cancelled and his colleague must have cancelled it by mistake. - 30th nov 2009.

                                Now the situation is that i have paid indiatimes 1749 Rs, and no one is ready to make a refund.
                                I have mailed 4 reminders to them since 30th November, but no mail recieved from their side so far.

                                  I have placed an order , for Videocon Mobile Phone-Model V1805 (along with some free items) after seeing the Advertisement in the Times of India's Reader's offer. The item is not delivered till today, even after registering a complaint(ID-51043, Dtd 22-12) with them and following up so many times, through phone and by e-mail.

                                  you would be better off ordering from ebay and still get a genuine product than from indiatimes.
                                  I ordered a sewing machine and food processor. Both failed at first use. Placed a complaint with Times of India. They promised to replace...no action taken. Sent escalation mail. Still no response.

                                  Its time to realize that TOI is polluting our country with cheap China goods (both the products I ordered were made in a village of china). This is affecting our Indian industries. Their after sales support and response is zero...their standard answer is "in 72 hours we will have someone pick it up from your doorstep". Also realize that, all you have is a call center number and a mail id...there is nothing you can do to take penal action on them.

                                  Beware and stay away!

                                    I want to stop getting the sms from indiatimes 58888. As I already unsubscribed this service but now from last 2 months this service is again activated without my permission and messages are coming every day and most important thing is i charged 30 Rs monthly for it. Please take my complaint and do the appropriate action on it. My mobile number is [protected].

                                    Please do it as an argent basis,as I have to register complaint again and again.
                                    This has been happening with me as well. I am being charged Rs 5 every few days but I'm sure I have not subscribed to any indiatimes services. The following message is what I recieve after I have been charged--- "You have been charged Rs 5 for the follo". Please take my complaint in all seriousness and take urgent action against this.                                       I purchase nokia bh-503 from shopping.indiatimes.com , i received it on 24dec.2011 when i opened it it becomes defective from the side of keys. Then i registered a complaint through cell phone they gave me the complaint no. 55101 and told me that reverse pick up will take 3 days and replacement process will be of 10 days. When i get no response i contacted through the mail its complaint no. is 54606 but still no one has come yet in 6 working days. Please help me for replacing the product.

                                        I ordered one Sony ericsson Vivaz Mobile Phone from IndiaTimes Shopping after reading about their offer in the Times of India newspaper. The details are as follows

                                        Payment Made: Rs. 10,398
                                        Payment Date: Nov. 21, 2011

                                        The company assured to deliver the order within 15 days. The order was not delivered even after a moth despite several calls and reminders. After some time I was informed by Indiatimes that the order has been cancelled and the amount will be refunded within 3 days. However the amount has not been refunded till date. I am losing interest on my money and also mentally tired to follow them. Pl help to get my money back.

                                        I bought a Nokia Mobile model 3110 from indiatimes shopping, when i open this i found the mobile is used beacause there are 5-6 images already in this.

                                        There is no 512 miros sd card in this

                                        I have checked the Product i found the IMIE No. on Mobile is diffrent on the invoice sent to me.
                                        IMIE No. on mobile and Mobile Box is [protected] and IMEI No. on Retail Invoice sent is [protected].

                                        This shows thay cheated me and thier product is not authantic.

                                        I had ordered for Rani Combo(Rs 3199/)--a jewellery product on phone on18 march 2009(order no.[protected] when it appeared in TIMES ON INDIA edition on same day.I paid via UCO bank cheque no.459012 dt.26 march2009(receipt no. 1338029) .My order was cancelled without my knowledge even after money was taken & I was not informed. . My money is not refunded till to date even after calling them many times and e mailing them.

                                        I had booked an item at indiatimes shopping online on 10th March 2010 and payment was made thru credit card. Item was not delivered till 16th April 2010, which was supposed to be delivered within 5 working days. Then I had cancelled the product purchase as the response from the cutomer care was also not prompt. Since now I didnot get any information about my return of amount. I made several calls to customer care, everytime I got the answer that my problem will be solved within 2 days. But it seems that these 2 days never finishes for them.                                         Please stop purchasing from Indiatimes shopping and see that this will be closed soon because i had seen few more complaints with the same party

                                        Indiatimes Shopping — No Refund against Faulty Product

                                        With reference to order no.[protected] this was my 1st transaction with Indiatimes shopping in August month & it was really bad impression & experience as I had ordered ''World's Smallest MicroSD Card Reader''-2 Quantity which was delivered in scheduled time(4working days).When i tested it one of the
                                        card reader was completely dead & was not getting detected at all & other card reader was working
                                        fine. I tried it on my office PC also but same issue.So i called up indiatims customer care & also
                                        raised complaint no.:420360 & have been told that it will be replaced as its under warranty & no extra charge would be there.My concern here is how a faulty part can be delivered?
                                        Also the same instance happened 2nd time when the replacement of the faulty device was sent.
                                        So finally i decided to cancel the order & asked for refund which till today not refunded back to my account.
                                        Please help me get my amount refund back from Indiatimes.

                                        Indiatimes Shopping — issue of faulty handset and refund of money

                                        i had purchased 2 blackberry bold 9000 online from indiatimes shopping when i saw there ad in times of india. i booked 2 handset by paying through my credit card rs.32000 for both on 17th july. both the mobiles were found to be defictive on 13 nov 2010 so i registered a complaint for the same on there number as while purchasing i was promised 6 months warranty. after so many call my mobiles were picked on 16 dec 2010 after 1 month. now 2day is 31st jan till now i have not recived my phones or my money. as per there mail on 18th jan they promised me that they will refund my money. now they are denying this i have proof in my mail for the same.
