[Resolved]  Shopping. Rediff.com — Defective product

Sir,
I placed an order for Dual Watch - Digital And Analog on[protected] in rediffshoping.com and already money from the federalbank account was deducted and the product was not delivered till now.I was not getting any reply from their side even if i send any email.In the web it was mentioned that money transfer pending from bank.But money already transfered from my account.Please help me to receive the product at the earliest.

i ordered a combo car cleaing product from redif[censored]nder order no 4466842
this was delive with one of the item missing and also one of the bottle was broken and all the liquid inside was spilled the package contained one broken bottle and one shiner and lots of wet sloggy packaging paper... now even after emailing rediff many times i dont get a reply please help me get a replacemnet

Product received through courier the problems as follows:-

1. LCD Screen - Characters shows not proper, shows half characters
2. When we insert the Battery Camera starts on Computer Mode and not shut down

As per my order of A 1GB MP4 Player with inbuilt Games (Stores 240 songs) is received by courier post on 8.9.2008 but your product is defective received and properly not working. Kindly immediately replace this product and give me a new 1GB MP4 Player with inbuilt Games (Stores 240 songs).

Order no. 4871321, 2 GB MP4 Player 1.5 LCD Screen LCD new Metal 3rd Generation, I have received 1 GB MP4 Player without manual and I am not able to charge the player, kindly arrange for early replacement,
Inner packing- not proper, product wrapped in plastic sheet, inner packing was torn and not original packing, without manual.
I tried Mr. Jaspreet Sahani and Mr. Angad at [protected] /[protected], also, but either it was engaged or no reply.

ojjas enterprizes/ 2GB MP4 player — Defective Product

I ordered a 2GBMP4 Player thru Rediff.com (order no. 4969544). Its speaker quality is not good and now this system is totaly turn off. I want its replacement.

rediff.com/synthesizer — Broken product

I have received a synthesizer from rediff.com(vendor Ojjas Enterprises) on 20/11/2008 thru Transaction ID 15589361 of Order NO 5008668 the said synthesizer when received is broken in two parts and is in non working condition . What I should do to get a fresh piece?

I had a purchase smalles radio control helicopter-high range via rediff shopping. The product which I received was defective and non-functuning. Kindly note my order no. 5217404. The said defective product was received by me on 20.2.2009. I had also spoken to call centre. They instructed me to post a mail. Last 4 days back, I had sent an email informing the same but no respond was received from your side. Kindly replace the said defective product with a new one. Kindly do the needful

I just recieved it 10 mins back, i operated and found it to be defective and used..
I found it to be defective when I operated the player..
Please replace the product immediately..

last week i had ordered for a 2gb (mp4, mp3, radio)player from rediff website worth Rs 999. two days back i got the player, but after full payment when i opened it, it was a differnt piece than what i had ordered, and i charged it for half an hour, i found that the display system was not working.now after connected it to a computer i found out that songs and videos were previously installed in it, this clearly indicated that i got a second hand product.

then i immediately contacted the custmer care thru email.today i am getting a mail from custamer care that i should neatly wrap the player and courier it to the seller(JASPREET SAHANI )of OJJAS ENTERPRISES fame.


i have heard very bad things about jaspreet on this website.so can please tell me whether i should send my player to him for replacement or not. i also wanted to know how i can get my money back from rediff.

Defective product

Dear Sir,

last week i had ordered (oder No. 5971418) for a "E73 Pro Quadband Dual Sim Mobile Phone" - 3 set from rediff website worth Rs .10, 647 six days back i got the it, but after when i opened it, In that one product (phone) was not working properly. Main problem the display system was not working properly. Now after for the solution i had been called to the his vendor (Empire Store), Mr Gautham on this no. -[protected] but he had been not received a single call than after I have sent a mail him ([protected]@gmail.com) but i have not got any reply from him. than i have sent a complaint to rediffmail coustomer care service ('Rediff=[protected]' General Query) but i have not got any solution form rediffmail.


i have heard very bad things about Empire Store on this E-mail Id.so can please tell me whether i should send my player to him for replacement or not. i also wanted to know how i can get my money back from rediff.

Car key chain camera

The car key chain camera received through rediff shopping, not included user manual. Hence I cant understand how to operate the same. Kindly give necessary instruction how to operate the same through e mail.
