Shopping. Rediff.com — No refund for damaged product

Hi,

I purchased an iTouch Stone Universal Bluetooth Headset from Rediff shopping with Order no# 8145465 Dated:[protected].

The product was delivered to me on[protected] but the product was defected so I called up the rediff customer care and they asked me to drop a mail to them and send back the defected item.

I sent back the defected item through DTDC courier with Tracking id#H[protected].

It was delivered back to seller on[protected] but refund has not been initiated by Rediff shopping yet.

I have sent multiple emails to customer support in Rediff but they have not replied to any of my mails.

Please help me in my money getting back.

Rediff Shopping — Damaged product Received from Rediff shopping

Respected sir/madam,

This is vasudev nayak from mangalore. Few days before i saw an attractive watch been advertised in Rediff Shopping which was said to be in metal case and costing Rs.477/-. Thinking this to be a good offer, i booked for the same. Today to my surprise i got the watch and it was neither metal case and was damaged completely
I request you to please help me in getting justice by giving me the watch which i ordered for. Please do the needful.

I had order throught rediff online shopping two chrono watch combo 2nos. order No:5618259. but they sent the used watched and fully scraches.

Rediff Shopping — Damaged and duplicate item sent

I had ordered a Alcatel cordless phone from rediff shopping, but they sent us a defective phone with duplicate parts as in charger was of smasung and battery of panasonic. above that the customer care is not responding properly. They dont even care to call.Pathetic services. Rediff online shopping should be banned. They have cheated ua and now are not even ready to even call customer.

Rediff Shopping — Duplicate item

Rediif shopping is a cheater. they are sending duplicate item. They are not sending actual item. Quality are so poor. We can get the same item in footpath. They are dealing low category item. They are simply . Please close this company as soon as possible. They are playing with people emotion.

Rediff Shopping — no refund

I ordered a salwar suite from REDIFF SHOPPING on 14th may 2012.I was informed that my order has been placed successfully and got order number-7112887 through sms.Even after 20 days of waiting and contacting their costomer care services i had not recieved the product.I was forced to cancel my order the following day and was informed that i will be refunded.I havn't recieved my refund and has not recieved a response from them.
