I purchased an apple brand 3g phone on dated 10th December-2012 from rediffshopping.com(Order:7595452) I received the phone & within a week phone stopped working. I went to apple service centre at Ahemdabad to get the phone repaired, they refused to repir by saying this phone is not indian phone it is Spain phone & we can not provide service. Later on i had to update the software by paying 500 rupees but still the phone didn't support other application. I made several calls to rediff & vendor & after a month they asked me to send the phone back & will repair it. I sent the phone by paying 300 rupees for courier & after 15 days i got it back without sim slot. Once again i had to call the vendor & after a week i received a mail to purchase it from market & the payment will be made by the vendor. I purchased the sim slot & started using the phone but everything was as it is nor i received any amount from vendor. After investing 11098 rupees i am unable to use the phone as it is not working & now i made several calls to rediff as well as vendor but i didn't receive any satisfactory reply.
Kindly look into the matter, do the customer have to suffer even after investing a huge amount?

    I was placed an ordered for branded samsung mobile charger on 4/4/13 through rediff online shopping site. I paid the money at the time of placing the order. i didn't get any response from rediff.com about my product delivery. Regarding this i was given a complaint in Rediff.com. Because of my complaint they was given a response with order ID:7920160 and shipment tracking ID [protected]. But still am unable to track my order on redff site. Still i didn't get my product. Kindly do help to me....

    Rediff.com — product is not working from the day one

    I have ordered one children's car through rediff.com. But it did not work from the day one it got delivered. As per their rules if the product does not work it will be replaced or refunded. Try to call the customer representative and log complain through email. But no result.

        I need urgent help with me rediffmail email account login. My password seems to have gotten locked due to putting in the wrong password a couple of times. It is a very old account, hence I can not remember the answer's to the security questions.

          I had ordered Motorola Walkies from rediff online shopping.My order no was 7830808 4th march 2013. Accidentally I had ordered TWO sets instead of ONE. But I immediately called their helpline number and was assured by the help that my order has been corrected. I also immediately sent an email regarding the matter and even sent a mail to the vendor through which the order was to materialize. But in spite of my repeated mails and call for one week I was sent TWO sets. Now after seven days they inform me that since I have received the order they cannot change it. How do i Know whats inside the bag. They had all the time to correct my order but did not and they are not even listening to me.

            I had ordered a product from shopping.rediff , a BLUE LED watch (http://shopping.rediff.com/product/2013-blue-led-display-cum-silver-bracelet-wa... which is of 349 INR
            and had clearly mentioned there that I want it delivered to me on 17th march 2013 , yet they delivered it to me the next day... anyways thats not big issue...
            the thing is they sent me a cheaper version of the watch thats available on their site... a RED LED watch which is of 299 INR ...
            also when i was watching a product , I got a call from some representative of their and told me that if I make Cash on Delivery for that product then il be getting a certain discount... I will get it at only 299INR+ shipping charges... so i agreed and placed my order or else i prefer payment through a debit card...
            so in short my order was of BLUE LED braclet watch and that was as a gift which was to be delivered to me on 17th march 2013 , but they got it delivered to me on the very next day but a cheaper RED LED watch.
            I tried contacting their customer helpline number for 2days ([protected]) but it always says that all personnel are busy at this moment, so then i filed a complaint through email , COMPLAINT NO.[protected]
            but all they keep on saying is that they have shipped the product as per the order...
            well i think that the order was made by me so i would be having a better knowledge of the product ordered and not them...
            please help me...i feel CHEATED..

                Sir I have purchased from rediff shopping one vocum cleaner and one ambi pure for car but those items are not as per specified and even the vocum cleaner is not working properly please suggest me how I can return it and save myself from loss please this is urgent, reply me.

                If you not taking action against this I will go to forum and complaint against this website of rediff shoping which you are doing open cheating to Indians and poor peoples.

                REDIFF — Faulty and duplicate product

                I booked a product(executive shaving machine) on rediff shopping website.I received a fdifferent product than the one which i booked and that a faulty product which is not working properly.There was no response from the rediff nor from the vendor.Please look into this..i have attached the proof of my product booked.

                  I had purchased a Angry Birds Earphone Hands free With Mic MP3 Mobile from Rediff.com India_ltd (Order No: 7757540 Date:[protected]. They have failed to send it. In response of my several emails and phone calls, they said they had cancelled the order and will refund my money. Till date no refund have been done ( 399+60=459/-). This was supposed to be my first valentine gift to my girlfriend. Not only I appeared all embarrassed in front of her, but also my money was theft. I don't expect them to understand my sentiment but I am a student now and this money is very important to me as I don't do any job. Please look into this matter and take necessary steps asap !

                    Dear Sir/Madam,
                    I had ordered a Swipe Monster Tablet 9" through rediff.com on 21st February, 2013 and my order number is 7801238. Rediff had agreed to deliver the product in 7 working days. Since it was not arrived in time I had sent a mail to rediff.com. They had then informed me that because of some problem at the Vendor's end (i.e. Swipe Telecom), they are not able to deliver the product. Then I had called up Swipe Customer Care and they had informed me that the product is out of stock and is expected by 8th February, 2013. When I had discussed with my frieneds about this matter, they had cautioned me that rediff.com does a lot of cheating work. When I googled, I found that there are over 1200 cases registered against rediff.com. They send some crap to the customer in a parcel which looks like the product from outside. But when you open the packet, you fill find that it is some junk. And if you complain them, they will take the stand that they have delivered the product.
                    Yesterday I had called up Citibank (the credit card which I had used for the online purchase of the tablet) and informed them about the matter and informed them that I want the money back. They had informed me that they had already made the payment to the vendor (i.e. rediff.com). They then informed me that there is a provision for raising a dispute for which I have to convert the EMI option to non-EMI which I did. The had asked me to contact them on 8th March to register the dispute.
                    Today morning I have got a mail from rediff.com that they had dispatched my product via blue dart (AWB # [protected]). Promptly I had called up Swipe Customer Care and spoke to Mr. Sumeet and found that the product is still out of stock. Hence I am sure that they had dispatched some crap to me as they had done with other customers. I am not going to receive the parcel as I am sure it is not the product I had ordered. Hence I request you to kindly help me to get my money back.

                      LI purchased a kids wrist watch from rediff online on 18 Feb. Product was deffictive and having scratches also. I called many times in rediff customer care .he gave me number of Mr Stayed enabling partner of rediff. I called stayed two times in Hyderabad but not responding . Till date both parties never tried to resolve the customer problem. I feel cheated .please help me.

                        I had bought 4 cargo pants from Rediff Shopping, seller GRAHAKJI, Total cost of the items: RS 1600, Shipping and handling charges: RS 390

                        Rediff Shopping is cheating customers by charging extra in the name of Shipping and Handling. They must stop charge any dime if the order value is above RS 500. Not a single online store charges any money for order above RS 500.

                        Guys, teach them a tough lesson by ignoring their shopping site and buying from Flipkart, Jabong or Inkfruit instead.

                        Also, i had bought a rob from Rediff Shopping, seller GRAHAKJI and i want to let you know that Its totally bad quality product. Most of the sellers at Rediff Shopping are selling fake and low quality products, They attract the buyers by showing super low cost price but sell low quality product and over charge in the name of Shipping and Handling Charges.

                        Here is the catch, the Rediff Shopping buyers makes money by selling fake, 3rd grade, bad quality product and the Rediff Shopping ecommerce makes money in the name of Handling charges, they both make money and loot the customers.

                          Hello,

                          I have purchased a Blackberry 9630 Mobile + Genuine Swiss Brand Watch from Rediff Shopping vide order number "7791155" on 17th Feb'13 and was approved on 18th Feb'13. This was supposed to be delivered within 3 business days and is not yet delivered.

                          I have called the merchant, vendor and also the courier service to check the status and no body has any information on that.

                          Thank fully I have selected Cash on Delivery as the mode of payment or I would have been a victim of online Fraud.

                          I hope this is the right place to raise a complain against these kind of merchants.

                            My Order No:7750256 . ordered an TAB from REDIFF SHOPPING THROUGH ONLINE and received on 10/2/2013 ,to my surprise when opened the box was not in good condition even the inside box was broken the tab was used one ,the seal was broken , it has so many scratches on it ,the screen guard was not new,even the charger was not working and cheap one they didn't provide even a ear phone.

                            Seeing all this i placed an compliant same day after 2 hrs , customer executive said that to call after 15 min again ,i called back another executive said money will be refunded said to place a compliant mail said to call back after 2 days To my surpise they blocked my number and my office number( customer executive busy), so called them from other colleague number and placed a compliant again and sent a mail too
                            later i was requested to sent the pics of the tab from prajwal(customer support) i did so , later i got mail from him that i need to contact Rex Enterprises at [protected]@gmail.com , since they would be in a better position to assist you further. [protected] . but i sent them also mail with the pics 4 days back till now i didnt receive not even a call or mail from them am facing alot pressure from my family members.

                            please do help me , Hope you will be taking action and my MONEY will be REFUNDED.asap

                              I placed an order (Order No. 7782050, of Rs. 1459/- ) on 14th Feb 2013, through an express delivery option mentioned on the item on Rediff Shopping, which was expected to be delivered within 24hrs but till date the item has not yet delivered.

                              I tried reaching customer support almost 7-8 times but every time they say "We are raising a request". To my SHOCKING SURPRISE on 18th Feb I come to know that the status has been updated as "DELIVERED" when the item is NOWHERE being delivered in actual. I have asked them to refund the amount to which they say that they have raised a request and are investigating. I do not understand when I have not received the item and have been constantly chasing them since 15th Feb, how come they say that the item has been delivered. Simply disgusting ! ! ...

                              Customer Support is completely waste:
                              1. Every time I called, I had to wait for almost 1-2 hrs before someone attends the call.
                              2. Before this an automated caller says --" to receive a call back press 1"....which is simply to say "We Will NOT Call You Back" ...
                              3. They ask to drop an email to which they have never replied even once (dropped almost 5-6 mails).

                              I would like to receive the refund of my amount as soon as possible. Please help.

                                i had ordered for 100 ml polo black perfume .They supplied 75 ml packing and when objected to asked for proof from me that i had placed order for 100 ml and confirmation to that regard.
                                With the view of intentional fraudulent dealing except while ordering they have never mentioned 100ml in confirmation.
                                i would request one and all never to shop on rediff.

                                  I had bought a product (Smart Watch) from Rediff Online Shopping. The product was defective therefore I was asked to return the defective product will complete packing and courier details, etc which is did so as per an email from Rediff Customer Care. Now since the time I returned the product the company is not attending to me properly. Everytime I call at the customer care centre (Called 9+ times) so an operator will understand my problem and tell me they will revert back on my mobile in next 24 hours which they never do. And than I get an email saying you will get the replacement product in 7-10 working days, have received such email thrice and its been 25 days already since the time I had sent the product. When I ask them to transfer to their superior, they reply that either superior has gone for lunch or they dont come on saturdays or they are not at their desk. I am really fed up.

                                  Now they have my product as well as my money. It has been more than 25 days.

                                    I ORDERED A REVOLVING SPICE JAR FROM REDIFF SHOPPING ON 21ST JAN THROUGH ORDER NO.7711533‏,FIRST OF ALL THERE WAS DELAY IN DELIVERING THE ORDER FROM COMPANIES END AND SECONDLY WHEN I RECEIVED THE ORDER ON 29TH JAN 2013 ONE JAR OF THE SET WAS BROKEN, I TRIED CALLING REDIFF CUSTOMER CARE WHICH WAS NOT REACHABLE,FINALLY I WAS ABLE TO GET THROUGH ON 30TH JAN AND I WAS INFORMED TO SEND THE PICTURE OF THE BROKEN PRODUCT AT CUSTOMER CARE EMAIL ID.I SENT THE SAME AND AFTER A DAY I RECEIVED AN EMAIL FROM REDIFF TO DISPATCH THE PRODUCT BACK TO THE VENDOR AT MY COST.

                                      Dear all

                                      I have purchased a product named: Premium Bumper case cover for iphone 4 S 4S - Blue online on rediffshopping.com Order No: 7716822 Dated:[protected] and rceived the product on 23Jan13, but when i opened the parcel i found that the colour of the product received was iolet instead of blue and secondly the seal on the packet inside was tamepred.

                                      I emailed Rediffshopping and they asked me to email them the photograph of the product, which i did sent twice, but till date i have had no response from them till date.

                                      Please help me to get my product exchanged to the right one and please provide me with better solution and compensation so that the harrassment which i am facing other wont face, who all goes online and faces these kind of problems.

                                        Hi,

                                        I ordere a spy pen camera on rediff.com at a vendor ojjas enterprises. My order no. 7616556. But I received a defective product.
                                        After many emails and phone calls I was told to return the product to ojjas enterprises and the product was returned and ojjas enterprises received
                                        the product on 28/12/12. Even after sending the proof of delivery and the courier details to rediff customer service and so many phone calls, there
                                        is no sign of refund. They are not taking any action regarding this. The phone calls are either not responded to or there is a connection error
                                        on ojjas enterprises phone line. These companies are looting the customers by selling fake and defective products.
