I ordered a wooden foldable table from rediff Shopping (order no. 8712040) in Nov'13, but they delivered a Plastic table instead. I paid Rs. 1178 for the table by cash on delivery mode. In mail conversation they asked me to return the product and cost of product along with courier charges will be refunded. I returned the product on the address provided by them. After few days I received a cheque of only courier charges whereas there is still no clue for the balance table amount. I called up their customer care number as well and logged a complaint also but still no refund has been made yet. Finally I decided to file a complaint in this consumer complaint forum. Please help!

    I have ordered an "Alluring Marble Ganesha" worth Rs 1949 with order number 9341567 through Rediff Shopping on 16/03/2014. On 22/03/2014 I tried to see the status of my order through track status which was showing that my order has been sent to blue dart courier with fake consignment number.     Also when I tried to contact customer care through the toll free number given, It lead to international call. Also the phone number given is without STD code.

      As per above subject I ordered Toy bus through Rediff Shopping 2 months before and received old toy bus which is already returned through blue dart courier service by paying of 150 Rs on 14.1.2014.on condition of returning back of courier charge through cheque. But after so many emails I got reply to send my bank account number. which is sent along with passbook scanned copy. Again I got reply that they were unable to transfer the amount. Again I sent another bank account number with complete IFCS Code etc., But till date I didnt received this amount also not received any reply from Rediff.com.

      This is very bad CUSTOMER SERVICE from Rediff which didnt expected in my life.

        I had ordered a Black metallic spray paint from Rediff shopping on Feb 25th, 2014 with Order No: 9236202. I received a last email from Rediff on March 03rd, 2014 stating that my order has been dispatched, I have not received the product until today. I did an enquiry with Quantium couriers to get a status on the delivery and learnt that my product did not get shipped and had been returned back to rediff due to rejection at Airport. I have raised a complaint with Rediff too but no reponse from them until now. I have not received my money back and i have wasted my money on the tollfree[protected] due to poor customer service. Please help me to fight this battle and not let anyone face such situation with this company again.

          I order Electric sewing machine 4 in 1 with foot pedal, partial item delivered on 13/2/2014. I immediately complain register on Rediff shop support but there is no reply from their end till 22/2/2014. As per mail communication of rediff missed( POWER ADOPTER, INVOICEI, BATTERY) item delivered within 5-7 working days. Today, i called to customer and Representative said you sent to delivered product to vendor than they will be sent you again.

          They are not solve my problem proper way.

            Dear Sir/Madam, This is to inform you that order no.-9141239 placed by me as a gift item was not delivered on the required date. No one, including the guard(as mentioned in the 'order track') received the order and no such entry is made in the entry register kept at the entry gate which is mandatory for each courier received. Also, I received a message from 'VM-REDIFF' on my mobile stating that 'the ordered has been delivered by none. This order has been cancelled by 'Mallika Florist' and the refund request has been raised by it. Kindly expedite the refund amount of Rs. 899 in to my account

              Hi, I ordered the a Samsung Bluetooth headset device from the Rediff online shopping site on the Cash on Delivery opti on. However, i received the product on time but the piece was defective. Since it was a Cash on Delivery option, i need to pay the money Rs 1100 to the delivery boy before i could check the device, After i realised the device is defective i send an email to the company mentioning the same. They replied that i need to send the courier to their vendor which i did spending my money with such inconvienence, but there local vendor denied to accept the courier. This whole experience is so inconvinence and time taking . After then i wrote to the company again mentioning the same incident and its been more than 3 days they havn't replied me on this. I am pasting all the trai l emails below, so that you can figure out as a customer this entire incident is very bad. Even after 15 days paying the money, nothing has been resolved. I would request you to please look in to the matter and i need the justice thank you.               Please reply me. I order one product for INR 2069. Ten days gone there is no reply from rediff. Always busy customer care. Now only i realize rediff shopping is cheating company. How can i get money. Is is possible?

                I Bought a product, which was delivered in defected condition on 22 Feb'2014, i lodged a complaint withing 2 hrs of the delivery of the product via mail, no response was given from Rediff Shopping.
                Then i made 3 Calls on the tollfree number ([protected]) provided, but they all requested for some more time every time i talked to them, then finally today I after waiting for so long am using this mode for redressal.
                I hope such cheating websites have no right to discourage the e-shopping by their unfair and pathetic services.
                I requested them for refund or replacement, but till now i have not even received an acknoledgement of my complaint, whereas company policy says to ship back the product withing 7 days.

                  I just ordered a samsung battery but this rediff online shopping is the worst i have ever seen. The customer care executives are real stupids and so their supervisors, they keep on repeating that your item will reach in next 24 hrs but no one cares there. I have sent many emails but no reply. If you call their center first of all they will take 15 minutes (Minimum) to ans the call and if you ask something they cant answer they will disconnect the call. Never ever go for rediff online shopping.

                    I have purchased Padmini Juicer on 16 Feb 2014 (order no.[protected] and made payment of Rs.1339 as well, but since then there is no update from their side despite my repeated followups through mails, calls and even complaint ticket. I am really shocked and surprised to see such a worst service. No one from Rediff shopping is bothered about replying to the mail sent on 21 Feb and worst part is the complaint raised on 22 Feb is still unanswered (complaint no.[protected].I want these guys to be sued for customer cheating and fraud. Please help in getting this issue resolved..!!!

                        I purchased 2Nos of Royal Mirage Brown perfume from Rediff shopping. When I opened the parcel, the there was a leakage
                        in the perfume bottle's cap and I found that the cap is yellowish color. It gave a very ugly and old look in the product. I've attached one sample photo that I took now as I missed to take in the beginning.

                        I tried for some spray and it smells like an original product and after 30min no smell at all and not even lasting for 30min. I know the original Royal Mirage brown perfume as I'm a continuous user of this product. It will smell for 2days.


                        Why did rediff do such kind of forgery business? If they cannot give the original quality, they can tell in the product itself stating that this is not a branded product and this is a duplicated one. After investing Rs1326 for 2perfumes and if I did not get the benefit what I need to get, then it is a waste of money, time and effort.

                        Usually I used to purchase the same perfume which will have pure white cap. But the items that they sent had faded with yellow color. I've used many times the same perfume, even I purchased from Tradus from where I got a branded Royal mirage perfume.

                        Don't mix the 90% water into 10% of original perfume and do the business. Ultimately you will end up with a major fall on their business, name, etc. I've lost my money. Rediff is a great cheater.

                        The items that I purchased from rediff shopping are 100% duplicated one and not a branded one. Why do they cheat customers who come and purchase at them? I gave one more perfume to my friend who asked me to get one more. He also told that the perfume not even lasting for 30min.


                        I’ve to throw the both the items to dustbin. Rediff shopping is A big cheaters. I’ll never buy from Rediff as this is a
                        lesson for me.


                        Dear customers please don’t purchase any perfumes items from rediff shopping and lose your valuable money that comes from your hard work. Rediff shopping is a Cheaters.

                        I agree on the above complaint. Rediff shopping (in joining with vendors like Sai Enterprises) is cheater and they are running a fraud business. If they are genuine, they will never suck money from innocent customers by giving fake product. These people should be punished or their business should be banned by government.
                        The rediff shopping people never bothered after raising a complaint in their website. They have not even responded after collecting the money ~Rs1350. We must call these rediff shopping people are cheaters.

                        Few days of my complaint, I received a mail from Sai Enterprises (Vendor of fake Royale Mirage perfume manufacturer who works with Rediff shopping who is again a money sucker from the customers) stating that to send back the items. But he has never told where to send the items and what is the address. Is this the way to do the fraud business by all these people?

                        Dear Customers, you never ever purchase any items from rediff shopping. Otherwise your hard work money will be lost and cheaters will be gained.

                        Also, if you look into their product that they sold out, you can never find the product feedback or review.

                        These people should learn from online stores like Snapdeal, tradus, etc who are really doing a good and genuine businesses.

                        DON'T PURCHASE ANY ITEMS FROM REDIFF SHOPPING, PLEASE BE AWARE.

                          I ordered Table Mate II Folding Table (2 no's) on 21st Jan 2014 and received both the tables in a damaged state on 22nd Jan 2014, I registered a complaint immediately with Rediff customer care and requested for replacement by email on 23rd Jan 2014 and requested for pickup. After several mails/complaints with Rediff customer support they agreed for pickup and arranged for the same on 7th Feb 2014. They committed by email to receive the replacement from 7-10 days and haven't received till date. I have now been requesting for refund of money since 3 days and have not received any response from Rediff customer support. I called Rediff tollfree today and they disconnected my call after listening to the entire history of this order. I'm now left with no other option than to file a complaint in consumer court for help.

                            Hi my email ID [protected]@rediffmail.com has been hacked since 23rd February 2014. My password has been changed and even my secret question and secondary ID has been changed. I do not understand why there was no message in my secondary email ID when password of [protected]@rediffmail.com was changed and hacked. please help me out to restore my account. I am using the same since last 8 years.

                              My Order no-9156743 My self bhabani sankar singh buy a product from rediff shopping with above details . As per record receive the product on 17.02.2014 at 2.30 pm & found the watch defective when i open it at my resident, the very next day i like to contact there toll free no sorry to say after 30 minute i feel very lucky when i talk with Mr amit, he suggest me to give a mail which i do when i am in waiting with toll free no he then assure me that within 24-48 hour you must receive a reward . After 96 hour when no call or mail come to me again i try to there tool free no & result is just as first time, ok then after 30to35 min i got connected with Mr dinesh on 22.02.2014 at 9.20 am he assure me that before 5 pm i receive the reward but nothing come to me then on 26.02.2014 at 9.27am again try to there toll free no and talk with Mr arshad after so much discussion he assure me within 2-3 hour i got the reward but it is now 3.15pm . Please do something thanks [protected]

                                I placed an order online with Rediff Shopping on February 4th 2014. Today is 26th February and I still haven't received my order. Instead, I was sent a confirmation on 23rd February that the items I paid for have been delivered. This just isn't the case. Through NetBanking with HDFC Bank, I paid the amount for the items had purchased, equivalent to Rs.655. I would like for the amount to be returned to me.

                                  I purchased Samsung Galaxy 'S4 I9500 Power Bank Back Case' from Rediff shopping under Order ID: 9093146. They sent me a wrong product. I called them to register a complain. After being online for 20 minutes one customer care executive answered my call and asked me to send a mail on this with attached pics of the wrong product. I waited for 2 days still there was no reply. Like this I spoke to more 4 executives. All of them promised a to resolve my problem but none did. I last spoke to Sarika Gaikwad, a customer care executive who promised me a reply to my mails the nest day. Again no reply. Now its been like 20 days since I received the product. The company gives only 30 days return. Is this the companies trick to bully the people and then say the product is no longer under returns? I shop from so many online sites. But this the worst one. Worst customer service. This company is bullying and looting people.

                                    i have ordered tablemate2II foldingportable with cup holder with rediff .shopping. i have received a broken table with out cup holder . i complained with rediff. they replied our customer support team will contact u. but nobody did. i dont know how to return. they say u should return within 7 days. whom to send. delivery is by delhivery. company with no details of help on line. i paid rs.1778 on cod. i could know about the damaged product only after opening the pack.

I received this product after 16 days, that too in damaged condition.Kindly do check attachments. Have attached the pictures of the same.I want refund for this product as soon as possible.                                       Dear Sir, I have made an order for the rechargeable LED emergency light. The details are as given below. date of order made 07 Feb 2014 date of order approved 07 Feb 2014 order made to rediff shop & gift transaction number[protected] order number - 9141901 product details - Set of 2 rechargeable 50 LED emergency light product cost - Rs 785 shipping cost - Rs 49 total cost paid by debit card - Rs 834 I got the product parcal on 15th Feb 2014. I opend the parcal and found that 40 LED emergency lights sent instead of 50 LED lights. Moreover when I checked the lights one of the emergency light is not working. I have called rediff shop & gift by the given phone number[protected] on the same day 15th Feb 2014 and I was informed to make complaint by email to [protected]@rediff.co.in and I have sent the emai on the same day to them. but no response from them. I have made reminder mail on 17th Feb 2014, but till date I dont get any reply / response from them. Please check this and take necessary action against them to rectify the problem. Regards, Sundar.
