I just ordered a samsung battery but this rediff online shopping is the worst i have ever seen. The customer care executives are real stupids and so their supervisors, they keep on repeating that your item will reach in next 24 hrs but no one cares there. I have sent many emails but no reply. If you call their center first of all they will take 15 minutes (Minimum) to ans the call and if you ask something they cant answer they will disconnect...

I purchased 2Nos of Royal Mirage Brown perfume from Rediff shopping. When I opened the parcel, the there was a leakage
in the perfume bottle's cap and I found that the cap is yellowish color. It gave a very ugly and old look in the product. I've attached one sample photo that I took now as I missed to take in the beginning.
