Hi,
I ordered the a Samsung Bluetooth headset device from the Rediff online shopping site on the Cash on Delivery opti
on. However, i received the product on time but the piece was defective. Since it was a Cash on Delivery option, i need to pay the money Rs 1100 to the delivery boy before i could check the device, After i realised the device is defective i send an email to the company mentioning the same. They replied that i need to send the courier to their vendor which i did spending my money with such inconvienence, but there local vendor denied to accept the courier. This whole experience is so inconvinence and time taking . After then i wrote to the company again mentioning the same incident and its been more than 3 days they havn't replied me on this. I am pasting all the trai
l emails below, so that you can figure out as a customer this entire incident is very bad. Even after 15 days paying the money, nothing has been resolved. I would request you to please look in to the matter and i need the justice thank you.

Dear Rediff team,
I already send a courier regarding the replacement of my bluetooth headset but your vendor of this product Mr.Sumit Sharma didn't accept that product and the courier is back to our address.
Why are you doing these type of things. We are not excepting these type of certain things from such a big company. This time i want no replacement against my product, i want my total money to be refunded in my account ASAP..
Otherwise i am going to attach these trail mails into these sites and also registering my complaints to these following sites.
